There is a person posing as Markmartin or Marky Mark from Runcorn who is engaging in fraudulent activities. He falsely claims to work at NHS Supply Chain Runcorn and as an auditor at OCS Group UK Limited on his Facebook profile. He indicates attending Norton Priory School and residing in Runcorn. With a profile picture showing him carrying his daughter, he sold a Samsung S9 Plus to me via Facebook Marketplace on May 10, [redacted], for £[redacted]. After PayPal deducted £12 for protection, he contacted me about the shortfall. I requested his account number, and he provided his Lloyds account under the name Markmartin. Following the payment, he disappeared. I have reported this to PayPal. He is a scammer, and caution should be exercised.

I am frustrated with the constant blocking of my Facebook accounts. Every time I open a new account, it gets disabled without any valid reason. I have not violated any of Facebook's terms, so it's perplexing why this keeps happening. This has been going on for three months now, and each new account doesn't last more than two days. I urgently need this issue resolved as it is incredibly frustrating. I request that my accounts be unblocked, and whoever is responsible for blocking them stops this action.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account because I forgot my password. The email associated with my account is [redacted], but it's an old email that I can't access for the code. The phone number linked to my account is [redacted]7, which is also outdated, so I can't receive a code. I've been locked out of my account for 2 weeks now. My current number with 3 Network is [redacted]3, and I need it associated with my old Facebook account. Please help so I can reset my password and regain access. Thank you, Mr. T. Livingston.

I recently created a new Facebook account yesterday afternoon. I messaged a former work colleague with appropriate content and accidentally sent a friend request. Facebook deemed this as suspicious activity and requested a clear photograph of my face, which I promptly submitted. Since then, I have been unable to access my account as Facebook is still reviewing the photograph. I am eager to regain access as my intentions are genuine. Despite not receiving any explanation or timeframe for the review process, I am reaching out for assistance. My Facebook name is Ruby Scarlett, and my associated email is [redacted] I await your prompt resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Ruby

I created a Facebook account named OUR HOME to raise awareness about important topics in Ontario. It was impactful but got shut down. No worries, I understand. However, I am still receiving emails from the page, and I want them to stop. I can't log in to delete the account because it's blocked. Could you please delete the account for me? I prefer not to receive Facebook notifications in my email. Thank you for your quick action on this matter.

I've been trying to paste the new Facebook pixel on a landing page using Builderal software. After spending the past two days with Builderal to ensure I've done everything correctly, they confirmed I placed the pixel on the right sections. However, when I check the three different pixels using the Pixel Helper, they all show the same error code: WARNINGS We detected event code, but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This error might be due to a code issue or if the pixel activates on a dynamic event like a button click. Strangely, when I check from a different computer, it shows the pixel firing correctly. Despite these efforts, I still can't activate the pixel, and there's no activity detected. I've been stuck like this for two days with all three pixels showing the same outcome. If this is an issue on Facebook's end, how can it be resolved?

Yesterday, I checked my emails and learned that I had unknowingly violated third-party rights regulations on Facebook by posting content that may have contained trademarks or copyrights. I received emails from Facebook about this issue, but I had mistakenly overlooked them, thinking they were spam. When I finally read them yesterday, I realized what had been happening on my account for the past few months. I had posted on some Facebook pages, and the page admins likely approved my posts back in April, making them visible to the public. I want to assure Facebook that once my account is reinstated, I will promptly remove those posts and be more cautious in the future to avoid any repetition of such unintentional violations. I acknowledge that these violations happened due to my lack of awareness, and I am committed to being more vigilant moving forward. Thank you, and I sincerely hope for another chance. Edward Blackwelder from Piedmont, AL, posted pictures of my now 6-year-old daughter without consent. I am unable to locate the specific picture depicting her with a pedophile, as he may have deleted it or blocked me. Due to his excessive posting, it's challenging to keep track. The most recent photo I saw of my child was on May 6 at 10:47 am. Both my husband and I strongly oppose him sharing images of our child without authorization. Despite reporting the post on May 3, which featured a pedophile, Facebook deemed it not inappropriate. I reiterated that I do not want my child associated with a pedophile. Other unauthorized photos of my family members are also posted on his profile, causing distress among many individuals, including those who are not on Facebook.

I need assistance with recovering two Facebook pages: Espinosa Marie and Kaay Glock. The Espinosa Marie page was reported for pretending to be someone else. Originally, Kaay Glock was a backup page, but it became my main page after my original one was deactivated. Unfortunately, the Kaay Glock page was hacked by an individual from Jersey who also gained access to my Snapchat. This hacker read my messages and contacted my friends, asking to use their accounts as well. Please contact me at [redacted] to help me regain access to my pages, preferably starting with the Kaay Glock page. I tried creating new pages last night, but Facebook continuously kicked me out, prohibiting me from using the platform. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I do not have a Facebook account, but I have a Messenger account that I use for schoolwork. I created it using my phone number without adding an email address. Recently, Facebook logged me out without explanation, and now I cannot log back in because I am not receiving the security code via SMS. When I try to continue, a warning pops up saying I might be misusing the feature. Even though I am not logged in, my profile picture and messages have disappeared, and it seems like others cannot contact me. This is my first time facing this issue, and I am worried as I mainly use Messenger for school-related communication. I would appreciate any help in regaining access to my Messenger account.

I'm a member of the "Medicine Hat Bidding Auctions" Facebook group with over 12,[redacted] members. I frequently post my refurbished computers without any issues, and even the Admins participate in the auctions. However, recently I've noticed that my ads are getting blocked within an hour of posting. While I can still see them, they appear as blocked or unavailable to others. I've discussed this with the Admins, but we are all puzzled by the situation. This seems to be only affecting my account, and it's frustrating because it's causing a decline in bids on my products. I've encountered similar problems on other selling platforms. It's baffling why this is happening to me when there's nothing wrong with my ads. My username is Den Ishere.

I made a Facebook account named Flower Meli with the email [redacted] and an old phone number a while ago with friends. It was created as a shared "character" account. I'm having trouble logging in now because it's been so long. The phone number and suggested friends for recovery aren't helpful, and my ID doesn't match the fake name and birthday on the account. I was young when I agreed to Facebook's terms and didn't understand them. I realize I need to access this account for linked accounts.

I recently got a new phone and reset my old one before setting up Facebook on the new device. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number I used for two-factor authentication, and I do not have any other devices linked to my Facebook account. As a result, I am unable to receive a text code to complete the login process or access a code generator. I did not set up trusted contacts or save any backup codes. I have already submitted a copy of my driver's license to Facebook yesterday and today. I am seeking advice or assistance on how to regain access to my account as I have already contacted the help desk.

I purchased a new Apple iPhone on April 27th. On my old iPhone, I was logged into my primary Instagram account "julialocricchio" created with my email "[redacted]" and phone number "[redacted]." An email was sent on September 24th, [redacted], asking for confirmation to secure my Instagram account, which I unfortunately didn't confirm. I have other accounts linked to the same phone number such as "juulia_666_," "litkitsfinsta," and "locricchiojulia." There's an unintended account named "locricchiojulia" created while attempting to link Facebook to Instagram for simultaneous posting. The issue I'm facing now is that I'm only receiving recovery options for these three accounts instead of the one I need access to, "julialocricchio."

Hello, my name is Courtney H. and my concern involves another Facebook user. There is a user named Marissa who has been using my exact name, Courtney Heidary, on Facebook for the past few months. I have reached out to her, asking to change it back as it's causing confusion among my friends and family, but she has refused. Despite reporting the issue multiple times to Facebook for using a false name and impersonating me, they have not taken action. I am unsure of what steps to take next, as I cannot find a way to directly contact Facebook. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and stopping this user from using my name without permission. Thank you.

My daughter passed away in August [redacted], and I had hoped to access her account after the investigation into her death concluded and her phone was returned to me. On May 12, [redacted], I visited her Facebook page to read birthday messages and discovered it had been transformed into a memorial page. I'm uncertain if Facebook made this change or if someone outside the family did. I desire to reclaim access to her page but preferred to wait until the investigation was finalized as I'm unsure what the police are still examining. As her mother and next of kin, I seek to safeguard every memory we have of her. I also wish to update her photos. Could you advise me on the necessary steps to proceed? Thank you. Misty Ridgway Crane.

I understand that I may have not followed your community standards unknowingly. I have reviewed your policies and now comprehend them. I have used my Facebook account for a decade, and this is my first violation. The uploaded photos are of my child, who I find too cute, and I got carried away posting them. My account holds many precious memories, and losing them would be devastating. I am emotionally distressed by this situation. Many users have likely done more severe violations and still have active accounts. I am pleading for one more chance, promising not to repeat the mistake. Please assist me in regaining access to my account, as it holds great importance to me. I did not intend to breach any rules, and if I had known the consequences, I would have acted differently. I am begging for your help. Thank you.
