I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account due to a recent hack. The hacker changed my password, preventing me from logging in and has been posting unauthorized content on my page. My username is linked to an old phone number that I no longer have access to, and I am unaware of the new numbers the hacker added. Before the breach, my password was "nuviasen91," and my name on Facebook is Morgan Martini. Could you assist me in regaining access to my account? Thank you.

I tried accessing my account last night without success. My name and password were changed to [redacted] Although my profile picture and name are correct, the password doesn't work. I'm unable to login to Facebook to update my new phone number, [redacted], as both my phone and email were hacked. It has been a while since I logged in, and I suspect someone has hacked my account again. I no longer use the listed email, but you can reach me at my husband's email, [redacted] My current contact number is temporary at [redacted], as I'm using my husband's phone while resolving this issue. Please investigate this matter. For reference, my friends list includes my daughters, Amy Cox and Michaelene Contereas, and my husband, Marc Shields, among others like Cyndy Lynn, Mandy Fergerson, Steve Henderson, and Tony Nova. There's also a photo of my late son, Matthew L.L. Thompson, holding a Christmas bulb on my account. Any assistance on how to regain access to my account would be appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing trouble accessing my account. When I try to log in, my password is not accepted, and I am given a six-digit temporary password which results in an error message. After contacting a phone number that I later discovered was not affiliated with Facebook, I was informed that my account had been hacked. I was then directed to another number which claimed to be a company that could resolve the issue, alleging that all my bank accounts and Facebook were compromised. Doubtful of this information, I declined their assistance. I contacted Lifelock to verify the security of my financial accounts, which were confirmed to be secure except for my Facebook account. Lifelock also confirmed that the phone number I called was associated with a scam. I have details on this if needed. Please investigate my Facebook account and advise on the necessary steps. Thank you, N. Kiermayr.

I recently received an email informing me of a password change on my Facebook account, which I did not authorize. According to a call center representative in Delhi, my account has been accessed from locations in Texas and San Diego, despite my residing in Missouri. I am unable to access my account despite multiple password change attempts. I fear that unauthorized individuals may misuse my account by sending inappropriate content to my contacts or deleting my friends. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining control of my account and preventing further unauthorized access. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Julee K.

I installed the Facebook app on my phone over a year ago, and everything was fine until I had to change my password quickly due to being hacked. Unfortunately, I forgot both my Facebook password and the password for the email account linked to it, which is over 12 years old. When trying to reset the password through Gmail, I couldn't verify my identity with the limited information I could provide. Additionally, my phone number is linked to a different Facebook account created around 2 years ago, used as a joint account with an ex-partner, and I don't recall the old number associated with the inaccessible account. I need assistance in accessing my account.

My account was disabled for posting something that unknowingly violated the terms of a closed group. I received a notification from Facebook stating a 3-day posting ban, which I accepted. However, after just one day, I was logged out and now my account is disabled. I am confused as to why I have been blocked from Facebook. I have tried submitting a report but have not received any response. Additionally, when I created a new Facebook account, it was removed within a week. After nearly 9 years on Facebook, it has become an integral part of my life. It's disheartening to be completely removed after a first offense.

Hello, I am reaching out because I have been temporarily blocked from posting for 30 days due to a comment I made on a disturbing image. I deeply regret my insensitive remark and acknowledge its inappropriateness. I am a passionate animal lover and seeing such cruelty affects me deeply. I urge you to understand my perspective and consider allowing me to post again. This restriction is causing great distress especially during this difficult time as I have recently lost my father. With urgent matters such as funeral arrangements, I rely on this platform to connect with family. Please reconsider and grant me the ability to post again. I assure you that I have learned from this mistake and will not repeat such behavior. Your understanding in this matter is truly appreciated.

I am reaching out because I have been temporarily blocked from posting for 30 days due to a comment I made on a distressing photo of an abused dog. I acknowledge my mistake and understand why action was taken. I am an animal lover and reacted emotionally to the image which led to my inappropriate comment. I am pleading for understanding and asking for the block to be lifted as my only means of connecting with family is through this platform, especially during this difficult time as my father passed away recently. I urge for a second chance to rectify my behavior and assure that I will refrain from such comments in the future. I am in a sensitive situation and require access to raise funds for my father's burial expenses, which is time-sensitive. I respectfully request a warning instead of immediate blocking, as it caught me off guard during these trying circumstances. I am willing to provide any necessary proof, like the death certificate, to demonstrate my sincerity. Your prompt reconsideration is greatly appreciated.

I kindly request the reactivation of our Facebook account. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I am Chinese, and I use an English name for ease of pronunciation and memory as our Chinese names can be challenging. I was unaware of the real name requirement for registration. Additionally, being in China, we utilize VPNs to access Facebook. Occasionally, we use free VPN services, resulting in different IP addresses on login. My real name is Zhiheng Chen, and I have provided my passport for verification. My English name is Bryan Chan, supported by my business card as an alternative form of identification. Please reactivate our account promptly as our company page is of great importance. Thank you for your assistance.

I am the Nursery Manager at Kidspiration Leeds. A child who left our setting over a year ago has photos uploaded by her mother, which includes other children and staff in the background. This breaches data protection regulations and requires immediate removal. It appears the username is either Abbey Likachu or Laura Ambrose. Photos of staff from [redacted] are also present and need to be deleted promptly. Due to recent events involving the mother, searching for her on Facebook brings up nursery photos of children. Please address this matter urgently. Thank you, Darren Elliott. Contact me at 01[redacted]97 or via email at [redacted]

There is a concerning Facebook page titled 'Parking like a twat in Bognor, Pagham, and Chichester' that displays images of cars along with their registration numbers, potentially breaching data protection laws. This has escalated to individuals being harassed in public when their vehicles are recognized. For instance, a photo of my mother's car was shared with misleading information, leading to unwarranted threats. Despite reporting the issue to Facebook, no action has been taken. The lack of an appropriate reporting category for harassment is worrying, and the fear of retaliation is growing. The safety of myself and my family is now a significant concern.

Hello Team Facebook, I have continuously communicated with you regarding certain products that are not in violation of your company's commerce policies. It appears that there is someone repeatedly marking my posts as spam. I have previously contacted you when my posts were reported as spam, and you have approved them. Until April, none of my posts had been reported. However, since April, there has been a consistent pattern of them being marked as spam. I kindly request that you take action or disclose the identity of the individual behind this. This has now become a frequent issue, and I would like to address it by discussing with the administrators of various Vaping groups in India. Thank you, Bilal Mansurie

I have previously reported that my Facebook account was hacked by someone named Crawford Charles. He changed my email and phone number, making it impossible for me to log in and verify my identity as he altered my account information. I took a screenshot of the details before I lost access. The hacker has their own Facebook account which displays my picture with my daughter, along with the email and phone number they used. I am desperate to regain access to my old account as it contains sentimental pictures, videos, and the final message I received before my daughter's untimely passing on 1/13/18. The email I originally used was [redacted], the phone number linked was [redacted], and my date of birth is 10/8/63. Your assistance in recovering my account is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Barbie Ruch

Hi, my name is Miranda Dickerson, but on Facebook, I go by Miranda Jane Urban. Unfortunately, I've forgotten my password and no longer have access to the email linked to my account, which belonged to my grandpa, Joy. I've attempted to reset my password using my trusted contacts, but it keeps saying I've tried too many times. One of my trusted contacts, my ex-fiance, is not cooperating in providing me with the code. I am familiar with all my trusted contacts and details of my account; I just need to reset my password to regain access. I've been attempting to recover my account for a few months now, but I'm at a loss for what to do. The phone number associated with my account ends in [redacted], but I can no longer access that phone or email. Everything related to that email has been deleted or deactivated, adding to my difficulty in retrieving my Miranda Jane Urban account.

Hello, as a technology assistant at a rehabilitation center, I have been assisting clients with Cerebral Palsy who use communication devices with switches. Recently, I worked with a client, S. Ramdhaney, to create a Facebook account through Communicator 5 software. Despite our initial excitement, we encountered a problem where he couldn't view the news feed or friends list. After contacting Tobii Dynavox, they stated this issue was due to a Facebook setting change three months ago that they couldn't fix from their end. I believe resolving this would benefit not only S. Ramdhaney but also many other clients, considering Facebook's inclusive nature. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of finding a solution. Thank you. Danny

My advertising account "[redacted]41" was recently flagged for policy violations, which I believe to be a mistake. My business revolves around a tour agency, and all my ads promote package tours that are entirely legal. I have been running ads for years, and only recently spoke with a Facebook marketing expert the day before my ad account was unexpectedly disabled. Despite my efforts to reach out to Facebook's support team, their responses have been unhelpful and repetitive. I have received messages stating that my ad account cannot be reinstated due to policy non-compliance and the quality of the ad content. Unfortunately, they mentioned that they do not support ads for my specific business model. I would appreciate clarity on which exact policy I may have violated.

I am facing an issue with my Facebook account. It started receiving private messages about cars I never put up for sale. After changing my password multiple times due to suspected hacking, my account disappeared, and I was unable to log in. I contacted Facebook support, provided my ID, and followed all security measures to reset my password but kept encountering errors. Despite receiving email confirmations of password changes, I still couldn't access my account and was stuck in a loop of security measures and password resets. I attempted to fill out a form for help but received an error message. I am frustrated and seeking assistance as I have tried all suggested methods without success.

I have been struggling to log into my Facebook account for a few days now. The platform keeps prompting me to update my security measures, sending me a code via email for a password change. After following the steps and changing the password, I receive an email confirming the change. However, when I attempt to sign in with the new password, it claims it's incorrect. I have repeated this process multiple times, resulting in multiple password changes. I'm unsure which password is currently in use, causing much confusion. I've never encountered such difficulties before. Can you provide assistance with resetting my password and regaining access to my account? I've tried various online recommendations without success. I'm uncertain if my account has been compromised. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I woke up to find my Facebook account disabled. I believe I did not violate any of Facebook's policies. I am reporting this on behalf of my account Athena Cruz. I no longer have access to the email linked to that account, compounding the issue. It's difficult for me to create a new account because all my important data resides in the disabled main account. The account under the username facebook.com/vthens was disabled abruptly, causing distress. I have used it for four years without any previous issues, and this situation has greatly affected my well-being. I kindly request Facebook to reinstate my account without the need for email verification so I can regain access. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I want to express my appreciation for the robust security measures in place. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my account is protected. I realize that some of the issues I'm experiencing might be due to me not keeping my information up to date. I would be very grateful for your assistance in regaining access to my account. Here is a summary of what has occurred: I am reaching out from my school-related Facebook account; the account I require help with is different. 1. I changed my password about a week ago because I had forgotten it. 2. I attempted to reset my password using my email ([redacted]), but I discovered that my university no longer supports this email address, leaving me unable to access it. 3. I utilized the trusted friends option to receive codes. This move led me to change my email address to [redacted] in order to receive my recovery email. Unfortunately, the email did not arrive despite checking all folders and attempting to resend it, resulting in the error message attached as a screenshot. 4. I tried using the trusted friends option again, only to be informed that I was doing so too frequently and incorrectly. 5. Currently, I am patiently waiting with the hope of regaining entry into my account. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me through my alternate Facebook account linked to [redacted] or via email. Thank you for your time and assistance; reconnecting with my family abroad is very important to me.
