I would like to report a user who has been misusing a group page. The group on Facebook is called "moaning about Leek n stuff!" and the individual in question is "Mandy Smith." On Tuesday, August 13th, this person uploaded pictures of two minors (my 13-year-old daughter and her friend) without their knowledge or consent. Not only did Mandy Smith falsely accused them of mistreating a pet dog, but she also made violent threats and used offensive language on the group page. The lies and aggressive comments caused distress to the minors and resulted in negative attention towards them. I have screenshots of the inappropriate behavior and believe that such users should be banned from using social media altogether. I urge you to look into this matter promptly. Thank you. Sincerely, Clair Rushton

I am experiencing difficulties with publishing my ads on Facebook. When trying to do so, I receive an error message stating “Disabled accounts can’t create or edit ads.” Despite following Facebook's security protocols, including enabling Two-Factor Authentication, I continue to face this issue. The support from Facebook has been unhelpful, only providing generic messages about account security. I believe my account is secure and that the core problem lies with ad publication, not account compromise. Assistance in resolving this matter to enable me to resume ad publishing would be greatly appreciated.

My access to my Lake Tobias Wildlife Park account has been blocked because I unintentionally used the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. logo in a banner promoting an event for boy scouts and girl scouts. I was not aware of the trademark issue related to using "Scouts" in conjunction with the Girl Scouts logo. Although I have removed the banner, I am still unable to publish new content on my Facebook page. I am kindly asking for this matter to be resolved as I have corrected the banner error. Please reinstate my publishing privileges. Additionally, I have noticed that my Administrator status has been changed to moderator, and I am unable to edit it back. Thank you for your assistance.

My Instagram account was disabled a few days ago and has not been re-enabled yet. I reached out through Instagram's help center and received an email asking me to provide a written verification code and username, which I did. I was unaware of any unauthorized activity on my account as it was hacked by someone without my knowledge. Please, I urgently request to regain access to my account as it holds significant sentimental value in my life. I am in a desperate mental state and losing it could have serious consequences. Following a breakup, I have been using this account to express my emotions through posts. I plead with you to reconsider and allow me to use my account @thepersonal__diary.

On August 14th, I attempted to log into Facebook but couldn't due to forgetting my password. Facebook locked me out for security reasons and asked me to reset my password. Despite multiple attempts to receive a recovery code via SMS without success, I kept trying. When I tried email sign-in, it failed inexplicably. Eventually, I managed to get a recovery code via email, but each time I tried to reset the password, it ended up being too similar to the previous one. This caused me to keep requesting more codes and led to me being locked out for entering too many codes. After researching, I found out there was a 24-hour wait time to try again. Even on August 15th, I'm still unable to log in. This is especially frustrating as I need access for my business manager account. Thank you, Zach.

I'm new to Facebook and encountered an issue when trying to set up my account. Initially, I provided all the required information, including my name, location, photos, and a friend request. However, Facebook asked for a clear photo of just me, which I promptly submitted. Despite this, my account was disabled without explanation after Facebook said it was under review. Unfortunately, the Help Center doesn't address this specific problem. When attempting to create a new account with a different email address, it was rejected as my phone number was already in use, but the Help Center couldn't find any associated accounts. I assure you I followed all the guidelines and didn't breach any terms. I simply want to create a Facebook account to connect with others. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a business account with three business pages. Recently, my laptop experienced issues that caused me to be logged out of Facebook. I changed my password as a precaution, but now I am unable to access the Pages Manager, encountering error code ten each time. Today, when trying to log in from the same trusted laptop I've used for five years, I was kicked out again. The message claims it's an unrecognized device, even though it is the usual one. It also states I have no logged phone number, although I do, and prompts me to disable two-factor authentication, which I don't have enabled. Facebook is crucial for my work, especially during an ongoing campaign. I am concerned if my account has been compromised.

Hello, I am Shantell Perry. Recently, my Facebook account prompted me about a login from another location, and when I selected "no", it logged me out for security purposes. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old email or phone number connected to the account for recovery or password reset. This situation is critical for me as I have a photography business with 2 pages linked to my personal account that are now inaccessible. I have followed all the guidelines in the help center and submitted my new email along with a photo of my driver's license, but I have not received any further instructions or emails from Facebook. It has been 4 days since I have been locked out, and my livelihood depends on resolving this issue. Searching my name now yields no results, leaving me helpless. I urge for assistance to regain access to my account, which I have utilized for my business for the last 4 years without any problems until now. Kindly help me overcome this challenge. Thank you, Shantell Perry.

I am seeking help with cyberbullying on Facebook. A user named Wendy Edgecolbe is spreading untrue and harmful information about me and my kennel under the page Irish Setters Puppy Mills for Profit Only Greeders. I have no connection to this person, she has never visited my farm, and I do not understand why she is targeting me. I want to clarify that I am not a commercial kennel, I do not breed for profit or run a puppy mill. My farm in Pennsylvania is regularly inspected, compliant, and has never faced penalties or had animals removed for neglect. My facility is clean and well-maintained. I would appreciate prompt assistance in stopping Wendy's actions. Thank you.

Hello, I've been trying to recover my disabled Facebook account for over three weeks. I submitted my ID and my company's documents to verify my identity, but I haven't received any response from Facebook. I've filled out the form multiple times and even emailed the required pictures to "[redacted]" last week, but I'm still locked out of my account. I'm feeling quite desperate at this point.

I recently created a new profile and lost access to my old one. I forgot the password and can't access the synced email, causing inconvenience as the old profile is a vital tool for contacting friends and associates. I used the old profile for promotional purposes under a different name before the real-name policy. I want my new profile, with the phone number [redacted], to be fully restored without further interruptions. Alternatively, I request access to my original profile since verifying my identity with a photo should be sufficient. The details for my original profile are: Name: Troo Loman Email: [redacted]

My account has been blocked, and I need to prove that the name I use every day and that people know me by is the one on my Facebook account. I am in the process of changing my name to match the one on Facebook. Due to an emergency, I had to use my funds, so now I am saving up again to reschedule my court appointment. At work, I am called by my new name, but until the courts sign off, I cannot update my work information, ID, passport, or birth certificate. I want my account back as it is my only way to communicate with friends from other cities and states and to keep in touch with my family. Working at a call center, I don't use my phone for personal calls or texts, so having access to Facebook is crucial for me.

Hello, I require assistance as I am currently locked out of my account. I recently lost my phone and had to get it replaced. When trying to access my account, I couldn't recall my password. I usually use the "forgot password" option, which prompts to send a code to my phone or email, but this time, that option is not available. I am unable to provide the password as I don't remember it and can't receive a code to reset it. I have checked with friends, and they can still see my profile active. I would appreciate help in unlocking my account, as I prefer not to lose my original profile and create a new one. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I created a Facebook account recently. When anyone attempted to view it, they encountered an error message indicating that access was unavailable. Upon my own login attempt, I received a notification mentioning "suspicious activity" and I was prompted to upload a photo for verification, which I completed. After that, I found myself temporarily locked out of Facebook. Despite uploading my photo, I did not receive any confirmation email about my verification status. I had to keep attempting to log in until I eventually noticed that I was unlocked. This cycle repeated a few times. Recently, as I tried to log in, I was informed that my Facebook account has been deactivated for allegedly "violating their policies." This is puzzling to me as I had only set up personal and company pages, posted on the company page, and connected with 2 friends. I use Facebook for my hotel social media work to avoid redundant posts, and this deactivation limits my ability to view hotel websites. Regrettably, contacting Facebook support has not yielded any assistance in resolving this issue. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly valued! Thank you, G.C.

On 08/14/[redacted], I changed my password on my company desktop computer but left my account open thinking I had logged out. When I returned home from work, the password I set did not work. I suspect someone changed it after I left. Despite submitting my photo ID, I was unable to regain access. Since my phone was stolen, Facebook is crucial for me to connect with loved ones. I urgently need assistance to reset my password through an alternative method. I have important memories stored on my account and need to secure access.

I have been heavily involved in a contentious dispute in St. Paul about the demolition of a historic church by a charter school. I help manage the Facebook page "Save Historic St. Andrews" and post much of the content there. Recently, I posted a photo of a public relations representative who was at the demolition of the building, seemingly to spin stories to the media. This person was identified as Martin Keller and was criticized for spreading misinformation. The post was within bounds of fair play as no personal information beyond his name and photo was shared. Yet, my ability to post on behalf of the group has been suspended on Facebook without any explanation or indication of its duration. This arbitrary decision seems incongruent with Facebook's community standards, especially considering the countless offensive posts that go unaddressed. I seek clarity and hope to have my group admin posting privileges restored promptly. Thank you, Tom G.

I have recently been alerted by two friends who fell victim to a scam where my picture and phone number were falsely used to communicate with them on messenger. As a precaution, I have disabled my messenger account and posted a warning on my Facebook profile. The first friend was deceived regarding a grant and lost $[redacted], while the second friend lost $[redacted] after using a money gram and discovering the money was gone. The second friend is taking the matter to the police, but her daughter is concerned that the scammers may disappear if they become aware of being investigated. The scam victims believe the messages originated from me, although I only have one account with my picture and phone number. One friend lives in Flagler County, Florida. I am seeking advice on what steps I should take next. Thank you.

I received a notification from Facebook stating that a post I made did not meet their "Standards." It is unclear to me what exactly violated the guidelines as no specific information was provided. The only reasoning I can think of is that I shared the FBI Wanted poster of an International Fugitive wanted for multiple crimes. This individual has warrants from various law enforcement agencies and Interpol. This fugitive is the primary suspect in a parental kidnapping case, a crime that affects numerous families annually. I believe bringing attention to federal arrest warrants should align with Facebook's standards. I trust that Facebook would support raising awareness about such serious issues rather than protecting criminals. To learn more, please visit www.BACHome.org. -Randy C. Father of K.C. Today, I received an email stating that my Facebook account linked to has been reactivated without my knowledge. I want to ensure that any account associated with this email is permanently deactivated. I briefly signed up for Facebook years ago to visit a friend's page, but immediately deactivated my account. Recently, my computer was hacked, leading to an extortion attempt. I have since enhanced my computer security. I suspect someone might be impersonating me online. I am interested in contacting a Facebook security representative to address this issue. My name is Don Sanborn.

I am concerned about my relative, Michelle Walker, who has been engaging in troubling behavior online. Despite my requests for her to stop spreading false information and involving me in unnecessary drama, she continues to do so. Michelle even threatened violence towards me, which is unacceptable. She claims to put things in the past but then brings them up again shortly after. I believe her actions constitute harassment, and I have filed a police report regarding this matter. She has been messaging people privately about me and creating unnecessary tension. I urge the platform to take appropriate action against her behavior.
