A year ago, my sister Rosa P. was in a severe car accident that caused traumatic head injuries. Although she hasn't used her Facebook account in nearly a year, we've been posting to keep it active. Unfortunately, today we discovered that her account has either been disabled or deleted. As her power of attorney, I manage her affairs while she recovers. Please assist me in reactivating her account since there are irreplaceable photos and memories on there that we haven't saved yet due to her injuries.

I am having trouble with my Instagram account. Despite sending several emails through the "help page" and attaching my Business Incorporation certificate from the State of Texas, I have not received any response. I recently launched a business called "Color Kissed Hair Extensions" with the corresponding Instagram handle @colorkissedhairextensions. However, my account was recently deleted without any inappropriate content or valid reason. I suspect it was a mistake and would like to recreate a new account with the same name to maintain consistency across all my branding efforts. In the meantime, I temporarily changed my personal Instagram handle to @colorkissedhairextension (without the "s") but aim to revert it back to @colorkissedhairbyanna. I have invested significant resources into branding and marketing materials with the original handle, making it crucial for me to recover or at least reuse the name on a new account. I set up an Engagement Like campaign for a client, but when I try to confirm it, an error message pops up without any prior indication of issues. In Ads Manager, when I attempt to publish the campaign, it prompts me to specify the country the ad account is linked to, select the country and time zone, then an error message appears stating that one parameter is incorrect. I lack admin access to the client's ad account. Could this be the cause of the problem?

I am having trouble accessing my customized friends lists on the Facebook mobile app for iOS. I rely heavily on this feature to organize my numerous connections. It's frustrating that Facebook seems to have removed this functionality, making it challenging for users like me to filter posts from specific friend lists. It's disappointing that such a basic need is not being met by the platform. It seems like Facebook's focus may not be on improving user experience but rather on other aspects that benefit their revenue. I wish the platform's developers would prioritize enhancing features that users value. It's disheartening to feel that Facebook's product managers and executives are not considering users' needs. 😠

Hello, I am curious to know if Facebook retains records or duplicates of photos, videos, and posts deleted from users' timelines. Despite multiple requests, the information I received only contained duplicates of current content on my timeline. I am specifically interested in retrieving deleted items dating back to the beginning of my Facebook account. I am willing to pay a fee if necessary. I am having trouble logging in to my Facebook account. It seems like someone has hacked my account and changed the password. I also no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account, and I did not provide an email address as a backup. When I try to log in, I enter my Facebook ID and then click on the "forgot password" option. However, the OTP is sent to my lost phone number, so I am unable to receive it to reset my password. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my email ([redacted]), which my Facebook account is under, as I cannot remember the password. The same goes for my recovery email account ([redacted]). The other option is to enter the phone number associated with my Facebook account, [redacted]. However, that phone number is no longer in service, so I am unable to log in to my Facebook account. My mom suggested that you can email her at [redacted] to help resolve this issue. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with my Facebook account where I was unexpectedly logged out due to suspected suspicious activity. After entering the verification code sent to my phone and uploading a photo of my ID as requested, I faced a problem where upon clicking 'continue,' the page kept refreshing without confirming if my ID submission was successful. Despite no recent unusual activities on my account, it remains invisible to others, and Messenger is also not functioning. Recently, Facebook flagged my account for unusual activity and required my phone number for verification. Reluctantly, I provided it, received the code, and entered it. Next, Facebook asked for my photo ID. After submitting it, I'm stuck in a loop where I can't proceed beyond the "continue" button. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to contact Facebook support and resolve this ongoing issue.

I am seeking assistance with deleting an old Instagram account named oldspam_shayla. This account, created when I was younger, contains inappropriate posts from my teenage years that are hindering my recovery from trauma. I have tried reaching out to Facebook support, but they have not responded to my messages. I no longer have access to the email or password associated with the account, only the phone number, which has since been reassigned to a company laptop. Hello, Our advertising account (account id: [redacted][redacted]) has been disabled. We believe this is an error and would like you to review it. Key points to consider: (1) The Facebook team mistakenly disabled our account on September 6th. This is the first time this has happened since we created the Facebook ad account on September 4th, [redacted]. Facebook has apologized for the error and swiftly reactivated our account. (2) We received 7 emails from Facebook notifying us that our account was disabled at 17:32 on September 16th. (3) Just 15 minutes after receiving these notifications, at 17:47 on September 16th, we received 2 emails stating that "Your ads are approved." As a manufacturer and brand owner of the products we sell on our website, we adhere to Facebook's guidelines and believe that Facebook can greatly assist us in promoting our brand and products. Someone has hacked my friend's Facebook account. Here is the account link: [redacted]. The hacker has taken full control and is posting sensitive photos and chats. I have discovered that someone on Facebook contacted my husband and family with false information. I have already consulted with an attorney regarding this matter. This individual used to be my friend, but I have cut ties with her. She has been in contact through a profile named Peachy Keen, reaching out to my sister who has also reported her actions. It is escalating to the point where I am considering pursuing a civil restraining order. I have a history with her from school and work where her behavior was inappropriate. If she continues to cause issues through Facebook involving my family or employment, I am aware of Facebook's protective measures, even for private accounts. I believe that the platform should address individuals who abuse it. The creation of the Peachy Keen profile to spread lies and create problems is unacceptable.

I am noticing advertisements on my Facebook page for products I have previously viewed online. I am surprised by this and concerned about the access these advertisers have to my personal social page. I believe this practice should be prohibited as I do not want ads from websites I've visited appearing on my Facebook feed. It is unsettling to see them follow me around, and I did not authorize this. I hope this can be resolved to prevent these intrusive ads from continuing to appear on my page.

I am facing an issue with accessing my Facebook account. The problem arose when I changed my password while I was not in the right state of mind. Unfortunately, the photos of my late mother and cherished memories, including my wedding, are all on that account. I initially signed up for Facebook using an email I created as a child, [redacted], which I cannot access now. Even though AOL asks for an alternate email, the one listed in my husband's name has been deactivated due to inactivity during his deployment. Despite knowing the last few letters, I can't recall it entirely. My frustration grew when I found out his account was closed and had to be reopened through a text verification. I've forgotten my Facebook password and have tried following the instructions provided multiple times without success. I have attempted to receive an SMS code to my registered cell phone, tried using different email addresses for password reset, and even contacted the Facebook phone number for assistance. Despite logging in on multiple devices and checking spam folders after restarting my phone, I have not received any password reset emails or SMS codes. I have even submitted my driver's license for verification but have not heard back from Facebook support. I am at a loss on how to regain access to my account and would appreciate any help to resolve this issue promptly.

I forgot my Facebook password. I've tried to get a 6-digit reset code through SMS, a password reset link via email, and accessing Facebook from different devices. I also sent an email support request and provided my license for identity verification a week ago. I haven't received any help from Facebook yet. I just want to log in, and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

I invested $[redacted] with what I thought was a hobby breeder, only to discover it's a puppy mill. The breeder promised a refund plus 30% by the 25th. Recently, I've been experiencing strange incidents like fake group messages created in my name with black profile pictures and messages linking me to a dog playpen group run by someone called Anna Driggers. There are also fake screenshots circulating showing me inquiring about purchasing a dog, which I didn't do. I suspect this might be related to a person named Alicia Woman, operating under the name Roxy Francis of Classy and Sassy Chihuahuas, who has a criminal history of animal abuse and fraudulent practices. I'm concerned about cyberbullying, harassment, and scams. I want to remain anonymous but need help to get my money back.
