Hello, I am having trouble selling records on a Facebook group specifically for selling records. I keep trying to post pictures of the record covers, but they keep getting rejected by Facebook. I am unsure why this is happening because I believe the items I am selling comply with Facebook's policies. This has become quite frustrating for me. The latest situation is case number [redacted][redacted]. I have created cases to address this issue but have not received any explanations or answers. Could you please provide clarification and assistance with this matter? Thank you.

On the 2nd of July [redacted], my best friend, J.W.'s Facebook account was hacked. I received a message from her asking me to receive money via PayPal for items supposedly sold on eBay. Believing it was her, I followed the instructions. Later that night, I got a message from her on WhatsApp stating she had been hacked. Realizing the situation, I contacted my bank around 3 am to stop the payment, but was informed it couldn't be done. I reported the incident to Action Fraud and contacted PayPal once they opened at 8 am. Despite their investigations, neither my bank nor Action Fraud could recover my funds. I believe I should be compensated for the full amount (£[redacted]) due to the security breach that occurred on your platform and PayPal's system. This incident has caused me stress, inconvenience, and numerous calls to resolve since July 2nd. If we can't resolve this satisfactorily, I will escalate the matter to the financial ombudsman.

Hello, I am reaching out to address the concerning amount of hate spreading on Facebook. This hate has caused significant harm in my country, leading to suffering and even death. Individuals like Payal Rotagi and Raja Singh, as well as major news channels, are contributing to this issue. Facebook holds a crucial role in addressing and preventing the spread of hate. I urge you to take action by regulating or even banning accounts that promote hate. It is essential to stop and ban all activities encouraging hatred. I kindly request for stricter measures, similar to Twitter banning Hard Kaur for spreading harmful content about our PM. Failure to act may lead to a dark legacy in history. Let's work together to protect the well-being of our society.

I am frustrated with the racist targeting and repeated blocking of my Facebook page by the privileged administration. Whenever I discuss white history truthfully, like using the term "WHITE DEMON," my page is blocked. The history of many white ancestors involved demonic actions like enslavement. It seems this generation carries an evil curse. I suspect some Facebook administrators, possibly Trump supporters, with racist tendencies are behind these repeated blocks. I speak the truth about the dark history of some whites, and I believe their descendants are affected. Despite the blocks, I will continue to expose these truths about demonic whites.

Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to inform you that I am a Facebook user under the email address [redacted] Today, I changed my profile picture to one of the images of the freedom fighter from Kashmir, Mr. Burhan Wani. Shortly after making this change, my Facebook account was automatically disabled. Despite several attempts to recover it, I have been unsuccessful. As a very active user of Facebook, this disabling feels like discrimination. I kindly request to have my account, [redacted], re-enabled. If this issue is not resolved, I may have to consider legal action. I trust that the Facebook administration will be understanding and assist me in resolving this problem. Regards, M. I am currently in the process of starting a dropshipping business and require a Facebook page to sell my products. Additionally, I am looking to run a variety of Facebook ads to promote my Shopify store. This week, I attempted to set up a personal Facebook page with the intention of creating a business page linked to it in the future. To my surprise, my account was immediately blocked after creation. Despite providing my ID photo, my account remains blocked. I then created a new account with a different email address assuming there was an error, as I have not violated any Facebook policies (I deleted my personal account over 2 years ago). However, this new account faced the same issue and got blocked despite minimal activity. I am worried about not being able to access Facebook for advertising, especially since it directly impacts my Shopify sales. I value your assistance in resolving this urgent matter as I am losing money with each passing hour. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

A photo of me was cropped and shared on Facebook. Other posts using the same picture were reported and removed. However, there is still a post on Facebook that contains slander, defamation, bullying, and harassment towards me. Despite multiple reports from me and my friends, the post is still up. It's concerning that Facebook permits such false and harmful content. People have even messaged me about it. I urge Facebook to take down the post promptly. It has been up since Saturday, and Facebook needs to address such issues more effectively.

I am part of an agency facing an issue with a dummy account linked to our business page and business manager account. This dummy account is now disabled, preventing access to the business manager and our clients' pages. Despite attempts to recover the account through the ID verification process, there has been no response from Facebook. As a solution, I created a new business manager account linked to my personal Facebook. However, I am unable to access our agency's primary business page as it is claimed by the disabled dummy account. Contacting Facebook has been unsuccessful, and any assistance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Meg

Last Sunday, August 11, I received a message on my FarmVille 1 game stating that my VIP subscription payment was denied. My card was compromised and replaced by my bank. I updated my payment information with the new card, but I keep encountering an error message when trying to reinstate my subscription. The notification reads: "Couldn't complete purchase – We didn't receive all the information needed to complete your purchase." I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including contacting support, updating my browser, changing and re-adding my card, and clearing the cache, all to no avail. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue before my VIP membership expires. My FarmVille Game ID is [redacted][redacted].

My Facebook account was recently hacked, and despite changing my password multiple times, the hacker managed to remove my phone number from the account for password reset options. The email I used to create the Facebook account a decade ago was never used for anything else, and now I cannot remember its password to recover my account. My friends can see my profile, but nothing seems amiss. I am at a loss on how to regain access to my Facebook account without the current login information. I hope to find a solution to this issue soon to avoid starting from scratch with a new account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have included additional photos for identity verification. My account is registered under the name Leah Nickell (formerly Leah Rose). My birthdate is 12/10/96. The phone number associated with my account is [redacted]. There might have been a previous number, [redacted], linked to my account but it is no longer in use. I wish to reset my password using the email address [redacted] I did not set up trusted friends for account recovery, but you can contact James Nickell (husband, in one of the attached photos) or Lincoln Havens (Facebook friend from Mize, Kentucky) for assistance. The last password I remember is J@ckson15, and I may have changed it to Mr$.N1ck3ll or something similar, uncertain about the exact characters used. I no longer have access to my previous devices; some locations I have logged in from include Mt Sterling and Morehead, Kentucky, as well as Columbus, Ohio.

Good morning. I am seeking to address an issue regarding a Facebook user who is harassing me and spreading false accusations. The individual's Facebook name is Kojja Omugezi. I am a law-abiding citizen in Uganda, a legislator in the Parliament, a musician, married, a mother, an inspirational speaker, and a role model. His actions have severely impacted my health as I am currently on heart and hypertension medication. I urge immediate action against this individual as ignoring such behavior can lead to serious consequences. My safety and that of my family are at risk due to his actions. I implore Facebook's Customer Care to step in before any harm comes to my family. Thank you. Judith Babirye, Member of Parliament, Buikwe District, Uganda. Email: [redacted]

I have had my ad account deactivated and reactivated four times recently. Each time, I made the necessary adjustments to comply with Facebook's advertising rules. The initial deactivation was related to 'Third Party Infringement,' which I promptly addressed by cutting off all ads related to intellectual property theft. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe platform for Facebook users. Following the first reactivation, my account was deactivated again due to some ads still running inadvertently. Despite my efforts, I lost control over them. Subsequently, I disabled all campaigns, ads, and ad sets linked to the initial breach. The third and fourth deactivations are puzzling as I have diligently adhered to all of Facebook's guidelines. I fear that Facebook's algorithm may be unfairly targeting me based on past incidents, despite repeated reactivations with their support team. I feel frustrated with the automated system and would appreciate human intervention to address these ongoing issues.

I recently switched from an Android to an iPhone around July 17th, and shortly after encountered issues with accessing my Facebook app. The problem began about a week later when I was repeatedly locked out and had to keep entering my password. This has now happened a total of five times. Yesterday, on August 13th, when I tried to log in, it wouldn't let me access my account at all. After numerous failed attempts, I went to the library to try on a computer. I managed to log in, only to find that my email had been changed 10 hours prior, despite me being asleep at that time. Facebook acknowledged the issue on their end, mentioning they were working on fixing it. The email linked to my Facebook account is an old one that I no longer have access to, even though I remember my password. After sending Facebook a picture of my ID and receiving confirmation that the issue was resolved, I am still facing the same problem as of yesterday. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have created 3 to 4 Facebook pages in the last few months of [redacted] for my business. However, every time I make a new page, Facebook disables it or locks me out of my account, asking for verification but not sending a code to my phone or email. Facebook's lack of contact options makes it difficult to address this issue. I do not post any prohibited content or harass anyone, so I am confused and frustrated by these continuous problems.

Our business account has been disabled, possibly due to not adhering to the policy of using an authentic name. Over the past 3 years, we underwent several staff changes for those managing our business's Facebook account, leading to multiple name changes, such as Simon Taylor, Leah Giorno, and Rebecca Goodwill. We decided to switch the name to Robinsons Socials, unknowingly violating the policy. Currently, a staff member is on maternity leave, and her name and possibly date of birth are in the account details. We have submitted her ID to regain access. Re-activating our account is crucial as we recently restructured our ads within the Business Account, and we are concerned about potentially losing data. Despite our efforts to rebuild the ads, we are unable to modify them due to the account's inaccessibility. We are exploring options to transfer the Business Manager to another account to address this issue with Facebook's policies.

My Facebook account was hacked on July 13th and I was able to recover it once by using my phone number (+1 [redacted]) and changing my password. I set up 2-factor authentication and alerts for unknown logins. Shortly after, I received an alert about a login from Toronto, Ottawa (I reside in Trois-Rivières, Quebec). Following this, I couldn't get into my account with the new password. It seems the hacker changed my phone number. The email linked to my account ([redacted]) is inaccessible as I haven't used it in 5 years and can't recall the password or security questions. Despite emailing Facebook customer service twice in the last month, I haven't received a response. I want to mention that I'm still logged into Messenger, Instagram, and Spotify on my Android phone, all linked to my Facebook.

My Facebook account was hacked on July 13th. I successfully recovered it once by using my phone number (+1 [redacted]), changed my password, activated 2-factor authentication, and set up alerts for any unfamiliar logins. However, after receiving an alert about someone logging in from Toronto, Ottawa, my account became inaccessible with the new password. It seems the hacker changed my phone number on the account. Additionally, I can't access the linked email ([redacted]) due to not having used it in 5 years and forgetting the password/security questions. I'm still logged into messenger, Instagram, and Spotify on my Android phone. I need help accessing my account, either through a reset code sent via text to the mentioned number or via email communication provided.
