Last month, my account was hacked, but I managed to recover it after my daughter alerted me about suspicious messages. On September 10, [redacted], while at the library waiting for my new phone, Facebook prompted me to change my password. However, I faced issues receiving the verification code, resulting in my account being locked for review. Today, I found out that my account has been deactivated for allegedly breaching community standards, which I believe is unjust as I have not violated any rules. My profile is under Maz Chafer, registered as Neil Chafer, and my wife's profile is under Mirielle Chafer (Marie Chafer). I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Hello, I am reaching out as my Facebook account has been deactivated. I used the name Pappa Keith Hill instead of my birth name, Kenneth Hill, due to past incidents of bullying. I had applied for a name change and explained the reason behind it. I believe this might be the reason for the deactivation. I only have this one account, and not being able to access it is impacting me emotionally and financially, especially as I cannot reach my business page. I am seeking urgent assistance due to a distressing situation. Recently, someone I was with stole my cash, bank cards, and then compromised my phone and all my online accounts. They are using my accounts to scam my family and friends for money. This has caused great distress and they have even posed as me to try and obtain sensitive information like my social security number. I have detailed information about my accounts and can provide proof of my identity. Our page (The Weeping House of Qala) and other admins were unpublished yesterday. We were informed that this issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Each day it remains unpublished, we lose followers and precious time to strengthen our campaign. Having carefully reviewed all the rules, we're unsure of which rule we may have violated. I recently set up a Facebook account and encountered an issue where my account was flagged for suspicious activity shortly after creation. I followed the steps to verify my identity by confirming I am not a robot and selecting images with mountains or hills. I was then asked to upload a photo of my face for further verification. Despite completing these steps, my account was disabled the next day. I reached out to Facebook but have not received a response. I attempted to create a new account with a different email address, only to encounter the same verification process and inability to log in. I'm unsure why this is happening and I'm eager to regain access to my account.

Support case number [redacted] opened at 10:36 pm on Tuesday, 10-Sep-[redacted]. I am reaching out again regarding this urgent two-day-old matter through GetHuman as I have not received any responses to my messages on my iPad. Please see previously sent images for more information. Issue: I had requested yesterday to have the new account (Jamie Shave / [redacted]) deleted so I could start the process over, but nothing has been done yet, leaving me unable to go online. Please address this promptly! Background: I decided to recreate my Facebook account (Don Shave / [redacted]) due to it being cluttered, not showing posts from people, and being over 10 years old. After downloading and saving the data, I deleted the account to set up a new one. While informing my family and friends via email about the change, I sent 20 to 25 requests to connect with them on my new account. It appears that one of them may have notified your team about this, resulting in my account being disabled. No images attached.

Two weeks ago, I received a notification regarding some login activity, but I couldn't check it at the time due to having no data. Today, when attempting to log in, my password no longer works, and I cannot access my account. Trying to reset my password using my new number and email (different from the one registered in [redacted]), I was able to reset it with the new number. However, upon logging in, I found myself in Mr. Exavior Jansen's account, not mine, which is "Wendy Sandra Napier." Exavior no longer uses that cell number, which I was given when registering my new number. The issue now is to reset my password, I need a code sent to my old email and number, no longer in use. Without this code, I cannot access my account. Please assist me as I prefer not to create a new account. Thank you.

Our couple's page was initially named Syrens Song but was changed to Syrenz Song per Facebook's request for verification. Despite providing our IDs, our account was locked, and we have submitted digital copies of our IDs as Aimee Brown and Eric Mayberry. We are administrators of The Swingin Pineapple group, and we urgently need access to our couple's page. The group's events and posts under Syrens Song were all deleted. Could you kindly reinstate the Syrens Song page as is? Alternatively, could we maintain the profile and change the name to Eric N Aimee? Quick assistance is crucial as we have numerous people relying on an upcoming event this weekend.

Hello, I urgently need assistance as my account has been compromised. The hacker has altered the email and password, rendering me unable to access my account. Despite attempting all avenues in the help center, I have not made any progress. The email associated with my Facebook account was created when I was 13 and is no longer accessible to me. The hacker has used my account to send suspicious messages to my friends. I am unable to reset my password as Facebook requires my login credentials, which have been changed by the hacker. I am concerned about my connected savings account through Plum and other potential risks. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently engaged in a conversation on a Facebook post that escalated quickly. The individual, Maxine M., made concerning remarks about setting Republicans on fire. I expressed my discomfort with her violent words and criticized her lack of respect towards our President. I highlighted the importance of civility and even mentioned past wrongdoings of other political figures as a comparison. After my response, Maxine replied with insults and vulgar language, prompting me to block her. I hope the posts can still be reviewed. Following this exchange, I received a warning for alleged violations regarding nude photos and explicit comments, accusations I vehemently deny. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my account due to password issues.

I would like to know the appropriate contact for my concerns (not related to a specific post but to posting in general). I will outline my concern here for your consideration and potential forwarding to the relevant party for assistance. Here is my concern: I own Sugar Gliders and participate in various Sugar Glider groups. Sugar Gliders, exotic pets commonly acquired impulsively at fairs, flea markets, or online, need specialized care and often become too much for their owners to handle due to their needs and costs. Several Facebook groups have emerged to aid in rehoming gliders in need, connecting them with knowledgeable caregivers and vital resources. My worry is that these groups are now prohibited from listing animals for rehoming, leaving many gliders in unfavorable conditions without the ability to find suitable new homes or seek assistance to care for them properly. This restriction presents challenges in finding foster homes or addressing medical issues for gliders in need. One group I am involved with recently had over 30 gliders come in for rehoming in a week, facing difficulties in placing them due to posting restrictions, causing strain on members trying to find secure homes for these animals. I urge for a review of the policy on rehoming animals on these helpful platforms to provide a safe environment with knowledgeable caregivers for these special pets. Allowing members to post these animals for rehoming is essential for finding them suitable homes. Thank you for considering this feedback. I am hopeful for a response.

My business page is not updating, and I am not receiving any notifications from Facebook after submitting a name change. I have attempted the process three times with three different qualified names, but I am not receiving any feedback whether it's approved or rejected. This is negatively impacting my real estate business as I cannot update important information for my clients. Unfortunately, there is no phone support for Facebook, which is frustrating. I purchased two pairs of shoes from a seller on the marketplace. After sending the payment through online banking, the seller stopped responding to my messages and eventually blocked me. They had multiple listings under the same name but different locations, making it challenging to track them down. I have their account number, sort code, and our messages as evidence. I am unsure of how to proceed and feel disappointed. I have learned a lesson and may avoid buying from Facebook in the future. I am uncertain if I will get my £43 back, but I hope the seller faces consequences to prevent this from happening to others. I wish Facebook could assist in locating the seller.

I received a notification from Facebook support regarding a ban preventing me from posting and commenting in groups for a week. As each day passed, an additional day was added, making the ban two weeks long. I am unable to appeal the decision as the button is currently unavailable. After waiting out the ban period, I re-entered my groups only to receive the same ban message once again, first for a week and then extended to 8 days. I am at a loss as to why this is happening, especially since my main activity in the groups is creating angel child loss graphics, which I have been doing without any issues for over two years. It is frustrating not to know the reasons behind these bans. I am seeking assistance in understanding what actions led to these repeated bans.

I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account due to a form data error showing "Select a valid choice. ChoiceValue.ACKNOWLEDGE is not one of the available choices." This occurred after an image was mistakenly removed for trademark infringement (which I disputed). There is now a pop-up box to acknowledge the removal, but the form is malfunctioning. I have updated the app but still encounter the error each time I try to submit the form. My account, @shopluckymunchkin, is inaccessible until this issue is resolved. I recently faced restrictions on Facebook for inviting over [redacted] people to a group contest. Facebook deemed the volume excessive and placed me in Facebook jail for a week. Despite being released on Sunday the 8th, I am now limited to inviting only 5 to 13 people. Additionally, while participating in a game on a CM site where we followed a specific word pattern, I was prevented from commenting not only in that group but across all CoinMaster groups. I find these restrictions frustrating as I am simply enjoying gaming and engaging in group activities. I believe Facebook should focus on real offenders rather than users like me. I am eager to resolve these issues and would appreciate speaking with someone about rectifying this situation.

I recently received a notification stating that I am unable to share any group posts on Facebook as I have been blocked. Despite my efforts to adhere to the rules by sharing spiritual, holistic, and independence-related posts, I find myself restricted.
