I have tried contacting Facebook multiple times about my hacked account. Despite their help in changing the email linked to my account and sending a password reset link, I cannot reset my password as I am unable to get the code from the code generator, which I had never set up before. I need assistance to set up the code generator, receive a code, reset my password, and get access to my account again. I have important photos on there and do not want to delete my account. Any help is appreciated.

I was just charged £5 for my last boosted post when I only set it to £3. Upon reviewing my previous boosts, I noticed that the majority were set at £3. The notification system is causing me frustration as it keeps alerting me about new notifications, but when I check, it unexpectedly puts me in the boost editing mode. Sometimes it even automatically extends the duration of my boost, and I have to correct it. I am willing to pay the originally set amount of £3, not £5. I spend an unnecessary amount of time dealing with old notifications that I have already disabled. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, it persists. Please do not deduct £5 from my account as this was not the agreed amount.

I am reaching out on behalf of a friend, Aalmas Ahmed, from Bangladesh. Recently, his Facebook account was disabled without clear explanation after he submitted his NID. Despite no apparent violation of Facebook's terms, his account remains disabled. We suspect targeted reporting by extreme political and religious groups in Bangladesh may be behind this action. Aalmas had important documents, photos, and memories stored in his 10-year-old account. We are certain he has not broken any laws and find the ban unjust. By banning such accounts, Facebook might unwittingly support these harmful groups. I believe Facebook needs to investigate these issues promptly. Thank you.

I'm unable to access my account after my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker changed the email and phone number linked to the account. I tried the account recovery process but was only able to add a new email, not the phone number. Now I can't log in because I need to confirm from a device I'm not logged into or receive a verification code via text, which I can't without a phone number on the account. I need a way to either reinstate my phone number or find an alternative way to receive a login code.

My Facebook account was hacked, and I received messages in my inbox prompting me to do a recovery code. I want to clarify that I never posted anything against the guidelines on Facebook. Despite reporting Guiseppe Marafioti for hacking and sharing a photo of my dog, no action was taken. It seems like Guiseppe Marafioti is trying to get me off Facebook without any valid reason. My posts have always followed the rules, and I haven't received any notifications about violating guidelines. I even reported others for bullying behavior in the past. Additionally, I received numerous messenger messages related to a YouTube incident that I never initiated or could access in my messenger, providing further proof that my account was indeed hacked. I believe Guiseppe Marafioti and anyone else involved in this hacking incident should face consequences, while I hope to recover my account soon.

My friend and I have developed a product that we plan to sell on Facebook. When attempting to create a business page, we accidentally created a regular account first. Subsequently, we established a business page through this account. Due to Facebook restrictions, we used a name on the regular account that is similar to our business name. My name is Valentia Mmutle. I recently purchased a new phone and encountered login issues as I forgot my password. I attempted a few passwords but realize they are outdated as it mentions I changed it two years ago. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the recovery phone number provided, and my trusted contacts are unable to assist as two of them are unaware of their passwords. My three trusted contacts are my sisters, who are unable to help. Is there an alternative method for me to recover my account, perhaps by answering security questions? On August 20, [redacted], I received an email from Facebook informing me about a potential unauthorized login attempt into my account. Following their instructions to secure my account, I did not click the link provided. Now, I am unable to access my page.
After entering my email and password, I am directed to a screen to secure my account which requires an unlock code that I do not possess. Despite uploading my ID more than six times, the issue persists. While I have received security codes from Facebook the past two nights, they are not unlocking my account as I have already submitted my ID for review.
I am in need of a code to regain access to my Facebook account. I am willing to provide additional identification if necessary, even a photo holding my passport. I created my Facebook account about 10 years ago when I was only 15 years old. To manage my notifications, I set up a separate email just for my Facebook account. Recently, I forgot my password and attempted to reset it. Unfortunately, my email account linked to Facebook was automatically deleted by Yahoo due to inactivity. I had an account that set up a Facebook group. Unfortunately, something happened to that account, and I no longer have access to it (it was the admin of the group). I created a new Facebook profile account and set up a new page. However, the group created on the old profile that I no longer have access to is more active, and I would like to continue using it. Since my old profile set up the group and is the admin, I can't edit it with my new account. Does anyone know how I can regain access to use the group created on my old account with my new account?
I heard someone had a similar issue and found a link that helped them regain access. It was something like 'Is this your business?' After confirming it was legitimate, Facebook granted them access to use it. Can anyone provide guidance on finding this link or solving the problem to edit my group?

My personal email, [redacted], was unlawfully accessed by someone named "Courtney" who created a Facebook account using my email without my consent. This unauthorized access led to me receiving emails and notifications intended for this individual. I have taken measures to secure my email by changing the password regularly but need the Facebook account associated with my email permanently shut down as it is linked to multiple identity theft incidents. The repeated unauthorized access may be related to a stalker situation. I recently received a notification that my Facebook password was changed, but I didn't make the change. I tried to follow the account recovery steps, but none of them were successful. I attempted to contact Facebook security, but unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them. It's frustrating to have such difficulty getting help from Facebook, a platform so highly regarded for social media. After deleting the app due to the hacking incident, I lost access to my account that I've had for about 6 years.
