My account has been accessed on two different mobile devices. I have been receiving notifications about someone logging in, but I ignored them until now. When I try to log in, it prompts me to confirm my identity. However, when I select text message confirmation, I do not receive the one-time password (OTP) to log in. I've been locked out of my Facebook account and was asked to provide a photo ID to regain access. After resetting my password, I was prompted to enter a number code which I never had or set up on my profile. Despite never adding a phone number to my profile and always staying logged in on my phone, the emails from Facebook support have not been helpful. I'm hopeful for any assistance to resolve this issue.

Hello, I'm Jack Berro. Yesterday, while uploading a new song, someone accessed my account. After changing my password via email, I couldn't log back in. My Facebook page was disabled because I posted job ads, which I now realize is against the rules. Due to internet issues on my phone, the posts didn't show up immediately, leading me to repost them. I need the page back to communicate with customers for my home-based work. I can't reprint over [redacted] business cards to update the website link, so having the original Facebook page is crucial.

Hello, I recently acquired control of a Facebook page from a friend who was the original creator along with me. After posting successfully a couple of days ago, I removed my friend's administrative privileges. However, when I tried to post again yesterday, I noticed that I no longer have the option to make a new post on the page. Last Friday night, I noticed my account was hacked when I couldn't log in due to an incorrect password, despite many attempts. Later, I found the recovery email was unfamiliar, leading me to lose control of my account after the password and recovery email were changed. Feeling confused as I saw my account logged in from Vietnam while I live in the Philippines, I enabled two-factor authentication on all unknown devices, although I wasn't familiar with how it worked. The next morning, I saw another log-in attempt from Vietnam and got logged out of my own authentication app, which I rely on for login codes. Despite finding a backup email and changing my password, I realized I needed a six-digit code from my authentication app, which was logged out. Without trusted contacts or an active sim card, I tried using my ID to verify, but that led me to a help center without a solution. Now, I am stuck as I can't log back in without my authentication app.

Concerned about Slander:
I came across a slanderous post on someone else's Facebook page that falsely attributes hurtful language to me. Unfortunately, Facebook's reporting system does not have a specific option to report slander. When I tried to address this issue through the available dropdown choices, my request was dismissed due to the inappropriate classification. The post in question misrepresents me saying hurtful things against others, which is untrue and hurtful. I am distressed by the misuse of social media to bully and defame me, seemingly out of personal animosity. The post needs to be removed for the sake of honesty and respect. I created my account, but I am unable to log in. Despite entering my password correctly, the system indicates it's wrong. I wrote it down to avoid forgetting. After attempting to recover my account using my email, I received a code. However, it requires a code sent via text message, which I have yet to receive from Facebook. I have a Shopify store where I manage my business, and it's linked to my Facebook and Instagram. However, my Instagram shop is displaying outdated products from my previous Go Daddy ecommerce site that was shut down six months ago. I've contacted both Go Daddy and Shopify, and they've directed me to address this with Instagram. The old products showing up on my Instagram store are not linked to any Facebook catalogs, and this is impacting my business negatively.

I haven't received the code to open my Facebook account. I've been waiting since yesterday afternoon and still haven't gotten anything. Please assist me in recovering my Facebook account. It's crucial for staying in touch with my family and friends back at home. I've already reported the issue to Facebook and provided my school ID to verify my identity. However, I'm concerned they might send the code to my old Yahoo account, which I can no longer access ([redacted]). When my son was diagnosed with autism, we created a Facebook account to store memories of his growth. Unfortunately, after an update on his iPad, he was logged out of everything, including Facebook. I have encountered an issue on Facebook. My account, Uncledee Roberts, has been fully blocked due to a post of German and American soldiers from my group "Friends who like World War Two Jokes." This isn't the first time I've faced Facebook's irrational blocking of harmless content. I've had posts, memes, and even items for sale like plastic model kits and paint blocked without valid reasons. It's frustrating and unacceptable. I urgently need my account to be reinstated. The constant and unfair blocking by Facebook is exasperating. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will deactivate my account and share my negative experience across various social media platforms to highlight Facebook's extreme content monitoring.
