I've blocked someone on Facebook who has also blocked me, but they're violating several rules by using my name for slander and posting racist, abusive, and drug-related content. They're pretending to be a victim of an event to exploit her parents financially. I have screenshots of these actions. This person, Megan K. Vicory, is engaging in bullying and harassment towards me and my father, leading us to feel unsafe. We've contacted the police, who advised us to reach out to you. If the account isn't taken down, I will escalate this to the Chicago news.

I received an email from Facebook this morning that caused some confusion. While trying to update my profile, I unintentionally linked my account to someone I had previously communicated with but now no longer in contact. I am worried because I mistakenly made changes to their account named Danial Boiboi which is actually named after their dog Boiboi. I added my mobile number and email address to that account: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] & [redacted]
I am currently in Brisbane, Australia, and the account I usually use is under the name Steve Massey, which I accidentally deleted while trying to edit the Danial BoiBoi FB account. Consequently, I find myself blocked from the Facebook marketplace where I was engaged with some sellers from Brisbane last night. I need help to restore my original Steve Massey FB account and disassociate it from the Danial Boiboi FB account promptly.

I have been messaging someone who I thought was my daughter's baby father's family, as I couldn't find them, and she is 16. He claimed they are her family, but I have doubts. I sent pictures of my daughter to show to her dad in hopes of reuniting them, but I suspect it might not be the correct family. My name is Kimberly Smith on Facebook, and the person I was messaging goes by Edrick Walker. Please delete our conversation and remove my daughter's pictures as I plan to block him. I want to ensure he no longer has access to her pictures as I think he might not be the right person. This is crucial as she is pregnant at 16, and I was attempting to help her meet her biological father. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I need assistance with regaining access to my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I've misplaced my phone that is connected to my account, and I had activated double security, preventing me from receiving the code to reset my password. I can't recall the number associated with the account, but my business details are on there, crucial for communicating with clients who are awaiting my services. My work number is [redacted]7, and my name is Lewy Wilson. My email, [redacted], is related to the account but not currently visible due to privacy concerns. I understand I need to provide more details, but I hope this information helps. Thank you for your assistance.

I have submitted a request to change the name of my page to better align with my business. The page name currently matches my personal profile, which has led to confusion. The proposed name change to "Dogs Kando Training" accurately reflects my business name and includes a copyright logo registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
I believe the new name will not substantially alter the page's subject matter but will instead help differentiate it from my personal profile. I hope this adjustment will eliminate any confusion for visitors.
I am eager for the name change to proceed promptly, as there has been no recent activity on the page, and I wish to avoid it becoming stagnant.

Hello,
I need assistance with my disabled Facebook account. Last Sunday evening, I received an email stating that my account violated their terms of service. I submitted my New Zealand driver's license for verification. The next day, I got a response saying I was ineligible to use FB without further explanation. I suspect it's due to the name on my account, "Alby Xavier," although my legal name is Albert Hung. I changed it to Alby a few years ago for safety reasons related to my job. I'm ready to switch it back if necessary to regain access. I'm troubled by the sudden disablement and worried about losing my photos and memories. I find it challenging to communicate with Facebook and seek a solution. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Albert

I recently experienced an issue with my Facebook account. After changing my password due to a hacking attempt, I tried to log in on my new phone only to be told my password was incorrect. Despite trying to reset my password, I could only receive a code on an old email I no longer use, and messages to my old phone number instead of my verified new one. Using my trusted contacts, I received 3 codes but changing my password each time did not result in receiving an email for login. I attempted this process with two different emails, and though I was told to expect an email within 30 minutes, none arrived. I am still unable to access my account and am seeking help to recover my email access, update my password, and ensure my new email and phone number are correctly set to prevent further issues.

Hello,
I have been facing issues with my Facebook account since last Sunday. After following the required steps and submitting my driver's license, I received a message the next day from someone named Rose stating that I am ineligible to use Facebook without providing further details for security reasons. My account might have been disabled due to using a profile name different from my legal name. For safety purposes related to my job dealing with abusive individuals and gang members, I changed my profile name from Albert Hung to my nickname "Alby Xavier." I am disappointed with how Facebook has handled this situation as I have been a user for almost a decade and have lost access to all my pictures, memories, and friends. I am willing to switch back to my legal name if required. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Albert

While using the Facebook app, I encountered an unexpected issue where I was abruptly logged out of my account and informed that it was locked due to possible suspicious activity. To my surprise, I didn't receive any prior alerts or notifications regarding any abnormal behavior on my account, such as adding friends or sending messages without my consent. I am confused as to why this occurred and would like clarification on what specific activity triggered this security measure.
During the process of trying to verify my account, I faced challenges as I was only presented with the option to confirm with "recent" comments, which were not as recent as expected, making it difficult for me to provide accurate responses. My main objective now is to regain access to my account to secure my photos and subsequently deactivate it, as I feel uneasy about the situation unfolding.

Hello everyone! Recently, I discovered that there were individuals on Facebook spreading negative rumors about me, insinuating that even the employees despised me. This made me feel uncomfortable as I had not been notified of any issues with my account. When I inquired about hiding my identity, I found that currently, it is not an option. This situation has brought back memories of past experiences with bullying and online harassment. I can't help but wonder if my inability to hide my identity is related to these rumors. I would have appreciated a clear message explaining the situation. Ultimately, I am left questioning whether this is a deliberate choice by Facebook or if there are other underlying reasons.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with Facebook Business. I have been attempting to reach out to someone at GE Book concerning my ads for the past two days, and it has been quite chaotic. Two days ago, I launched an ad for my store, keykrate.com. The following morning, I only made a minor change to the text of my ad and adjusted the "Shop Now" link to direct customers to my homepage instead of a specific collections page. There were no significant alterations to my site or the ad visuals. However, when I tried to re-publish it, the ad was disapproved. Subsequently, it was blocked from use. Despite numerous messages sent through the chat box, the ad kept being alternately approved and disapproved. I require assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Kindly respond to my email at [redacted] to assist me. Thank you for your attention.

I deactivated my old account to create a new one due to a messy situation from accepting everyone's friend requests, even strangers, on my previous account. While in the Philippines, I left my old account active, but upon moving to the US, I solely used the new one after deactivating the old. However, now I wish to retrieve some pictures from the old account, but I forgot the password. Although I remember the email and attempt to reset the password through friends providing recovery codes, the link seems broken possibly due to the deactivation. Unfortunately, using the phone number recovery option is not viable as the number linked to the account is from the Philippines and has expired. The only options given for email recovery seem impossible, leaving me with the dilemma of how to access my old account, especially for the pictures I wish to save.

Dear Facebook Team,
I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my account. Despite receiving emails and codes for confirmation, I am unable to log in using my mobile number or the associated email that I no longer have access to. I did not have the option to confirm a new email but received a code that I could not enter.
After attempting to use codes from trusted contacts, I was informed I had been blocked for misusing the feature, which was puzzling. Even waiting and trying again later did not resolve the issue.
Previously, I could receive confirmation codes via text, but now it insists on using the inaccessible email. I would appreciate guidance on how to regain access to my account.
Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
A. Hollowell

My account was incorrectly disabled due to a false copyright report. Despite following the Facebook help center's advice to have the reporting company email Facebook on my behalf, my account remains deactivated for almost 6 months now. This is frustrating, especially since I've provided all the necessary information and even submitted the requested form to appeal the decision. I've verified my identity with my passport, driver's license, and student ID, but my efforts have been in vain.
I've attempted to create new accounts, only to have them deleted by Facebook. I rely on Facebook to keep in touch with friends and family globally, as well as for my university responsibilities as the secretary for the Netball and Food and Nutrition societies. I urgently need my account reinstated to stay connected and share essential information about the university activities. I'm at a loss for what else to do. Please assist me; I'm feeling helpless in this situation.

Dear Instagram Team,
I am Henry, the owner of @elitelgb on Instagram. My account was unexpectedly disabled even though I clearly stated in my name that I am a fan page. Some users mistakenly reported me thinking I was involved in the deletion of another account (@opinionloren), which is not true. I believe my account was disabled unjustly, preventing me from supporting my idol. Instagram has been unfairly deleting fan pages, hindering our ability to show love and support. Please review this situation and consider reinstating our fan page. Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
Henry

Hello,
Our team, comprised of speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, and clinical psychologists, all with advanced degrees in their respective fields, creates content based on scientific facts. We recently had an Instagram ad rejected after a third-party news validator deemed it and our other posts as misleading and suspicious. We believe this decision was either misjudged or careless. We have tried to request an extended review of our profile and posts to provide accurate information to our followers. Unfortunately, the objection form does not seem to be working as we have not received any feedback or confirmation since submitting it. We are eager to resolve this matter and appreciate your attention to it.
Thank you.

In June [redacted], I faced sexual harassment at work, with the harasser stalking me in person and on Facebook. I'm now pursuing legal action against both him and the company for mishandling my complaint. The harasser claims we were friends on Facebook, alleging I accepted his friend request and shared my phone number with him. My workplace also inadvertently disclosed my full name, aiding the harasser in finding me on social media. His name is "Hammad Rana," and he sent a friend request in June [redacted], which I did not initiate. I'm seeking documentation to prove I never accepted his friend request or considered him a friend on social media. Having this evidence would significantly support my case, countering their assertion that we were connected on Facebook.

Hello Facebook Admin,
I am reaching out about my 2nd Facebook profile: A friend recently flagged a profile they believed was impersonating you. Case #[redacted][redacted].
I was shocked to see my 2nd profile removed without warning. Due to the 5,[redacted] friend limit per profile, as a musician, I had over 5,[redacted] friends and needed the second account. If Facebook allowed more friends per profile, this issue wouldn't have arisen. I am unsure how to convert a personal profile to a band profile, as this option seems hidden in Facebook's settings. Losing 2,[redacted] friends due to a report of online emulation is disheartening. I wish Facebook had consulted me before deletion and shared the identity of the reporter. Kindly restore my 2nd profile promptly or transfer the lost friends to my 1st profile by increasing the friend limit. I look forward to your reply.
Sincerely,
Paul I. K.

Since my mother passed away in October [redacted], my ex-stepfather has been deactivating and reactivating her Facebook account. Unfortunately, he has not been responsive to requests to memorialize it. My goal is to preserve her memory and access more photos of her. Despite his interference, I believe her account should be memorialized as she would have wanted it that way. His actions, stemming from their divorce, have prevented this from happening smoothly. Can her account be memorialized without his approval, considering it was active when she passed?

I recently received an email from Facebook about an old floral arts page I created on another account. After following their instructions and submitting my state ID, my new account was disabled for violating their policies on name discrepancies. My ID shows my name as Norma J. Robinson, while my new account is Norma Jean Robinson. I believe this is a mistake as many people know me as Norma or Norma Jean. I ask Facebook to enable my new account, which was wrongly disabled, and address the issue with my old hacked account instead. Here is the link to my new account: https:/)www.facebook.com/normarobinson.[redacted]. Thank you.
