Hello, my name is Rasheeda F. I have been attempting to access Facebook for the last few weeks but keep getting denied. I created a page about 4-5 years ago which I deactivated. I have submitted photos and even sent a copy of my driver's license to verify my identity. I also have a business page on Instagram and am looking to link both platforms to promote my business. My email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] (the original email associated with my old FB account). Every time I try to log in, I receive a pop-up message stating they suspect suspicious activity. I would appreciate assistance with this matter. Thank you.

My Facebook account was hacked. I last logged in on May 28th. When I tried to log in again with my original password, I was unable to access my account. Unfortunately, I do not have my phone number linked to reset the code. Additionally, I cannot recall the old email I used to set up the Facebook account years ago. I conduct business through this platform and urgently need to access my messages and regain control of my account. I am determined not to give up. When I try to log in, it indicates that I am using an old password. Facebook should be able to recognize this and acknowledge that it's me trying to access my account from the same device. The name on my account is Lovely Nelly, and the old email associated with it is [redacted] Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I typically access my Facebook account on my phone without needing a password. Today, when I tried to log in on my laptop, it prompted me for the password, which I couldn't recall. While trying to retrieve the password from my phone settings, I inadvertently got logged out of my account there as well. I'm now stuck as I don't remember the email password associated with my Facebook account and I have a new phone number. Consequently, I'm unable to receive password reset help. Losing access is worrying as I have numerous photos on my Facebook that I want to retain. Any assistance in helping me regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with accessing my Facebook account. I suspect that it might be related to sharing a video multiple times. The video was not inappropriate, as it was a psychic medium live stream where sharing was encouraged for a free reading. Although I followed the instructions, I am now unable to log in. Facebook requested verification by sending a code via text message, which I entered, and then asked for a photo of myself, which I submitted. Despite this, I remain blocked from my account. I urgently need access as I have a significant amount of personal and business-related content on the platform. I acknowledge the potential violation of sharing rules and assure you it won't reoccur. I kindly ask for prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. - LR

I am unable to receive the login code on my phone, making it impossible to access my account. I need assistance in disabling two-step verification to prevent this issue in the future. Additionally, I am unsure of my current password due to frequent resets, and after multiple unsuccessful login attempts, the system only prompts for a phone code that I cannot receive. I have submitted multiple requests to Facebook without any response. I kindly request Facebook to send the login code to my email for account access.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account. Two days ago, I participated in a Bulgarian Facebook group discussion addressing discrimination against Gypsies. I expressed my concerns without realizing that the group supports the displacement of Gypsies from Gabrovo and disrespects the ethnic community in the town. The moderators and administrators seemed to dismiss the rights of the Gypsies. It appears that due to disagreeing with the group's beliefs, my profile may have been reported as fake. I would like to know if it's possible to regain access to my profile, maintain my account, and seek advice for the future. Thank you.

Recently, I had four of my Facebook posts reported as spam. One post in The Les Paul group discussed a guitar bridge patent from the 1950s for educational purposes. Another post, a meme in Black Metal Artists group, was removed as spam but featured a saying about moshing like a man. Two other posts were also reported but I'm unsure which ones. I believe these reports are from someone with a personal vendetta. Will repeated reports lead to a ban? Can Facebook assist with this situation? My name is Aaron Willoughby, and my Facebook URL is Facebook.com/theinfamousaaronwilloughby. Thank you.

I accidentally deleted an important message on my phone. I'm hoping to recover messages from Facebook Messenger. I switched from SMS back to the original setting and lost the messages. I'm involved in a legal case against the Department of Social Services, and the social worker, identified as SocialGeorge, sent me inappropriate messages on Messenger, which were pivotal to my case. The conversation includes Alimaeven2 and Alison Robinson Naylor. I desperately need these messages as evidence. Kindly assist me in retrieving them and sending them to my email. This information is crucial for me to regain custody of my children. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

Over the past two years, I established two Facebook pages without facing any issues accessing them. However, this changed two days ago. Previously, I could easily find my pages by clicking the downward arrow at the top right of the Facebook homepage. Unfortunately, now the pages are not visible there. Although my pages still exist, I have lost admin privileges and cannot identify the current admin as I cannot access that information. I am unsure if pages can operate without an admin, but my main concern is regaining access to my pages. One of the pages was created approximately a year ago, and though I was not very active until recently, I posted five times in quick succession. Surprisingly, I lost access to both pages the next day. The other page was created two years ago.

I am Mae Mercader-Villamor from Cebu City, Philippines. Recently, my husband (Jarren Villamor) who is a seaman, had his Facebook account hacked. The hacker used his account to send nude photos of us that were saved on Messenger. This hacker is now blackmailing us, but we have not responded and are currently looking for a solution. We are concerned that the hacker may demand money in exchange for not sharing our private images publicly. I am reaching out to the Facebook team for assistance in resolving this distressing situation. We are worried about our privacy and reputation if these images are made public. If possible, we would appreciate any information regarding the hacker's IP address or location, as the breach occurred during the early hours of the morning. Facebook team, we kindly ask for your help in addressing this urgent matter. Thank you.

I posted an ad for a refrigerator on Facebook, including two photos and agreeing to further promotion, but was never billed for the ad or any additional charges. After noticing the original ad was still up, I created a new one with different photos and a lower price. Facebook then informed me that the new ad couldn't be published due to an "invalid creative" that needed fixing. Unable to reach Facebook for help, I sought assistance from JustAnswer, where a technician offered to remotely access my computer for $39.95 to address the issue. Despite my confusion about the term "invalid creative," the tech believed he could resolve the problem. However, I felt frustrated by the lack of clarity from both Facebook and JustAnswer on the issue and questioned the lengthy process without any resolution in sight.

I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. This morning, I received several notifications about login attempts, prompting me to change my password multiple times. Despite this, I continued to receive notifications of further login attempts. When I tried to access my account through the Facebook app, I found myself logged out and unable to log back in with any of the recent passwords. Unfortunately, the "forgot password" link led me to an outdated email address, making it impossible to receive a verification code. As Facebook is my primary social media platform containing cherished memories, connections, and photos, I am devastated by the potential loss. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account as it holds significant sentimental value.

Facebook's persistent requests for my new phone number are frustrating. Despite my repeated explanations that my cell number is my sole contact, they claim to have removed it and reassigned it to someone else. This latest notice pushed me to involve my company attorney, who strongly insists on a written reassurance stating my number hasn't been mishandled. The attorney's demand for urgent action requires immediate attention to rectify this concerning situation with my telephone number before legal actions are pursued. Please investigate and promptly address this alarming issue with Facebook to avoid any potential legal consequences.

I encountered an issue with my Instagram account where I was logged out and unable to log back in. Despite restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, I continued to face the same error. Even trying to access my account through a browser proved unsuccessful, while oddly, I could access my friend's account. However, when searching for my account, it was as though it disappeared. Within our messages, my username changed to 'instagrammer' and displayed 'user not found.' It appears my account was deactivated without warning or justification, as I did not violate any terms. Currently, I can only use Instagram via the browser, but I am unable to access my account due to it being blocked by Instagram. I am seeking guidance on how to regain access to my account and have Instagram unblock my phone.

I am a Republican/Conservative member who had a recent suspension from Facebook for expressing my views regarding Muslims asking for more prayer time at Amazon. I made comments about hiring Americans instead of accommodating their requests, which led to a 7-day suspension for hate speech. This is not the first incident as I was previously suspended for a comment about Muslims and pork restrictions in fast-food establishments. I believe that Facebook is biased against my political beliefs and that there is a double standard where Muslims and liberals can freely express their opinions while mine are deemed unacceptable. I am frustrated by the situation and seeking advice on how to address these suspensions fairly.

I purchased a bubble tent through this Facebook link, but it turned out to be a scam. I'm now $90 out of pocket. Despite asking for a refund, they keep saying it was shipped and can be tracked to the US. However, the tracking number is invalid on USPS. I have all the evidence from my communication with this company. I was trying to give my husband with end-stage lung cancer a nice outdoor experience without mosquitoes. It's not just $90 to me - it's a significant amount. Our medical bills are overwhelming, and bankruptcy seems inevitable. The whole situation is infuriating, especially given our circumstances. I attempted to reach out through Twitter, but haven't received a response. It's disheartening that companies can get away with such deceitful practices on platforms like Facebook.

Yesterday morning, I was able to use my Facebook normally until I went to school and returned home in the afternoon. When my phone connected to the Wi-Fi, my Facebook suddenly logged out without any reason. Whenever I try to log back in, I receive a message saying, "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." I urgently need to regain access to my account as there are important files related to school and other matters. Please assist me in reopening or retrieving my account at your earliest convenience. I assure you that I will use my full name instead of just my nickname. Thank you for your help.

My Facebook account was disabled without warning due to an underage violation. I have tried to contact Facebook for assistance, but have not received any helpful responses. They keep sending me links that require card details, which I have never provided before. I am upset because many relatives and friends stay connected with me through that account. I have always tried to maintain a positive presence on the platform by removing inappropriate content and individuals. Despite my efforts, my account vanished when I was trying to communicate with loved ones one night. I am appealing to Facebook to provide me with information regarding the alleged mistakes and to reinstate my account promptly. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

Hello, I need assistance. Yesterday I got logged out of my Facebook app and when I tried to log back in, I was informed that my password was incorrect. I then attempted to reset my password, only to realize that my Facebook account had been hacked and the hacker changed the associated email address. Despite my efforts to recover it through my old email, I keep receiving messages from Facebook stating that I no longer have access to the account. Additionally, I found out the hacker had accessed my Instagram from my email and I promptly changed that password. I use the email [redacted] for both Facebook and Instagram. I have also forwarded a screenshot of the hacker's phone and location to Facebook. I am willing to provide a government-issued ID as proof. Thank you.

My Facebook account was disabled without warning, claiming I am underage. Despite trying to contact them, Facebook keeps directing me to a link requesting card details I have never provided. I am saddened as many relatives and friends rely on that account to keep in touch. I have always been cautious about the content I post and even removed those who shared explicit content. Please, I seek clarity on my alleged mistakes and hope to have my account reinstated promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
