I am experiencing issues with recovering my Facebook account due to being hacked. Unfortunately, my phone was also compromised, leading to a changed phone number preventing me from receiving the necessary verification code for access. The individual responsible for the hack was my caregiver, and they continue to cause harm through Facebook. I have successfully regained control of my email and updated passwords, but I am opting to discontinue its use. My immediate goal is to regain entry into my Facebook account, secure it, salvage what I can, and ultimately set up a new account with a different email address. I am seeking assistance in receiving the verification code via email instead of text for account recovery. Thank you for your help.

My Facebook account was compromised. Upon trying my old password, I saw a strange email address starting with a 'd' and ending with a '2'. I provided an alternate email and a photo of my driver's license but have not received a response. The email linked to my account has now been changed by the hacker, and I no longer have access to it or know the password. I submitted my ID for account recovery four days ago, but it is still in the processing stage, and I can't submit another one. It seems the password has been altered twice by someone else.

Hello, my phone isn't working and I can't remember the email address and password I used for my Facebook account. I've attempted to recover it by having my trusted contacts send me codes, but after entering them, the system says it will send an email to reset the account to the email I provided, yet I never receive it. This has happened twice. I have cherished photos spanning 14 years on that account, some of which are irreplaceable. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I designed a Facebook filter for my radio page, but unfortunately, it was rejected. I carefully reviewed the policies and I cannot figure out why it was not approved. The filter is not offensive; it simply displays the radio name and its website. As an internet radio station, including the website is crucial for people to locate us. The ID provided for the filter is [redacted][redacted]. I would really appreciate it if the filter could be accepted. Thank you.

Facebook has become challenging to navigate. I was requested to verify my identity using my phone number, which I did. Then, a photo ID was requested, but I am hesitant to provide personal information for security reasons. I'm worried about potential data breaches and my information being compromised. Staying connected with friends is important to me, but the verification process has made it difficult. I assure you that I am a genuine user and not involved in any fraudulent activities. It's frustrating that after reporting a hacked account, I encountered issues accessing my own.

I've been attempting to update my Facebook business page to reflect the new name of my company, which is closely related to the previous one. Despite following the guidelines, my request keeps getting denied. I've filed an appeal over a month ago, but I have yet to receive any updates. The lack of communication is frustrating, and I am contemplating removing my business from Facebook. The automated responses from Facebook are not helpful, and this situation is unacceptable.

On Thursday, October 2nd, my Facebook account was hacked, and the password was changed. The hacker then gained access to my personal email account through my service provider, sending sensitive emails to my employer and others. Additionally, on Sunday, October 6, my Yahoo email account ([redacted]) was also hacked, sending out sensitive emails. I have filed a claim with my service provider to investigate and determine the IP address used to access my email account. Furthermore, the hacker accessed my Messenger account and shared conversations involving myself (Katia Abbasi - [redacted]) and Bakr Seif Elnasr with the media and others. I am seeking an investigation into these incidents, requesting log information from Facebook and Yahoo, as well as identifying the IP address of the individual responsible for accessing my accounts.

I've been facing an error message on Marketplace saying, "This Person isn't receiving messages at this time" whenever I try to send a message. I believe this issue arose after a delivery person became rude during a transaction. Despite agreeing on a price, the delivery person demanded more money and used inappropriate language. I responded firmly, and now I suspect he may have reported me. Since then, I have been unable to send any messages on Marketplace for at least two weeks. This restriction is impacting me as I frequently use Marketplace to shop for my child. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: Assistance Needed - Facebook Account Access Issue I recently encountered a problem with my Facebook account and found myself locked out after using it for many years. My son Tommy, who is now 28, initially helped me create the account during his college days. We used my cherished nickname, which has been a part of my identity since childhood. While it's not my legal name, all those close to me, including family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues, recognize me by this nickname. Unfortunately, I am struggling to regain access as Facebook requires documents I cannot provide. Despite this, I have personal mail, church certificates, receipts, and even my wedding invitations from June [redacted], all reflecting my nickname. I am currently using my correct last name on the platform. I am eager to access my old account due to the sentimental memories it holds, such as the loss of my mother, the birth of my grandson, and my son's recent engagement. These are precious moments that I wish to preserve. I have also encountered a security issue involving a fake account impersonating a family friend, Mary Wilson, prompting me to report it to Facebook, leading to my current lockout. I am seeking guidance on how to prove my identity. My husband, children, and friends can vouch for me. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Mary "KayKay" Bossaller Email: [redacted]

I am currently using the profile under the name "Canea Nukunuku," which is not my actual account. My correct active account is "Canea Senior." The "Canea Nukunuku" profile is empty but strangely has my mobile number linked to it. On my mobile phone, I am still logged into my Facebook page under the correct profile "Canea Senior," adding to the confusion. If my "Canea Senior" profile was disconnected, it wouldn't still be active on my phone, but it is. This issue arose when I logged out of Facebook on my PC, which is a normal occurrence. When I tried to log back in later that evening and couldn't, I knew there was a problem. When I attempted to reset my password by providing my email address "[redacted]," it wasn't recognized. However, when I used my phone number, it accepted it but created a blank profile. I need assistance in restoring my complete backed-up profile "Canea Senior." You can reach me for further communication at [redacted]

My Facebook ads account got disabled for violating the Advertising Policies. When I check my ads manager, I see a Dynamic Product Retargeting Ad in review. There is an error indicated with a red triangle beside it. The account is disabled, so I can't create or edit ads. My products in the Facebook shop are occasionally disabled for being mistaken as firearms or weapons, although I sell laptop backpacks, travel backpacks, business laptop backpacks, sling bags, and computer sleeves. I always appeal these disapprovals, and they usually get approved again. Some products remain disapproved, potentially leading to the account disablement. I'm worried about the situation as I've been advertising since May 1, [redacted], with no disapprovals until now. I believe I did not break any policies. I need guidance on what steps to take next. Please assist me!

A few weeks ago, I got a strange text message regarding changing my password, even though I didn't request it. I promptly changed my Facebook password. Now, with a new phone, I am trying to log in but am getting an incorrect password message. When I try the 'forgot password' option, it only gives me the choice to send the verification to an unfamiliar email address, not mine. This unfamiliar email is not linked to my account. I'm unsure how to update the email for receiving the verification.

When attempting to log into my radio station's Facebook page, I am repeatedly met with the message: "To ensure the security of your information, we have temporarily locked your account. Please verify your identity and reset your password to unlock your account." Subsequently, I followed the instructions to send an ID for verification purposes. Despite sending my license multiple times, I have yet to receive a response.

My laptop stopped working, so an Apple technician had to clear all data and reset it. My iPhone is synced to my laptop, but after the reset, I noticed that my Facebook app disappeared on my iPhone as well. Last week, I received a disturbing message demanding money under the threat of posting inappropriate photos online, but since I don't have a camera, I deleted the message. Luckily, due to the sync between my phone and iPad, I could retrieve all the information. This issue with having to sign up again for services like Facebook occurred after I had my laptop repaired and started putting photos back on it.

I accidentally removed my Facebook account from all devices. It was created using my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. It is asking for a code that will be sent to my old number, which I don't have anymore. I only made the account with that number. Please help me open the account by adding my new number, which is now [redacted]. The account linked with the email [redacted] belongs to Johny Johny. Thank you.

While on a trip, I attempted to access my account but forgot my login information due to not needing it on my home computer. After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, I unintentionally created a new account, encountering a message that the account was already in use. To rectify this, I changed my last name, inadvertently creating another account. Now, I am unable to access my original account. I researched and found a solution to delete the unwanted account, but it resulted in deleting my original account. I managed to reactivate the original account promptly. How can I eliminate the unwanted new account and regain control of my original account? Thank you.

I got logged out of my account and when I tried to log back in using my iPhone, the same device I used to log out, it asked for an SMS code. However, I never received the code and now it's saying too many codes have been sent. It's been over two weeks and my attempts to verify with a photo and a driver's license have not resolved the issue.

I am facing an issue with my Facebook shop where someone previously connected to the account still has access to the messenger for the page, despite not being part of the shop or page anymore. They are not admins, but I suspect they can access it through Instagram. I am unable to unlink the Facebook account from Instagram because I do not have access to the Instagram account where the other person is controlling it. I have contacted Instagram for help, but they say I am not connected to the Instagram account, so I can't unlink it. Can someone assist me with this problem?

I recently discovered that my Facebook account has been hacked despite not using it since early March. My phone has been inactive for months, so I'm puzzled how this happened. When I attempt to access my account, it claims my mobile number isn't linked, and my password was changed. Now it requires identity verification. Despite sending my ID, emails, and efforts to contact support, I'm stuck. This issue has caused me distress as I have crucial conversations with my deceased Nan and irreplaceable photos on the account. Seeking a resolution, I recall a prior hacking incident involving a nudity post. It seems like a cycle of frustration, and I hope for assistance. To reach me, please contact me at [redacted] or on [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], which is the mobile number associated with my account. I've observed conflicting information regarding my number's status, hinting at foul play.
