Hello, I am Wayne from Evansville, Indiana. Recently, I noticed some suspicious activity on my Facebook account from Memphis, Tennessee. As a precaution, I ended all the active sessions. However, this logged me out of my account. Unfortunately, when I tried to log back in using my email and phone number, I received a message saying they were not associated with the account. Moreover, I am unable to reset my password. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering access to my Facebook account. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to access my Facebook account since yesterday. It was deactivated for reasons unknown to me. This account has been in use for over 7 years and serves as both my personal account and page account. I am worried about losing all my contacts, friends, and messages. I have been trying tirelessly since yesterday to regain access to my account with no success. Please assist me in recovering my account. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless!

Dear Support Team, I've been attempting to contact the FB Support team to request a name change for a DJ/Artist business page. Despite sending 3-4 requests, I find it frustrating that the process relies on an automated system. The page was formerly known as "Daydream" with the link facebook.com/officialdjdaydream and has been rebranded to "Hugø" with the link facebook.com/hugomusicofficial. The artist has successfully rebranded on other platforms except for Facebook, causing frustration after investing in new assets and content with the updated logo. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I haven't received a confirmation email yet after going through the process of resetting my Facebook password and linking it to a new email address due to forgetting the password for the original one. I received a message stating that I would get a confirmation email after verifying my identity, but it has been 24 hours and the email has not arrived. I have checked the junk/spam folder, but still no sign of the email. I'm eager to regain access to my Facebook account, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect that my account has been compromised. I received a suspicious link which was then sent to multiple friends from my account. The password has been changed, and I am unable to reset it. I am unable to access the email linked to my Facebook account. I tried to use my trusted contacts, but one of them has passed away, making it impossible to retrieve the necessary code. Please assist me promptly in changing the password. I hope you can address this hacking problem as I believe my friends may also be affected. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently changed my phone number and forgot to update it on my disabled account. Unfortunately, the person who got my old number changed the password and logged into my account. I attempted to use the secure my account option, but it only offers verification through my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Now my account is stuck in secure mode, requesting verification through the old number. I fear the person with my old number could bypass the security easily. I am at a loss and unable to reach Facebook for assistance.

Yesterday, I noticed that I was signed out of my Facebook account. I asked my husband to check, and we were surprised to find that the password had been changed the previous Monday. When he inquired if I had made any changes, as I am not tech-savvy, I confirmed that I hadn't touched anything. Despite our attempts to recover the account, the email had been altered along with a contact number we didn't recognize. We have reached out to Facebook for help, provided them with a valid ID picture as requested, but have not received a response yet.

I recently tried to create a new Facebook account two weeks ago, but it got disabled right away due to "Suspicious Activity." I followed the instructions on the help page and submitted a copy of my driver's license to verify my identity. After doing so, I was informed that my submission was successful and that I would receive an email shortly. However, after five days passed with no email received, I resubmitted my driver's license (front and back) but still haven't heard back. As a nurse and former teacher with multiple clean background checks, I have never had any criminal record. Although I previously had a Facebook account from [redacted] to [redacted], I made sure it was completely deleted, not just deactivated. I am hoping that Facebook can verify my identity using the provided documents and allow me to create a new personal account.

My Facebook account, Baba Reggie, created 9 years ago, was taken over by someone named Roland NC Justin on August 2, [redacted]. Ever since, I have been unable to access my account, despite my attempts with the recovery codes. I am eager to verify my ownership of the account and provide any necessary information. You can contact me at +[redacted]7. I appreciate your assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

I lost my phone where I was logged into Facebook and can't recall my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old phone numbers on my account. I can still access my email, though. Despite trying the "Forgot Password" option, the reset code only goes to the old phone numbers, not my listed email. Is there a way to send the code to my email at [redacted] instead?

Last year, my aunt passed away, and her granddaughter converted her Facebook account into a remembrance page for our family. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, August 7th, all contacts associated with that account received emails from a fake cloned account. This fake account has been reported and taken down. However, Facebook has also deactivated my aunt's remembrance page. The family is deeply saddened by this, and Facebook is requesting ID to reinstate the page. Unfortunately, since the original creator has passed away, we are unable to provide the necessary identification. We are desperate to retrieve the sentimental photos and messages on that page. How can we restore the remembrance page without producing the requested ID?

I changed my Facebook password 2-3 years ago. Recently, I created a new one, but now I want to recover the old account. The issue is, I have a new phone number for the last 3 years so I can't access my Yahoo email because of this change. I am unsure about the identical email address because it was linked to another account. I am willing to provide my ID for verification because I can't access my email and old phone number.

I have been a Facebook user for over a year. I recently permanently closed my account. After that, I created a new account but it was disabled by Facebook without a proper explanation. It seems like they mistakenly thought I had multiple accounts, which is not the case. I made the new account using my brother's phone. I have not violated any of Facebook's terms and conditions. I have tried multiple times to rectify this issue without success. I am now left without an account and I don't want to keep creating new ones. Thank you, Michael B.

I am encountering a recurring issue with multiple login codes creating confusion. Could you kindly send me an authentication code to help resolve this matter? The abundance of login codes is causing difficulty in identifying the correct one. A new login code that is easier to recall would greatly assist me in restarting the process seamlessly. Thank you.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my card for Facebook ads totaling a significant amount of money. I never linked my card to Facebook, and these transactions are unfamiliar to me: - FACEBK ZW575LAYA2, £90 - FACEBK VT575LAYA2, £60 - FACEBK W977GLAXA2, £46.93 I contacted my bank, and they confirmed the transactions are legitimate. I am in urgent need of a refund as I did not authorize these payments. I am a single parent and this money is crucial for my financial stability. I am struggling to find a way to reach out to Facebook for assistance. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have two Facebook accounts under the name Bam Francisco. Suddenly, a new account named JJ Frojelas appeared, which I did not create. Whenever I try to switch accounts, it always goes back to the JJ Frojelas account. I believe my account was hacked because it now contains photos of women in bikinis, which I never saved or downloaded. My Facebook account is essential for my work, and I urgently need to regain access to it and close the account JJ Frojelas. I fear that the hacker might misuse my contacts. Thank you.

I deleted my Facebook account but now I am unable to log in to Messenger with my phone number. It states that my account is suspended, and I am having trouble reactivating it by submitting my ID picture as prompted. When I attempt to do so, it indicates that "no email is bound to this Facebook account blabla." I want to connect with Facebook/Messenger to provide my ID and regain access to Messenger using my phone number or email.

Hello, I recently updated my Facebook password and logged out to prevent my son from accessing my account. When I tried logging back in, I realized I had forgotten my password. This Facebook account was created 9 years ago and the email linked to it is one I no longer have access to as I have changed emails. I have all my old passwords and can provide recent activity details, but I just can't remember the current password. I've been using Facebook for 9 years, and all my old photos are on this account. I really don't want to lose all of that.
