Yesterday morning, I received a message stating that my Instagram account was locked for potential imitation of someone on Facebook. This is not accurate as I use similar content on both platforms. I promptly filed an objection using the appropriate form. Shortly after, I was contacted via email from an unfamiliar email address requesting payment. I deleted these emails but retained the sender's address: [redacted] I'm unsure what steps to take as they are threatening to maintain the account lock until payment is made, and they possess my real name, causing concern for my privacy. I have a public Instagram account: @laurachouette, with [redacted],[redacted] followers, which is also linked to financial issues due to its business nature. - Laura M. (Laura Chouette)

I have received a 30-day ban from Facebook that I find to be unjust. I was informed that I violated community standards by posting images in a private men's group. Despite acknowledging a violation in late January, I believe the recent bans are unwarranted. The pictures I posted contained no explicit content such as female nipples or sexual activity. Although I promptly took down the last image upon receiving the warning, I am puzzled by the enforcement. I adhere to what I perceive as acceptable based on similar content in the private groups I am part of. I mean no harm and will refrain from posting any more pictures in these groups going forward. As someone managing agoraphobia and anxiety, Facebook is crucial for my social interaction, and being without it for a month will be challenging. Thank you. I.

I have recently received a 30-day ban from Facebook which I find unjust. Although I acknowledge a previous violation I had in late January, the latest bans feel unwarranted. The pictures I posted in a private men's group did not contain female nipples or sexual content. When alerted by the warning, I promptly removed the last picture. I have posted similar content before without issue, based on what I see in other private groups I am part of. I meant no harm and will refrain from sharing such images in the future. Being agoraphobic with a major anxiety disorder, Facebook is crucial for my social connections, and being without it for a month will be challenging. I kindly request Facebook to reconsider the ban and allow me to resume using the platform. Thank you, Ian.

To whom it may concern, I am reaching out regarding my Instagram account, @kashmirirose, which was reported for "hate speech" following a debate where another account became upset. My account has never promoted malice or racism and has always been inclusive of different people, communities, and faiths. Unfortunately, someone who is not familiar with my account or its purpose reported it based on false pretenses out of anger. I kindly request for my account to be reinstated. I have never encountered such an issue before, and it is unfair for Instagram to deactivate my account based on inaccurate reports. My account, @kashmirirose, serves to shed light on the Kashmir occupation, and I now understand not to engage in debates with uninformed individuals. Could you please consider enabling my account once more? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Ikrah

My Facebook account continues to be accessed from various locations across the country, including recently from the United Kingdom. I find myself having to change my password multiple times a day, and sometimes I am unable to do so because it seems that the person who received the recovery code from Facebook has already changed my password. This situation is very frustrating for me. I expected that my password would only be changed after verifying my identity through email. It seems that this verification step is not happening as I would like. I reside in Arkansas and do not travel, so any logins from other locations are unauthorized. I request to have my password set in a way that it cannot be changed without sending a recovery code to my email address, and if I do not respond, then it should be considered as a fraudulent attempt. Thank you.

I encountered issues while trying to log into my Facebook account. After attempting to log in, a security check required me to confirm my identity through a phone number no longer in my possession. The outdated number on the account is [redacted], while my current number is [redacted]. Despite having two accessible email addresses, the security check only allowed for a code to be sent to the old phone number. My primary email is [redacted] As my personal and business life rely on my Facebook account, I expected a more straightforward solution from Facebook to regain access. I am unable to proceed with the security check without bothering the current holder of the old phone number. It has left me locked out of my account, and I urge for the phone number to be updated or to utilize my accessible email for verification. This situation has been distressing and inconvenient.

MoAd is a Digital Advertising and Marketing company based in East Africa that specializes in Caller Tunes. Caller Tunes enable corporate clients to have their products, services, or messages played when customers call them. We are currently seeking a sustainable solution to bypass Caller Tunes offered by telecommunications companies like Vodafone and Airtel. This can be achieved through internet-based platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, VoIP, or other online infrastructures. I am interested in connecting with Facebook to explore potential collaboration in this area. Although Facebook has an office in South Africa, their subsidiary in East Africa does not offer this service. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing frequent temporary blocks but have not received any helpful responses from the support team. I am puzzled as to why this is happening since I only share music and repost stories from Facebook, without engaging in any inappropriate behavior. I am concerned that there may be an issue with my account or that it has been compromised without my knowledge. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rory O'CONNOR.

I've connected my Instagram account to a Facebook account that is now locked and inactive. My other Facebook account is active, and I want to link it to my Instagram instead. I've tried to unlink the old blocked Facebook account from Instagram, but I'm unable to do so. I need to completely unlink my Instagram account @olga.talk from the current Facebook account it's connected to (phone number +[redacted]7, Olga Tkalenko). Thank you for your help.

Hello team, I have been struggling to resolve an issue with my Facebook page and have not received any responses from Facebook support despite multiple attempts. I have invested a significant amount of money in ads to gain likes on my page using genuine Facebook ad methods, without any third-party services. Initially, my page was performing well but once it reached 10k likes, the reach dramatically decreased. I am unsure of the reason behind this decline in reach. I have also encountered issues with boosting Facebook posts as they remain pending and never get activated. This has been disheartening after dedicating so much effort to establish my page. I kindly request the Facebook team to investigate and address this matter promptly. Page: @excloosivplus

Several activists used Facebook Live to document a Pawtucket Police officer harassing a black Cape Verdean man. The officer provoked the man in a convenience store, following him outside, and continued to harass him. Then, the officer targeted the man's recently wedded fiance, a 90-pound woman, while she was innocently checking her email. The officer sexually assaulted her, leading to her arrest for "resisting arrest." Unfortunately, the video evidence has been deleted. How can we retrieve this crucial footage?

I am Calvin Glover, also known as Calvin D Glover on Facebook. I am experiencing difficulty with the code generator. I am unable to log into my account to access the code generator. I did not set up two-step authentication, although the system is indicating that I did. I only learned about two-step authentication a week ago. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could contact me on my mobile phone at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]. I have a different mobile number now, making it impossible for me to receive the SMS code. I have full knowledge of my email address and password and can provide any necessary information about my account. I have been locked out of my account for more than a week now, so your prompt assistance would be highly valued. Thank you in advance.

I would like to inquire about the reason for being blocked on the platform. My response to someone who verbally threatened me with offensive language resulted in a block, affecting both my personal and business pages. This issue is causing financial losses, and I may seek compensation. I currently have paid advertisements running, and if the block persists, it would constitute failure to provide a service for which payment was made, potentially considered fraud. I am requesting a review of the block and a revision of the Community standards to clarify acceptable language when addressing others to prevent hateful or bullying behavior. I urge consistency in enforcing these standards regardless of political views. I recently came across concerning content that seemed to promote violence and hate speech and am wondering if it aligns with the platform's guidelines. I am looking forward to a prompt resolution and the unlocking of my accounts. Please respond at your earliest convenience, or you can email me at [redacted]

I recently got a new tablet and tried to transfer my game progress from my phone using Facebook. Initially, the verification codes worked for two games, but now I'm unable to receive any codes. Despite resetting my password multiple times, Facebook is now asking for a generator code that I never received. I've even submitted my ID for verification but haven't heard back. The issue seems to be that Facebook thinks I'm using a new browser when I've used this phone for years to access the platform. I'm frustrated as I can't log in to Facebook to resolve this matter. Any advice on how to obtain the generator code would be appreciated as I've followed all their steps without success.

I recently switched my payment method on Facebook ads from a private bank's card to a nationalized bank's debit card due to constant payment issues with the private bank. However, Facebook is now wrongly identifying the debit card as a credit card and restricting payments. Despite multiple chat communications, the issue remains unresolved. Facebook has not provided an official email for customer support, nor are they reachable by phone. Although they removed my old card from the primary payment method, they are not allowing payments through the alternate method citing unethical reasons. The situation has been ongoing for weeks and I would appreciate any assistance.

I have come across an account on Facebook that doesn't have a profile picture which I do not recognize as one of mine. I chose not to delete it out of concern that someone may be using my information. I received a phone call on April 5th, [redacted], from the purported Facebook Investigation Center. The caller, who knew my name and phone number, shared disturbing personal information about my future husband. I am troubled by this and want to know if Facebook allows its associates to reveal personal details during calls. I am puzzled because Facebook's profile information states that phone numbers are not shared with others. I am seeking clarification to address issues with my husband. Thank you for your assistance! Regards, Pastor Linda B.

I wanted to reset my Facebook password, but it said I had the wrong one. I tried to send a recovery code to my phone, but when I entered it, the message "you have entered too many codes, please try again later" appeared, even though it was my first attempt. I then tried to get a recovery code sent to my two connected emails, but got the same error. Now, I'm locked out of my account because my old password doesn't work anymore. The account recovery options couldn't locate my account using my phone number or emails. I'm puzzled by why my account seems to have vanished suddenly when I was using it just earlier today. I really need access to it as it holds precious memories of deceased family members.

I've been banned from Facebook for trying to help a woman dealing with a stalker. As a result, I can't access my business page to assist my clients. After speaking with a representative, they agreed to lift the ban but asked me to buy a security card to verify my IP address. This seemed suspicious to me, but they insisted it was necessary. I explained I couldn't go out to get the card, but they offered no alternative. I pressed to speak to a higher authority, but the manager I was transferred to rudely ended the call. I urgently need access to my business page to continue assisting my clients.
