On Wednesday, April 3, [redacted], my account was hacked. Facebook temporarily closed my account and requested a password change. The next day, I was locked out again, and I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to the account. Even after updating my profile, I still can't access it. I urgently need help. I am requesting Facebook to email the confirmation code to regain access to my old account. My new email is [redacted]

Hello, my name is Kyle Makepeace. On Saturday, April 6th, [redacted], there was an attempted hack on my account. I changed my password on Facebook using my cell phone ([redacted]) as the recovery option, but accidentally deleted it without confirming the new password. Now, my only recovery option is my user email ([redacted]) which I haven't used since the mid-2000s. When trying to recover this email, I was asked questions I couldn't answer due to not having used it in over 10 years. On the 6th, I tried to recover my account by submitting a picture of my driver's license with my newer email address ([redacted]). It has been a few days, and I'm unsure if anyone has looked into this issue. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with this matter as I would like to regain access to my Facebook account. Thank you.

I have faced two consecutive temporary blocks from Facebook. Engaged in online business for the past year, I received photos of various products from my supplier including bags, shoes, and home accessories to showcase to my customers. Recently, some of these images were flagged as violating Facebook's community standards, despite them being posted nearly a year ago. I ceased posting new items months ago and was surprised by the sudden enforcement. I have taken steps to remove all albums and posts related to my online business in an effort to rectify this issue. I am eager for a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.

I have two Facebook accounts. One of them (Sämìä Häquè) ([redacted]) was deactivated. Suddenly, when trying to log into my other account, I saw that my deactivated account is now active. However, when I tried to log in, it asked for a password. Upon entering the password, it showed my old password, leading me to realize someone else is using my account. I do not have access to the email or phone associated with the account, but I can provide my photo ID for account recovery. I urgently need help as there are private messages and information on that account that I shared with someone.

I recently applied to an insurance company and had a strange interview over Google Hangouts. The interviewer unexpectedly asked for personal information, including my Facebook login details. I was hesitant, especially because of treasured photos of my deceased son stored there. After I refused to provide bank information, the interviewer tampered with my Facebook, changed my name, and started asking my contacts for money. Can anyone offer guidance on how to recover my photos from the compromised account?

I run a car page where a guy sent a video through Facebook message. I posted the video without giving proper credits, which was a mistake. I was not sure at the time whom to credit. Another party reported me on Facebook multiple times, leading to my account being disabled. I apologized to them, and they seemed to understand, but only Facebook can enable my account. I provided my ID to confirm I did not steal any rights. Please accept my apology and reactivate my account as Facebook is where everything is easily accessible. Despite creating a new account, it was also disabled by Facebook. Is it fair to permanently block someone for a single violation? If my original account ([redacted]) must be blocked, I understand, but why block my new account ([redacted]) with no reported issues? I am disappointed with the strict rules and how they have affected my work. Thank you.

I recently got locked out of my Facebook account after someone tried to access it. Unfortunately, the email address I used is no longer active as Yahoo recycled it. I've been unable to regain access. Please allow me to update my email so I can regain entry. Although I understand the importance of security, making a new account isn't ideal after having this one for over 5 years. I value the connections with my friends and family on this account and starting fresh isn't something I want to do. I haven't listed my phone number for privacy reasons. I'm willing to answer any security questions or provide any necessary verification to regain access to my account. My current email is provided in this message, as the Yahoo account has been inactive for over 7 years. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am currently locked out of my FB account, which I use for managing over 20 Realtors' business accounts. The page was actually created back in [redacted] before I started using it for work. I suspect it was set up by one of the previous Virtual Assistants, but we are unsure who that might be. I have reached out to former employees who may have created the page, but none of them received any verification codes from FB. Although my name is on the FB page, I do not think there is a phone number associated with it. While FB never required a phone number or verification code for access before, recently they are prompting me for these details. I attempted to verify my account using a selfie with a written number as instructed, but FB could not verify my account with this method. I indicated that I no longer have access to the phone number listed on the account. FB continues to claim they are sending verification codes to a phone number associated with the account, which I believe does not exist. The only other option provided by Facebook to verify the account is to send two forms of identification with my photo and address for verification, which poses challenges as the account does not contain any personal photos of me. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account or have it deleted from FB, as I cannot perform my job effectively without access.

I am reaching out because my mother bought me a hoodie from a company advertising on Facebook, but they sent the wrong item. They accused my mom of the mistake, which is impossible as she ordered the item with my last name on it. They refuse to correct their error, essentially stealing $60 from my parents, who have a fixed income. They won't retrieve the wrong product their employees sent. The company's website is teeprous.com. I would appreciate your assistance in either exchanging the item or refunding my mother's money. I am considering involving a lawyer. This company should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook. Please reach me at gable6justinat @gmail.

I have been accused of hate speech by your company. My comment was in response to a post by Nico Muller on the Guardian forum discussing a Brexit plan. My post contained factual information from Encyclopaedia Britannica, but it was blocked by your Facebook moderators. I am concerned about the biased judgment towards English individuals as offensive and threatening posts go unchecked while my truth-based comment was censored. I feel unfairly targeted. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I've been attempting to rename my Facebook page to align with my wildlife sanctuary business. The current page name, Enchanted Rabbit Mountain, belonged to a previous owner's yoga retreat business that no longer exists. Before realizing the discrepancy, I named my sanctuary's page the same. Renaming it Greensprings Wildlife Sanctuary will reflect our conservation efforts, reforestation projects, and aid in promoting events and fundraising. Despite submitting multiple name change requests and appealing three times, providing ample evidence like legal and local references, maps, and guidebooks, Facebook has repeatedly denied my appeals without explanation. I've reviewed Facebook's policies and am not violating any. Changing the page name is crucial for community outreach, customer engagement, and aligning with other online platforms. What additional steps must I take for Facebook to approve the name change request?

I have had to reset my password for my Facebook account multiple times in the last few weeks. Each time I do, I receive an email from Facebook indicating that someone from a different location has accessed my account and recommends another password change. On the recent attempt to update my password, I discovered that it had already been changed by an unknown party, making it impossible for me to reset it again. The notification states that my old password was incorrectly entered recently, causing this issue to arise.

I work for Ugly Duck Marketing, a digital marketing agency that specializes in assisting local businesses with website creation and social media ad management. Our team, under my supervision, obtains permission to handle clients' ad accounts to ensure that their businesses remain distinct, particularly when it comes to billing. I am encountering an issue where I'm seeing the error message: "You've reached the maximum number of ad accounts associated with this Business Manager account." This condition is aimed at preventing potential misuse and fraud. Is there a solution that allows me to add more ad accounts under my Business Manager to serve our clients without interruptions? I currently have pending ads and need to address this promptly. Thank you, Rachel P. Hello, I'm Angela Wheeler Smith. I have been an active user of Facebook for years. Recently, I started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for a handicap-accessible vehicle. I shared the link on various group pages dedicated to such causes. I was informed yesterday that my actions violated community standards by appearing as spam. I sincerely did not intend for it to be seen as such. I was unaware that sharing in groups was not allowed. I am puzzled by the restriction since I have seen similar personal fundraising links shared on Facebook. I believe my cause is genuine and am requesting a warning instead of being blocked. Please advise me on the appropriate way to share my GoFundMe link as I thought direct sharing was allowed due to the link from the GoFundMe site. Enclosed are both links I have from GoFundMe: Original Link: [redacted] Alternative Link: gf.me/u/r3pa55 I kindly urge you to reconsider and allow me to share my campaign like others. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Angela Wheeler Smith.

My partner and I used to share a phone that had my Facebook and email accounts logged in. Since we separated, they have changed all the passwords and I am locked out of both my email and Facebook. Every time I attempt to recover access, they change the information. Previously, my Facebook name was Cherri Cola, linked to the email [redacted], and the recovery phone number was [redacted], which is now his number. I have set up a new email, [redacted] I have struggled for months to regain access and am reaching out for help to reclaim my accounts. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

A user named Joey. M O’Neill has posted false information about me, causing issues with my job and receiving threatening phone calls. I have requested his removal from Facebook due to his sex offender status, but no action has been taken. He posted a profile picture of me and my ex-boyfriend without permission, which is concerning for my safety. Please delete the post, pictures, and suspend or remove his account as per your policy against sex offenders on Facebook.

Hello Facebook, I am experiencing difficulties logging into my Facebook account. It appears my account has been disabled since October 22, [redacted], preventing me from accessing it. I have been unable to use my account with the username Kamaal Aloo Gr. When attempting to log in, I am prompted for a code that I don't receive on my phone number. Even when using the code generator, it indicates that I have not logged in from this device before, which is not accurate as I have been using it. I have reached out to my trusted friends Bari Baha Baale, Mohammed Wado, and Diina ol for assistance with the login code without success. Despite multiple attempts to regain access, I have been unsuccessful and eventually resorted to creating a new account under the same name Kamaal Aloo Gr, using the email [redacted] I urgently need to recover my original account, given that I have a significant number of friends and followers on it. I have been trying to get help from Facebook for nearly six months with no success. Please assist me in recovering access to my account.
