I, Lisa Maravilla Lao, have already reported this issue on Facebook, but unfortunately, no proper action has been taken yet. Someone is using our picture as their profile picture. I am hesitant to block this person because they may misuse our image in inappropriate ways. The photo being used is of me, my spouse, and our child during our wedding. Please review the profile picture of a certain Fidel Marciano Bonifacio Lao. By tracing my old profile pictures, you can see that they were used to create a fake account. The person also previously used the account "Marciano Bonifacio" with a transport association logo, targeting us as a married couple, and then suddenly switched to a new profile under the name Fidel Bonifacio Marciano Lao using our photo. We are unable to trace this individual ourselves to take legal action, so we seek your help in removing their account using our picture. Thank you.

My name is Tim R. I recently encountered a person named Mukesh Kumar on Facebook and engaged in a brief video chat with them. Subsequently, they attempted to blackmail me by threatening to share a video with my friends and family on Facebook unless I paid them a large sum via Western Union from a Walgreens. They continued to harass me until 1 a.m., showing messages they sent to my loved ones. If you are part of the Facebook support team or have the authority to intervene, I urge you to remove this dangerous individual, Mukesh Kumar, from Facebook. I request their removal to safeguard not only me but also my family and friends on Facebook. I refuse to tolerate any form of blackmail directed at me or those close to me. Thank you.

On January 3, my grandma and I were attempting to recall my password. After multiple tries, we finally remembered it and I updated it. However, Grandma suggested keeping the old one. When I reverted back to the old password and tried to access my Facebook account, it was disabled, requiring identity verification. Following the instructions on the support page for disabled accounts, I submitted the necessary documents on January 4 and re-submitted them on March 18. Being 14 years old and living with my grandma, Facebook is my means of contacting my mom. I seek assistance in reactivating my account, as outlined on the support page. Case #[redacted][redacted]. Thank you. Wyatt D.

Hello, English is not my first language, so I will do my best to explain my situation clearly. A few days ago, my account was disabled due to an identity issue. I had two accounts, one for Facebook and the other for Messenger, which caused some confusion. I tried to merge them but wasn't successful. I submitted my ID to recover the disabled account, which is the one I wish to keep. I have already set the other account for deletion. I hope this information helps to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding.

After recovering my old Facebook account, I am facing a security check that requires me to verify through an outdated cell number I no longer have access to (+27 [redacted]). Unfortunately, this number is associated with my account for verification purposes, and I'm unable to receive the SMS code. I've managed to reset my password and can be reached at my email address, either as BernardHaasbroek4 or likely [redacted], although I no longer have access to the skewbald.biz domain. I'm seeking alternative methods like facial recognition to complete the security check so I can utilize Facebook for a specific resource. It has been two years since I last used Facebook, and access to my account is crucial for me to engage with this resource. Thank you for your assistance.

I've been attempting to create a Facebook ad for my newly launched online store to boost sales, but I've encountered multiple issues. Every time I try to publish, I receive an error saying "3 ads couldn't upload." I've tried troubleshooting by adjusting my ad image size and refining my targeting without success. After researching online and making modifications, the problem persists. To add to the frustration, my Facebook account got locked during a security check, and it has now been two weeks without resolution. I've put immense effort into setting up my store and was counting on Facebook ads to support my business goals. Despite these setbacks, I'm determined not to give up. I'm eagerly awaiting a swift resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Zack.

Hello, I have a concern regarding the community standards that stipulate the use of real names on Facebook. Due to the sensitive nature of my government job, I use an alias on social media and have a photo of my dog as my profile picture. This is for my personal safety, as using my real name could pose risks given my role in the British Army. While I understand the importance of real names on social platforms, exceptions should be considered for personal security reasons. I recently received a notification to confirm my profile name matches my real name, but I kindly request to continue using my alias "Hi Howdooyado" for safety purposes. Thank you for understanding. Best, Matt

For the last two days, I have noticed a strange issue when I visit other people's Facebook pages that I frequently engage with. I am unable to view the full list of their links on the left-hand side as I used to, and I cannot see their new posts on their actual page, only on my timeline. Furthermore, I am unable to write new messages to their page or view other people's posts when logged in. Upon having someone review my Facebook account, no issues were found, suggesting it could be a technical error within Facebook itself. It appears that mobile users can access the pages without any problems, but as a PC user, I am facing these limitations. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter as it is frustrating since these are individuals I regularly interact with. This problem only affects people's pages, not my friends' fan pages. For instance, I visit Marti Pellow Official daily, but now I can no longer view the entire page, despite their assurance that everything is functioning correctly on their end. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, E. Anderson

I received a notification from Facebook stating that someone in London attempted to access my account, resulting in a temporary suspension. However, despite this, my profile is still accessible if my name is searched. The issue arises when I try to log back in as I cannot recall my password and no longer have access to the email linked to my account. Despite usually logging in with my mobile number, it keeps creating a new profile. As a pub manager, I rely on my account for networking and event promotions. It's crucial for me to regain access as it holds personal photos as well. I've tried contacting Facebook through various numbers with no success. I'm uncertain about the next steps to take.

Our small business uses an alias account, 'Bev Jones,' for customer interactions, preventing personal accounts from being linked to the business. However, we keep experiencing account lockouts when accessing it from various devices. After entering the verification code, it requests a photo for additional confirmation, leading to delays in social media management. We seek a solution to bypass the photo requirement and only utilize the verification code. How can we prevent these lockouts for the alias account, especially with multiple users accessing it from different devices at varying times?

Hello, last April I had to change my email and password on an account due to fleeing abuse. I haven't signed in for a year, fearing my location could be exposed. Now I want to deactivate the account, but I can't log in. I tried to recover my password, but it seems the email I created for the account has been hacked, with changed passwords and a different recovery email set up. I suspect my actual Facebook account has been hacked too. I've refrained from posting since around [redacted] due to safety concerns, and now, for the sake of my children whose pictures are on the account I cannot access, I kindly request the deactivation of the account under the name Brittney Hopper-Miller with the email [redacted] The old email linked to the account was created in [redacted] and unused since [redacted] due to past issues with my ex-husband's family. I appreciate your attention to this matter for safety reasons.

I am Ginny Crosser. I recently received a friend request from Mani Philip. The profile displays images of an older man with a son, a side profile, and him in a blue hoodie. Mani Philip is engaging in money scams via email. I have reported the fraudulent email account to the service provider. He approaches women, builds trust, then asks for a vacation certificate under the guise of being an oceanographic engineer. Unfortunately, I fell victim until he requested money from me. I reported the issue on Facebook initially but deleted it, concerned I did it wrong. I made a correct report this morning. Please assist in removing this account from Facebook for everyone's safety.

I am experiencing an issue where my ex-boyfriend, Nolan Domingo, is posting inappropriate content using my information and photos on his account, which my friends in Tulsa can see. I am concerned as I don't want my kids exposed to these posts. I attempted to copy and paste the pictures he shared, but I am unsure how to proceed. Below is a part of the message he wrote. Thank you for your assistance. This is Merly Gampon from Tulsa, Oklahoma, known as Ly Mer, who is currently causing trouble with my friends on Facebook, especially those in Villasis, Pangasinan, using my previous account, Ylrembhe Vsnalon, which he changed to Mahal Golddigger. I'm unsure why he's doing this since I've been silent since he left me for this American guy who supposedly has a huge member. Hey Merly Gampon, it would have been better if you referred to me as Bhevs, with a small one, rather than changing my profile name to Mahal Golddigger. Why did you dig for gold when I don't have any gold, especially since I'm not a miner but just a tricycle driver you're ashamed of, refusing to even take me for a ride as you had promised to support me and my child even if I stopped working. And you, American idiot with a huge endowment like a horse, are you still reminiscing about what I had before? Do you still find my bodily fluids delightful? Have you grown tired yet, you fool! Let's see who between us enjoys eating more. Be cautious, you might still accidentally say my name, oh Bhevs Nolan.

While browsing Facebook on my phone Sunday evening, I encountered an issue when trying to access my account. After being kicked out, Facebook asked me to confirm my identity due to suspected unusual activity. As I tried to log back in, I was prompted to perform a security check that required sending a confirmation code to a mobile number I no longer have access to. Despite having two linked email addresses, I was not given the option to use them for verification. Being unable to pass this security check has left me locked out of my account, causing significant inconvenience as I rely on it for both personal and business purposes. I am hoping for a solution to update the phone number or use email for verification to regain access to my account without any further issues.

I am new to Facebook, and I recently received a notification that my account has been disabled. I became confused during the setup process and ended up deactivating my account. Additionally, I attempted to create a business page but later removed it. The following day, I encountered issues logging into my account, and then I was informed that my account had been disabled. Having a Facebook account is crucial for me both personally and professionally. I have submitted my appeal form along with JPG photos of three different forms of identification. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

There is a Facebook group named Blue Revolution with approximately 6 or 7 admins. Dan McCool leads the group since the [redacted] election. Lately, there have been some concerns about the honesty of Dan asking for money without providing proof of how it's used. After questioning him, Dan and Howie McCool both blocked me. Howie McCool is also listed as an admin of the group, and there might be additional fake admins operated by Dan. The group's posts sometimes incite conflicts among members, but the real issue is the continuous requests for donations without transparency on where the money is going. This situation needs to be investigated, especially with over 37,[redacted] members in the group.

My account, registered under the username Robb Teneo, was disabled. The email linked to it is [redacted] I also use [redacted] and [redacted] I was about to release a music video on Youtube that evening and had messaged numerous friends who are familiar with my music. The account was disabled due to suspicious activity, and I need to verify my identity to recover it. However, the only recovery option is through a cell phone number I no longer possess as I have moved to China on January 1st and now have a Chinese number. The old number I used to have was [redacted], an American number. I am unable to receive the verification code now, and it’s vital for me to regain access due to various reasons beyond the immediate need. My Facebook music fan page is connected to that account, and I rely on it for promoting my music through Instagram ads. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
