I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account that I have had for years because I no longer have access to my old emails and passwords. My deceased son, K.B., is on my old account, and I cannot access his account because he has passed away and cannot accept me again. I am feeling very confused and unable to resolve this on my own. I want my old Facebook account back, and there is a lot of valuable information on it. Kindly contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] It is possible that someone changed my information after my cellphone was stolen with all my apps open. I need assistance to regain access to my account, and my daughter, T.M., who is alive and on Facebook, could also be contacted for verification. I appreciate any help you can provide promptly. Thank you.

I need assistance reporting scam messages that were deleted, as I believe the scammer is targeting not just me but others too. The scam unfolded as follows: - Suddenly, a contact I message often displayed two messages contacts with the same name and address but different active times and conversations. - Despite attempting to remove the "ghost" message address, the scam messages reappeared. - I erased all messages but realized Facebook should be informed of this. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to report the scam once messages are deleted. The scammer exploited my frequent contact to send messages impersonating the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and offering a dubious "subsidiary" program for retirees. - My contact confirmed that she did not send those messages. - The Scam: They promised $[redacted],[redacted] under the "subsidiary" program, but only after receiving $1,[redacted] for administrative fees. I deleted the "ghost" account and messages fearing a potential security breach. My contact was unaware of these activities. It remains unclear whether my account or my contact's was compromised. I suspect mine was, and the scammer utilized it to identify who I communicate with frequently. Subsequently, the scammer exploited this information to persuade me of the program's legitimacy and lure me into the scheme. Thank you for your support. This issue should be brought to Facebook's attention and other users to prevent further incidents.

I deactivated my old account two years ago, but someone has taken it over and changed the name, using all my children's photos. I need this resolved and my account permanently deleted. Despite several attempts to address this via email, I keep encountering automated responses. I am becoming increasingly frustrated and urgently need my pictures back and the account removed.

I need help regaining access to my business page on Facebook. Initially, I created a page using my personal profile with a false business name, not realizing there was a separate business page option. I later created a new business page connected to my personal account. Currently, I am locked out of both pages due to suspicion of a false name on the personal page. I recall seeing a tab for ethnic minorities that allowed the use of a false business name, but now I can't find that option and am unable to access either page. I prioritize access to the business page for my business's sake. Can anyone advise on how to restore access to the business page promptly? Thank you for your help.

Lately, whenever I click on 'new posts' from my list of friends, it keeps saying "no friends with new posts found" despite knowing they've shared new content. Although I can view their posts on the news feed, it's inconvenient not being able to see them under 'new posts'. This feature allows me to focus on specific friends' updates without scrolling through unrelated content. I attempted to resolve this by logging out/in and even reinstalling the app to reset anything, but unfortunately, it continues to show no new posts. I am certain my friends have posted new content, but it's not reflecting under 'new posts'. I reported this issue on March 20th, but the response indicated my feedback would be used for improvement without addressing my problem. I appreciate any guidance on fixing this issue. Thank you. -Rachael L.

Someone has taken control of my Facebook account, and I am unable to log in and change the password without them receiving a notification and modifying it. I am trying to figure out a way to regain control. I trusted someone who shared my email password for my Google account with another individual, and now that person is logged in as me using a laptop. Whenever I attempt to log in from my phone, it indicates that this other individual in Statesville, NC is always logged in, even though they changed my location from Monroe, NC to Charlotte, NC. Despite having two-factor authentication, I am unable to log them out to prevent them from stalking me and changing my passwords and information. I have been tracked through this account, and they have impersonated me on multiple occasions. Please assist me in completely logging them out so I can access my account. I have already changed my Google email. How can I transfer everything to my new Google account and remove them? Is this even feasible?

My account has been compromised in a similar fashion. I've reached out to Facebook multiple times for assistance to no avail. The hacker's email is [redacted], not the one linked to my Facebook account. The emails associated with Thomas Duvo (Tommy D) - [redacted] and [redacted] - are no longer listed. The latter was my original email used to sign up with Facebook many years ago.

One of my friends is currently dealing with harassment from an ex-boyfriend. Unfortunately, the situation has escalated as he has managed to hack into her account, making it impossible for her to log in. He is threatening to expose private information and personal photos on her account due to the fact that she is trying to end the relationship. The fear and anxiety she is experiencing are profound, and the only thing she wishes to do now is to deactivate her account. Regrettably, she is unable to do so because the ex-boyfriend has changed the email associated with the account, thereby blocking any recovery attempts. Her name is Edith G., and she resides in Modesto, CA. The actual email linked to the account is [redacted] Urgent action is necessary as the ex-boyfriend's threats are becoming more severe, and she simply wants to move forward with her life. It is alarming to note that he is reaching out to her friends through the hacked account as she has changed her phone number.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Facebook ID as my account was mistakenly disabled. I did not breach any terms of use or use Facebook for business purposes. I have near 5,[redacted] friends, with 4,[redacted] currently. The system prevented me from adding new friends or liking pages for about a year, so I messaged eight individuals suggesting they add me. I can't send friend requests, only approve them, which may have caused the issue as I sent these messages in quick succession with links in my signature. I joined in [redacted] and am not a spammer. I kindly ask for reinstatement. Thank you.

Over the weekend, I attempted to create a Facebook Bridal Yard Sale Account in Charlotte, NC. Unfortunately, I made an error by not selecting the current picture from my regular active Facebook account to link it. Facebook then locked my account for verification, and after sending a photo as requested, they disabled my account on suspicion of fraudulent activity. I provided my driver's license to prove my identity, but my account remains disabled. I was approved to sell bridal items on the site but now cannot access any interested buyers' information. I have been a longtime user of Facebook and I find this situation unjust. I am struggling to find assistance to resolve this issue. Can you please help? Thank you.

As the president of a historical society for the past decade, we have had a Facebook page for our organization for over 2-3 years. Being a legally registered non-profit group with established bylaws, officers, and a board, we had four administrators managing the page. However, one member who was not an officer or board member took control of the page, removing the other administrators and preventing them from even viewing the page now. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, we have been unable to regain control over our organization's page. We are dissatisfied with the current posts and aim to either remove this individual or create a new page for our organization's use. The current situation is causing embarrassment and requires a solution promptly.

Hello, my name is Brandon C. Mincey. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I was recently released from prison and the phone number linked to the account now belongs to someone else who will not provide me with the verification code. My brother, Joshua Boyd, passed away on December 8, just two days before I was released, and there are important videos and memories on that account that I need. I am willing to answer any questions related to the account. The email associated with the page is [redacted], and the last password I remember is either brandonm1972, bbpccs1972, or cassandra1972. The password likely ends with either [redacted] or [redacted]. Please assist me in regaining access to my page. My old number linked to the account is [redacted]. I appreciate any help you can provide.

On March 29, [redacted], I made an online purchase from laserpointerstore.com. Following the purchase, I received a receipt through Facebook, which is unusual for me. I am concerned that I may have fallen victim to fraud from China because when I called the number on the receipt, it connected me to a Chinese message service. I am unsure if Laser Pointer Store is associated with Facebook. I have never made a purchase through Facebook before. I am uncertain about the next steps to take. I paid $[redacted].00 for a product, but I am unable to contact the company in China. They even sent me a fake tracking number through Facebook. While I prefer to resolve this without legal action, I may need to involve a lawyer if necessary. Facebook, as a large corporation, could help track down the sellers and assist me in getting a refund or verifying the legitimacy of the company. I hope Facebook can assist me in resolving this matter.

I had trouble signing in as someone changed my password. I was able to create a new password without inputting the previous one. While trying to access my account, I attempted to make a new one but couldn't finish as it used my Gmail instead of my usual email. When I changed it, I was informed that an account already existed. Please delete the unfinished account under the name Arlene Murrell. I want to stick with my [redacted] account under Arlene Speegle Murrell. Additionally, could you please re-enable the spell check feature on my Facebook account? Thank you for your assistance. Email: [redacted]

My son created an account about 6 or 7 years ago, and today when I tried to create a new business account with my email, name, and date of birth, I encountered issues. It seems his old account tied to my email is causing problems for me to set up my new account. Despite deleting his account, I am unable to proceed with creating my business account on Facebook. I have never used Facebook before, but now it seems necessary for my new online e-commerce venture. The confusion arises from us having the same name, with the only difference being him being the II. I've tried unsuccessfully to create my new account using my details. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Derrick Couch.

I, like many others on Marketplace, advertised window tinting services in various locations, but my post was singled out for not complying with the commerce policy. Despite others having similar posts visible, mine was deemed in violation. I appealed this decision, pointing out the biased treatment as evident since others with the same services can be viewed. It has been more than 24 hours since I requested a review of my posting. I ask for fair and impartial treatment, ensuring my services are accessible like others on FB Marketplace. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

Good evening Facebook friends, I hope you are well in sunny California. I'm reaching out for help regarding the temporary disabling of my Facebook page. The account was disabled on Sunday, March 31st at 6:15 pm. We are unsure why this action was taken, as we strive to provide free news to our community without causing harm. One of our team members reposted a picture with a caption asking for clarification about an event. This was not meant to offend anyone, but to engage with the public. We are a small news organization trying to keep the community informed, not break any rules. Your assistance in resolving this issue and reinstating our page would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support and for providing a platform for diverse voices like ours to be heard. May you all be blessed.

I recently joined Facebook as a member of the Regent Waters group in Wanneroo, Western Australia to discuss local issues. However, I am only interested in communicating with this group and not receiving friend requests or messages from others. I have tried removing unwanted friends individually, but messages keep coming through from non-group members. This is frustrating, and I need to know how to stop receiving messages from anyone outside the Regent Waters group permanently. I am currently using my laptop and want to ensure that only group messages are visible, like on my desktop PC at home. If this issue persists, I may consider canceling my account. Thank you for your assistance.
