I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account through my recovery email. After resetting my phone, I encountered issues with receiving the verification codes for two-step verification. I tried to request a text message code, but received an error message indicating too many requests. Additionally, I have forgotten the password for the recovery email linked to my Facebook account. Now, when I try to log in to Facebook or Messenger, I am not receiving any codes. I rely heavily on my Facebook account for my daily studies and work. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I do not have an account with Facebook, but I keep receiving emails from them titled "You have more friends on Facebook than you think." Despite unsubscribing multiple times, the emails persist, even though Facebook states that my settings have been updated. When attempting to log in, it shows that my email address does not match any account. I have confirmed I do not have an account when searching on the "Find Your Account" page. I simply want these emails to cease as I continue to receive them. Thank you.
Best,
Jake Green

Several posts went missing from my Facebook page this morning. The posts disappeared between midnight and 6:00 am on 5/11/[redacted], specifically between 4 am and 6 am. Hello,
I am seeking assistance regarding the retrieval of my three accounts. Unfortunately, my Facebook account was disabled by a hacker who changed my profile picture on May 11, [redacted], to a Syrian group's logo or the flag of Hamas. My PUBG account signature was altered as well, and he changed the account number. Since my ID was not linked to an email, I am unable to take any action. It is crucial to track down this individual promptly. Currently, I have no access to any of my accounts.
For further details, please contact me at [redacted]. I provided this number for Facebook, as I do not have an email linked to the account. For verification purposes, feel free to call me, and I can provide a copy of my Aadhar card.
Thank you,
Sanjay N.

My personal Facebook account has been hacked by someone from Vietnam. They changed the associated email, locking me out completely. The same person has also tampered with my business account. Resetting the password requires a code sent to their email, preventing me from regaining access. Additionally, they updated the recovery friend settings, making it impossible for me to recover the account. The new email associated with my account is [redacted] I urgently need assistance to prevent further intrusion and protect my personal information and memories.

After being locked out of my account, I was asked to provide my phone number and a photo for facial recognition. The reason given was "suspicious" activity, but no details were shared. This lack of transparency is frustrating as I cannot access important contacts and materials needed for my various responsibilities, including organizing events. I am willing to address any issues or security concerns, but being left in the dark is unsettling. I have a track record of responsible and non-controversial use of the platform. Not having a timeline for when my access will be restored is causing significant inconvenience. I am involved in community activities and need to reconnect with people promptly. The situation is concerning, and I hope for a swift resolution.

I created a Facebook account for my 96-year-old dad connected to mine. However, I forgot his password, and when I try to reset it, the code changes the password for my own account. I can see his account as an option to "switch" to when I log out but don't remember setting it up with a separate email or phone number. I used to be the administrator of his account, posting updates for his friends. Now I need to post a message for his friends as he is unwell, but I can't access his account. The page is under Tony Soria, while mine is Terri Soria Murphy. I just need help accessing my dad's account again.

I am Adam Pope, and I feel I am being unfairly treated since I have reported numerous problems on Facebook, yet no action seems to be taken. Although quick to disable my account due to a malicious report, I am unable to create a new one. Every time I try, Facebook locks it immediately citing suspicious activity and requests my phone number for identity verification, which it deems invalid. It appears these individuals hold more sway than Facebook itself in handling such matters.

Hello,
I have been struggling to contact Facebook regarding closing my husband's old account. The account is linked to an inactive email and an old phone number. The account has minimal privacy settings and contains sensitive information we prefer not to be public, as my husband is a doctor. We are unsure how to proceed given the lack of options in the help center. Any guidance on how to close the account without access to the original email or phone number would be appreciated. We are willing to provide ID if necessary. The account has been inactive for years, and we believe Facebook should be able to assist. Thank you.
Best regards,
Lee and Hannah Graham

I'm curious about verifying the legitimacy of a Facebook Marketplace ad. The ad is for a [redacted] Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE priced at $[redacted]. The seller claims both parties will be insured for the purchase, and Facebook will hold the money until I confirm the deal. The seller promises delivery to my chosen location in 2-3 days, allowing me 5 days to inspect the vehicle. They mentioned informing Facebook Marketplace of my selection as the buyer and having them explain the process. Can this be trusted? Thanks.

I don't know anyone named Michael Owens or have a friend on Facebook with that name, especially not from Asia. On Facebook, I have four other pages - Dazzle me Fashion World, LuxuryTravels, In-HomeChef Cooking, and Architectural Home Design. Someone seems to have taken control of all my accounts using my email address "[redacted]" I urgently need to regain access to my original account and update my profile information. I attempted to change my passwords, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

I successfully access my Facebook account on my old phone but am now struggling to log in on my new device because I can't remember my password. Even trying on my laptop has been unsuccessful. Changing the password requires three codes from trusted friends, but I'm reluctant to bother them, particularly Claudia Garabelli, a distant cousin I rarely contact. I no longer use [redacted] and prefer [redacted] for verification codes. My phone number, [redacted], can also receive codes. I prefer speaking to a representative for assistance as resetting my password shouldn't be this complicated. Thank you. Karen Romans.

I recently shared a poem on Facebook with my friends that I had written. However, I discovered that several posts from my timeline went missing this morning. The missing posts were from the early hours of *********, specifically between * am and * am. I suspect that they may have been accidentally deleted while I was editing content on my page. There were only *-* posts, one of which was the poem I authored. I had saved it as a completed piece but it seems to have disappeared during the editing process. I reached out to the help desk but they were unable to resolve the issue. Could you assist me in recovering these posts from my timeline? My name is Jere Gallup, and you can contact me at ***-***-**** or via email at *****@***.com. Thank you for your help.

In the recent years, I've noticed that pages on Facebook may have access to a user's information beyond what we might expect. From messages and "only me" status items to phone content and other apps like Skype, it appears that pages can see various aspects of our online presence. Engaging with different pages outside of Facebook has shed light on this access, confirming visibility into inboxes, YouTube search history, and more. By drawing attention to this issue, particularly through interactions with television studios, I aim to showcase the extent of this visibility, termed as "page vision."
One possible solution could be to raise awareness about this issue publicly, unless the platform addresses and fixes this potential breach. Regardless, I've found the situation rather interesting and engaging.

I needed to free up storage space on my phone, so I uninstalled the Facebook app. However, I accidentally deleted my Facebook page, which had important pictures of my deceased sister, mother, and friends that I didn't know how to back up. Can someone please restore my page, KathrynSnyder.[redacted], to its previous state? I am planning to purchase a new phone with more storage for the app and will ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you. Kathryn S. [redacted] [redacted]

I have two to three accounts that I have been trying to access since [redacted]:
1. An account with a black dog looking out a car window
2. An account with two ladies at Tilt Chicago
3. An account with either no face or only one friend
I've been attempting to close the account with only one friend and have been struggling to open the one with the two ladies for over a year. My home phone number ([redacted]) is in the recovery for some reason, making it challenging to recover the account. The account with the dog looking out the window has my cell phone number ([redacted]). I would like to merge the two accounts together, but I'm unable to access them.

I recently got a new phone and realized that my old number, from years ago, was still linked to my account. When attempting to log in, I didn't receive the verification code as it was being sent to my old number. My business account, Once Upon A Wedding Formal Hairstyling, is connected to my personal account, but I can't access it. To avoid my business failing, I need to be able to log in. I called my old number and found out the new owner is receiving the codes, but by the time I tried, they had expired. Now, I've reached the limit for requesting codes. I believe if the code generator could be reset, the new owner of my old number will help me get the code. It would be greatly appreciated if Facebook could send the code to my current number instead.

My ad account has been disabled for allegedly running ads that do not comply with guidelines. I have been running ads for many years, and whenever my ads were rejected for not following guidelines, I either chose not to run them or revised them according to Facebook's requests, resulting in their approval. I am puzzled as to why my ad account got disabled when Facebook had approved or rejected my ads initially. I am eager to have my account reinstated so I can resume running ads for my businesses. Thank you.

I got locked out of my Facebook account due to "suspicious activity" and Facebook wants me to confirm my identity by entering a 6-digit code sent to my phone. Unfortunately, I have not received the code despite multiple attempts. I've ensured that the correct phone number is listed, and my mobile network is working fine. After several resend attempts, I'm now being warned for misusing the feature and might get blocked. I have exhausted all options, including the email link provided by Facebook to log in without success. I need assistance with regaining access to my account as the text message verification is my only available method. Your help is greatly appreciated.
