Hello, my name is Brianne Moore-Simmons and I own Ensemble Dress & Apparel. Around 5-6 months ago, I deleted my Facebook account. Recently, when I tried to set up a new account to connect it with my Shopify store, Amazon Store, and Instagram, I ran into issues. Despite providing the necessary verification photos, my new account was disabled twice without explanation. Even after sending my driver's license, my attempts to create a new account were thwarted. I am now considering legal action for what seems to be discriminatory practices against black small business owners like myself. It's frustrating that I can't even connect my Instagram business account to Facebook. I've tried reaching out to them, but they have not been responsive. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I'm left with no other choice but to pursue legal action.

Last Thursday, I was locked out of my account. My email was changed to an address I haven’t used in 5 years. I can't access my current email which is [redacted] My original account is vital for my business page. I've attempted to create a new account, but it keeps kicking me off. I suspect my account may have been hacked. I need my original account reinstated without any issues. I use an iPhone7, not sure if that affects anything. The address it was changed to is [redacted], but Yahoo is unable to provide a code for it. I have contacted Facebook and submitted my ID but have not received a response yet. However, I am certain that I have not breached any rules as I rarely participate in groups except for the one I manage to support women in my online business. This group is crucial for me as it serves as a platform to engage with my clients, and losing access to it will significantly affect my finances. After receiving an email from Facebook about account activity in Washington DC while residing in Minnesota, I blocked the unauthorized access. However, this action led to me being locked out of my account across all my devices. Regrettably, I no longer have access to the original email linked to the account. Attempting to add a new email resulted in a message from Facebook Support stating no available codes to unlock the account. Subsequently, I was notified of a primary email change without my consent, leaving me unable to access the new email address. Despite submitting my government ID, I have not received any follow-up. I rely heavily on Facebook for essential communication and although there has been no further suspicious activity, I am perplexed and distressed by the lack of access.

Today, I woke up and checked my usual Facebook feed. Later, during class, while attempting to log back into Facebook, I discovered my password was incorrect. Despite several tries, even enlisting trusted contacts for verification, I couldn't access my account. I encountered trouble retrieving the third verification code due to it being linked to another gaming account. Even with two codes from friends, I was unable to regain access. In a last effort, I tried to recover my account in Minnesota using a phone with no success. My Facebook profile is under the name Cloud Reh, and I regularly change my password.

I am writing to inform you that my Facebook account ([redacted]) has been hacked and used to post offensive pictures, causing issues for me at my academic institution. I reported the hacking and had the account deleted. However, my institution requires official proof from Facebook stating when the account was deleted and the reason for its deletion to resolve the situation.

Hello, I have been sober for almost 4 years now and I am grateful for this journey. I used to go by Sara Beth K., but I've distanced myself from that name due to personal reasons. In my recovery house, I was called Panda because of my biracial background, which I felt was fitting. To create a new identity reflecting my sobriety journey and love for Star Wars, I combined "padawan" and "panda" into my new social media handle, Pandawan.
People often mix up my name, so using Pandawan helps others remember me and respect my sobriety. I want to clarify that I'm not pretending to be someone else; I'm simply embracing this nickname as a symbol of my sober identity.
I hope to keep using my chosen moniker across my social platforms. If there are steps I need to take to ensure this, please advise me on how to proceed.

I registered on Facebook with my email, [redacted], but mistakenly entered my mobile number without the correct country code. Facebook has my number listed as [redacted] instead of 39 [redacted]. I’ve tried to reset my password but now I can’t log in because of a security check that requires a code sent to my mobile, which I am not receiving due to the missing country code. I recently changed my login account from my mobile number to [redacted] Around a year ago, I encountered issues logging into my Facebook account despite changing my password. When attempting to reset the password using the "forgot password" option, it required sending an SMS code to my old mobile number, which I can no longer access. Unlike what some sources online suggested, I wasn't given the option to provide an alternate email address for the reset. My Facebook page, WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/SAREEKART, was hacked on December 28, [redacted]. The hacker made himself an admin by sending me misleading links, removing all other admins, including myself, from the page. I am looking to regain access for the original admins [redacted] The page was inactive for 9 months but I noticed some recent activity on September 11, [redacted]. The hacker demanded $[redacted] to return access but blocked me after I declined. I have screenshots of our conversation. I also received an email notification informing me of my removal from Facebook Business Manager due to unauthorized access.

I am reaching out using my relative's account regarding an email I received from you about my account being reported by Jack Daniel's Properties, Inc. I am not affiliated with this company, but I did sell an old Jack Daniel’s hoodie on Facebook Marketplace earlier this year. Around two weeks ago, when trying to access my Instagram account, which I use frequently throughout the day, I encountered an issue. I was prompted to verify my identity due to a possible login attempt from another location. Despite my attempts, I could not regain access. Upon asking friends to search for my account, it appeared to have vanished. I suspect my account was hacked and subsequently permanently deleted.
While I understand Instagram's policy regarding deleted accounts, I find it unsettling that a hacker could effortlessly erase six years' worth of photos and videos without a trace. I have exhaustively attempted to recover my account. I turned to online tutorials, successfully verified my identity with Instagram, but the recovery link provided was ineffective. Despite sending numerous emails (over 40), I have only received automated responses confirming my account's deletion. Feeling distraught, I am desperate to retrieve my account. Any assistance would be greatly valued!

About a month ago, when I attempted to log into my Facebook account, I forgot the newly changed password. Upon trying to reset it, I encountered an unfamiliar page requesting two-factor authentication, which I had not set up or enabled:
"Two-factor authentication required...
You’ve requested us to implement a 6-digit login code for accessing your account from a new device or browser.
Kindly input the 6-digit code from your code generator or third-party app below."
I have not logged in from any other device since my phone was stolen, which was the only other device besides my laptop where my account was logged in. I am having trouble accessing my account as I have forgotten my password. Recently, I upgraded my phone, and although I could still use my old phone on WiFi, I can no longer recharge it. Now, I am unable to receive the temporary password as it is being sent to an old email address that I never updated. I tried accessing my account from another device, but I have double authentication enabled which requires the temporary password. Unfortunately, the password issue revolves around the outdated email. While my phone number remains the same, I am stuck in a loop trying to resolve this. My name is Andrew Morgan, and I own a small guitar shop in South Wales, A Strings.
Previously, A Strings was a Facebook success story with almost 16,[redacted] followers. However, on 20th February, our 10-year-old page was deleted by Facebook without warning. Despite our efforts to clarify the situation, Facebook claimed we were promoting offensive or misleading content, which we strongly deny. Despite attempts to engage with Facebook through various channels, we have been met with little success.
To mitigate the impact on our business, we started a new page in mid-March, only to have it suspended just as we were nearing 3,[redacted] likes in July. Facebook's reasons for suspension have been vague, pointing to similarities with the previous page and allegations of misleading practices, which we contest based on our excellent customer reviews.
Despite our best efforts, Facebook's internal teams remain elusive, leaving us feeling frustrated and concerned about the future of our business. We appeal for assistance as we value the platform for its direct customer engagement and the role it plays in our business's success.
