I was instructed to follow the directions of a supposed agent named Carol Bougie, although I'm uncertain about the spelling. Sadly, I unwittingly provided personal details like my name, address, and state ID under false pretenses. I acknowledge that Facebook has found my actions to be in violation of its policies, but I implore you to consider the situation and show me compassion. If full access to my account cannot be restored under the name Kenneth Earl Harvey, I ask for complete privacy where my profile cannot be accessed or viewed. This is important to safeguard my rights. I've lost access to my account. Although I can still access it on my phone, the email has been changed, limiting my access. The password recovery process won't accept my old passwords. The hacker removed most of my [redacted] friends. Despite reaching out to customer support, no assistance is available currently.
