Hello, I've had a Facebook account for around 8 years with about [redacted] followers. I work as a cam model and promote various accounts through my seductive and tasteful photos. Despite not posting fully nude images and being a BBW, my photos keep getting removed. The frustrating part is that other models can share posts with less clothing and more seductive images without any issues. They can even promote erotic and sexual shows, while my content is flagged without a clear explanation of how it violates Facebook's community guidelines. Facebook doesn't provide details on the specific content they remove, only stating it goes against standards. It's challenging to find someone to discuss these concerns with to gain a better understanding. I also encounter the same problems on Instagram. I deleted my account because I couldn't add likes anymore and had some other issues. I was upset for a while. Then I found out I could retrieve all my pictures dating back to [redacted]. I tried to recover my account with one day left, but it kept denying me access. When I indicated my account might have been hacked, I still couldn't log in. It said I broke the rules, which I didn't. I created a new account on 8/12/19 using my middle and last name. Now it's asking me to verify my picture. I just wanted to get my old pictures back and create a new account. My old account was under Bonnie Sue Giles Massey. I used [redacted], which is no longer active with Suddenlink. I am disappointed with this whole situation and can't believe I lost those pictures. My uploaded picture is me. I should have accessed my new email to open a new FB account, but I didn't realize that initially. Apologies for any confusion.

I recently received a 24-hour ban for posting a photo of artwork in my home. Even after challenging this decision twice, I remain banned. The art in question symbolizes the empowerment of women, so it is disheartening to be censored for it. This incident contrasts with Facebook's policy allowing art depicting nudity.
Moreover, I faced threats from another user, where despite providing evidence, no action was taken. Yet, I get penalized for sharing art. It seems unfair and out of touch with current times.
On another note, I have encountered issues with post scheduling in groups I manage, which remains unsolved after a year. It's frustrating as members don't face the same problem.
It's disappointing that a platform as vast as yours lacks direct customer support options. Users should have a way to reach out for assistance. Please address these concerns promptly.

I am seeking assistance regarding an old Facebook account linked to an ATT.net email address that I no longer have access to. After switching to Google, I lost track of the email. I can verify my ownership of the account with my California ID or by providing information about the friends associated with the account. Despite not recalling the password, I am unable to change the email associated with the account without it. The account has been inactive for several years and I am concerned about potentially embarrassing content being misconstrued by future employers. I find it frustrating that your customer service page is named "GetHuman" when there are no actual humans available to assist. Additionally, the response I received after explaining my issue was confusing and unhelpful. Your company's extensive data collection practices, which encompass personal information ranging from faces and fingerprints to contacts and search histories, are concerning. The lack of customer support for technical issues is disappointing, given the vast resources your company possesses. It appears that a small group of powerful individuals behind the scenes ultimately control major social media platforms. The puppet figures presented to the public seem ill-equipped to address serious concerns. It's evident that true control lies with unseen, wealthy figures manipulating the system for their benefit. This state of affairs may persist for a limited time, but the reality is alarming.

A fake profile of my friend messaged me saying hello. I responded, thinking it was my friend. Then he asked me if I heard about the domestic grant program. He suggested I look into it and sent me a name similar to his - Patrick123. He asked me to start by asking if I am on the list of winners. He congratulated me but said I needed to confirm my Facebook identity and provide details to collect my winnings. Although I was texting the fake person thinking it was my friend, he convinced me to provide my bank details and license to confirm my address to collect the winnings. Unfortunately, I realized too late and was locked out of my account. I couldn't find the email address or password associated with my account, and no emails from Facebook about changes. I feel tricked with the authorization process. I'm unsure how to get this hacker out of my account and reclaim my Facebook profile. What steps can I take to regain control of my account?

I experienced a security issue with my Facebook account on 8/12/19 due to a hack. After changing my password and implementing double verification, I faced an issue with Facebook requesting a photo verification. I have observed that many Facebook groups are experiencing a common issue. Member activities are restricted with a message saying, "You can't post at this time. Please try again later." This limitation contradicts the platform's purpose for sharing content.
Members are unable to add new friends due to these restrictions. Additionally, individuals from Mainland China seem to be infiltrating Facebook, potentially at the behest of the Chinese government, to disrupt and spread misinformation, influencing opinions in Hong Kong.
It is crucial for Facebook to distinguish these individuals and prevent them from being exploited by the Communist Party. Given the current global scenario, China is no longer a viable market, with various international and American companies already pulling back, including Apple.
Please, take action to prevent Facebook from being misused to harm Hong Kong. The infiltrating mainlanders are disrupting various groups, and urgent intervention is needed to support Hong Kong.

I'm Richard Wernick, and I have three accounts that I cannot access anymore. Two of them were hacked, and the hackers are contacting my friends pretending to be me. They claim I received $[redacted],[redacted] from the international monetary fund. They hack into a friend's account first, then send friend requests to appear legitimate. Once inside, they lure you with false promises of the money giveaway, asking for a $[redacted] processing fee. They even drop it to $[redacted] if you resist. They instruct you to buy a money card, send them the details, and request personal information, including your Facebook password. Once they have it, they lock you out of your account and start scamming your contacts. They targeted my wife today, but she knew it wasn't me as I was beside her. Please remove those three compromised accounts. Thank you, Richard Wernick.

Recently, a friend sent me inappropriate content on WhatsApp, asking me to share it on Facebook Messenger. Although I hesitated, I blindly trusted my friend and started the process. A couple of weeks ago, while scrolling through Facebook, my app suddenly said the session had expired and logged me out. When I tried to log back in, it showed that my account was disabled without any explanation. I attempted to contact Facebook to update my old email to the new one so they could reach out to me, but I have not received a response. I had previously sent them photos of my ID to validate my real name as they had claimed it was fake. I believe my account was disabled again because they suspect it is under a false name.

I recently faced a situation where someone gained control of my old Hotmail account, which I haven't used for a decade, and used it to take over my Facebook account. I am experiencing two issues and would appreciate your assistance. Firstly, my old Facebook account seems to have been compromised by my ex who changed the password. I would like to regain access to this account, even though I can't recall the associated phone number or email address. My account was disabled, but I can't understand the reasons why? I have not violated any laws, and I have not used my Facebook account for illegal activities. Maybe you guys can help after you look into this matter deeper. Thank you. My Whatsapp number has also been locked.
For me, I am [redacted]% sure I have not used my account for any illegal activities. It's only this morning I received a notice telling me that my Whatsapp account is being used by another phone. Then, after a few minutes, I see I am logged out completely.
Maybe someone else was using my Whatsapp account, not me. I am sure you guys have all the tools to notice who was using my Whatsapp account apart from me.
Instead of helping me catch the person using my account, you went ahead and closed the account. That is not fair treatment for a client. You should be supporting me, not treating me as if I am the one involved in illegal activities.
