I have recently experienced harassment on Facebook. The issue arose when I attempted to stream a World Cup match from my home. As more viewers, particularly from India, joined the broadcast, I was reported for alleged copyright infringement by a user named FWC Fingerprint. My broadcast was being done using a mobile phone in my bedroom, and suddenly my Fan page with 30,[redacted] followers was disabled by Facebook. I am feeling extremely frustrated as I have no affiliation with the company that reported me, didn't use their content, and my verified Facebook page was disabled. Facebook directed me to contact the reporting company, leading to my current state of being disabled. I am unsure why this has happened and seek guidance on whether I have violated any laws. My Facebook page can be found at www.facebook.com/naijacenter.

I recently faced an issue with my account being locked due to a hacking attempt. The email associated with the account is an old one that I haven't used in years, and I'm unable to remember the password. After reaching out for assistance, my account was temporarily unlocked, but it got locked again as someone tried to hack into my email or Hotmail. I provided a photo of my license to verify my identity. Now, I'm unable to access my account or reset any details since I can't access the old email. Although I have another email that I used to create a new account, I prefer to regain access to my old account as people doubt the legitimacy of my new one. This situation is causing me a lot of distress, and I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving it.

I recently discovered that my account was hacked over the weekend and has been locked. When I managed to open it, I found that everything on my account is expired. I no longer use the email Goldilocks59 on Hotmail, and my associated phone number is no longer valid as I have moved from Canada to Australia. I have already sent a message with my new phone number, [redacted], and I would like this to be updated on my account for receiving codes instead of emails to my inaccessible email address. My iCloud email, [redacted], is open but not receiving any emails. I am very upset and need access to my messenger to contact people in Canada. Kindly update my Facebook details from heidifileson to [redacted] and change my phone number to [redacted]20. I have already provided a photo of my driver's license.

I have had a Facebook account for several years under the name Donna C. Rash. Recently, when I try to sign in, it shows that I have 2 other accounts named DCRash and Dodie. I have not interacted with Dodie in 5 years, and the DCRash account even has my profile picture on it. When I try to log in, it directs me to the Dodie account. I attempted to deactivate the accounts that are not mine, but it warns that I will lose all my data, including pictures. I don't know who created these accounts. The Donna Rash account with email people_pc is the only one that belongs to me. I need to know how to remove the fraudulent accounts and regain access to my actual account, where I have precious family photos. I hope for a solution as I cannot log in to my real account being told my password is incorrect.

Hello, I am the owner of Top Shelf Vapors in Topeka, Kansas. My name is Eric Cope. I would like to address an issue regarding the Facebook page of the business. My ex-girlfriend, Marcia Hecht Lowry, established the page and is withholding the login credentials, citing concerns about her personal account being accessible. I am seeking advice on either separating the two Facebook pages as she suggested or regaining control of the Top Shelf Vapors page to ensure its proper use. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently received a 30-day suspension from Facebook without any clear explanation for allegedly violating their terms of service. The lack of transparency and vague rules make it difficult for users to understand what they did wrong. It seems like Facebook is practicing censorship and not respecting freedom of speech. I am frustrated by this situation and would appreciate if they could provide a specific reason for the suspension. It is challenging to review past posts when rules are constantly changing. I hope Facebook can address this issue and provide clearer communication in the future.

I am the owner of a business based in Louisiana. There is a Facebook user named Matthew Fortenmeyer from Louisiana who is posting disturbing content on the platform. His posts have led to him facing charges in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, including multiple counts of property damage. He frequently mentions my name, Kevin Anderson, linking me to the Mafia in New Orleans. As a 33-year retired police commander, I am urging for his removal from Facebook due to his libelous comments. I can be reached at [redacted]. I do not have a Facebook account, but I have printed copies of all his threats and related documentation to prove the accuracy of this information. This person's actions have negatively impacted my business, and I am prepared to take legal action if required. I implore you to take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I inadvertently called an unreliable number claiming to be Facebook support. I discussed not being able to locate a public post about the Mexican war with the person on the line. They asked for various account details, then claimed my account was hacked. The individual, introducing themselves as Eric Williams, provided the number [redacted] and advised me to buy a $50 steam card for security. When I mentioned I couldn't afford $50, the scammer suggested $30. I visited Walgreens as instructed and learned steam cards don't exist. The store cautioned me about being scammed. The scammer's promise of reimbursement from Facebook within 10 minutes of sending money was indeed a deceitful tactic.

I was invited by Tanino Mario to join the World is Magnifique page, which I accepted. I recently posted about an island for sale in Mexico, for which I have all the necessary paperwork. Unfortunately, Mr. Brian Rockwell made several unpleasant comments questioning the honesty and legitimacy of my post and business. I responded politely, but I believe it's important to remind him that my page was verified by your company. I request that the administrator inform Mr. Rockwell that baseless accusations of scams are not acceptable without proof, and he should be warned or removed from the group if necessary. Businesses like mine use Facebook to promote our services, and it is unfair to have individuals like Mr. Rockwell making unfounded claims that can tarnish our reputation. It's important to maintain a respectful and supportive community for all business owners on Facebook.

I need urgent assistance with regaining access to my Facebook account. Since mid-May [redacted], I have been unsuccessful in accessing my Facebook account, which I have had for over a decade. Despite sending my driver's license and receiving codes from my three trusted contacts, I have been unable to successfully reset my password and 2-factor authentication. My old cell phone, which had the 2-factor authentication, was returned to my former employer in April [redacted]. I intended to use a trusted PC until I acquired a new cell phone, but unfortunately, the PC was infected with a virus and all cache and cookies were wiped clean. Prior to losing my old cell phone, I attempted to switch the 2-factor authentication to my Google Voice number, which I have had for over a decade as well. However, it seems that Facebook either sends codes to my old number or Google Voice is not compatible with Facebook because I never receive the codes. I also tried using my spouse's phone, but she already has her own Facebook account on it. I now have a new phone, but I am stuck at the 2-factor authentication stage with Facebook. Is there a way to regain access without the phone on file? I have a backup email and am willing to answer any questions to prove my identity. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. The email associated with it is not receiving messages, my phone number is outdated, and my password seems to have been changed. I’ve had this account for a long time and it connects me to my family and friends. Can you please assist me in regaining access to my account? My name on the original account is Gerry Macri. The new phone number I would like to have on that account is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], which is currently on my second account. By transferring the number, I hope to resolve the issues with my original account. Thank you for your help.

Dear Facebook Support, I am unable to access my account using the provided profile link because I have linked another Facebook account to the same phone number. Despite trying to reset the password through the forgot password option, I am unable to access my current account. I attempted to remove the phone number from the other account, but it was unsuccessful. Additionally, I used the nickname "Lovika Sharma" on the account, although my legal name is "Shruti Sharma," which is supported by the attached ID proof. Could you please re-add my phone number "+[redacted]00" to my account so I can recover the password? Kindly send any correspondence related to this request to the email I used for login. Thank you in advance.

Hello, back in [redacted], I created a new Facebook account named Danielle Higgins. Even though my real name is Borrett, I use Higgins on Facebook due to personal reasons. I have three profiles, but I no longer use the first two. I can access the first one and my new one, but I'm struggling to log into the one I stopped using in [redacted]. On this inactive profile, my name is Danielle Higgins, and there are no profile pictures, just a cover photo of my son Cruz in white ripped jeans. My ID says Danielle Borrett, my passport photo matches me, and two family members, Jodie & Aimee Higgins, are linked to it. The account states I work at Instagram, which is incorrect. I was born on 16/10/[redacted], was previously in a relationship with Michael Baillie, and the old email is inaccessible. I understand the complexity due to my name, but Higgins is my dad's last name and Borrett my mother's maiden name. Any assistance in gaining access to this account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently discovered an imposter pretending to be me on Facebook. They used my pictures and even checked in at a concert I attended, posted a photo. I reported the incident, but was only informed that the profile was disabled. I suspect someone is stalking me, posing as me online. I want to notify authorities about this individual's actions. It seems to be someone close to me, causing concerns for my safety. I wish to have the imposter's name and be contacted by the law enforcement agency you inform.

Hello, I opened a Facebook account roughly four years ago to create a business "Page." Recently, I deleted that business Page and now I am trying to delete the account that managed it. In the "Your Facebook Information" settings, I found the option to "Delete Your Account and Information." However, when I choose this option, I am immediately redirected to the facebook.com/business starting page, where the only options are to "Create an Ad" or "Create a Page." This has been the page I see every time I log in to Facebook since deleting my business "Page." Could you advise on how to delete this account? Thank you.

I am unable to access my Facebook account because my computer recently experienced technical difficulties and had to be reset. As a result, I had to update various programs, which led to issues with my password. I believe the password I am entering is outdated due to the system reset. My account belongs to Gloria Blevins, and the profile picture shows me wearing a white sweater with my hair up next to my grandson on his wedding day. This account is essential to me as it contains a group and all my gift items. My current password is [redacted]1B, and my old phone number was [redacted], but I now use [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was not able to update this information before my computer incident. I have been a member since [redacted], and details like my town, date of birth, and love for Southern gospel music are associated with the account. Please assist me. If needed, you can contact me via email at gw73018[at]yahoo.com.

I've been trying to access my account using the email [redacted] I could log in but I'm stuck at the verification process. Despite resetting the password and receiving the email, I still couldn't proceed. The phone number and email linked to the account are outdated. I've completed human verification twice accurately, yet it won't grant me access. The human verification process is frustrating and unnecessary. I wish to regain access to my business account without this hindrance. Being unable to recognize familiar faces in photos makes it impractical. Kindly consider eliminating this feature.

I was in the process of updating my profile when I got blocked due to the speed of my updates. I was simply adding life events to the About section at a regular pace. The message displayed on my screen said: "You’re Temporarily Blocked It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been blocked from using it. Learn more about blocks in the Help Center. If you think you're seeing this by mistake, please let us know." I am confused why confirming I wasn't a robot and providing reasons didn't prevent me from being blocked.

While updating my About section with life events on Facebook, I encountered a message stating I was temporarily blocked due to suspected misuse for adding information too quickly. I would like to request to be unblocked promptly. It's concerning that Facebook did not notify me if it detected unusual activity on my account. Instead of automatically blocking users, it would be beneficial for Facebook to reach out to users to verify changes before taking action. It would be helpful to have more transparency on how these determinations are made and the duration of the block. I suggest enhancing the system's capability to handle the addition of information more efficiently, as users should be able to update their profiles at their desired pace without facing restrictions.

I organize the San Francisco Map Fair and we are gearing up for the upcoming event. Last year, just before the fair, we had around 1,[redacted] people indicating their interest. Surprisingly, this year, we are still four months away from the event and we already have over 5,[redacted] individuals interested in attending. I am noticing this significant surge in interest and have a few inquiries: 1) Could you verify if the accounts showing interest are legitimate or if they belong to fake profiles or bots? 2) Is there any clear reason you can identify for this remarkable increase in interest compared to last year? 3) Do you suspect any specific groups or individuals who might have contributed to this spike by sharing or promoting our event? I would greatly appreciate any insights or details you can share regarding these matters. Thank you, S. Berk
