Hello, I encountered suspicious activity on my Instagram account, so I attempted to change my password and log out completely. Following Instagram's identity verification process, they provided a link to reset my password, which unfortunately did not work. They have since stopped responding. Instagram now requires a security code that I am unable to receive because my email has been changed and the phone number linked to my account is outdated and no longer in service. Without this security code, I am unable to access my linked accounts, including precious photos of my daughters. I have exhausted all efforts over the past week trying to resolve this issue and am feeling incredibly frustrated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello- My wife inadvertently created two accounts. Her current account is under the name Bev Broomhall with the email [redacted] The second account, which she forgot about, is under her full name Beverly Broomhall with an unfamiliar email address. We are unable to recall the email associated with the second account and would like it removed to avoid any confusion among her friends. We are unsure of the steps to take to resolve this issue.

I am looking for assistance in activating my profile. Despite receiving 24 emails from GetHuman, my profile remains inactive. I have shared photos of my ID but have not received any updates. My email and phone number were listed, yet my profile was disabled without explanation. This action was unwarranted as I am not impersonating anyone. I am attempting to delete a demo business I created in Facebook Business Manager, but I am facing issues. When trying to permanently delete the business, I am prompted to deactivate my ad account first. However, in order to deactivate the ad account, I must delete my payment information. After removing the payment method, I encountered a problem where my ad account was disapproved due to the lack of a payment method. When attempting to enter new payment information, I am unable to access the billing page on Business Manager and encountering redirection errors when trying to add a payment method in Ad Manager. I am currently unable to delete the demo business account and seeking assistance from Facebook to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently purchased an item on a marketplace platform and was falsely accused of stealing it. I was contacted by Emily Wallbank, who accused me of blocking her mother and demanded I pay again directly to her bank. Feeling pressured, I transferred the money, even though I had already paid. I felt terrible about the situation and eventually deleted my account out of embarrassment. Using the marketplace was my main source of enjoyment while undergoing treatment for a recurrent breast cancer, so this experience has left me feeling lost and upset. I maintain my innocence and believe I am the victim in this situation, especially since she later accused my son of stealing the money.

Typically, individuals can't just post anything on billboards; they usually require approval from a sales representative. Facebook functions as a modern-day billboard, lacking this filtering mechanism. The regulations governing billboards should be extended to the internet realm. While free speech is vital, allowing unfettered billboard content suggests an abuse of such liberties. The rapid advancements in technology may have outpaced our ability to reflect on its implications. It seems fitting that the rules dictating traditional billboards should be adopted for this new digital landscape.

I suggest providing users with the ability to choose whether or not they receive calls through Messenger. This can be done by setting up options to turn off calls individually or altogether. Additionally, introduce an option where callers need approval before making a call, similar to friend requests. It would be beneficial to specify whom users can communicate with - limiting it to close friends and family, excluding unwanted callers. I've encountered various forms of harassment, including incessant calls and inappropriate behavior. This has disrupted my peace, especially when receiving unwelcome calls during odd hours. It would be great if Messenger could address these issues for the sake of users like myself. I've attempted to handle the situation with humor, but it has become stressful. I trust Messenger to consider these suggestions for a better user experience. Thank you for listening.

Following the provided steps on the website, I initiated a password reset and sought additional help. Subsequently, I received an email from 2Fac support detailing the account deactivation reasons. After clarifying my lack of involvement in the mentioned activities, I complied with their request for a photo with a specific code, my full name, and the affected Instagram handle. Currently, my account displays as 'user not found,' and my friend noticed my account name changed to 'instagrammer,' causing concern. I await a response from 2Fac support to resolve this matter promptly and reinstate my inadvertently removed Instagram account.

My Facebook account got hacked. I was logged out of all devices, and my friends informed me that it's still being used even though I haven't accessed it in months. The account belongs to Michelle Hernandez with the email [redacted] I can't access that email anymore and the phone number linked is outdated. I tried reaching out to yahoo, but no luck. I have created a new account and no longer need access to this hacked one. Can you please delete the account to ensure my safety? It's unsettling to know someone is pretending to be me constantly.

I am a car page administrator, and recently made an error by posting a video without giving credit to the original creator. This has led to a third party reporting my account multiple times, resulting in its suspension. I've been away since [redacted] and used to have a Facebook account under the name "Just Sexy It." As a personal trainer, I utilized this account for my social media presence.
