I received an email stating that my Facebook account was disabled for violating section 3.1. I do not understand what this means and believe it's a mistake. I received another email about a suspicious login, which I confirmed was not me, and then my account was instantly disabled. I suspect my account might have been hacked. I urgently need access to all my family photos that were solely stored on my Facebook page. These photos are extremely precious to me, and I need them back along with access to my Facebook account. Despite sending four emails to Facebook, I have not received any assistance. Please, can someone help me with this issue?

Hello,
I run a page called Lashes by Janet and intended to create an ad after hearing positive feedback. While setting it up, I didn't finalize it because I wanted to include another photo that I didn't have at the time. I left the ad unconfirmed and closed Facebook. Surprisingly, I noticed a charge on my account for the ad that I didn't complete as I didn't press the confirm or send button. I'm puzzled as to how this occurred. Is it possible to refund the amount deducted? This incident has shaken my trust in your system.
Best regards,
Janet Kukk

Recently, I, Thom Peluso, along with my friends, have experienced repeated violations of our 1st Amendment rights on social media platforms like Facebook. As conservatives, we often face disdain, being banned, blocked, or having our content removed. It's frustrating that even the government recognizes this bias and harassment.
I was recently banned by Facebook for 30 days yet again for sharing news about New York's law regarding the term 'illegal alien.'
1. Sharing news should not be considered an offense.
2. 'Illegal alien' is a term used in official government documents.
3. Dictionary.com validates this term.
4. U.S. law classifies entering a sovereign nation without permission as a crime.
5. My statement that 'illegal aliens are criminals' aligns with the law.
6. Facebook had no legal basis for banning me, and I demand they reinstate my post, lift the ban, and issue an apology.
I've reached out to GetHuman in hopes of contacting Facebook as their provided avenues for appealing decisions are non-functional. I have also informed my representatives about this issue.
I urge action to ensure fairness and integrity on these platforms.
Thank you,
Thom Peluso

I tried to promote an Instagram post today, but it wasn't approved due to the age setting being 18 and a reference to drinking in my song. I removed the promotion to create a new one with the age set to 21. However, after deleting the ad, the post went back to "pending approval". The delete button is not at the bottom of the insights page for the new promotion. I just need to delete this promotion to start a new one with the correct age range. Please assist.

Hello, I recently noticed an inaccurate review on my business page. Despite providing excellent service, a customer left a negative review. I have evidence showing the same customer recommending my services to a friend. This review is not a true reflection of my business. I kindly request to have it removed as it impacts my reputation.
The review in question can be found on Santos Concrete Solutions page under the name Kim Auckland. I assure you that I have conducted myself professionally and am committed to maintaining a high standard of service.
If necessary, I am more than willing to provide additional proof of the customer's recommendation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Manuel Santos

I attempted to log into my account and discovered it was locked. I am being prompted to provide an ID to recover it. I have uploaded a photo of my driver's license (hiding the license number and address) multiple times. However, after attaching the picture and clicking continue, the page refreshes quickly without confirming if my ID was accepted or if the recovery process has begun. I require assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account.

My Facebook ads manager account was hacked, resulting in unauthorized charges that caused my bank account to be frozen. A fraudulent page was added to my account, and I have been blocked from accessing Facebook. I urgently need assistance to recover my account, as it is linked to multiple business pages. I am seeking a refund for the money that was taken and restoration of my account to prevent any further exposure of my business pages to this security breach.

I was on my phone when suddenly I was logged out of everything connected to Facebook. When I tried to log in, I received a message that my Facebook account was locked. After going through the process of identifying my friends' pictures, I received an error message saying, "there seems to be a problem with Facebook, please try again later." Now I am unable to access any applications linked to my Facebook account. How can I contact Facebook to resolve this issue since I have completed the steps they asked me to take, and the problem persists?

I need help resolving an account issue for my sister. She has been unable to access her account since last night. When I tried to log in on her behalf, it requested a code that was sent to her old phone number, which is no longer in use. Additionally, I attempted to send a message but encountered an error preventing me from doing so. Her username is [redacted] It’s urgent to resolve this problem quickly as she has an important transaction pending. Thank you.

I was unexpectedly logged out of Messenger. Even though I didn't break any Facebook rules, when I attempt to log back in, a security screen prompts me to enter my phone number and requests a code. Sadly, the code never reaches my phone. After trying my email, I do receive the code, input it, and reset my password. However, upon completion, I am redirected back to the security screen.

I am facing issues with regaining access to my Facebook account after it got hacked. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message saying "session ended," prompting me to request a code via phone or email. However, the hacker changed my phone number and email password. I have since secured my email but now I am unable to reset my Facebook password as I am blocked from using the feature. Please assist me in recovering my account.

Upon attempting to access my Facebook account, I encountered an issue with the password, which led me to reset it. Strangely, the email I received addressed me as James instead of Aaron, causing further confusion. Using a friend's account, I discovered my account intact but displayed in a different language with a different profile picture. Despite resetting the password, I am unable to log in due to apparent hacking. I promptly submitted a copy of my state identification card for verification three days ago, yet have not received any updates or regaining access to my Facebook or Messenger accounts.

Last night, my account was compromised. The hacker changed my password, primary email, and activated two-step verification. I managed to update my password thanks to the security emails they triggered. Although their support portal suggests you can revert your email using the link they send when it's altered, the one I received was either invalid or expired.
I attempted to verify my identity by submitting my ID through the help center, but all responses are directed to the altered email address. With the new password, I'm unable to access my account as it prompts me for a 6-digit code I don't possess. The instructions advise using the code generator in the Facebook menu, which I can't reach without the code they're receiving.
I urgently need assistance to remove the verification code or revert my email address. Despite trying various solutions, I remain locked out, which is significantly impacting my ability to manage multiple groups, including one with over 15k members.

Today when I attempted to open the Facebook app on my phone, I encountered a prompt requiring me to log in again. Following the password entry, I received a 6-digit code to input and was then prompted for identification verification. Confirming its legitimacy through a Google search, I tried scanning my driver's license, but it was not accepted. Despite submitting a jpg of the license, the app continues to request it repeatedly. I am eager to have my account reinstated.

I have noticed that the auto-generated Facebook subtitles are displaying correctly on desktop and IOS devices, but unfortunately, they are not working on Android devices. I have enabled the accessibility setting for captions, but the uploaded captions do not appear on any devices even though they are visible in the preview within the video editor. Editing the auto-generated subtitles caused them to stop appearing altogether.
Previously, manually uploaded subtitles were functioning on Android devices, but not on desktop and IOS. Now, it seems that no subtitles are accessible on Android, which is puzzling considering it was working fine a week ago. I am using a PIXEL XL2 device.
I am curious to know if others have encountered this issue and if there are any known solutions. Could Facebook be undergoing maintenance that is impacting captions? It is crucial for me to have accurately captioned videos that can be viewed on all devices easily. Spending hours perfecting videos and captions only to have them not appear properly is frustrating and diminishes the potential impact of the posts.

I am currently experiencing an issue with Facebook. They have suddenly locked me out of my account and are requesting that I confirm my identity in two ways. Firstly, I must identify "friends" on my account, which has been challenging due to the use of pictures that do not clearly show the actual person. Despite multiple attempts, Facebook is unable to confirm my identity. Secondly, I am asked to contact trusted contacts I have selected, however, these individuals are casual acquaintances who believe my request for codes is from a hacker.
I have attempted to reach out to Facebook via email at security@fb but have not received a response. I find it frustrating that while Facebook can quickly process my credit card for ad purchases, they are unresponsive to my account access issue.
Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I have invested eight years into nurturing my account.

I currently have two accounts: one under the name Laura Clark, my main account, and the other under Leah Thomson, my secondary account for fun. This morning, I am unable to access my main account, Laura Clark, as it is prompting me for a security check but I am not receiving the code on my phone. I need help regaining access to my Laura Clark account as it is important to me - all my family out of state and friends are connected to that page. Both accounts are linked to the same phone number. Please assist me in resolving this issue and restoring access to my Laura Clark account. Thank you.
