I am the Program Coordinator for 3 WINS Fitness. Our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/3winsfitness) was hacked, and several administrators, including myself, were removed. Despite efforts, we have been unable to regain access or reach the appropriate person at Facebook. We have created a new page (www.facebook.com/3winsfitness1) and would like help accessing the old page or having it deleted. It's frustrating as we're losing over 1,[redacted] followers and must rebuild from scratch. If needed, we can provide more details to verify ownership. We hope to resolve this swiftly and directly with Facebook's assistance, rather than searching for solutions online. Thank you.

I've had my Facebook account since it started. I mostly use the app to document milestones of cars I've built, places I've been, and to reminisce about memories with loved ones who have passed, specifically my daughter Makayla. It's been nearly 10 years since I last saw her, and the only photos I have are in a folder on my account under her name. Unfortunately, due to a rough breakup with my ex-girlfriend Heather Dougherty and a recent incident with Moni Lynn (or Monica Roy from Horsham, Montgomery County/ Philadelphia area on Facebook), I've had difficulty recovering my account. Monica faced challenges due to her schizophrenia, which led to her impacting my personal and business Gmail accounts and breaching my cell provider's security. Despite our conversations now, she can't recall the passwords or the actions she took. These accounts hold valuable photos and memories that I cherish. I'm stuck in a loop with the Facebook Help Center trying to regain access to my account.

I am Nabamita Sen. Yesterday, I received a notification from Facebook stating that someone from Bangalore with a Samsung Galaxy wanted to access my account. Upon checking, I found out that my account had been locked by Facebook. When I attempted to reset my password, I accidentally logged out and now I am unable to access my account or reset my password because I forgot my Facebook password. The email address I used for Facebook is different from my Google account, and I did not provide my phone number for the account, so I cannot receive a password reset code. This account is crucial to me as a businesswoman since I have been using it since [redacted] to connect with important contacts for my business. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this matter as creating a new account is not an option for me. Thank you for your assistance.

I would like to reconnect with my friends, so could you please assist me in reactivating my account? I am prepared to change the password once this is resolved. My login phone number is [redacted]2. My name is Roshni K. My Facebook account has been hacked by my partner, who is posting sexually abusive photos. I cannot log in as the email and password have been changed. The police advised me the account can only be deactivated by your U.S. office. My family, friends, and children have distanced themselves due to the shameful posts. The account is under the name Roshni Kanta (Avinesh M.) and is currently being used by Paul M. Please help me delete the account and track the IP address of the device in use. He gained access through his laptop where my login details were saved. I am providing a friend's email for further information. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, on June 10th, I encountered difficulties accessing my Facebook account. Even after successfully changing my password, I discovered two accounts with one prompting me to verify my identity. Although I selected the one with my picture, I was still unable to access it and somehow ended up with a new account featuring a different profile picture. My name is Jackye Mariette, and my original account includes a cover photo of my actual face. I am dark-skinned. Could you please assist me in recovering my initial account? Prior to this, I noticed unauthorized posts under my name, so I alerted the public and relevant pages about the hacking incident. I cannot afford to lose this account as I have valuable information saved in it. Thank you in advance for your help.

I run a hotel business called Platinum Square in Lonavala, Maharashtra, India. Despite trying multiple times, I couldn't gain access to the company's Facebook page "Platinum Square Lonavala" that was automatically created by Facebook. Facebook keeps denying my access even after completing the tele verification process and sending in business proofs. This issue is affecting my business as customers are tagging the incorrect auto-generated page. Given the importance of social media for business development, I kindly ask for assistance in accessing and managing the correct Facebook page for my hotel. I have provided all necessary documentation but have faced ongoing challenges gaining access. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am the director of a hotel in Lonavala, Maharashtra, India called Platinum Square. Facebook has automatically created a page for my business named "Platinum Square Lonavala," but despite multiple attempts to access it through tele-verification and providing business proofs, Facebook has continuously denied my requests. I am able to complete the tele-verification process smoothly, so I am unsure why access to the page is being restricted. Social media is crucial for business development, and the current situation is affecting my customers' ability to tag my location accurately. I urge Facebook to grant me access to the page promptly to avoid further impact on my business. I have submitted various proofs of my business, but access has not been granted. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I recently received a 30-day ban on my Facebook account for a comment I did not make. Despite attempting to reach out and explain, it has been challenging to communicate with the platform. The offensive comment in question was not posted by me but by someone who hacked my account. I have already taken steps to secure my account by changing my password. I am seeking for the ban to be reviewed and lifted as it restricts my ability to stay in touch with my loved ones using Messenger, especially those who are far away. It is important for me to clarify that I did not violate any Community Standards intentionally and I hope for a fair resolution regarding this issue.

I am facing an issue trying to advertise on my page (Wirefreecharge). The ads are not being approved, and I received a notification in my ads manager stating:
"Ad Can't Run: Update Website URL(s)
This ad isn't running because it promotes content that goes against our Advertising Policies.
Our policies are in place to keep users safe and foster a positive global community.
If you've read our policies and think that we made a mistake, you can request a second review by our team."
Although my URL is correct and the preview works fine, I am selling a simple wireless charger with significant global sales. I don't understand how my ad violates any rules for it to be declined, and Facebook has not provided a specific reason I can address. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue or why it is occurring. Thank you!

I am facing a frustrating issue with Facebook as they have permanently disabled my account that I have had for almost a decade, as well as any new accounts I have tried to create. Despite using my real name, a genuine picture of myself, and even providing my ID, Facebook continues to claim I violated their community standards and am ineligible for an account. This has had a ripple effect, resulting in my Instagram account also being disabled. As Facebook is my primary means of staying connected with friends, this situation is quite distressing. I wish I could speak with someone at Facebook to resolve this, but unfortunately, that option is unavailable. I am seeking guidance on how to address this issue.

I recently set up a new Facebook account to promote my business, Silverfox PC. However, shortly after creating my business page and adding images, I received a notification that my post went against Facebook's Community Standards, limiting its visibility. When I clicked the review button for clarification, I was prompted to upload a photo to confirm my identity. After complying, I found myself locked out of the account with a message stating that Facebook is reviewing the photo submitted and temporarily restricting my access as a security measure. This issue arose yesterday morning, and I am currently unable to access my account while it is being reviewed.

My Facebook account was hacked, along with both of my email accounts. I am currently unable to log in, and the person who changed my password did so illegally. The original email associated with my account is [redacted], and I need it to be changed to [redacted] to secure my account. Please restore any deleted information up to Wednesday. My name is Michael Bradley Woodyer, born on 2-9-[redacted]. I will be reaching out to your support number soon, but I first wanted to create a technical ticket to freeze the account and prevent further unauthorized access. The password at the time was Righteous81. One of the compromised email accounts is [redacted], which I have had for many years. The other is [redacted], which is also being hacked.

Hello,
I would like to recover my account profile under the name of Bianca Predoi, that was deleted 8 years ago. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the yahoo.com email used to log into my Facebook account. I am currently located in Belgium, Europe, and have changed my phone number as well.
I kindly ask to update my contact information to verify my identity as the rightful owner of the account and assist me in recovering my page. You can reach me at [redacted] or +[redacted]3.
Additionally, I frequently use my mother's account to share artworks and travel memories with her friends under the name Monica Predoi from Brasov-Florence.
I appreciate your help in resolving this matter as the page is still active without my involvement, causing confusion among my friends. Thank you for your assistance in restoring my former Facebook profile.
Best regards,
Bianca Predoi

I am incredibly frustrated because I fell for ordering clothes online through a Facebook ad without realizing the companies were based in China and Hong Kong. Their system is chaotic as they don't provide order numbers, phone numbers, or even their company name in English. They rely on Zendex for customer support, adding to the confusion. I received parcels with sender information only in Chinese and was directed to return items to various addresses like BLG C [redacted] Jing Ye Fang Industrial Area in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Advertisements for these companies like "XianOrderPl," "Dee-Trad.com," and "XHMBaby.shop" bombard me constantly, especially while watching videos, mostly selling women's clothing and shoes. It's too late for me to realize how disorganized these companies are, and now I'm stuck with numerous items I can't afford to return due to high postage fees.

I was recently contacted by Facebook and informed that my name did not match my government-issued ID. Consequently, I was required to update my account with my official name, yet my preferred nickname, "Kandi," is what I have always used since my school days, including being included in my yearbook. This is the only name familiar to those I grew up with. Having to change it to my legal name has caused me to lose my identity on Facebook, which I find unjust, especially considering there are numerous users with non-authentic names. I would appreciate an explanation and a prompt response. Thank you. Regards, Montrese Moon

I need assistance with creating a new page for our Human Resource Director on a Jobs/Careers Facebook page. I used his email and password to set up the page. After uploading a profile picture, cover photo, and description, Facebook requested a picture of the page owner. I uploaded a picture of the HR Director, leading to the page being locked for review. This is the first time I uploaded his picture, so I am unsure why this is an issue.
Furthermore, as the creator of the official Ponca City Public School Facebook page, I now see a message saying the page is unavailable. I have had this page for years, and it is concerning. Interestingly, the page I made for my HR Director appears under my Facebook account during login.
I am unsure what steps to take next. I am distraught because all the pictures and posts about our school district on the official Ponca City Public School page are now missing. Can someone assist me with this situation, please?

Last Wednesday (6/12), I attempted to log into my Facebook account, only to find that my password was incorrect. Despite trying all my previous passwords, none seem to be working. Upon using my most recent password, I discovered that it had been altered 13 hours earlier, a change I did not make. It appears that someone unauthorized may have accessed my account and changed the password. I am currently unable to reset the password via the email associated with my account, [redacted], as I no longer have access to it. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to seek assistance over the past week. As my Facebook is crucial for work-related social media purposes, not being able to access it has been very problematic. I submitted a photo of my ID to verify my identity, and although I received an email stating the matter was resolved, I am still unable to access my account.
