Hello, my name is Monika Hetnarski-Aliosius. I am reaching out regarding an email I received from FB about someone accusing me of impersonation. As I don't have access to a scanner, I visited a Staples in Ithaca to scan my Driver's Licence and a utility bill to provide to FB but encountered issues. Despite my attempts to contact FB through email to inquire about mailing the documents, I have not received a response yet. I want to clarify that I have never impersonated anyone and am puzzled by this accusation, which I believe may be due to differences in political opinions. Losing my FB account would be heartbreaking as it is a vital connection to my family in Poland and friends in Chicago after losing my family in upstate NY. Please address this false accusation promptly as it tarnishes my reputation and goes against my values. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Monika Hetnarski-Aliosius

Hello, I need assistance regarding the Instagram fan account known as The Sheehab ([redacted]). Since [redacted], this account has garnered 50K followers. Sadly, the account was recently disabled due to allegations of impersonation. My team and I have strived to uphold Instagram's terms and have not engaged in any misconduct. Upon reaching out to fellow Instagram accounts for credit acknowledgements, some chose to block us, resulting in misunderstandings and unnecessary actions against us. We possess evidence to substantiate our actions if necessary. The original account owner, Erinn O’Connor, complied with all verification procedures using official documentation, yet received a negative response. We are affiliated with actor Robert Sheehan and various filmmakers, establishing our credibility and discrediting any claims of impersonation. In fact, Robert Sheehan himself reached out to us through Twitter to offer assistance. We consistently credited all content posted. I apologize for any unintentional mistakes and kindly request your help in reactivating our account, as it holds significant value to us. I am available for further communication if needed. Thank you for your attention and support. Best regards, Clara Diet

Hello, I'm reaching out because I've been assisting with running the Instagram fan account named The Sheehab since [redacted]. Unfortunately, our account with 50K followers has been disabled due to an allegation of pretending to be someone else. We have always operated within Instagram's terms and never intended to violate any rules. We've discovered that some accounts blocked us after we requested credit for our posts, which seemingly led to misunderstandings. We have evidence to support our claim if necessary. Our original account owner, Erinn O'Connor, followed all verification procedures, but received a negative response. Actor Robert Sheehan and other filmmakers are familiar with us, further validating our authenticity. We never aimed to impersonate Robert Sheehan. We sincerely apologize for any unintentional missteps and kindly request assistance in reinstating our account, as it holds significant value to us. I'm available for any further clarifications. Thank you for your consideration. Warm regards, Clara Diet

Hello Facebook, a few weeks ago, I reached out to you regarding an ongoing hacking issue. My account was compromised on Wednesday, 3/27, then again on Thursday, 3/28, and unfortunately, the problem persists with another incident on Wednesday, 4/3. I want to clarify that any abusive or vulgar content posted during these attacks was not from me. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this recurring hacking problem. I believe it's essential to investigate the source of the hacks and identify the individual responsible. Your prompt help in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Larry domain account is blocked, alleging I violated Community standards. I disagree and don't recognize the disputed picture presented. This situation is unjust and frustrating. I haven't seen this image in over seven to eight years. This block seems baseless as I cannot even locate this old photo. If ever shared, it was many years ago. I urge prompt resolution as my recent posts have been innocuous. I suspect this is related to my critical political content rather than breaching standards. Please rectify this issue promptly and issue an apology.

Hello, I am Amirul Hakim. I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account since I sold my iPhone 5s. I bought a new smartphone and tried to log in, but it says the password is incorrect. When I attempt to recover my account, the phone number listed is not mine, and I cannot access the recovery email as it is not linked to my new phone. Many apps are linked to my old Facebook account, including my favorite games like Brave Frontier and my PS4 account. I need help recovering my old account. Thank you.

I am looking to properly format a social media link for my phone contacts. The current ones I attempted did not work, so I am seeking guidance. Additionally, I am interested in removing a recently launched game app from the list of apps I allowed access to my account. Despite not removing it, I received an error when trying to link my account with the game app. Lastly, I would like to know how to locate my previous question posts within the help community section. The inquiries I made recently are not showing up in my inbox. Any assistance on these matters would be welcomed.

I am struggling to regain access to my Facebook account after forgetting my password and no longer having access to the email linked to my account. Despite providing my ID for verification and receiving an email notifying me that my new email address was added to the account, I keep running into the issue of not being able to reset my password as the security codes are being sent to my old, inaccessible email address. Facebook consistently sends the security codes to the deactivated email, hindering my attempt to recover the account. I have submitted my ID multiple times through email and Facebook forms with no response. Despite being informed that my ID submission is under review, it has been a week, and I urgently need access to my account.

Approximately 2 months ago, my phone was stolen. The thief used it to create multiple Facebook accounts, including one with a fake profile of my close friend using photoshopped images. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recover or delete this impersonated account because I don’t have access to the email or phone number used to set it up. This situation has caused distress to my friend and myself. I am requesting assistance in deleting this account from Facebook. It is crucial to resolve this matter promptly as it can be extremely distressing to see such falsities associated with our names. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Your cooperation in deleting this deceptive profile is greatly appreciated.

I recently received a message on messenger from a friend who mentioned winning $[redacted],[redacted] and seeing my name on the winner's list. She provided a website link that led me to a Facebook drawing claiming I won the same amount. The website requested my driver's license photo and Facebook password for verification. After blocking them, my Facebook page disappeared, and the scammer is using it to deceive my friends. I created a new profile but cannot access the hacked one that the scammer is controlling under the name John Budd. Please investigate and delete the fraudulent page. You can reach me at [redacted] or email [redacted]. Thank you.

Hi, My name is Tatiana, and I recently created the "Amazed by Travels" account. Today, while sharing YouTube links on my Facebook, I was prompted to verify my identity by entering a code sent to my cellphone. After successfully posting, I tried sharing another link directly from YouTube, which prompted me for a photo. I mistakenly used a photo of my husband, and now I can't access my account without verifying that photo. If you require a photo, I can provide the one I initially used when setting up the account. However, I am confused why I need to submit a photo when I have two-factor authentication enabled. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you.

On Saturday, 4/6/19, I encountered login issues with my Facebook account. Following failed attempts using codes provided, I submitted my driver's license for verification. Alex Lim responded, thanking me for the verification and supplying an unlock link. However, the link proved invalid, and the provided code did not work on the website. Despite informing Alex, I received a repetitive automated response. Resetting the password led me back to the verification page repeatedly. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you, Ramprasad Aradada.

I received a suspicious message on Messenger supposedly from a friend discussing a lottery win and charitable contributions. Concerned, I shared my contact information but did not provide any account details. The person I thought was my friend mentioned someone named Kelvin Davies and shared a link. I'm now trying to remove my details from the conversation and have contacted the police for advice. I'm changing my profile picture as a precaution, but I am worried about my personal information.

For the past 6 months, I've been unable to access my Facebook account. The issue arose when my old phone, which had my account logged in, broke. Since I cannot recall the password, and I no longer have access to the old email or phone number associated with the account, I'm at a loss. Unfortunately, I didn't set up trusted contacts, assuming I would never face this problem. I've exhausted all efforts to regain access and am disheartened by the situation. This account holds years of memories and connections that I'm unwilling to lose by starting anew. Is there a way to reset the password and confirm ownership by providing my ID or driver's license? Thank you for your assistance, as this has been distressing, and I regret not updating my contact information sooner.

My Facebook account was hacked over a week ago. I can receive the passcode to reset my password through email, but I'm stuck at the next step where a 6-digit code is supposed to be sent to my cell phone. Unfortunately, I'm not receiving this code, and when I try to request another one, I receive an error message preventing me from proceeding with verifying my account. Despite changing my password multiple times in the past week, my Facebook account remains locked until I can complete the verification process. I wish Facebook provided alternative methods, such as submitting a PDF file with my driver's license and the credit card associated with my account, to verify my identity. I've reached out to Facebook through emails and their support site but have had no success resolving this issue.

I recently changed my Facebook business page name without realizing it would lock me out of changing it back to the original name for 7 days. I need to revert back to the original name, "Sammiches & Psych Meds," promptly since the new name doesn't represent the brand accurately. Followers have expressed their confusion and desire for the old name to return, which aligns with my preference as well. The page URL is facebook.com/SammichesPsychMeds, and I urgently need assistance to restore the original name to prevent further misunderstanding among fans. Your help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated, as the current situation is impacting the page's public image, and I prefer not to promote or advertise under the new name.

I've been experiencing issues with my Facebook app on my phone. I keep getting notifications about unauthorized access attempts and have had to change my password multiple times. Recently, I noticed that my password was changed without my knowledge, which made me suspicious. Now, when I try to log in, it says my account is disabled, and to recover it, I need access to the original email address, which I no longer have. I usually reset my passwords via my phone but that option wasn't available this time. Facebook is now requesting a copy of my ID for account recovery, but I'm hesitant to share it online. What should I do in this situation?

Hello everyone, my mystic intuitive psychic readings and more page was hacked last night. Currently, it displays that a different group owns it. This page is crucial for my family's income, and we have 62k likes. Unfortunately, they tricked the admin into giving up control. I co-own the page with Kristin R. and Lexy A., who is the original creator. The hackers are known as ads sponsors. Please assist us in reclaiming ownership. We would sincerely appreciate your help, and we are willing to commend your support to our followers. Thank you for any assistance provided.

On Saturday, when I logged into Facebook, I received a concerning notification indicating that my account might have been accessed by someone else. To secure my account, I was presented with two options: either receive a text on my phone or log in from a previously used computer. Opting for the text option did not produce any results despite multiple attempts. When I returned home and tried logging in from a known computer, I still encountered issues. Eventually, I resorted to changing my password using the email verification process located in the help section. Although this successfully updated my password, the prompt to secure my account persists, leaving me locked out with growing worries about the situation.
