I encountered an issue with my Facebook app on my phone where I was prompted to log back in. Upon attempting to do so with my email and password, I was informed that my password was incorrect. Despite never changing my password, I opted to reset it, only to realize that the reset code would be sent to an outdated email account that hasn't been in use for over 8 years. I submitted my photo ID for verification, but have yet to receive a response after several days. Furthermore, when trying to log in with my original credentials again, I received an error message stating that my password was incorrect and that I couldn't reuse an old password.

On September 24, [redacted], at 11 a.m., I encountered an issue with the Facebook app on my phone. I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Despite attempting to log back in with my credentials that I've used for over 9 years, [redacted] and password Basketball23, I was unsuccessful. I repeated the login process multiple times without success. Furthermore, searching for my account by name proved futile, leading me to worry if it had been deleted. My name on Facebook is DEVIN DAVIS, I am African American, born on November 15, [redacted]. My current profile picture features me in a blue with white striped polo shirt and blue jeans, holding a black iPhone in a bathroom mirror selfie. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter.

We recently purchased a Crime Scene Cleanup franchise in South Africa. Each franchise is in charge of their own marketing, and we initially created a personal Facebook page which grew to [redacted] friends. Facebook prompted us to convert it to a business page, but when we tried, our account got disabled. Despite multiple attempts and creating a new business profile, Facebook disabled both accounts. We believe this might be connected to jealousy within the franchise network, possibly due to our quick success. We are eager to retrieve our original page with its followers intact, as it has been vital for our marketing efforts. Your assistance in recovering our profile would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Teresa Mason. Tonight, someone hacked into my Facebook account and changed my email and password. My email, [redacted], has been the same for years. The password was changed an hour before the hack. While trying to recover my password, I noticed a different email with the last two digits being 90 instead of my usual 51. I have already sent Facebook a copy of my State ID to prove my identity. My stepmom is in the ICU with cancer, and contacting my stepsister through Facebook is essential. My friend witnessed suspicious activity on my account, confirming the hack. I urgently need access to my account to communicate with my stepfamily during this critical time. Thank you for your assistance, and may God bless you.

Good evening, I have a story to share regarding an incident with a Malaysian individual on Instagram. Yesterday, I was scammed by someone who claimed to be trustworthy from that country. The person asked to swap game IDs via email. I decided to trust them, shared my game ID email, but received an empty email in return. They changed my game ID email, preventing me from accessing it, and then deleted their Instagram account, making it hard to prove the scam. I seek Instagram's assistance in providing the email or phone number associated with that account, as I need this information to report the incident to the police. The Instagram account in question was "wmmttrader," which has since been deleted. Your prompt response to help resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It appears that the profile page managed by the booster club president had its password changed without their knowledge. The email associated with the account, [redacted], was disabled by Yahoo, complicating the password recovery process. Unfortunately, the president did not set up backup contact information and mistakenly created the page as a personal account instead of a business one. This has hindered their ability to regain access to the sports booster club page, which serves the entire high school. The intention is to convert it to a business page, but access to the personal account is needed for this transition. Without access to the email account, the options seem limited, although proof of presidency for the booster club can be provided.

Two weeks ago, my ex-boyfriend stole my phone, which I managed to retrieve a few days ago. However, my SIM card is now requesting a PUK code. In order to reactivate it, I need to contact my carrier. I attempted to verify my account through alternate methods since I couldn't receive codes without my phone during that time. I sent my government ID to Facebook multiple times, but I haven't received any response, which is quite frustrating. I find it challenging to complete this process daily, and I hope to avoid repeating it. I recently activated my SIM card, but I am unable to receive the code to recover my account. This authentication process is becoming bothersome to me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as I have forgotten the email linked to it and I can no longer access the associated email account. I suspect I accidentally deleted my original account and created a new one using the same phone number: [redacted]. The original account belongs to Miguel Angel San Miguel (Miguel San Miguel) and can be found at www.facebook.com/miguel.a.sanmiguel.3. The profile features a photo of my wife with glasses and dark hair, my baby with a white bow, and myself. I accidentally deleted this account and created a new one at www.facebook.com/miguel.sanmiguel.[redacted]. This new account only displays my first and last name, Miguel San Miguel, and includes a picture of me and my wife with dark hair and red lipstick. I have indicated a relationship with "Christina Sedeno" on this account. I am seeking help to regain access to my original account, as I have exhausted all other recovery options with no success. Thank you, Miguel San Miguel

Hello, My name is Saddam Hussain, and I set up my account approximately 9 to 10 years ago using my legitimate Gmail address and phone number. Over the years, I have frequently been asked to verify my identity, providing genuine documentation each time to prove my authenticity. However, about 3 weeks ago, Facebook disabled my account citing a violation of their rules. I have not engaged in spam, nudity, hate speech, or any other rule infringement. Despite numerous attempts to recover my account and submitting confidential documents such as my National Identity Card, job records, and educational certificates, my efforts have been unsuccessful. Considering the sensitive information on my account, I am contemplating pursuing legal action against Facebook for their disregard of my submitted documentation. Your advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me via my Facebook account email: [redacted]

Hello, my Facebook account is not working, and I am not sure why. The platform is asking me to provide a photo of my ID to regain access. It states that once I submit a copy of my ID, it will be kept for more than 30 days but less than a year unless I opt out. I assure you that I am not using fake IDs, and I have even attached my PAN card. I am confused as to why this is happening as I am a genuine user, not a fake one.

I authorized Don Davies to become an Admin on my Facebook account. Hi, my name is Don Davies, and I was recently given Admin access to Account [redacted]47 belonging to Amy Laidlaw. I utilized an app called Arsenal MKG to place a real estate ad on her Facebook account remotely. It seems the app may not have been programmed to activate the "Special Real Estate" category button, which I understand is required. This could be due to an app glitch since it may have been developed before the new Real Estate regulations were implemented. I will ensure that if I use the Arsenal MKG app again, it will prompt the necessary actions for special category ads. Apologies for the confusion. Please reinstate Amy's account. I am eager to know the outcome of this review as we plan to run more ads. Thank you. Regards, Amy Laidlaw - Realty Executives 😊 [redacted]

Hello, I granted admin access to Don Davies on my Facebook Ad account. Unfortunately, my account was disabled by Facebook due to a violation. Don Davies has recently been added as an account admin to Ad Account [redacted]47, using the Arsenal MKG app to place a real estate ad. There appears to have been an issue with the app not activating the "Special Real Estate" category button, likely due to outdated programming. Don Davies assures that if the Arsenal MKG app is used again, steps will be taken to ensure compliance with the new regulations. We kindly request Facebook's review to reactivate the account, as we are eager to continue running ads. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Amy Laidlaw from Realty Executives.

I enabled two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator but lost my phone and don't have any trusted devices I could use. I have access to my email, phone number, and Facebook account password. Since my Facebook account is fake, I lack the necessary ID to prove my identity to Facebook. Despite submitting my real ID several times, I haven't received any response from Facebook. I need assistance in recovering access to my account.

There is a significant public conversation circulating about a group of 11,[redacted] doctors on Facebook. They are reportedly breaching patient confidentiality, mocking patients, and displaying unethical behavior contrary to their medical roles in Denmark. Many are shocked that such groups are allowed on Facebook given the sensitive nature of their discussions. It is crucial that these groups, where doctors discuss patients, are deactivated promptly for the patients' privacy and trust in the medical profession. There are more appropriate and secure communication channels available to them. It is important to ensure access to the content if the group is removed, as legal action might be pursued against those involved. Action is needed to address this issue promptly.

I am inquiring about recovering a hacked Facebook account. My elderly mother's account was recently compromised, and we are unable to regain access due to a forgotten password and no longer having the email linked to the account. The profile and cover photos have been changed without permission to inappropriate images, causing distress as it was created to stay in touch with family and share memorable moments. Attempts to use an older password to recover the account proved unsuccessful. Any assistance with reclaiming the account would be greatly appreciated.

Good day, I recently received a message on Facebook from someone named Elize Botha claiming I won a prize through Facebook Lottery Promotion. While I'm thrilled about the news, I wanted to verify the authenticity due to concerns about scams in South Africa. Can someone confirm if the message I received is legitimate? Thank you. Hello, I submitted an appeal regarding your decision on Wednesday, September 18, [redacted], at 10:55. It was mentioned that recent activity on my page doesn't adhere to Facebook's rules on impersonation and presenting my page as a business. I would appreciate it if you could review my complaint. I am the official representative of the Penti brand in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Penti has an official page with a blue badge, and I believe this issue may stem from the global representation model where each country's representative manages a page without issues. Penti's products like lingerie, swimwear, and sleepwear for women and children are culturally sensitive and do not violate any Facebook rules. If necessary, I can provide confirmation and documents from brand managers to validate our page's authenticity. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly as in [redacted], a similar issue arose and I did not receive support or response, resulting in my page being deactivated after 14 days. I have invested significant time and money into my page, and I fear a repeat incident. I look forward to a quick response and resolution. Best regards, Adelisa

Hello, I submitted an appeal regarding your decision on Wednesday, September 18, [redacted] at 10:55. It was mentioned that recent activity on my page does not comply with Facebook's rules about impersonation and claiming that my page represents businesses. I am the official representative of the Penti brand in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The brand also has an official Page with a blue badge, so I am unsure if this could be causing any issues since representatives from other countries also manage their pages without any trouble. Penti's products include lingerie, swimwear, and sleepwear for women and children. The brand's content is culturally appropriate, and I believe it does not violate Facebook's guidelines. If needed, I can provide confirmation and documents from the brand's managers to demonstrate the authenticity of our Page and show that we are not violating any rules or pretending to be someone else. I sincerely hope for a prompt resolution as I faced a similar issue in the summer of [redacted] without receiving support or a response from Facebook, leading to my page deactivation after 14 days. A lot of effort and resources have been invested in my page, and I am concerned about a recurrence. Looking forward to a swift response and resolution. Best regards, Adelisa

To whom it may concern, I recently discovered that my account has been deactivated due to a disapproved ad. I want to apologize for violating your policies unintentionally. I admit that I should have carefully read through your policy guidance. I realize now that I made a mistake and I am sincerely sorry for it. I have reviewed the policy multiple times and identified the issues. I accept that I erred and regret the trouble it caused. I have learned from this experience and understand the importance of following the guidelines, particularly regarding Misleading or false content and Low-quality or disruptive content. I have made changes to comply with your rules, including removing misleading products from the landing page and adjusting the wording in the ad. I have stored your policy in a document on my desktop to ensure I adhere to it in the future. If there are any additional steps I can take to reactivate my account, please let me know. I am eager to correct my mistake and continue working with you. Best regards, Monika S. Boutique4many

I would like assistance in resolving this issue as quickly as possible as I am unable to access my Facebook account. Thank you.
