I am experiencing issues with my Facebook account that I have been using since [redacted]. Recently, it got disabled because of some incorrect information regarding my name and date of birth. Despite providing my passport as proof of identification, there seems to be a discrepancy between the information on my ID and what I initially entered on Facebook. This is causing difficulties as my apps and important contacts are linked to this account. I have two accounts, one for connecting with friends and colleagues, and the other for communication with my family. I have sent the required documents but have not received any response from Facebook yet. I am frustrated as I have not violated any policies and mainly use the platform for sharing pictures and memes. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account.

Hello, I recently had my Facebook account disabled and would like to request reactivation. In late February/early March, I submitted personal documents to verify my identity to reactivate my account. Subsequently, Facebook requested phone verification and then asked for a photo, a request that made me uncomfortable as I had already provided my birth and marriage certificates for verification. I believe I am a valued member of the Facebook community. I have used Facebook Marketplace to sell blueberry bushes this spring, providing not just the product but also valuable information on planting and care. The only reason I can think of for my account being disabled is that I allowed my sister, Sonjia Ennis, to access Facebook on my phone due to memory constraints on her device. I solely use my account under the name Staci Ross. I kindly ask for a review of my previous identity verification and the reactivation of my account. If needed, I will remove my sister's login from my phone. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Staci Ross

My name is Andrew S. P. My original account, linked to an old email [redacted], was taken over by another user about a month ago as I lost access to the hotmail email years ago. A strange photo suddenly appeared on my Facebook and the password was changed. Although this was frustrating, I realized I should have kept my email up to date and accepted it. So, I created a new Facebook account with the email [redacted] This account now seems to be disabled. I can only access it from my phone where I see a message saying it is disabled. I assume this is due to Facebook detecting multiple accounts for the same person. Is there a solution to this? Thank you.

Last week, I received a community violation for a Facebook post, resulting in a 3-day suspension. I appealed and was informed that my post complied with their standards. However, shortly after, I received another violation on the same post, leading to a 7-day suspension. Today, the 7-day suspension was lifted only to be followed by a new 30-day suspension on the same post.

During my marriage, my wife gained unauthorized access to my Facebook account, which holds sentimental value as it dates back to [redacted] and contains contact information for over [redacted] friends and family members. She changed the password and I've been unable to reconnect with some individuals since. Attempts to reset the password failed as my email address, [redacted], is inactive after my AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) account was closed due to inactivity. There is no associated phone number on the account. This situation has been distressing, and I've exhausted all my options. I seek assistance in either retrieving and updating the password or having it reset to regain access, update to a new email and phone number to prevent future issues. The inability to communicate with certain relatives for almost a year has been emotionally challenging, all stemming from my ex-wife's actions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have two accounts on Facebook that I would like to merge to consolidate my contacts and pictures. The account I want to keep and merge everything into is under the name Billye Banks, and it shows a picture of me walking my mom down to the beach. The account I wish to merge is also under the name Billye Banks, displaying a photo of me with my father - I am in a red polo shirt and my dad is sitting in an office chair. I am particularly interested in preserving my photos, downloading pictures, and keeping my friends from both accounts. I would appreciate your assistance in merging these accounts into one, so I can manage everything from a single account. The account I want to maintain once the merge is complete is the one with the image of me walking down the sea ramp with my late mom. In the photo, I am wearing a blue jean jacket and a hat, holding my mom's hand with the ocean in the background. I hope this consolidation is possible without deleting any content unless it can be successfully combined by Facebook's technical team.

I recently got a new phone and phone number. Now, when I attempt to log into Facebook, it sends an authentication code to my old number. When I try to seek help because I no longer have access to the old number, Facebook requests a picture of me holding a handwritten note with the authentication code or my government issued ID. However, every time I submit the uploaded photo, I receive an error message stating, "The link you followed may be broken, or the page has been removed." I've attempted this process multiple times on different days without success. As a result, I am unable to log into my Facebook account.

I had an old Facebook account filled with people I no longer want to associate with. To start fresh, I created a new account under my full name, Karina Gertsikova, replacing the previous one, Karina Gee. The issue is that while using my new account, I keep receiving friend suggestions from the old one, some of which I would like to keep. I need assistance in disabling or deleting the old Facebook account. I've had no luck getting help through the online FAQs or the provided phone number. If anyone could assist, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

To whom it may concern, I was contacted last Wednesday by a Brenda Grant claiming to be from the Department of Health and Human Services, telling me I had won a large sum of money. She provided a telephone number, 1 [redacted], to contact Johnson White, the supposed claim agent. I naively fell for the scheme and was asked to pay for shipping to receive $[redacted],[redacted]. Upon receiving a code, I shared it without much thought. I was then asked for my photo ID, only providing the front. Recently, after leaving church last Sunday, I found out my Facebook session had expired and have been unable to regain access. This is troubling as I use the account for job-related matters and to connect with deceased family and friends. I urgently seek assistance to resolve this issue so I can resume my activities and prevent any potential hacking incidents. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please guide me on how to regain access to my account, as the sent messages had expired by the time I tried to use them. Best regards and blessings, Patricia Ann Greiner Foltz Bever

Dear Team, I am having difficulties with the Marketplace administrators as they have blocked my account for posting about snickers. This action was taken despite my long-standing use of the platform without any prior issues. I have also actively reported illegal activities on the site. Recently, when I expressed my concerns, I was permanently banned without a clear explanation. The admins mentioned policy violations without providing specific details. It seems that my ban may stem from highlighting the administrators' lax enforcement against selling prohibited items like medications. I find it disheartening that while harmful content is allowed on the site, I faced a ban for addressing these issues with the administrators. I request a swift resolution to this matter, along with concrete information on the offending ads and the specific policies I allegedly breached. Best regards, Erika

On April 11, [redacted], I received a message stating that a post of mine was being reviewed by Facebook's team. The next day, April 12, [redacted], I received a message informing me that my post was reinstated as it complied with their Community Standards. After that, I began receiving solicitations from Facebook to promote my post by paying. Between May 5, [redacted], and May 12, [redacted], I received another message from Facebook regarding a post review. Even after requesting a review, the post was deemed to violate their standards, resulting in it being removed. On May 13, [redacted], despite the removal notice, I found the image still visible on my page. When I clicked on the image, another message indicated that it violated community standards, and my account was locked. Despite censoring the image to comply with Facebook's rules, I was informed it would be reviewed again. Today, I received a notification that there was a message about the removed post, but my "Support Inbox" only shows the original messages from April. If my account remains disabled, I am requesting Facebook to remove all the content I shared from their servers, public and private.

My business Facebook page was disabled because Facebook claimed it was opened for spam or does not meet their requirements. I have a new Shopify store and I am trying to set up a Facebook shop for my website demandingtrends.com. Initially, Facebook approved my page, but then they sent an email saying there were inappropriate pictures, specifically one of a girl in fitness leggings, which I promptly replaced. I then provided my driver's license as requested for identity verification through their help center, but I am still awaiting a response regarding why my page was blocked. I assure you, I have no fraudulent intentions; I simply want to sell sport apparel for men and women on Facebook and Instagram. Can someone assist me in resolving this misunderstanding?

I was in a relationship with a guy for over a year when I discovered he was cheating on me with my best friend, who sent him sexy photos. In a moment of anger, I posted some of those photos on Facebook, without any nudity, just like what you might see on your timeline from liked pages or groups. As a result, my Facebook account was deleted. After reconciling with my friend and breaking up with my ex, I realize my mistake and now I desperately want my Facebook page back. I used it mainly to store photos and free up space on my phone, particularly precious memories of my 6-year-old daughter when she was a newborn and pictures of loved ones who have passed away. I sincerely apologize and hope to have my page, especially my photo album, restored. Lessons have been learned. - Julia Willoughby, 5/14/[redacted]

My niece used my phone number to set up her Facebook account, and now her page shows up whenever I try to log in on my phone. I can access my account on my home PC, but I need help removing her account from my phone number. It's been frustrating not being able to log in from my phone. Is there a way to contact Facebook directly to resolve this issue? I just want to post pictures and messages to my friends and family. I understand mistakes happen, and I'm hopeful for a quick solution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As an artist with a business account, my name is Dwight Sole, and my page is also named Dwight Sole. Using my artist name, I created an advertisement for my latest release titled "Wandering" by Dwight Sole. The ad met all requirements and was approved to go online. Subsequently, my account was unexpectedly blocked citing safety reasons, prompting me to upload a picture for Facebook review. After 48 hours, my profile, page, and ad account were permanently disabled. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund for my advertising expenses. Losing my profile is particularly disheartening as it was a valuable tool for connecting with like-minded individuals.

I need help resetting the password for my account, [redacted] Unfortunately, this email has been deactivated by AOL and they are unwilling to reactivate it. Due to this, I have forgotten my current password, and my only access is through my phone where I remain logged in. I attempted to reset the password by submitting my ID and using Facebook. After Facebook approved my request, a link was sent to my new email, [redacted], stating that it would be valid for 7 days for a one-time use. However, upon clicking the link and entering a new password, an error occurred, preventing me from using the link again. I have made two attempts with no success. After the first try, I lost access for a few days before trying again, only to face the same error. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as I urgently need to regain access to my account.

I am part of a charity focused on Global Health Opportunities and oversee our page through my personal Facebook account. The page was created years ago, possibly by Lucy O. or Ellie G., but neither knows the linked email address. While the current setup has been fine, we plan to rebrand our charity to Future Health Africa. I can change the name now, but I want to schedule this change, aiming for around 1 June or more likely 1 July. The automatic name change usually happens in three days once approved, but we prefer to control the timing. Starting a new page would mean losing over [redacted] followers. Can you assist with this situation? Thank you. - Debbie L.

My Facebook account got flagged for verification and requested my ID. I've submitted my voter ID, certificates, credit cards, and educational certificates multiple times. I have all the necessary access to my account with email, password, and mobile number, but the Facebook support agent has not resolved the issue. They keep giving generic responses like "we have sorted it out." I need assistance in unlocking my account as I have provided all required documents. I attempted friend verification, but the code sent to my friend was deemed invalid when I tried to use it. The main issue is that my Facebook profile doesn't have a real photo since it was initially created by someone else, and I now have a mobile device. I am seeking help to regain access to my account.

I received a notification claiming copyright infringement by a third party. It seemed odd since I primarily post my own content or edited material. Shortly after, I was informed that I had breached community standards and my account was deactivated. This was surprising as it was based on a single post. Subsequently, another page of mine faced a similar fate the following day. Feeling unjustly targeted, I believe there has been an error. The specific reason for the report was unspecified in the notification. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I would appreciate your assistance with the following: • I am from Johannesburg, South Africa, but I am targeting USA customers for my Shopify store. • The Facebook pixel has been inserted. • For setting up the ad account, I need help with the following: - In the "Ad account: Set up ad account screen": 1. Should I input "United States" in the "Account Country" field, considering I am from South Africa and targeting the USA? 2. Should I input "US Dollar" in the "Currency" field for the same reason? 3. What time zone should I set? - Regarding the "Budget and Schedule" screen: 4. Should the amounts be displayed in ZAR currency since I am from South Africa? 5. If so, there seems to be an issue with the currency conversion displaying the same amount in ZAR as in USD. 6. Lastly, I need help with an error message stating: "We found 1 error. Parameter saved_audience_id: Invalid id: - [redacted][redacted]". Thank you, D. Poulton
