My Facebook ad account got deactivated for allegedly not complying with their Advertising Policies. They haven't provided details on the violation, and I believe my ads are in compliance. I've been running the same ads since October [redacted]. I urgently need to discuss this matter with someone from Facebook to get clarity on what went wrong. I am ready to rectify any issues if they can just clarify the violation to me.

I suspect there have been unauthorized transactions on my bank account recently, as debit amounts have been appearing without my approval. Some settings were changed to French, so I've updated my account password for security. My bank advised me to contact you first due to potential fraud. I need help identifying and explaining two transactions on my account: FACEBK Y4J9MNWYH2 for £20.40 and FACEBK QN9KGQSYH2 for £20.40. There are also FACEBK Y3V9DNEYH2 for £20.40, FACEBK Y4J9MNWYH2 for £20.40, FACEBK SMW4XM2ZH2 for £20.40, and FACEBK SMW4XM2ZH2 for £8.40. My daughter has been targeted by an individual who made a completely false post, and she is now receiving threats via Facebook posts and personal messages. We reported the post, but Facebook responded saying the photo does not violate their rules. However, it's not the photo, it's the comments inciting violence and hatred that are the issue. While the initial abusive post was blocked, subsequent posts from this individual and their friends, which contain threatening comments, have not been removed despite our reports. We have screenshots of all posts and messages, which we are passing on to the police. Facebook must take action to remove these posts promptly to prevent a serious incident.

I am dealing with an issue involving a potential scammer on Marketplace. A person named Nikoloz Chkheidze attempted to deceive me with a fake PayPal payment for a table I am selling. After informing him that the payment was not legitimate, he became confrontational and hostile. I advised him not to visit my residence and reported him for his behavior. Subsequently, he may have maliciously reported me, causing a disruption in my communication with other buyers. I suspect his actions led to the suspension of my selling privileges. My Facebook group was unexpectedly removed or restricted without any notice. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, I have not received any feedback from Facebook for over 48 hours. The group was only four months old but had over [redacted] members and served as a platform for debates and educational discussions. My fellow admins and I were diligent in adhering to community standards. I suspect it may have been targeted by jealous admins or members of similar groups who may have reported it maliciously. I was trying to sell a mirror on the marketplace. I had difficulties meeting up with the buyer, who then went to a bagel store where I arranged to meet her. Unfortunately, she accused the store owner of being me and caused embarrassment. Despite my efforts to meet her at 5:30 as agreed, she arrived earlier and now does not want the mirror. Since then, I have been receiving calls from her family members threatening me. It's been a stressful situation, as you can see from the thread.

Hi, I recently created a Facebook page, but I'm having trouble logging in due to not receiving the login code sent to my mobile phone. Despite several attempts to request a new code, I have not received any. Resetting the password didn't resolve the issue as it keeps redirecting me back to the page requesting the code. I've also found that trying to contact support via chat leads to the same dead end. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. To whom it may concern, I have recently reported numerous comments for harassment, abuse, and hate speech. These comments are all targeted at me, causing emotional distress. The police have been involved. I would like the person who sent the messages to be instructed to cease or have their account disabled. The situation has escalated, with untrue and damaging comments affecting me. Suffering from severe depression, this behavior from a woman of her age is unacceptable. With a 2-year-old son, my well-being is paramount. Although I deactivated my account, the comments persist publicly and reach me. I seek resolution as blocking and reporting have not remedied the issue. Consequently, I have deleted Facebook, a platform I used to connect easily with family abroad. Best regards, Coral

My phone was stolen, and my Facebook account was logged in on it. The person who took it changed my password, still using my phone number. My only link to my account is my email, which was on the phone as well. I tried resetting my password, but the hacker keeps changing it back. They changed my name on the account. I'm worried about the access they have and the possible damage. I need to block my phone number from the account until I can regain control. I've created a new email for contact. I deactivated my Facebook account, only to find out that someone unauthorized accessed it, resulting in its reactivation. I still have my password, but upon logging back in, I am prompted to confirm my identity, limiting my access. While Facebook claims to offer multiple options to verify my identity, I am only presented with the choice of contacting selected friends for a recovery code. Unfortunately, I have lost touch with these individuals. I simply wish to either deactivate or delete my account, but the inability to confirm my identity is obstructing this process. Even though I have my password, I am prevented from reaching the deactivation page without identity confirmation. I would prefer to verify my identity using my date of birth or security questions.

I have set up a Facebook page to support my gaming stream. When I attempted to link my Xbox to my new Facebook account along with the page I made for the stream, I received a message saying my URL was blocked. I spent hours looking for solutions and thought I found a debugging method, which did not work. When I tried to post a message from my Discord on my new Facebook page, it said I couldn't use my page for security reasons. I am confused why I am unable to connect the accounts I created to promote my stream. I would like to speak with someone who can resolve this issue or guide me through the correct steps. Hello, My page has been taken over by a scammer named Daud Ud who has blocked me both from the page and my profile, preventing me from contacting them. They are demanding money to return control of the page, which is blackmail. I am the legitimate page owner and admin, not them, and they are posing as me for their business. I am seeking assistance to be reinstated as the sole admin and page owner to regain control and prevent Daud and his business from locking me out again. I'm Karol Jakmakian, an editor for a page managed by a company called Infracode Multimedia. Our contract ended over a year ago, but they still appear as admins on the page. They claim their account was destroyed, yet I can't remove them. I handle all the ads and payments and need to be the admin to switch to Instagram. How can I contact Facebook to resolve this issue and remove Infracode Multimedia as an admin? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was disabled on August 13, [redacted], under the name Madeline Stone with the email address [redacted] Unfortunately, it was disabled due to violating rights by posting branded products on my Page. I have tried multiple times to recover my account and have even emailed Facebook, but it remains disabled. I feel quite hopeless as I have been using this account for almost 11 years, and all my memories are stored there. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in retrieving my personal Facebook account. I am eagerly awaiting a prompt response. Thank you and God bless.

I have been receiving notifications from Facebook about someone logging into my account, but it is not me, as the locations are far from where I am. I changed my password, but the issue persisted, and now I cannot access my account at all. The email and phone number associated with the account are also inaccessible. I reported this to Facebook, providing my new email and passport ID, since Wednesday, but I have not received any response yet. My Facebook is essential as it contains contacts for work and allows me to video call my family. I am desperate to regain access to my account and hope for assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Yesterday around 5 PM, my husband (Melvin Murph, account) and I visited the Sprint store. Unfortunately, he lost his phone while we were out riding motorcycles. Sprint offered a deal where you can lease an iPhone XR for 18 months for FREE. The catch is that they have to change your phone number, which I didn't realize when I accepted the deal. After setting up the new phone, I faced issues logging into Facebook due to forgetting my PIN and struggling with typing on the new screen size. When trying to reset my PIN via email, I entered the code incorrectly multiple times and got locked out. I'm missing using Facebook to stay connected with friends and to play my games. I hope to regain access to my account and keep my previous phone number, [redacted]. My new number is [redacted]. I am a part of LA VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS group, and it seems our only admin, Addam Winsenburg, is missing or incapacitated. I attempted to contact Addam through Facebook, but his last post was in [redacted], and he has moved to Mountain View. The group, based in Los Angeles, is facing issues with spammers posting inappropriate content. I reached out to Addam to offer assistance as an admin, but received no response. The group has over 6,[redacted] members, and I have reported 39 spam posts mainly from individuals with Thai names posting irrelevant long videos. We urgently need admin help to address these spamming concerns. If Addam cannot be reached, I am willing to step in as a new admin or assistant to support the group.

Dear Facebook Team, I am reaching out to address the issue with Facebook hackers. I was contacted by individuals claiming to be publishers who wanted to add my page GUWAHATI METRO COMMUNITY to their Facebook Business Manager. They offered to pay me $[redacted] weekly in exchange for posting articles they provided. After following their instructions and registering my name through a Google link, they took over my page as the OWNER and removed me from the admin panel. I only realized this when I received an email notification from Facebook. I reported this to Facebook Security before, but I did not receive a resolution. I registered an account on Monday as Chiquita Lawrence. After adding friends and posting photos, the account was blocked for suspicious activity. I used my mobile number ending in [redacted] for registration. Yesterday, I created another account as Chikita Lawrence due to the first one being inaccessible. Shortly after adding friends on the new account, I received a warning and then it was blocked for suspicious activity after uploading several photos. I used the same email and mobile number for this account. I am confused as Facebook is intended for creating accounts, uploading photos, and connecting with friends. I kindly request the reactivation of my second account, Chikita Lawrence, which has 60 uploaded pictures.
