I apologize for reaching out about this issue with contacting Facebook. When attempting to submit the form via the email method provided, an error message continuously appears stating "no account." Recently, my personal ad account ([redacted]) was disabled. Upon receiving the notice and reviewing the Advertising Guidelines, I identified a potential violation regarding "17. Grammar & Profanity." This violation occurred due to inadvertently surpassing the hashtag limit in a recent Instagram post that was promoted. I sincerely regret this oversight and assure you it will not recur. I utilize the promotion feature solely for my photography content to increase visibility and never with the intention of breaching policies. Good morning, I have a suggestion for a new feature on Facebook that could bring happiness to millions of people. Instead of just showing how you will look at an old age, why not create a face search app that can recognize how many people in the world have the same face as you, and where they are located? This would surely surprise and excite millions of users, potentially making them even happier and encouraging more time spent on Facebook searching for their lookalikes. I have attempted multiple times to set up an account and a page to promote a website that is currently being developed. I wish to name it "Visit Sam Roi Yot." However, each time I create the account and the page, the account is quickly suspended, and I am unsure of the reason. I am using valid email addresses and phone numbers and have not engaged in any suspicious activity. In fact, I have not even made any posts since the website is still in progress. During the last suspension, I was unable to input a valid Thailand phone number due to it being deemed invalid incorrectly. I seek guidance on how to successfully create this account without facing suspension or insight on my mistakes to rectify them. Hello, I'm reaching out regarding the account that belonged to my younger sister, Sasha O. It appears to have been hacked, with the first name changed but our shared last name retained. When I messaged the account, I was promptly blocked. A friend who also messaged the account trying to call got a similar response. I'm concerned about the security of sensitive information. The person has altered the profile photos and deleted my sister's photos but retained most of the original posts, some of which tag me. I kindly request the account's removal as my sister is unable to access it. Upon reverse-searching the profile picture, we discovered another girl's name and Instagram account from Germany. Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with my Facebook account. My name is Hind Atta, as listed on my profile. Approximately 3 to 4 days ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account. After attempting to log back in and realizing I had forgotten my password, I reset it and created a new one using my phone number, [redacted]3. Due to also forgetting the password to my email, [redacted], I encountered difficulty regaining access. Upon successfully logging back in, Facebook alerted me about suspicious activity on my account and conducted a verification process where I identified certain posts and contacts. Shortly after, I was logged out again, and subsequent attempts to log in with the new password were unsuccessful. Despite multiple password attempts and reset efforts using my phone number, I encountered issues with account recognition. My original email, h********[redacted], had been changed to a*********[redacted] without my authorization. Despite my worldwide network of friends on Facebook due to relocating, I am unable to access my account. I kindly request assistance in resetting my password and restoring access to my account. I have experienced being banned on and off for a year and six months. Last week, I received clearance to use my account again. After verifying my account and submitting my Florida driver's license, I logged in yesterday only to face the same process once more. It feels unfair to continuously go through this ordeal when I have important pages and ads to manage. I urge you to exercise more discretion and address this ongoing issue promptly to prevent it from escalating into harassment or discrimination. Hello, I am urgently seeking assistance regarding my Instagram account that was mistakenly disabled for impersonation. The imposter account, walker_shreve69, was pretending to be me while I, walkershreve, have had my account for years with 58 posts displaying clear pictures of me. The fake account had only one post with a poorly written bio containing misspelled words. Despite multiple attempts to appeal through the login page with information and my state ID, Instagram has not responded. Friends have questioned me about the imposter. I seek your help to resolve this issue, regain access to my main account, and hold the imposter accountable for their actions. Hello, I'm Sunil Kolhapte. I've been using my Facebook account under the name Sunil Kolhapte since May [redacted]. I am having trouble signing into my Facebook account and need to reset my password. When I try to add a different number to my account, I receive an error message stating that someone else is already using that number on Facebook. A few days ago, I managed to log in and saw a girl named Daysia was using the phone. I recently acquired this number on Saturday. I also have another number associated with the account that is currently off, making it inaccessible. I need help changing the account to my name, so I can regain access, reset the password, and resolve this issue. I forgot the password to my personal Facebook account and am unable to recover it through my phone or email. My email was deleted by AOL due to inactivity, and my phone number is no longer active. Unfortunately, my trusted contacts are not helpful as one is deceased, two are former partners who forgot their passwords, and one is unresponsive. The last one can assist, but I need the support of two more trusted contacts to reset my password. Can I reset my password using just the one trusted contact?

My account was disabled, and I was directed to contact the Help Center for assistance. Unfortunately, when I try to access the Help Center, I keep receiving a "Connection Lost, retry later" message. I used to have two Facebook accounts, one for personal use with all my contacts, photos, and memories, and one for my Notary Service, not realizing that only one account was allowed. After my business account became inactive, I started following a "Live Streamer" this year, not knowing about the concept before. The trouble began when I was asked to use my dormant account, leading to my primary account being locked. The Streamer somehow got involved and caused issues with my verification, resulting in my phone number getting flagged and my account completely locked. I've lost access to precious memories of departed loved ones, conversations, and irreplaceable photos. This negative experience with the Live Streamer has cost me $[redacted] and my cherished memories. I hope to regain access to my one account. The Streamer continues to manipulate new followers and engage in scams, causing distress among users.

I recently received a negative review on my Facebook business account for a beauty salon which I believe to be false. The reviewer left comments about their hair and nails breaking, along with claiming I was rude during their treatment. I know this person from our town and have seen them multiple times without any issues. In truth, this customer was late for their appointment, complained about colors, and continuously criticized the salon during their treatment. Despite my attempts to address the situation, the reviewer has not responded. This review is impacting my business as we only have two negative reviews, and the other one is valid. I have tried reporting it to Facebook with no response. I am hoping to have this inaccurate review removed to maintain the reputation of my salon.

My first Facebook account was hacked last week Friday by someone I don't know. This person has been using my account to scam my friends and groups, causing me trouble. I cannot log in because he changed the phone number and the Gmail address associated with the account. The account name is "Prince Ogunwole G. Victor." I created a new account, "Gideon Segun Prince Ogunwole," to clarify that I am not the one scamming. I need assistance from Facebook Admin or Help Center to recover my original account. I recently experienced being logged out of my Facebook account and was unable to log back in. When confirming with my brother and fiance, both noted that my account was no longer visible. Shortly after, notifications from family, close friends, and my fiance's mutual friends stated that my account had been hacked by someone selling and promoting "seda." Through Snapchat, I reached out to inform everyone of the hacking and requested reports against the hacker. However, the hacker changed the email associated with my account, making it difficult for me to regain control. I am concerned about the safety of my children's photos and older pictures of my fiance on the account. How can I prove my identity to regain access? Would providing recent photos with a dated note help in this situation?
