I reported someone who was impersonating my friend, Brenda Brazzle Roberts, but it seems like I was misunderstood as reporting her as the hacker. I was actually trying to report John Stephens, who hacked into Brenda's instant messaging page and removed her from my contact list. He used her identity to trick me into a scam. I have also informed the police about this. Brenda is a close friend of mine, and this person is misusing her identity. Please investigate and take necessary actions to identify and stop this individual. Brenda had a similar experience two years ago and now this person pretends to be her on instant messaging. I need this matter resolved promptly so I can communicate with my friend again. Kindly remove this person from instant messaging to prevent further scams. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing issues running an ad. An error message (CODE: #[redacted]) is blocking my content without specifying the problem. Similarly, my business page got unpublished citing policy violations, but no details were provided. It seems the platform's security systems are overly sensitive, flagging content without explanation. As a result, I am frustrated with the lack of transparency and poor customer service. Upon completing my current freelance project, I will no longer use this service. To the person reading this, thank you for your time, effort, and care. Your support is genuinely appreciated (and probably undervalued).

I've been attempting to access my Facebook account but encountered some obstacles. Firstly, I updated my phone and phone number, so I need to change my details on Facebook. Despite trying various methods to log in, a text message with a login code was sent to my old number. I'm unable to change my number without logging in. Even when using a familiar browser, the login process repeatedly sends the code to the wrong number. I tried noting down the code and taking a picture for authentication, but it didn't work. Whenever I request a new code, I'm notified of receiving too many texts recently, which is not the case. I require assistance to regain access to my Facebook account for updating my details and disabling the code generator.

I am trying to regain access to my Instagram account, @dipdyed_fishy__, after being inactive for two years. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any verification emails to my AOL email address. Even after contacting AOL support, they believe the issue lies with Instagram. I have not made any progress in the past three months and none of the suggested solutions from Instagram support seem to apply to my situation.

I have been dealing with a situation involving my brother-in-law, who I've blocked due to his dangerous behavior. He's spreading false information about me, accusing me of kidnapping, and even offered high rewards for my supposed capture. This has caused me distress and fear for my safety. His posts, including one misleadingly labeled as an amber alert in the "West Valley City lost n found group," have disrupted my peace. Unfortunately, since I have him blocked on Facebook, I am unable to directly report these harmful posts under his alias, Rick Hubbard.

My gaming account seems to have been locked due to inactivity. When attempting to log in, a message prompts me to confirm my identity to unlock it. However, upon clicking on this option, it quickly states that my identity could not be confirmed. I have my email, password, and phone connected to the account, but I am still unable to access it. This situation is quite frustrating. How can I regain access to my account if I am unable to verify my identity even with this information?

I had set up my account with an old phone number which is no longer in use, and I didn't link an email. Recently, I couldn't access my account, and I suspect it was hacked. I have no recovery options to regain access. I can provide my identification documents, like a birth certificate or photos, to prove ownership of the account. It contains personal information that I urgently need. I hope you can assist me in recovering it. Thank you.

I can't access my account because I forgot my password. I attempted to get codes from my trusted contacts, but after clicking continue, I never received the email with instructions to reset my password. I'd like to regain access to my account without relying on my trusted contacts. However, every time I visit Facebook's help center, I keep getting redirected to the trusted contact page.

Tonight when I tried logging in, I encountered an issue where it stated my password had been changed at 8pm by someone other than myself. Despite multiple attempts to regain access through identifying photos or unfriended friends, I kept receiving an error message mentioning something called phishing. I recently acquired a new phone and have been logging in from both devices, however, I did not change my password at 8pm. I am uncertain why I am temporarily blocked from my account and I am unable to receive the code via phone as I am not currently in Jamaica. How can I regain access to my own account?

I previously had two Facebook accounts. One was named MoneyMan Tj under [redacted], which got disabled. I was in the middle of transitioning everything to my new account, Vita Pulchrum Est Tj under [redacted], which has only been active for less than 2 weeks. Facebook disabled this new account as well. I didn't violate any rules on either account. My MoneyManTJ account has been with me for years, and I have appealed to Facebook but haven't received a response. There are irreplaceable baby pictures on my account that I need access to. Once I retrieve them, I will deactivate the other account.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. When I tried to log in, it prompted me for an old email address I no longer have access to. After trying different passwords, I got locked out of my account. I need this account for Slotomania™ and had to restart from scratch. I really want to regain access to my old account to retrieve my progress on Slotomania™. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I attempted to access my account and received a message that my password was altered five days prior, although I did not make any changes.
Upon trying to reset the password, a code is sent to an email address I cannot access. When I select "I don't have access to this email," it continues sending the code to the inaccessible email, creating a loop where I am unable to log in or reset my password.

I'm attempting to join a Facebook group associated with my university. Despite adding my university email as the primary email on my Facebook account, I am unable to join. On the group page, it prompts me to input my university email, but when I confirm, nothing occurs. The group admins attempted to add me, but I do not receive any notifications, and the request to join remains pending.

As an IT Support representative for an airline, I am reaching out on behalf of our HR department regarding a sexual harassment incident. We need assistance in verifying evidence provided by the victim against the accused to ensure fair disciplinary actions are taken.
Our HR has specific inquiries:
1) The accused alleges the screenshot from the victim on Facebook messenger is altered and the profile picture was stolen. The accused did not have the reported harassment in their chat history, indicating possible message deletion. Is there a way for Facebook to verify if the accused deleted sent messages?
2) We plan to review the victim's Facebook messenger chat history on their device or via a web browser to match the provided screenshots. If needed, how can the victim request Facebook to provide chat logs for our legal records in case of court involvement?
3) If we obtain chat logs from Facebook, will it contain comprehensive information from both parties? The accused suggests the victim tampered with evidence by using the accused's profile picture with a chat-bot.

I received a notification stating, "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now. We're currently reviewing your submission. We're always looking out for the security of our community, so until then you won't be able to use Facebook." This message appeared suddenly when I attempted to log in. I suspect it might be due to having both a business and personal account open on the same laptop on the same day. Being permanently locked out is not an option for me since I require it for my business. I hope for assistance in resolving this issue.

I was using Facebook on my phone, and suddenly I got logged out as if someone else accessed my account. I've been trying for six months to recover it. The email linked to my account is from when I was 13 and I can't access it anymore. I'm willing to answer any security questions to regain access.

I am a member of the humanitarian organization, ACTED. Recently, I was made aware that back in [redacted], ACTED set up a Facebook page for our program in Myanmar, named ACTED Myanmar. However, the challenge we are facing now is that the individual responsible for creating it is no longer with the organization, and we do not have access to the email or password associated with the page. Is there a way you could assist us in recovering this information so we can resume using the page for our activities? Thank you in advance for your help.
Warm regards,

Hello,
I tried to access my Instagram account (@swavybeats) and it seems to have been deleted after several failed attempts. I checked from my other accounts, and my page doesn't appear, indicating that it may have been hacked. Instagram is vital for my business, and I need to recover my account as soon as possible.
I've contacted Instagram support, but I've only received automated responses.
Best regards,
Samuel

I recently accessed my account after a long time and encountered unnecessary issues. I am uncomfortable providing my identification over Facebook for verification. I prefer alternative methods such as phone numbers or text verification for security. I am frustrated with the inconvenience and seek assistance in regaining access to my Facebook page.
