I am looking to retrieve Facebook Messenger messages from January to March [redacted]. The conversations involved Shannon L. and me discussing her power being turned off. She asked if I had done it, to which I replied that I couldn't make outgoing calls over WiFi. Shannon L. mentioned paying the bill and removing it from my name, to which I responded with an okay. These messages were accidentally deleted, and I need them with the date and time stamp for reference. I understand this may be inconvenient but they are crucial. Hello, I have an account associated with the email [redacted], under the name of John Spry. I considered changing the name but decided against it. However, when I attempted to leave the page, I was prompted to verify my identity, with the only option being a code sent to a phone number I no longer have access to for 4 years. I am unable to reset my password to regain access to my account. I would like to reactivate this account promptly as it contains contacts from my family, friends, and past workplaces. Resetting the password allows me to access the settings page, but it consistently redirects me to the identity verification step. I am only able to select the option of sending a code to the outdated phone number. I am eager to regain access to my account. Thank you, John.

I received a confirmation code on my phone along with a link. When I clicked on the link, it directed me to a different account that did not belong to me. It seems like someone mistakenly used my phone number for their account. By clicking on the confirmation link, it might have linked my number to their profile. I am concerned about my privacy and the potential misuse of my phone number. I urgently need to have my number removed from that account. Unfortunately, I do not have the link to the profile, just the name. Searching for it has generated multiple results, making it challenging to identify the specific profile. How can I eliminate my phone number from that account?

Hello Facebook, I am Bobby Ray E. Molado from the Philippines, and I need to report an issue with my old account. The account I used for a long time with the name BOBBY RAY EMPERADOR MOLADO got hacked in June. I couldn't access it as the email was changed. I created a new account as BOBBY RAY E. MOLADO and reported the old hacked account. Unfortunately, Facebook disabled my new account. I then created another account as RAYEMP MOL, which was disabled after trying to confirm my identity with a mobile number and picture. Reactivating my previously deactivated account as BOBBY EMPERADOR and changing it to BOBBY MOLADO ran into the same issue of account confirmation. I'm puzzled by these repeated incidents. All my posts were about my family, cars, music, life, and God. Could Facebook address this problem and help me regain access? Thank you for your understanding. Currently, I am without Facebook and created an account just to view my daughter's pictures.

I believe my account has been compromised and the password has been changed. The email associated with the account, [redacted], was created years ago exclusively for Facebook. Since then, I have not used it or remember the password. Despite attempting the recovery process, I cannot provide the last people I emailed as I never used the account for emailing. The mobile number linked to the account is not being recognized, even though I believe I updated it. This situation is distressing as I risk losing years of memories on my account. An unfamiliar email address starting with "m" appears on the login page, possibly linked to the hacker. I have tried all suggestions provided but still cannot access my account. I am open to answering any security questions or providing details about my friends list to regain access.

Hello, I created my account an hour ago, and I encountered a recurring issue with a "Session Expired" message on my screen. Despite changing my password multiple times, the problem persists, preventing me from accessing my account successfully. Furthermore, when attempting to input my email address, I noticed that the displayed name is correct, but the email associated with the reset code is incorrect ([redacted] instead of [redacted]). I no longer have access to the incorrect email address and my mobile number displays as T. Patricio Elementary School instead of my name. I created a Facebook page in April or May for a company I worked for from home, but the company turned out to be fraudulent and didn't pay me. I stopped using the page and now want to repurpose it for my new gaming channel. However, Facebook won't allow me to change the name of the page because it supposedly violates their guidelines. I shared my link on my Facebook account multiple times, clarifying that I am affiliated with the company in the report. Even my cover photo prominently displayed our logo, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or action from Facebook regarding this issue. I consistently get notified that my link violates Community Standards when trying to post it.

I encountered an issue when trying to access Facebook Messenger on my phone. A message informed me that my account was locked for an age verification check. Despite being 19 years old, I followed the steps to upload my passport and another government ID for verification. Facebook mentioned they would contact me once the process was completed. A few days ago, I received a scam message stating "I cannot believe this is you." Although I initially disregarded it, a family member alerted me to its fraudulent nature. Upon inspection, the message implied that I sent a link at 9:37 pm on Sunday, which I am certain I did not do. Upon discussing this with my family member, I discovered that everyone in my Messenger contacts also received this scam message and the misleading information about the link being sent. I promptly deleted all conversations related to the message to safeguard against further spread of the scam. Some recipients responded with confusion, while others remained silent. I have taken precautions by changing my Facebook password following this incident to prevent any similar occurrences. Experiencing such situations involuntarily can be distressing and unsettling.

URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED! I'm having an issue with my Facebook account. Despite changing my phone number two years ago, my username remained linked to the old number. Recently, the old number was reassigned to a new user who set it as their Facebook username, inadvertently logging me out of my account. I am unable to reset my password as any verification codes would go to the new user now assigned my old number, giving them access to my account as we now share the same username and potentially password. I attempted to contact the new user but language barriers and being blocked hindered communication. I have had a Facebook account for about 15 years on a personal page. Suddenly on August 11th, I received 5 consecutive emails stating that my account was disabled for breaching Community Standards. When trying to explore the options provided, I was directed to create a new account. My personal page mainly featured photos of dogs and animal videos. I suspect it was hacked as I have no recollection of any offending posts. My page held personal memories, videos, and photos. I am eager to have it reinstated as I believe the content did not violate any Community Standards unless posted without my consent. I am unable to view the alleged posts as my access to the account is disabled.

We are Evermetric Media LLC, with Justin Hintz as the account owner. You can confirm employment with Evermetric. The Facebook ID is [redacted][redacted]. We need assistance to review the account notes to potentially reactivate it. It has been challenging to connect with a live manager or higher over the phone. Our business, Evermetric Media, LLC, has no outstanding payments. There were numerous deactivations this month due to recent updates, along with IP issues after a recent move. These IP problems have since been resolved. While past issues were quickly resolved individually, the current account-wide problem is proving difficult to address promptly. We understand this delay is due to a backlog, and we anticipate the account to be reenabled once reviewed.

Hello, I need assistance with accessing my college Facebook account that has been inactive for the past 2 to 3 years. I created this account back in [redacted], and when I recently tried to log in, I realized I had forgotten my password. After resetting my password using the email linked to the account, Facebook locked my account due to suspected suspicious activity. Now, Facebook is prompting me to go through a security check by asking friends for help to obtain a code. Unfortunately, I do not recognize 5 of the friends they are suggesting, and upon further investigation, I discovered they have not been active on Facebook since [redacted]. Our Facebook page, Shopzia (Philippines), has been receiving numerous comments and messages from accounts located in India. They have been harassing us, demanding refunds or products we never sold. We reported these accounts for suspicious behavior and cyber risks. Despite reporting them, one account left a 0 rating and labeled us as fraudulent. We managed to have the comment removed but the negative rating remains, impacting our overall rating from 5 stars to 3. It is crucial to address this issue promptly as it reflects poorly on our page. Interestingly, we discovered a similar page named Shopzia.in based in India facing similar customer feedback issues.

I am reaching out for the third time regarding an issue with my fundraiser page. People from Facebook are trying to donate but are facing payment rejections or their donations are not showing up on my fundraiser despite being deducted from their bank accounts.
