I have recently established multiple locations for my business. While expanding, our original Facebook page was set as our main parent page instead of a specific location. This has caused all reviews and ratings to appear on the parent page rather than on each individual location's page. I would like to rectify this by attributing the reviews to the correct locations. I have reviewed the support article you provided, which mentions a prompt to move reviews during the setup, but I did not receive such a prompt. Three months ago, I received a new phone and number. When I logged back into Facebook on my new device, I used my email since my previous number was no longer in use. Everything was fine until September 14th when I was unexpectedly logged out. When attempting to log back in with my email, I received an error message claiming it wasn't associated with an account, even though I had used it recently without issue. After trying my old phone number, I discovered an unfamiliar account linked to it rather than mine. I selected the option stating it was my account, which then requested a code to be sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. Despite trying to log in with my old number and account password, I couldn't gain access. It seems the new owner of my old number may have tried to log into Facebook, causing this issue and preventing me from accessing my account.

I was logged out of my Facebook account and tried to login but my password was incorrect. Upon attempting to reset it, I noticed the email displayed was unfamiliar and the profile name was listed as Robert Lee, not Levi Serrao. I checked a friend's phone and searched my name, Levi Serrao, which displayed the same profile picture but under the name Robert Lee. When I visited the profile, the photo had changed, and my mutual friends were connected to this profile. I suspect my account has been hacked. I created a new profile under Levi Serrao without a profile picture. Please assist me in recovering my previous profile as it seems to have been compromised.

Since September 5, my account (Mango Go) has been blocked. I provided two utility bills and a driver's license for verification, but it seems to have been overlooked. I am the administrator of a business page [redacted] on Facebook, and the work has come to a halt due to this issue. My account is linked to Instagram, which validates my identity. I submitted a screenshot of my photo ID as requested by Facebook to set up my business account. Despite this, I am facing challenges completing the process. I encountered an issue with my Facebook app on my iPhone. After clicking a link, I was logged out and unable to log back in. Hello,
I previously worked at a company where I had a professional Facebook account under my real name and an associated email address. Later, I moved to another company and created a new professional account with the same name and a different email address.
I am now back at my initial company and when I tried to sign in with my original professional email address, Facebook is asking for ID verification, making it impossible for me to access my business page.
Is there a solution to this issue that doesn't involve submitting personal documents?

I believed that Facebook had rules prohibiting pages from sharing photos of children under 13 publicly. I reported three pages harassing me by posting pictures of my kids, but no action has been taken. I am puzzled why these pages are still up despite the dedicated complaint page for child exploitation cases.

I am having issues with Marketplace. When attempting to remove sold items or view my listings, I keep receiving an error message stating that Marketplace is unavailable. This is frustrating as I am unable to edit or delete any items from my groups. I have found that using Safari allows me to access my activity through an older version of Facebook with a different toolbar. I can also access my listings through the help support link they offer, but it is a cumbersome and tedious process.

I am confused as to why my account has been disabled. I was informed that it was due to a reported false account. However, I assure you that I am a real person who values privacy. I engage in discussions online like any other user, but it seems that I am being singled out because of my conservative views. When I tried to reactivate my account, I was informed that my phone number is invalid, even though I have been using the same number since the advent of cell phones. It feels like Facebook is once again censoring those who do not align with their beliefs. If my account is not reviewed fairly, I will connect with others who have faced similar issues. Please help me recover my account. My name is Arvind Kumar, and my mobile number registered is 9[redacted] 17. All my accounts for Gmail, Facebook, and more are linked to this number. Previously, I was able to recover them through SMS, but now it's not working. Only my Messenger account shows up with my photo, neither Messenger nor Facebook can be recovered. I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. The email associated with my account is inaccessible, and when I try to use codes from trusted contacts, I am directed to a page where I can add or delete a new email or phone number. Inputting my new phone number does not progress to the next step, and although I receive a text code, there is nowhere to enter it. I have also attempted to use a new email address without success. Additionally, I have been temporarily banned from the platform multiple times for supposedly fast activity or misuse. My account has been compromised. Despite all efforts, I have been unable to regain access as the hacker has exploited it to solicit funds from my Facebook friends. The hacker altered both my password and linked phone number.
I am prepared to provide any necessary documentation, such as my ID and other methods, to confirm my ownership of the account.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. I have both my email and password, but I keep receiving an error message stating they are resolving the issue. A couple of years ago, I disabled my account. Recently, I tried to log back in but couldn't remember my old password. After selecting the option to create a new password, I received a recovery code from Facebook. Despite this, I am still unable to access my account as I never designated friends for identity confirmation. Instead, I uploaded a photo of my ID to verify my identity. After doing so, Facebook indicated they would contact me via email. However, several days have passed, and I have yet to receive any communication regarding my login issue. Today, I attempted to log in once more and uploaded my ID picture again, but still have not received any emails providing further information on why I am unable to access my account.

I am experiencing an issue with my Paleo Direct business account. It was recently flagged for clickbait abuse, although this was never my intention. I frequently post links with photo previews to inform our followers about new items on our website. However, the automated programming crops the photo and displays a full title description that we have no control over. I had not accessed my Facebook account, rotekdrums, in several years. After logging into the associated email account successfully, thanks to Microsoft's efficient account recovery system, I managed to reset my password on Facebook. However, upon doing so, Facebook promptly locked my account, forcing me to undergo a tedious verification process that solely relies on friends identifying me. This method is frustrating for me as I have around 3,[redacted] friends, majority of whom I do not personally know. They are all drummers as I own a drum company. It seems unreasonable to not offer alternative verification methods commonly used by other platforms, such as security questions regarding favorite pets or family names. Despite providing the requested code twice, my account remains inaccessible.
