Hello Team, On July 22, [redacted], my account was compromised, and the primary email address was changed from "[redacted]" to "[redacted]" I have attached the email I received from Facebook regarding this. I have taken steps to secure my account by providing my photo ID for account recovery. Despite receiving an email from Facebook to unlock my account and change the password, the link provided was invalid. The "Forgot password" option is also not useful as my primary email address has been changed, and my current email ID does not show any existing account. I kindly request assistance in changing my primary email address back to "[redacted]" and recovering my profile. You can contact me at +91-[redacted]. Thank you, Amit

I have been a victim of extensive social media and phone/system hacking for the past four years. My main Gmail account, [redacted], was hacked and I have been unable to recover it since late [redacted] to early [redacted]. Despite all my efforts to secure it, I lost access to the account. In December [redacted], Google's Gmail support informed me that someone I know has been accessing all my other Gmail accounts and transferring content. I followed their advice to request a formal investigation but have not received a response. I have faced fraud and interference in both my personal and professional life, along with email hacking. Despite reaching out to authorities and agencies, I have not received adequate help, possibly due to my lack of technical knowledge. I now possess evidence of the hacker's identity and methods and can provide it to Google. However, I am frustrated as Google appears unwilling to assist me with recovering my hacked account.

Good morning, I am in need of urgent assistance as my Facebook account was disabled inexplicably. I woke up to discover that the account I have been using for the past ten years, without involvement in any fraudulent or violating behavior, was indefinitely disabled. Upon reaching out to Facebook's help center, their responses were unhelpful and unresponsive. I implored them to review my account for any wrongdoing, as I have never engaged in fraudulent activities and strongly detest such behavior. I am distressed by this situation and seek help in resolving it to regain access to my Facebook account. Thank you and stay blessed!

I'm having trouble accessing my old primary Gmail account and the associated Facebook account due to hacking. It seems my phone's operating system may have been compromised with a custom OS by FOTA, as I've been alerted about this customization. Despite using multiple Android devices to secure my accounts, I discovered ZYGOTE logs on all my phones last year, and I'm uncertain about its connection to the hacking of my Facebook, Gmail, and Messenger. Although I no longer have my old phone number, I remember several passwords and phone numbers linked to my compromised Facebook. I am determined to regain access to both my original Facebook account and the hacked Gmail account used for its creation in May [redacted].

I deactivated my Facebook (FB) account six months ago but decided to create a new one for Instagram (IG) promotions. However, I faced issues with FB claiming my mobile number was invalid, so I had to validate through email. After validating, my account got disabled, and I had to upload ID for account recovery. Despite multiple attempts to use the help center form for account recovery, including with different email addresses, I still haven't received any communication from FB. I haven't violated any terms with my old account, which was not actively used recently.

My usage of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp has been unexpectedly banned without prior warning or explanation. Facebook has been an integral part of my life since [redacted], and I am perplexed by the sudden ban. The notification cited a violation of terms and complaints against me, which I find unwarranted. Despite reaching out to Facebook and WhatsApp support, I have not received a satisfactory response. This ban is not only affecting my personal life but also my professional interactions. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There is a persistent advertisement in my news feed that claims to be posted by a friend of mine (who is an actual close friend of mine that I see often in person). While I was initially tagged in the ad, she did not tag me. This advertisement has nothing to do with her, and it is not her responsibility that I keep encountering it. The situation is causing concern for both her and me. Despite my continual efforts to hide the ad, it continues to populate my news feed. The source behind the ad is not clearly identified, but it is promoting a clearance sale on sports shoes, which is completely unrelated to either of us. Anyone familiar with us would recognize that this ad does not reflect our interests or preferences.

Today, I attempted to access my Facebook account using the app on my iPhone. However, I encountered an issue where it did not recognize my phone number or password. After resetting the password and receiving an email on an old email address, I successfully reset the password but realized it was linked to an old Facebook account from high school, not my current one. Despite trying to verify my identity, the system failed to recognize me. My profile is still active when my friend checked. My Facebook URL is Facebook.com/bhambarbieeee. I am unsure what steps to take next, as I only have one phone number for verification. The message "we cannot verify you at this time" keeps appearing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Paul Kevin L. from the Philippines. I encountered an issue yesterday when using my Facebook account. A message popped up saying "The session expired," and despite attempting to log in later, I was unsuccessful. I have used this account since my high school days and need help to recover it. The Yahoo account linked to this Facebook account is inaccessible, but I now have a Gmail account that I wish to connect. I have already tried requesting assistance but have not yet received an email from Gmail. I provided my Tax Identification ID for verification purposes. Please let me know if additional proof of ownership is required. Please reach out to me promptly. Thank you for your swift response. Best regards, Paul.

My Instagram account was disabled for impersonation. Since Facebook now owns Instagram, I've seen many videos where Facebook has helped resolve this issue. There's no contact for Instagram anymore, so I'm reaching out for assistance. Someone impersonated me, leading to my account being taken down. Despite submitting appeals and providing multiple proofs like holding a code, credit card, birth certificate, and name change documents, my account remains inaccessible. This situation is causing me a lot of stress. I am the person in the pictures on my Instagram, and I've followed all verification steps suggested by Facebook. My Instagram was public, linked to my Facebook business page, and even used for paid ads. I've tried to live chat with Facebook, spending money for that option, but it's not working. Please help me regain access to my account; I'm desperate to resolve this unfair situation.

I recently created my Facebook account under the name Tessi Turner, combining my nickname from my Mom and my maiden name. After having the account for just about 3 days, when I tried to add a friend, I was immediately asked to verify my account by sending in a picture. I submitted a photo of myself, possibly I should have used the one already on my Facebook account. One of my profile pictures features an angel holding a teddy bear and bunny, and another shows me with my best friend, Carol Myers. I'm unsure why my account was disabled. I can confirm I do not have any other active accounts. In the past, I had issues with stalking and threats on two accounts named Teresa Ann and Teresa T Franklin, both of which I have since deleted. I kindly request assistance in reinstating my Facebook account as Tessi Turner. I believe I have not violated any community standards. Thank you for your help. Teresa Franklin (Tessi Turner)

This is not my first time reaching out. I have attempted using this forum and also sent a letter to your office. My account was hacked by someone of Arabic origin, as everything is now in Arabic. I am unable to access my account as the language has been changed, and my mobile number that was used for resets has been altered or deactivated. I am frustrated that someone is using my account and I am unable to access my photos or old posts. While trying to rebuild my friends' list on a new account, I have trouble remembering many contacts. Even if I cannot retrieve my old account, I wish to prevent the hacker from using it. It is baffling why they would choose to use mine when creating a new account is free on Facebook. Thank you, "MZ."

My Facebook account was hacked by someone from India. I managed to recover it by changing my password and receiving SMS codes via email. However, I am currently unable to log in due to a "two-factor authentication" issue. The mobile number linked to my account for SMS codes has expired, and I cannot generate new codes. Unfortunately, I cannot disable this feature without logging in first. I hope you can help me solve this problem. Thank you.

A while back, I set up two-factor authentication for my Facebook account. Recently, my phone crashed and I had to reset it completely. Now I've reinstalled the Facebook app, but I can't receive the code sent to my inactive number. As a result, I'm stuck and unable to log in. I've tried resetting my password, but it still asks for two-factor authentication. Luckily, I can access my registered email and I also have another phone number on file.

I recently changed my primary phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. I am having difficulty receiving code generations on the old number where I believe you are sending them. When calling the old number, you will notice it is not in service. I have provided various forms of identification including my Social Security card, State ID, Library Card, Food Handlers Permit, and even an ID from a local mission. I am Charles Randy Evans and urgently need to contact my friend who I can only reach through Facebook. I kindly request for you to review my account as I have also attempted to create a new one which was promptly blocked. Please reach me via email at [redacted]

My Facebook account has been hijacked. The login information was changed, and despite my attempts to recover it, I have been unsuccessful. I even tried to create a new account, but it got disabled when I posted a picture. I suspect my grandchild, who was playing on my computer, might have inadvertently compromised my account details while gaming with a friend in Kansas.

My grandmother, Bobbie Woods, is unable to access her Facebook account because she has forgotten the password and also cannot access her email for password recovery. I, Samantha Harbaugh, set up her account years ago, and now we are unable to reset the password due to not having access to her email. We have tried contacting support and phone calls with no success. The issue is proving our identities, but the only way to contact my grandmother is through her phone at [redacted]. She used to remember her password until a few months ago when she was logged out of her devices. I purchased an iPad for her, but she got logged out of that too. We are desperate to get her account back as it contains cherished family photos. My goal is to help her regain access and link her phone for future password recovery. I am also creating a new email for her as a backup. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Three years ago, I found a stray dog while out walking dogs for my company. Despite my efforts to locate the owner through online postings and door-to-door visits, there was no response for three weeks. Eventually, the neglectful owners contacted me, leading to a dispute that escalated, requiring police intervention. Following the authorities' advice, I took the dog to a shelter where the owners failed to reclaim her due to neglect concerns. A year later, the disgruntled owner left a negative review on my business page, impacting my reputation and client acquisition. Despite my attempts to get the review removed, Facebook has not responded. The situation is unrelated to my business, and the review's presence is distressing due to the harassment and threats I faced.

I would like to address the issue of what appears to be bullying towards a senior citizen by a 36-year-old individual. It is concerning that expressing opinions on Facebook seems to have escalated to such a level. It is important to maintain respect and civility in all interactions, regardless of differing viewpoints. Encouraging others to handle disagreements with maturity and understanding is crucial. Misunderstandings and conflicts are best resolved through open and respectful dialogue rather than resorting to negative behavior. It's essential to foster a community where diverse opinions are valued, and individuals are treated with kindness and consideration. Let's strive for constructive conversations and mutual respect in all discussions.

I have been temporarily locked out of my Facebook page and Messenger due to an unrecognized login attempt from another location. A page appeared prompting me to change my password, but I cannot remember the password it is asking for. I have tried all the passwords I know without success, preventing me from completing the process to unlock my accounts. Please assist me with this issue. The account was initially set up as a band page by my vocalist and later transferred to me for control. However, it was created under a personal page setup, not a band or business page setup, leading to my lockout until I provided Facebook with my personal information and a copy of my driver's license to regain access. I am at a loss on how to proceed with this matter and would appreciate any guidance. Thank you in advance. -Vinny D. [redacted] [redacted]
