My friend's account was hacked. Unaware of the situation, I chatted with the hacker through Messenger. They sent me a link related to a password security app, which raised red flags as it requested sensitive information. Suspecting it wasn't my friend, I confronted them, and then both Messenger and Facebook logged me out. When I tried to log back in, Facebook questioned a login attempt from California. After resetting my password, I was immediately logged out again, being told the new password was already old. I've been locked out since noon. I've reached out to Facebook but am hesitant to provide my phone number and birthdate, not on my account, for verification. I spoke to my friend, Maggie Nelson, on the phone, and she confirmed she also couldn't access her Facebook.

Hello Facebook Customer Service, I have encountered some issues with my Facebook account. I initially created two profiles on the same day, with the first one being deleted for using aggressive language, which is not in line with my Christian values. I suspect this is due to blocking some individuals who may have taken offense. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my original account with all my friends listed, as I prefer it over the current one. Also, if possible, I'd like to keep my Instagram separate from my Facebook accounts, as I use one for family connections and the other for my art and prefer not to mix them. Any help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Earlier today, my profile was hacked, leading to the hacker posting a video link on my timeline and tagging all of my friends in over [redacted] comments. Realizing the breach within 8 minutes, I promptly changed my password, logged out of all other devices logged in as me, and bolstered my account security with a stronger password and dual login authentication. Despite these efforts, my account now blocks me from tagging anyone due to alleged abuse of the feature. I am Taylor Rae from Ottumwa, Iowa. While my Facebook email is [redacted], I prefer to be contacted through the provided email. I seek assistance in regaining the ability to tag friends in my posts. Thank you for your attention.

Hi, I am trying to recover several accounts. Here is a picture of my identification to confirm my identity. I have used various names like Sandra Sollows and Sandra Lee Piper, living in Lavington, Coldstream in British Columbia. My previous address was at [redacted] Freeman Drive, Coldstream, Lavington, before the zip code change. I've attempted to open new accounts with different variations of my name but have faced blocks. My daughter, Melanie Mae Sollows, hacked into my account and caused trouble. I am saddened by not being able to access an account I've had since the beginning of Facebook, especially as it holds photos of deceased relatives. I attempted account recovery using codes from Matt Sollows, Tammi Young, and Alison Renyard, but the process timed out twice. My account includes my sons Royce, Darcy, and Matt Sollows, with a family picture as my account ID. I am willing to provide further proof of identity if needed.

Hello, my name is Jhamecia Miller, and my Facebook account is listed under my nickname, "Meci Miller." Recently, I received an email informing me that my password and contact information had been changed, indicating potential unauthorized access to my account. The email was sent to my other Yahoo account, [redacted], which is my current primary email. During the account recovery process, I was prompted to receive a code via SMS to an unfamiliar number with an IP address traced back to Vietnam. As I no longer have access to my old Yahoo account ([redacted]), which Yahoo support informed me had been recycled due to inactivity, I sought assistance to secure my Facebook account. I provided verification by confirming recent posts, comments, friends, and even submitted a photo of my driver's license ID to Facebook for review. However, after sending my identification from my current email ([redacted]) for recovery, I have not received any further instructions. It has been five days, and I am concerned and seeking guidance on the next steps. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Jhamecia Miller, and my Facebook account is under my nickname Meci Miller. Last Thursday, I received an email saying my password and contact info were changed, indicating possible unauthorized account access. The email was sent to my other Yahoo account, [redacted] When I tried to recover my account, it directed me to receive a code via SMS to an unknown number with an IP address from Vietnam. After that, it sent a message to my old Yahoo account, [redacted], which I no longer have access to. Yahoo support mentioned my old account was recycled due to inactivity. I secured my account by verifying posts, comments, friends, and sending my driver's license ID to Facebook. Upon submitting my ID from my current email, [redacted], I haven't received further instructions. It has been 5 days, and I'd appreciate some guidance. Thank you.

During the ongoing presidential elections in Slovakia, I've observed suspicious behavior within a few prominent Slovak Facebook groups, such as "Policajti objektivne" and "Karma je Zdarma". These groups appear to have been manipulated with the intention of spreading propaganda, conspiracy theories, and fake news to influence the election outcome. This manipulation could impact a significant portion of registered voters, potentially altering the democratic process. The reasons supporting my belief that this is a coordinated effort include the sudden change in the groups' content, an increase in posts targeting a specific presidential candidate, consistent messaging across multiple groups, and the dissemination of misleading information, hate speech, and political propaganda. This orchestrated campaign poses a serious threat to the democratic process by swaying public opinion. I have two key inquiries: 1. What measures is Facebook implementing to deter group admins from exploiting their platforms for political manipulation? 2. How can we address and halt this concerning behavior to safeguard the integrity of democratic elections? I urge immediate attention to these issues, as the elections in Slovakia are imminent.

My Facebook account started by asking me to confirm my identity. I want to recover my original account as it contains all my precious memories, photos, and videos. The problem is, I can't access the email associated with it, [redacted], because I changed the password and can't recall the old one. When trying to recover the account, Facebook sends a code to the email I can't log into. I answered security questions, but I only used the email for Facebook, so the questions weren't helpful. I tried creating a new account with [redacted], but faced the same issue. Thus, I'm seeking guidance on how to regain access to my cherished original Facebook account.

I deactivated my account in May [redacted] due to a traumatic experience involving a person who was released from prison. Recently, I've been trying to recover my account, but I can't remember the password. Despite having the same phone number for over 10 years, the system doesn't recognize my account when I try to reset the password. I am mainly trying to retrieve important photos and videos from my account. When I input my original email address, I realized I don't know that password either, and the system doesn't recognize my email. I've deactivated my account in the past, but never had this kind of issue. I just want to access the memories stored on my account from years ago. Any help recovering my Facebook account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - J. Caruso

Hello, my name is Pat. Today, I received a text from someone claiming to be William Johnson, but using the name Mark, who said he worked for Hangout, possibly referring to Google Hangouts. He mentioned I won a prize as part of a [redacted] promo where I am one of ten lucky winners to receive $[redacted],[redacted]. The text stated that I was referred by Facebook CEO, Mr. Mark Zuckerberg, in relation to the ongoing Facebook [redacted] Promo. Supposedly, Facebook wants to thank its users for their support and I have won $[redacted],[redacted] USD. They mentioned that this draw was conducted through a computer search of emails. The person said they are a claim agent and want to assist me in claiming the prize. They mentioned that this program is part of an initiative by the Department of Health & Human Service Board and Workers Compensation Appeals Board to help various individuals, and the money is not a loan. I am just wondering if this is true. Thank you.

I have an online boutique at marvafox.com. I added this link to my Instagram profile and received a "link not allowed" error. After using the Facebook URL debugger, it indicated that my link violates their community guidelines. My website sells young contemporary women's clothing, and I cannot see how it is against their guidelines. Due to this issue, I am unable to tag products on Instagram or link back to my website, resulting in reduced engagement. I have attempted to reach out to Instagram but have been unsuccessful in contacting them directly. I hope that you can assist me in resolving this matter, as Instagram is crucial for the growth of my business. I am in need of getting my link manually reviewed to clear any misunderstandings and have it whitelisted.

Hello, I'm Jesse and I'm reaching out because my girlfriend, Mavis, is experiencing trouble accessing her Facebook account. It seems like her account has been hacked, and the hacker even changed the password and removed her recovery information. We tried to recover it through Yahoo, but her YahooMail account is blocked and deactivated. We've been unsuccessful in using the trusted contacts method due to receiving an error. I'm concerned the hacker might misuse her account. If there's a way to reset the password and secure the account, we would greatly appreciate the assistance. Thank you.

I have been using my Facebook account for almost as long as the platform has existed. I work as a doctor and have a large network of around [redacted] friends and connections. I didn't realize that the content I posted could be copyrighted. I assure you that I will avoid posting any copyrighted material in the future. Please enable my login since all my important family photos are in the Facebook album, and I don't have backup copies. I have been very upset the past three days being locked out of Facebook. It's easy to create a new account, but maintaining one for over a decade is not easy. I humbly request you to enable my account as I mainly post for my family's benefit. I want to clarify that I have never posted spam on the platform. I am willing to provide any proof needed to show that I follow all of Facebook's rules and guidelines. I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing and recovering my account.

I am experiencing trouble with my two-factor authentication. Although I can log into my account, I am not receiving the text message containing the six-digit code necessary to access my Facebook account for J. Corbin to manage Tasmania The Gift Shop page. I face the same issue when trying to log into Business Manager. I can, however, successfully change my password by receiving an email at [redacted] Even though I get a code sent to my phone number +[redacted] or [redacted], excluding the country code, after changing the password, the problem persists as the two-factor authentication prompts me again without sending the required code to my phone, preventing me from accessing my account. Since my mobile number and email address seem functional for password resets, I suspect there may be an issue with the contact information stored for two-factor authentication. This issue is hindering my access to my Facebook pages, including advertising tasks. Could someone assist me with this matter, please?

I am having trouble accessing my Business account on Facebook. I typically log in using my cell phone number; however, I do not have an email associated with my account to reset my forgotten password. I disabled SMS notifications on my account before logging out, not realizing this would prevent me from receiving a text message to reset my password in case I forgot it. After logging out, I forgot my password and couldn't verify my account due to the disabled SMS settings. When Facebook asked for a security check, I encountered an issue I need to address. I would like to discuss this privately with a Facebook account specialist for security purposes. Please contact me via email to resolve this matter.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Business account on Facebook. I typically use my cell phone number to log in, and I do not have an associated email for password recovery. I accidentally disabled SMS notifications, preventing me from receiving verification texts. Consequently, after logging out, I forgot my password and could not resolve it via SMS due to my settings. Facebook prompted a security check, which I'd like to discuss privately with a specialist. I am the sole admin of the Business page I'm locked out of and have sent the required info for the security check via email, but have not received a response. I would appreciate it if someone reached out to me at [redacted] I also need to know the correct email for the Facebook Security Check Department. Thank you.

In [redacted], I founded Ez Install Halo, but due to a tumultuous divorce, I lost access to the original business page after my ex and I tampered with each other's social media accounts. Despite attempts to recover my old business phone number and Apple ID linked to the Facebook page, I no longer possess the required information. I resorted to creating a new Facebook page for Ez Install Halos with over 3,[redacted] likes, but it doesn't replace the original page's significance. The inability to access the original page hinders me from updating crucial contact details and reaching out to my loyal customers. Reestablishing access is vital as most of my clientele originated from the original page through paid ads. It is essential for the business's relaunch that I regain control of the original page to maintain brand recognition and customer engagement. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
