Hello, I am the proud owner of an eCommerce business known as CaseZone, registered in Singapore. While my business is based in the United States, I am encountering an obstacle with Instagram product tagging. Despite meeting all the required criteria such as having a Facebook shop connected, a business account on Instagram, and clear policies on the website, Instagram is indicating that our store is ineligible due to our marketing team being located in Armenia. I am urgently seeking assistance to resolve this matter as Instagram approval is vital for our business operations. The majority of our customers are in the US, where we handle all aspects of the business. Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ernest

Dear Facebook Team, Good evening. I am a long-time user of Facebook who quit a few years ago. Recently, my [redacted] account and business page were disabled unfairly. I have tried to remain calm despite being upset about this issue. Here is my complaint: 1. My account and business page were disabled without any reason. 2. I have already submitted my IDs to Facebook but have not received a response yet. 3. I do not want to start from scratch with registering and setting up everything again. 4. Both my account and business page are legitimate. 5. I kindly request you to enable me to use both again as I have not violated any of your guidelines. 6. I am disappointed with the current situation as Facebook used to be great a few years ago. I am determined to resolve this matter. Your assistance in reinstating my account and business page would be greatly appreciated. I have been dealing with headaches over this for days. Best regards, Alvin B. H. Min

I recently reported a Facebook profile with a fake name that is connected to a domestic violence case. The first name is that of a victim with a Protective Order, and the last name belongs to the abuser currently in prison for domestic violence. The profile exhibits pictures of them together, which is concerning given the circumstances. Despite my serious concerns about domestic violence, Facebook did not address the issue adequately, stating they reviewed the account and found no problems. I believe requesting identification would reveal that this account violates community standards. I urge Facebook to take this matter seriously and understand the gravity of domestic violence issues. Simply asking for ID verification could resolve this troubling situation.

I recently came across a misleading advertisement on Facebook for a Queen bed that transforms out of a cabinet. I placed an order on August 7th for this bed, provided my credit card details, received a confirmation number, and was informed they would contact me once it was shipped. Since then, I have not received any further communication from the company despite attempting to reach out. Upon investigating, I discovered that the company no longer exists, and I found the same bed advertised by various other companies at drastically reduced prices. I have reported this issue to my credit card company and will be able to recover my losses through them. I wanted to alert others about this potential scam and appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you for your time.

Hello, my name is Kiandra Flournoy. My mother's Facebook page has been hacked by someone using the name Kamala Harris, but it's not the real California Senator. This imposter is posing as Senator Harris and offering government grants to my mother. They changed her email and other details on her Facebook account. They even blocked me when I discovered it wasn't my mother sending those messages to me. I will forward the message to provide more details. I have saved the conversations they sent me. This is the message they sent to my mother and me. I did not fall for it, but unfortunately, my mother did. The message is asking for my mother's email and password to secure her application. They claim it's for her safety and the proper delivery of grant money. They assure that she will still have full access to her page and can change her details once the grant is delivered.

Subject: Urgent Help Needed with Facebook Account Hack My name is Kennis Clark, and I have been a loyal Facebook user since [redacted]. You can verify my legitimacy by checking my Artist page, Kennis Clark Music. I recently encountered a troubling situation where someone posing as Facebook contacted me on my business account. They claimed my account was under review, leading me to provide my password under false pretenses. I realized the deception too late and changed my password, but my account was already disabled. I received a verification code on my phone, confirming the unauthorized access. I believe my account has been hijacked, as my information was altered. I am seeking assistance urgently as this affects my business and personal connections deeply. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity and history on the platform. Please reach out via my email or phone for verification purposes. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently attempted to access my business' Instagram account, which I set up with an old phone number before moving abroad and losing access to it. When trying to log in with my saved password, I was asked to enter a pin code due to suspicious activity as I am now overseas. The email address specified, b*****m@g****m, appears to be my personal email, but I haven't received any emails with the pin code in either my inbox or junk mail. Although my Facebook page shares the same name as my Instagram, they no longer seem linked, if they ever were initially. I do have old phone bills that can prove my identity, and if I can reach someone at Facebook/Instagram, I believe I can provide the necessary information.

Hello, I'm having trouble identifying the part of my ad that violates Facebook policies. I've minimized the text to the bare bones, yet it's been disapproved multiple times. Here is the text: "🎊 *** ATTENTION BRIDES! *** 🎊 Koko FitClub of Brookline has a complete training and nutrition program to help BRIDES, BRIDESMAIDS, MOTHERS OF THE BRIDES get ready for the wedding day and look stunning in that gorgeous dress! Space is limited!" I would appreciate your help in fixing this. I've appealed the disapproval three days ago but haven't received any response. I've tried using different images and text, but nothing seems to be getting approved. Thank you for your assistance! Lana

A few days ago, I received a notification from Facebook that someone in China tried to log into my account. I then had to log back into my Messenger and Facebook apps. The issue is that my Facebook was linked to a very old Yahoo email account, but Yahoo deletes inactive accounts after 90 days. I don't have any other email or phone number associated with my Facebook account. When I tried to log in with my old password, it said I had changed my password 10 hours earlier, which I didn't do. As I couldn't change my password or email back, Facebook suggested I send ID verification. I sent my ID, but they replied saying the issue seemed resolved. I responded, expressing my frustration as the problem wasn't fixed. I feel violated after sending my ID and not getting a solution. If this isn't resolved, I plan to email them again and take legal action if they continue to enable the hacker.

I admit I may have been gullible when I reached out to this supposed fortune-telling page seeking solutions to my problems. After paying $90, I was assured that everything would be fixed. However, nothing changed, and now I am seeking a refund. When I requested my money back, the individual behind the page threatened me with a curse, which I do not believe will happen. My concern is not the money but rather preventing further harm. This individual has a large following, and I fear for others who may face similar situations. I urge for the removal of this page to protect others who may be experiencing threats and deception. I am willing to provide evidence to support my claim. Thank you.

I'm struggling with Facebook over managing multiple pages for my deceased brother and sister. One page I successfully turned into a Memorial Page for my brother, Hurtis Palmer, using [redacted] The other page is for my sister, Brenda Palmer, who hasn't taken control of it yet. She adds people I don't know, making it an issue for me. Whenever I try to enhance the security on her page, Facebook intervenes, causing frustration. This ongoing back-and-forth, particularly about verifying phone numbers, is becoming overwhelming. I'm contemplating deleting these accounts to relieve myself of this unnecessary stress.

Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of a client who is seeking ownership of their Facebook page for their restaurant "Neighbour Shawarma and Subs." We are unable to determine who currently has access to the page, and previous requests for admin/editing rights have gone unanswered. We have exhausted all possible contacts to no avail. We are eager to customize the page and return control to the rightful owner of Neighbour Shawarma and Subs. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. I am unable to access it because the password has been changed by someone else. The account is linked to an old email address that I no longer have access to and cannot remember the password for. When trying to recover the old email, I lack the necessary information to verify myself. Additionally, I tried to have Facebook contact me through an alternative email, but it seems the hacker has already initiated this process, as I received a reset code without requesting one. The hacker has also altered my email in the personal information section of the account. I need guidance on how to proceed, whether it's possible to regain access to the account or if deleting it is the only option.

My Facebook account is disabled or locked. It asked for my government-issued photo ID, which I have. The issue is that my profile name doesn't match the name on my ID. Although this is my real account and I've always used my real name, I changed it for a few days and accidentally secured my account. For the past 10 months, I've been trying different methods to reactivate my account, including using a fake ID, but I've had no success. I just want to recover my account. I'm a genuine person and can prove that I'm the real owner. If Facebook asks, I can provide proof. My only mistake was using a non-real profile name when it got deactivated. I have pictures, date of birth, ID proof, etc., to verify my identity. I could create a new account, but this one holds many dear memories, chats, and friends. Please assist me in restoring my Facebook account. Thank you.

My Facebook account was disabled or locked recently. The issue arose when Facebook requested my government-issued photo ID for verification. While I provided the ID, the name on my profile does not match the name on the ID due to a recent change I made. I have tried various methods, including using a fake ID, to reactivate my account over the last 10 months without success. I can validate that I am the genuine owner of the account and provide necessary proof if asked. My profile, despite the name change at deactivation, holds sentimental value with cherished memories, chats, and connections that I do not want to lose. I appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.

Hello, I'm Melissa Canacho. I wanted to share an experience I had on July 25, [redacted] when I received a message from an anonymous individual posing as a celebrity I admire on Messenger. The message warned about internet creeps and fakes. The account was active until July 29, [redacted], and I reported it to Facebook for impersonating the celebrity. I never received confirmation that the account was removed, and I am curious about the outcome of my report. Thank you.

Hello, I am Steven Earp and I have been unable to access my personal Facebook page since Thursday night 8/22 between 6 and 6:30 pm. This access issue is crucial for me because I run ads for Elevate Church OKC using my debit card, and not being able to log in means I cannot monitor the ads. Additionally, I cannot access pages and groups with 6 to 7 million followers/members that I manage. I encountered the problem while using Facebook when I was suddenly logged out due to "suspicious activity." Although I have experienced hacking in the past, I usually recovered my account quickly. I have tried various verification methods and devices to login but keep getting an error message saying, "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." Despite having additional security measures in place, I have not been able to verify my account and am worried as it has been nearly six days. I am desperate to regain access to my account to check on my page, groups, and running ads. Please advise on steps I can take to resolve this issue. I am willing to provide screenshots if necessary. Thank you for your assistance.

I cannot access my Facebook account on my laptop due to a forgotten password, forcing me to use my phone where I am continuously logged in. I became an admin/moderator for a group and require laptop access. I resorted to creating a new account named Sharol Rutherford instead of Sharol Preston Rutherford, which I now wish to solely use. I need assistance to cancel the secondary SPR account and regain access to my primary account. Despite past attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resetting the password. Notable friends on this account are Patrice Pineda, Robin Fox, Therese Anderson, Jann Mumford, and Sherry Spano. I am a member of DENSW, United Flight Attendants, United New Pass Policy-Active and Retired groups. I utilize an Apple Mac Book Pro and iPhone 8. Can you provide guidance on the next steps? Thank you for swift assistance.

My Facebook Business page has been sharing 5-10 unsolicited links daily, causing me to receive comments, messages, and emails from upset fans, including death threats. Despite removing apps, changing my password multiple times, using antivirus software, and resetting my devices, the issue persists. Only one out of my four linked pages is spamming, and despite my efforts, I'm losing around [redacted] followers daily while my brand reputation suffers. I suspect the issue could be related to Facebook getting hacked and access tokens being compromised, but I can't find evidence of a breach. I've tried contacting Facebook without success. How can I resolve this damaging situation?
