I had an issue with my iPhone 6S Plus where the display stopped working. Although the phone was functional, I couldn't see anything on it. I ended up purchasing a new phone and have been trying to regain access to my social media accounts. Despite resetting my password successfully, I've been struggling to log in to Instagram. After entering my username and password, I receive a text code to verify my account. However, every time I enter the code and try to log in, it keeps looping back to the suspicious activity page, asking me to verify again. This cycle continues, making it impossible for me to access my account.

I recently got locked out of my Facebook account, and despite providing a photo, I have not been able to regain access after two weeks. In frustration, I created multiple new accounts only to be locked out each time shortly after. I have reached out to Facebook support multiple times but have not received any responses. Now, I have no active Facebook profile, and I suspect my previous experience of being scammed on the platform might be causing these issues. It's frustrating to see the person who scammed me is still active on Facebook while I cannot access my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On July 31, I changed my password after being signed out and verifying my identity. Despite the correct phone number, the location was unfamiliar. The next day, August 1, I was signed out again, and the new password was not accepted, showing as an old password. Facebook sent an email to my backup email, requesting confirmation of my identity. However, Facebook no longer recognizes my backup email or current phone number for logging in. My original email linked to Facebook has been inactive for over seven years. Even the trusted contacts method failed to verify my account. Verification codes were not sent to my backup email or phone number. Despite using the same phone number, when I tried to create a new Facebook account, it worked instantly, indicating an issue with my original account. I suspect my old account was hacked, as I did not change the password recently, and no unusual activity has been observed.

I am currently facing an issue with accessing my Facebook account as I no longer have access to the email address ([redacted]) and phone number ([redacted]) linked to it. I had set up three trusted contacts for account recovery with their reset codes, but every time I try to use them, Facebook gives me an error message stating that I am attempting too frequently to recover my account and asks me to try again later. I have waited for extended periods between attempts, but the issue persists. Despite following the account recovery protocols provided by Facebook diligently, I feel discriminated against as I am unable to regain access to my account.

Hello, I changed my Facebook URL from misscherrymartinez to cherryontop. It was available initially. Later, I wanted to use cherryontop for my business page. When I tried to switch back to misscherrymartinez, it said it wasn't available, even though only 3 minutes had passed. So, I changed it to iamcherryontoptop to then change my business page to iamcherryontop. However, when I tried to do so, it also said it wasn't available. I wonder if there is a grace period I need to wait out for the system to reset, as both misscherrymartinez and iamcherryontop are indeed available. I'm unsure if the system needs time or if they are unavailable because I briefly used them before.

I have had occasional stays in prison since [redacted]. I currently have three or four Facebook profiles that all belong to me as I no longer recall the usernames and passwords. My request is for temporary passwords to access these profiles. The main reason for needing access is to view important photos of my children when they were younger, along with reconnecting with contacts and old friends. I will list the profile names along with details to assist in identifying them: Lewis Willie Renfro with a photo of me featuring cornrow braids, which is the oldest profile; Lewis Renfro Jr. with an image of me in a red hoodie in front of a white Dodge Charger; another profile named Lewis Renfro wherein I am pictured in my room showing attitude, with a photo of me in an afro. These profiles should contain personal information such as my name, birthdate, birthplace, and current city of residence, Casa Grande, AZ. Your assistance in sending temporary passwords for these accounts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Lewis Renfro

Last Wednesday, my phone screen suddenly went black and stopped working. When I went to the AT&T store on Thursday, I discovered that the battery had exploded in my Samsung phone. Despite the alarms, calls, and music still playing, it was more cost-effective to upgrade to an iPhone rather than file an insurance claim. I successfully logged into my emails, Snapchat, and Instagram without any issues. However, Facebook login has been problematic. Every time I attempt to log in, it doesn't recognize my device, saying I might still be logged in elsewhere. Although I receive the first confirmation code via email, I never receive the second one via text message, even after changing my password multiple times. Despite reaching out through emails and calls, I have not received any meaningful help. This Facebook issue has prevented me from engaging with my customers on my Business account linked to my personal Facebook page for over a week. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly without having to create a new account and lose access to all my contacts and Business Account interactions. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account as it seems to be linked to my Facebook account. I was logged out of Instagram and had to change my password due to "security reasons," but since my old phone number and email addresses are no longer active, I can't regain access. The only way to recover my account seems to be through my Facebook account. I updated my email on Facebook from [redacted] to [redacted], and now I am unable to log in to Instagram. My Instagram account is crucial for my business, so I really need to regain access. I have tried reaching out to Instagram support, but they have not been helpful in my situation. Any assistance in helping me resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Florentina

Facebook suspended my account after I posted an educational demonstration on breastfeeding during World Breastfeeding Week. As a Certified Nurse Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, educating on birth and breastfeeding is integral to my role. The actions taken against me are discriminatory and serve to silence the importance and beauty of breastfeeding. By doing so, Facebook inadvertently supports formula companies whose unethical practices have caused harm worldwide by promoting formula over breastmilk, even in impoverished areas lacking basic necessities. Rather than censoring educational content promoting maternal and infant health, Facebook should focus on blocking harmful posts. My intent is to educate and support mothers and newborns, a cause Facebook should champion. I urge Facebook to reinstate my account and cease censoring breastfeeding and birth-related content.

Hello, I have been a Facebook user for over ten years. As a chef who moves frequently, I've had several phones and password changes. I manage a group named "True New Mexico Recipes" with over two hundred friends, where I share real live reviews. I'm the sole administrator of the group and have even participated in Facebook beta testing. Recently, after forgetting my password and the associated email due to an update on my phone, I attempted to recover my account. Despite changing my password, I'm still unable to access my account. I acknowledge the confusion with multiple emails and names during the recovery process. Could someone advise on how to proceed? Thank you.

Hello, my name is Anna Perrotta. I recently logged into my Facebook account after several years of not using it. I noticed that I couldn't view my messages without downloading Messenger. After downloading Messenger and logging in with my Facebook account, I faced an issue where Facebook asked me to verify my account using friends that I no longer have contact with, many of whom are celebrity bodybuilders. Since my account was for promoting my career as a singer and performer with no close friends or family added, I am unable to use friends on Facebook to get verification codes. I'm willing to provide my photo ID to verify my identity. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.

I purchased a 65-inch Hisense TV curved OLED from Asad Tanya on Facebook Marketplace for £[redacted]. He provided me with the following transfer details: Ernistas Mitrikevicius Sort code: 60-40-09 Account no: [redacted]1 Tel: [redacted]4 Email: [redacted] Initially, he mentioned delivery, but later opted for DHL shipping. After I transferred the payment, he acknowledged receipt. Subsequently, he cited a family emergency but assured me of posting the item. Despite my attempts to contact him via various means, he hasn't responded, and the order remains undelivered. I have been unable to reach him since. I am sharing this to address my concerns about the seller's lack of communication.

Hello, I've encountered an issue where I am unable to react or comment on a post within a group we are both in because the person is not on my friend list. Curiously, some of my friends who are also not friends with that account can interact with the post freely. Even attempting to engage by reacting or replying to my friends' comments on the post proves unsuccessful. While I initially thought I was blocked, I can still see the person's profile, ruling out that possibility. I am trying to understand why I am facing this problem. In summary: I cannot interact or comment on a specific person's post in a group, but I can do so on other posts in the same group (indicating I am not blocked or muted), and individuals who are not friends with the account can interact with the post freely.

Hello everyone, I've been dealing with a Facebook Newsfeed block for the past 25 days. My page focuses on sharing baby pictures, videos, photos of mothers, and pregnant women. Currently, we have over 2.9 million fans. Unfortunately, there has been a significant decrease in our organic reach recently. Our likes and shares have dropped drastically from 5,[redacted] likes and hundreds of shares per post to only 20 likes and 5 shares. Despite trying to appeal using the Facebook Page Block Appeal Form, we keep receiving negative responses. Boosting some posts helped temporarily, but once we stopped, our organic reach declined. I've even deleted numerous posts to no avail. Our page used to go viral, gaining between 30,[redacted] - 50,[redacted] page likes weekly, but we've lost at least 3,[redacted] likes already. It's frustrating not knowing which posts to remove. I appreciate any help as this page is crucial for my social media marketing success.

Hello, my name is Darko Pokas. Recently, my old phone broke, so I purchased a new S5. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Facebook account on my new phone. I suspect someone is trying to scam my friends on my old Facebook accounts, using my picture. I have warned my friends about this scammer. I kindly request Facebook to delete all previous accounts except for my latest one, which features photos of me in my security uniform with a friend, showcasing car clubs like Trans-Am and Ford XD XE. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in restoring access to my account. Thank you, Darko Pokas. Phone: [redacted].

After finishing my night shift around 6 a.m., I noticed my Facebook was working fine. The next morning, however, to my surprise, both my Facebook and Instagram accounts were disabled without any prior warning. I checked my email but found no explanation for the sudden deactivation. Desperate to resolve this, I reached out to the help center and messaged them consistently for three days, but I have not received a single response. It's frustrating because I've been a long-time user without any previous violations of their policies. I am puzzled about what triggered this issue as I haven't posted anything inappropriate.

I recently learned that my Facebook account was disabled due to having two accounts with the same name, which I did unknowingly when I created a new account for the game Coin Master. This game requires a separate Facebook account, and this mistake led to my disabled account. The disabled account contains valuable virtual cards in Coin Master, which are crucial for my gameplay and trading within online groups. I urgently need Facebook to enable my disabled account temporarily so I can transfer my rare cards to another game account. After the transfer, I am willing to have the disabled account closed permanently. I deeply regret my oversight and understand the rules now. Please grant me access to save my progress in the game. I have invested a lot of time and effort, and losing these rare cards would be devastating. Allowing me a brief access window would resolve this issue without causing any further trouble.

I've been trying to expand my friends/organizations list by using the search box at the top of the page. Normally, after typing a name, I expect to see a list of relevant results such as people, organizations, posts, and comments. However, over the last 24 hours, every time I search for someone, the page only shows the message "we couldn't find anything for _______. Try entering a name, location, or different words." This is happening even though the person I'm looking for is right next to me with their Facebook profile open. I've confirmed that neither of us is blocking the other. It appears as if I'm being blocked by Facebook. How can I resolve this issue and resume searching for people without encountering this problem?

Hi there, I encountered a similar issue before, under case number [redacted], and Joanna from chat support resolved it effectively. I kindly request to review that case and provide assistance in the same manner, as it seems there might be an error. The website in question is www.serbianshop.com. Hello Joanna, I apologize for contacting you again, but the website link is blocked once more! I am unsure of the reason for this recurrence. Could you or a member of your team (congratulations if you have been promoted!) please investigate and update me on the situation? This problem is frustrating, especially with our current Facebook advertising investments and the upcoming weekend. A speedy resolution is vital for us. Thank you, Djordje P.S.: The URL is www.serbianshop.com

I am unsure if the pixel is properly installed on my online store. Even though I installed the Facebook pixel helper extension, it doesn't seem to be detecting my website. When I test the pixel by entering my store's URL on Facebook and clicking "open website," there is no response. The status at the top of the screen shows it as active with a green dot, but when I test the pixel I created, I don't receive any feedback. Additionally, after installing the Facebook pixel helper extension, I noticed that the icon shows a green number when I am on Facebook, indicating that one pixel is found on www.facebook.com. However, when I visit my online store, the icon remains gray and does not change.
