Hello, I'm seeking assistance as someone has created a fake profile using my name, Tuheen Ganguli, and is sending friend requests containing manipulated videos with my face. This imposter is demanding ransom from me. The person's mobile number is (+[redacted]89). I have deactivated my account. I am unsure if reporting the abuse will result in the blocker's account being suspended. How can a user directly message someone not on their friend list? Hello, my name is Ahmad. I recently had an unsettling encounter with a scammer on Facebook. The scammer created a fake account under a girl's name. After a few messages, they urged me to join them in a video call. During the call, they played a video of a naked girl and recorded me watching it. They then threatened to share this video with my friends unless I paid them. They have already uploaded the video to a sex site. This situation has had a devastating impact on my life. I have information about the fake account and the scammer's real name. I am wondering why Facebook's security measures are not effectively preventing such scams from happening to others.

Hello, I have been managing Page The Goldens for nearly 10 months now, and I have been thrilled with its growth. The page has garnered the love of thousands of people. Recently, I had the option to sign up for AdBreaks, as the page met the eligibility requirements. We decided to create monetizable content, focusing on stories about the breed. However, after joining the AdBreaks program, I discovered that my country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, is not currently supported. While waiting for the program to expand, we had to delay our plans to produce more original videos due to the cost involved. In the meantime, we have been growing the page by sharing fan-made videos and creating a group to gather more original content. Lately, we noticed a significant drop in reach for our video posts, and after investigating, I found out that our page is restricted from using AdBreaks due to a supposed lack of original content. This restriction has affected the distribution of our videos on the platform. We are concerned because we have ambitious plans for the page and have put a lot of effort into its growth. We hope the restrictions can be removed so that we can continue our work and apply for AdBreaks when available in our country. Dear Support Team, I am reaching out to request the reinstatement of my page. Unfortunately, it was reported, presumably out of jealousy. As a reseller, this page is vital for my income and provides for my family. While I understand and accepted Facebook's removal of the reported Adidas photos, I was unexpectedly blocked from my page and other posting abilities. I implore you with tears in my eyes to consider restoring my page. The sales from it directly impact my ability to provide for my children, and the sudden halt has caused significant hardship. Hello, I have a client who wants me to manage his Facebook advertising. He mistakenly added me as an admin for his page "BEST Drive," but not for his ad account. I visited his business to set up his account and realized that the setup was incomplete due to missing payment details. After he filled in the information, I gained admin access to his ad account. However, the page "Best Drive" did not automatically link to the account. Even after sending a request that he claims he didn't receive, I am unable to resend it. I need to know where his notifications are going and how to resolve this issue. Although I accepted admin roles for his page, it is not connected to his ad account. Can I delete and start over to fix this? Thank you for your help.

Good morning, I am Joanne, the administrator for my online clothing group, Yuzumi. Over the past two days, members have alerted me that the group is down and they are unable to view my posts. I have tried contacting Facebook using the "Report an Issue" tab but haven't received a response yet. I am unsure if I made a mistake or posted something against the rules as this is my first time managing such a group. The clothes I sell are identical to those my cousin in Taiwan sells without any issues. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. I recently sold a DAB radio on Marketplace to a lady named Maureen S. on Saturday, August 17, [redacted]. Typically, my sales on Marketplace go smoothly with high visibility and quick responses from buyers. However, Maureen S. was unsatisfied with the item received and attempted to contact me several times that evening, which I missed as I was unavailable. I promptly reached out to her the next morning (August 18, [redacted]) and issued a full refund after visiting her home. Despite resolving the issue, she mentioned reporting me on the evening of August 17, [redacted]. Subsequently, I have noticed a lack of activity and views on my Marketplace account, even for free items. I am still able to post listings and navigate my account, but something seems amiss. I would appreciate it if any restrictions or blocks on my account could be lifted so I can resume selling on Marketplace.

I sold a DAB radio to M.S. via the Marketplace on August 17, [redacted]. I delivered it to her residence. The same day, she messaged me about being unsatisfied, but I was unavailable to respond until the following morning. On August 18, [redacted], I visited her house and issued a complete refund. Despite promptly refunding M.S., after this transaction, my Marketplace account seems to have issues. It appears that my account is restricted or blocked, as I am not receiving any views or buyer inquiries. Kindly resolve this matter so I can utilize my account again, as I promptly refunded M.S. I have been having issues with the Facebook app crashing on my Galaxy A6. I couldn't uninstall it, so I disabled it and started using Facebook Lite. However, I'm now facing problems accessing games on Facebook Messenger like Words With Friends or pool. This all started after receiving a suspicious email yesterday that I did not open. I have seen similar emails before that lead to phishing attempts on Facebook, so I changed my password and cleared my cache and data. Despite my attempts, Facebook continues to crash. Hello, I am Maliyah M., the owner of the Instagram account maliyahart. Last week, my account was hacked, but I managed to change my password. Recently, I received notifications from Instagram that someone was trying to log in from a different location. Despite several attempts, I did not receive the verification code sent to my phone number ‪[redacted]‬. Additionally, when trying to verify through my email ‪[redacted]‬, the account is recognized as @maliyah001 instead of @maliyahart. I have been locked out of my account for four days. I am seeking assistance with updating the name of the Facebook page I manage named "CreekSide [redacted]". I would like to change it to "CreekSide" by removing the "[redacted]". However, when attempting to make this change, I encountered an error message stating that pages with generic location names are not permitted and that the name I selected is too similar to 'Sacramento, California'. I have already reported this issue, but my case was closed without a resolution. The name "CreekSide" is not a generic location name and is unrelated to Sacramento, California. It is the name of a group of rappers/mc's that I am part of. We wish to eliminate the "[redacted]" as it does not accurately represent our group and could limit our audience. Our music is released under the name "CreekSide" on various streaming and selling platforms, and we aim to align our Facebook page with our official artist name for consistency and easier discovery. I encountered an issue with Facebook where my account was blocked twice within a short period. Initially, I was blocked for 24 hours due to photos of my kids, and again recently for the same post that I thought had been removed. I experienced trouble with Messenger and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, only to realize I was blocked for 3 days upon reopening it. I looked into the support messages and discovered the reason for the block was my 3-year-old not having a shirt on in a photo. I find it puzzling that my private page would be targeted for this, especially when I see other posts of children in similar scenarios. I value my privacy and use Facebook to share family photos with relatives who live far away. A simple explanation from Facebook would have sufficed, and I would have removed the post myself. I attempted to reach out to them multiple times without success.

I am facing ongoing harassment from certain individuals on Facebook, despite my repeated reports. One of them has even made threats against my hotel. The police have been involved previously, but now the same person is threatening to harm my business publicly. I believe they are associated with profiles like "Alfie Green" and "Good Times with Alfie." They are also sharing my picture in groups where I am banned, including those related to "Kitty Straya." This situation is not only affecting me but also my family and hotel. I have screenshots of the threats and although some profiles were removed, new ones have been created. I feel very unsafe on Facebook due to this bullying and threats. Please reach out to me so I can provide you with the evidence.

I am experiencing issues with accessing my 4 accounts due to them being hacked into. Additionally, the information I gathered on Gene T. Mullen for another user, Michelle Eyeles, was also compromised. I was using my email, [redacted], which was accessed by someone claiming to be Jessica Wilcox. I would like for all my accounts to be unlocked and the stolen information to be returned promptly. I am considering deleting all but two accounts. I am encountering difficulties with verifying my phone numbers, as they are being deemed as invalid, although they are valid. I request immediate resolution or I will take legal action.

I need to access my messenger urgently to contact someone who owes me money today. Unfortunately, my account has been blocked due to a post that I made in this group that apparently violated community standards. The post was removed, and I received a block, while the group itself encourages posting things that may not align with Facebook's guidelines. This situation seems like a double standard. I don't post frequently on such platforms, but I need to communicate today to collect a debt. I'm considering leaving these groups to avoid future issues, but right now, I need to resolve this problem with my messenger account promptly.

I am concerned about the suspension of my Facebook account without prior warning. The particular post that led to my suspension did not violate any written rules according to Facebook's policy. The use of a cartoon prop should not warrant such an extreme measure. I believe Facebook should have communicated with me about the issue and provided a warning before resorting to blocking my account. The guidelines mentioned by Facebook should have been used to guide me on what was appropriate instead of an outright suspension. I have never had any previous violations on the platform, so I am perplexed by the sudden suspension. Despite our best efforts to adhere to Facebook's guidelines, we were never provided with specific reasons or evidence of wrongdoing. Our founder, Thomas Bolt Jr., diligently followed all rules and closely monitored the group. We strictly enforced policies against inappropriate language and disrespectful behavior. We suspect that the removal may have been influenced by a member who regularly shared religious posts, which some users objected to. While we promptly addressed any complaints and removed offensive content, we now question if this individual may have reported us to Facebook. We have documented instances of hateful speech that were promptly deleted and blocked. We seek guidance on how to appeal this decision and ensure a fair review of our group. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In early August, my Facebook account was hacked by someone claiming to work for the government. They promised a grant for disabled individuals and attempted to deposit $3,[redacted] into my account with a bad check. They changed my email from [redacted] to [redacted] and set up a fake Facebook account with my phone number [redacted]. The hacker used the name Devonte M Knowles during the scam. Despite my efforts to secure my account by changing my email and password, the hacker regained access. I have over 3,[redacted] friends who may also be at risk. I am seeking help to report this to Facebook and the authorities to recover my account, which I have used for years. My account name is JoJo Yannantuono, and my full legal name is Jo An Yannantuono. I accidentally logged out of my Facebook account and realized it's linked to my old email address. I can't access that email anymore as I forgot the password. When trying to reset my Facebook password, it prompts me to enter a code sent to the old email, which I can't access. I've tried to recover my old email through Hotmail without success due to forgotten security answers. I'm unsure of how to regain access to my Facebook account without the email verification.
