Hello, my name is Danielle L. Two days ago, my Facebook account was apparently hacked, and Facebook locked me out. I had to verify my identity by answering questions, identifying friends, and submitting a photo with a code on a blank paper. However, an error occurred during this process. I was then asked to provide a picture of my driver's license but nothing happened after that. I reset my password, but now it's not working, and I'm worried about losing my pictures. After changing my password, I was prompted to enter a code that I never received. The code was supposedly sent to my old email [redacted], which I haven't used in a long time and can't remember the password for. I am concerned about losing contact with family on Facebook who live in other states. I need help with my account as soon as possible.

I boosted a post on my business page but needed to edit it. I searched for instructions on how to edit a boosted post, followed them, and accidentally deleted the original. After editing the post, I boosted it again, keeping the remaining budget of $28.69 as the total budget for the new boosted post. However, when checking the metrics the next day, it showed a budget of $30 plus the $28.69, totaling $58.69. This is incorrect, and I need Facebook's assistance to rectify this error. Thank you.

I am receiving a pop-up message stating that someone from Texas attempted to access my account. The message prompts me to sign in and create a new password. I can briefly access my Facebook page before the pop-up reappears. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this message and if it is really from Facebook. I am unsure of my previous password, but I can make some guesses based on my past passwords. -Kevin M. Pratley

After resetting my phone, I forgot my password for the app. I successfully reset it, but I'm unable to receive the SMS code needed to complete the login process. I only received one code over 24 hours ago and subsequent attempts to resend it have failed, stating that I have exceeded the limit. I tried sending a selfie with a handwritten code as requested, then received an email with a link to access my account online via Chrome. However, I still can't receive the necessary SMS code on the app to log in through the Messenger app. I've cleared the app's cache and data, reset the password multiple times, but keep encountering the same error message regarding the SMS code. I'm seeking assistance with this issue.

Every time I log into my Facebook account (often over [redacted] times a day), I am bombarded with friend requests from strangers, most of whom are from foreign countries. This constant influx of friend requests is frustrating and invades my privacy. It is time-consuming to delete them each time I visit Facebook. I have requested assistance multiple times without receiving any response. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

When I try to upload my CSV file which contains columns of data, I encounter various error messages. Initially, I tried uploading just the email addresses column, but the system prompted me to include a value column and custom data. When I loaded the entire file with demographic info, I was asked to select the customer value column, which I did with the email column. However, when I proceeded to preview and map the data, I faced issues with selecting which demographics to upload, restricting the upload button from being clickable. Even after cleaning up the file by adding placeholders for missing data and trying to upload again, the audience size remained unavailable due to privacy measures. The error report highlighted a value column error on every entry, mentioning a non-numeric value, which caused confusion as I followed instructions to select the email address for the value column. Despite these challenges, I am still unable to successfully upload my list of over [redacted] people.

My messaging app has been compromised, resulting in unauthorized messages being sent to my contacts. Despite my efforts, including changing passwords and deleting the app, the issue persists. I have been attempting to contact customer support through Facebook and Messenger to no avail. The hacker even used my old profile picture to impersonate me. I am looking for a resolution as soon as possible, including the deletion of my account.

I recently shared a real estate-related picture on my Facebook business page. I interacted with one user's comment, but when I tried to respond to another user, I received a message stating that I've been blocked due to posts being reported as spam. I never received any prior notifications of violations. I've heard it could be a competitor's action or an accidental report. This situation is impacting my business, and I need a resolution so I can post on my page again. I can still post on other pages without issues.

I recently upgraded my phone and phone number. When I tried to download Facebook, I encountered an issue. It seems that Facebook changed my password due to inactivity, and now I am locked out. Despite attempting to reset my password and verify my friends, I can't seem to get back in. With my new phone number, I am unable to receive the verification code sent to my old phone. Searching for my account yields no results, making me think it might be closed. I rely on my Facebook account for work on my website and urgently need to regain access.

My comment was removed because it supposedly violated community standards. The comment I wrote was "men are trash" in response to a post claiming that gay men don't say that. As a gay man, I expressed my opinion with those words. I believe in my right to free speech under the 1st amendment, and my comment did not infringe on anyone else's rights. Facebook should not suppress my constitutional right to express my views based on their community guidelines. I am prepared to seek legal advice if necessary to address this matter. I feel that Facebook is overlooking the rights of a gay African American individual with disabilities to voice opinions freely, even when it does not harm anyone. If required, I will consider involving the media, as this is not the first time my comments have been deleted due to my opinions. I am hopeful that this issue can be resolved promptly.

I am having difficulty receiving the verification code on my landline phone listed under my mother's name, Julia Dean. Her phone number is [redacted] and mine is [redacted]. I recently got a new phone and changed my password on Facebook but now I am locked out. I can't update my information to receive the code because both phone numbers are listed under my mother's name. I still have access to my old phone, but I need to update my information to receive texts. I would prefer not to contact my friends for help due to their work schedules. Can you assist me with resolving this issue so I can access my Facebook account again?

I have contacted Facebook multiple times without receiving any response. Here is the situation: I am an admin for the Pomeranian UK group, which was founded by "Zoe Louise." This group is over 5 years old and has more than [redacted] members. Unfortunately, it has been permanently deleted. It seems like a post or comment may have violated Facebook's standards, although we did not intentionally approve any such content. The "Group Quality" feature is supposed to flag any standard violations, yet when I checked it yesterday, no breaches were reported. However, today we received a notification of the group deletion. Our group rules explicitly prohibit sale posts and other activities that go against Facebook standards. We are dedicated to compliance and would not knowingly allow such content. Therefore, the deletion seems unjust and unfair, affecting many members. The group is a valuable resource for all its members, so I am requesting the reinstatement of our group. We were not informed of any specific breaches yesterday, but we are willing to comply if made aware. Kindly consider restoring our group. Thank you, Dan

I recently started streaming PUBG Mobile on my iPhone X using the Omlet Arcade app to simultaneously broadcast on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch. While playing, I was unexpectedly logged out due to someone gaining access to my PUBG account through Facebook. I suspect the individual is from Alexandria, Egypt. Fortunately, I was able to regain access via my linked Twitter account. However, the intruder might have enabled two-step authentication on my Facebook, hindering my login attempts. I seek assistance in recovering my Facebook account to prevent further unauthorized access. I've invested significant time and money into my PUBG Mobile progress and wish to avoid starting anew.

Last Monday, I received a notification from Facebook stating that my account was accessed from a Linux computer even though I use an HP computer. I followed the instructions to secure my account by changing my password and received a code on my phone for verification. The same situation happened on Tuesday, and I repeated the process of changing my password with the code sent to my phone. On Wednesday, I was prompted again to secure my account, but I decided to ignore it as I could still access my account from my HP computer without issues. However, on Thursday, I found out that my password was changed without my knowledge, and I couldn't log in anymore. I tried to recover my account, but I faced challenges as I no longer had access to my old email address. Despite having access to my phone number, the account recovery process seemed complicated, leading me to a strange email for verification. Additionally, I'm unable to retrieve my account due to the requirement of revealing my trusted contact, a feature I never set up. I've attempted to send my identity to Facebook, but there seems to be an issue with recognizing my phone number. I seek guidance on how to successfully recover my old Facebook account.

I received a message from an old Facebook friend on Facebook Messenger recommending his cousin who is opening a clothing store in Trinidad and needs models. I added the person on Facebook, but I can only recall the name Shandy or something similar. Following our conversation, she shared a link to view the dresses, but upon clicking it initially, it redirected me to Google's homepage. After notifying her, she advised me to try again later, and when I did, the link led to what seemed to be a valid online clothing store affiliated with Lonsdale Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, a familiar company. The exchange occurred late on Sunday night, and I discovered the following morning that I was locked out of my account. Due to a busy day, I was unable to address the issue promptly. Unexpectedly, a coworker, who is also a Facebook friend, reached out during the afternoon to alert me about receiving inappropriate messages that appeared to come from my account.

My account is currently blocked, and I am unable to access a scanner or printer to verify my identity as the Facebook account owner. Despite sending a bill copy via email, it was rejected. I use a proxy server for security and manage other online accounts this way without issue. I have relied on this account for years to stay connected with loved ones, especially since I am homebound. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] for any inquiries regarding unlocking my Facebook/Messenger account. Thank you, Rick Taylor
