I am writing to report that on August 13th, I discovered unauthorized activity on my account @miamirealm. When I woke up the next day, I found that my account had been hacked. The hacker changed my email address, password, and disabled the 2-factor authentication. I have evidence to support my claim, including screenshots of my conversation with the hacker. I originally created my account on August 16, [redacted], using the email [redacted] and linking my Instagram to my phone number [redacted]. I am eager to regain access to my account as I have been regularly posting for the past [redacted] days under the usernames miami305heat.motion. I set up the account using a Motorola G5s+. I am attempting to access an old Facebook account I created back in [redacted] under the name “Christian Meyer”. I have since transitioned to “Christina Meyer” in [redacted]. The DeLand, Florida Facebook page continues to target my family with false claims. Despite reassurances that this wouldn't happen, inaccurate information about my son's legal situation has led to accusations and further fabrications. My attorney mentioned that individuals can freely spread falsehoods without consequences. Unlike in the case of Ms. Clinton, your platform should not allow harmful judgments.
Previously, the individual falsely accused my son and shared inappropriate photos. These defamatory posts led to his wrongful arrest and subsequent detention due to fabricated information. The falsehoods were eventually exposed, leading to the case being dismissed. Our family tries to avoid Facebook, but this situation demands attention.
We rely on your platform to uphold safety and fairness. It's distressing that people can freely manipulate the truth on social media. We hope you address this issue promptly to prevent further harm to my family and clear our name from these baseless allegations.

Hello, I have noticed five unauthorized charges made through PayPal for Facebook Ads between August 13 and August 14. I promptly disputed three charges, which were denied despite being unauthorized. Upon checking my Facebook Ads account, it appears that someone hacked into my account to place these ads. I have taken steps to secure both my PayPal and Facebook accounts by changing passwords. Unfortunately, I cannot deactivate the Ads program due to pending charges. I have also initiated a Stop Payment on my bank account linked to PayPal. I need Facebook to acknowledge that these ads were fraudulent and relieve me of any financial responsibility. The nature of the ads does not align with my account history or profile. I was tricked out of $[redacted] when buying a Nintendo Switch. I reached out to Facebook's help desk about it. They expressed regret about my situation but mentioned they couldn't refund me because I willingly made the payment. I decided to contact Bank of America. Initially, they credited me the funds, yet later reversed it as they blamed Facebook for the scam. I believe Facebook should have better safeguards for its users, especially if they offer payment services. I am determined to speak with an actual person from their support team and get my money back.

I created an account for my late mom, who passed away. I managed it on her behalf and also set up her email. The account got locked because I hadn't logged in for a while. I was tricked into sharing my password with individuals on Facebook under the false pretense of verifying my account for grant purposes. Now, Facebook refuses to deactivate the hijacked account and return it to me, as it has been altered to a different user. I believe Facebook should intervene, delete the current security information, disable the account, grant me access to reinstate my security measures, and reactivate my original account. I have invested countless hours into building my social network, and while I acknowledge my mistake in falling for this deception, I urge Facebook to show compassion by aiding in the restoration of my account.

Last night and this morning, I was on Facebook but didn't make any posts or comments. I simply closed the app to prepare for work. Later, my sister asked if I blocked her, and my husband questioned why my page was deleted. I seem to be stuck on the "my timeline" page on my Facebook app. I was attempting to respond to a timeline post, and now I can't navigate away from it. I am using an Apple iPhone 8. The notification counter on the Facebook app icon is showing 5, indicating I am receiving more updates. I can exit the app by pressing the home button, but when I reopen it, it goes back to the frozen timeline page.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account again after logging out of all devices as a security measure. I have attempted to request a password reset code to be sent to both my phone number and one of the email addresses linked to my Facebook profile. Regrettably, I have not received a code on either my phone or the email provided. I complied with Facebook's request to upload pictures of my driver's license to add a new email to my account, but this did not resolve the issue.
