Hello Team, I am Keith Madden from Auckland, New Zealand. I legally changed my name to Dark, a four-letter mononymous name. I was advised by Internal Affairs not to share unshielded ID on FB. I learned that a drag name could be made official but unable to change as two fields are needed. Dark is not a drag name; it's my only name since [redacted]. I am unable to use my account due to discomfort with my old name. I uploaded my photo ID from New Zealand's Transport Authority many times. Could you please update my name to Dark? Hello, My ad account, SummerTrendz, was just deactivated due to a payment problem. I'm unsure about the exact reason for this issue, but I will provide details to clarify. When I first set up the business manager, I added a credit card. Shortly after, before launching any ads, I changed the primary payment method for convenience. The discrepancy in names between the cardholder and the business manager creator may have caused the problem. I am in charge of managing the company, while my partners (whose names are on the cards) handle the financing. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying and resolving this issue. Dear Facebook Support, I am writing to you because my account has been disabled, and I am unsure of the reason. I have already submitted my ID, passport, and CV for verification. My account was essential for communicating with friends in different countries I visited such as Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Japan. Additionally, I used it to share my conservation work. Although I created new accounts to contact the Facebook Help Center, they were also closed. I have sentimental photos, especially from my mother's funeral, that I need to retrieve. I kindly request that you reopen my accounts. If you require more information, please let me know. When registering my Facebook account, I used a Yahoo email, which I no longer have access to. My current email is [redacted], and my phone number is +[redacted]5, which I had saved in my Facebook profile. Due to the disabled accounts, I have lost access to my Messenger and Instagram. I received a notification about someone logging into my account from Turkey using an old phone number linked to it, which I never changed ([redacted]). When I try to get a verification code, it keeps defaulting to the old phone number, or I receive emails in a different language. Even if I manage to copy and paste the code, it says it has been used too many times. I'm unsure how to proceed. I can provide screenshots of the IP addresses for further assistance.

My Facebook account was hacked, and a post trying to sell sunglasses was sent to my friends violating community guidelines. Despite changing my password multiple times, I cannot delete the post or interact with any posts. I've notified Facebook, but they haven't responded yet. As a private user, I am unable to comment or like posts, and when I try to comment, a box pops up asking if it's a mistake. I posted an explanation about being hacked, but still cannot respond to my friends. This incident is upsetting as I am a teacher and cannot afford any inappropriate posts jeopardizing my job. I urgently need assistance as I did not make the sunglass post nor post anything inappropriate.

Good afternoon, I am experiencing an issue with my WordPress website where posts are not automatically showing up on my Facebook page as they used to. Despite posting regularly, new content is not displaying, and even older related posts seem to have disappeared, showing only very old content that I posted long ago. Last Saturday, I encountered an issue on Facebook where I was penalized without any explanation. This penalty has restricted me from commenting or reacting within my closed group, consistently extending the timeframe whenever I try to engage. Even when creating an event, I faced an additional 48-hour restriction. Another team member in our group posted recently and received the same penalty extension. As a team of female business owners supporting our families, this penalty has affected 10 out of 15 of us, leaving us perplexed and feeling targeted. The lack of communication and support from Facebook raises concerns about how we can foster community spirit under these circumstances. It’s essential to address these penalties and provide clarity to prevent such issues from reoccurring.

I am receiving numerous hateful and threatening messages on my private messenger, with one post alone accumulating over 47k negative comments. Every photo or post I share on Facebook is met with personal attacks by hundreds or even thousands of people. Despite my content being appropriate, Facebook keeps deleting my posts and has even banned me from messenger for 7 days. I am facing death threats, rape threats, and bullying on the platform. I am seeking to have these individuals held accountable for their actions and for my posts to be restored. While dealing with this situation, my family members are also being harassed on Facebook and through phone calls. Personal information including addresses and phone numbers have been shared online, leading to further harassment. My name on Facebook is Erin Henry.

A couple of days ago, I was logged into Facebook in the morning, and everything was fine until that afternoon when I was suddenly logged out. I've had my Facebook account since [redacted], but I can't remember my password and no longer have access to the recovery options like the old emails I used. Now, I'm blocked from trying to enter a password that I thought I remembered. Can you please help me regain access to my account? I need a link to reset my password, as I no longer have access to the email linked to the account. I've tried the ID verification process, but it didn't work either. My Facebook account got locked after receiving a warning to slow down to avoid being blocked. Despite not being blocked, I cannot regain access. I suspect my account was hacked and locked. I have unsuccessfully tried to resolve it with technicians twice. Facebook removed my phone number, and I need assistance to add it back. I'm unable to access my groups, including AR Hippie Hedgehog and Magnificent Manicures and Pedicures with Color Street Nails. Hello, I need assistance with two issues. Firstly, I am unable to post stories on my Facebook page. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps, I cannot enable the option to post stories. Typically, there should be a "+" icon next to my profile picture to add a story, but my page lacks this feature even after following all recommended steps. Secondly, I am facing difficulties linking my Instagram to my Facebook. Instead of allowing me to select the page to link, Instagram keeps creating a new page for me to post on. I want to link my existing Facebook page to my existing Instagram account without having to merge pages, as this would cause downtime for my business page and affect ongoing contests. After performing a factory reset on my phone and using my emergency code, I encountered a blue screen, rendering the code useless. As a result, without my authenticator post-reset, I am unable to generate the necessary 2FA code to access my account, which I had previously enabled with 2FA. Thankfully, Twitter resolved the issue by removing 2FA from my account through a combination of email correspondence and chat support within two days. In contrast, I am experiencing difficulty with my Facebook account. Although I have a linked phone number, I am not given the option to utilize it as an alternative method and I am not receiving the SMS codes I used to. I am hoping for Facebook to either follow Twitter's example by removing 2FA from my account or provide me with a functional code or another emergency code I can input at the 2FA prompt.

To whom it may concern, Hello, I attempted to open a new Facebook account using my business email to create a business page. Unfortunately, Facebook deactivated the account before I could log in. I followed the necessary steps to contact Facebook about this issue, provided requested information like a photo of myself, but have not received a response. Upon reflection, I realize using my business logo as a profile picture may have violated Facebook's policies, which I was not fully aware of at the time. I'm keen on recovering the account, especially since my Instagram account tied to the same business email is functioning well. This is my first venture into creating a business presence on social media, so I'm learning as I go and may have made mistakes due to inexperience. Hello, I recently set up a Facebook account for my new business brand, level25 (facebook.com/drinklevel25), to run ads, interact, and advertise. Shortly after creating it and adding the business owner's phone number, I attempted to log back in but encountered a suspicious activity message. I provided the requested photo but still receive a "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now" message, indicating the photo is under review. I have had ownership of my Instagram account @georgiaalba for five years. The email linked to the account is [redacted], and the phone number connected is [redacted]. I am Georgia Warehime. Recently, my account was hacked by individuals named Anthony Pflieger and Mikinah. They are harassing me due to my lack of romantic interest in Anthony. They posted inappropriate content and changed my username to something offensive. The account was reported and later permanently deleted for not following guidelines. About six weeks ago, I started receiving text messages to my phone with a series of numbers stating it's my code to log into Facebook. I never linked any phone number to my Facebook account, so I was concerned about a potential hack and changed my password. Since I rarely logged out and my passwords were similar, I now can't recall the new password. Additionally, the email I used to sign up for Facebook a decade ago is obsolete, and I can't remember its password either. Despite trying Facebook's help center without success, I'm eager to recover my account as it includes my deceased sister in the friend list. I've been using my cell phone number, [redacted], for 15 years. However, every time I try to use it, I receive an error message saying it's invalid. After receiving a code via my landline, [redacted], I was able to use it briefly before it was disabled again by Facebook due to suspected tampering. I haven't logged into my account for two days. I set up two-factor authentication on my Facebook account for added security. When I tried to log in via the new app, I didn't receive the login code on my mobile though I tried several times. Now, after two days, I still haven't received the code and it says I have requested it too many times. I need help with this issue.

I am trying to locate the person who is a member of the same group. This individual is sharing our private posts and discussions with another group, which is making all our group members feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This is a breach of our privacy. Our group only consists of 31 members, and we are unsure of which member is sharing information with another group. The group I am in is Tarp Mūsų Mergikiu, and there is one member leaking information to another group called Mes Mergaitės with admin Audra Kalinauskiene. We need to identify this member and have them removed from our group to ensure safety and have confidential discussions that will not be shared. Hi, I recently received a text message on Messenger from someone pretending to be my friend, Jamie Brudos. They tried to convince me to contact an unknown person for a grant from the World Bank, asking for personal information like my income and my parents' names. I realized it wasn't Jamie and stopped communicating. They wanted me to pay a postal fee to receive the grant, which I refused. I later found out Jamie's account was hacked.
