I have tried numerous times to contact Facebook regarding a Fundraiser page set up for my family after we lost everything in a house fire. The individual who created the page has not only withheld most of the collected funds but is also keeping the donation details from us, making it impossible for me to thank the donors or know the amounts contributed. Despite my efforts, I have not received any assistance from Facebook, leaving me feeling helpless and misunderstood. This situation is painting me in a negative light and I am considering reaching out to local news stations to bring attention to this injustice. It is disheartening that Facebook appears to condone such behavior and offers no support in cases of theft during a family's time of need.

I had an iPhone 6s Plus with a cracked screen that broke while my daughter was using it. Since I hadn't backed up anything on my cloud, I got a new phone and number from Boost Mobile because I couldn't remember my account pin. However, my old phone, where I am still logged in, is broken, and I can't access it. Despite previously logging in from my home Wi-Fi, I'm now unable to log in to my Facebook account due to two-step verification. The SMS message is being sent to a deactivated number, and despite sending multiple emails and messages with my ID and a picture holding numbers, I still can't gain access. This is concerning as I need to communicate with my doctor.

I have received a message purportedly from Francisco Lopez, Director of Messenger. The message claims there are only [redacted] available accounts due to server overload, requesting users to forward it to all contacts to prevent account inactivity and loss of contacts. It promises a smartphone update within 24 hours with new features unless shared. Failure to share may lead to charges for messages. Allegedly, forwarding to 25 contacts makes the service free for life. It references a change in logo color to indicate user activity level. The message includes contact information for questions and concerns. It asks for confirmation of the message for the update to occur.

I recently changed my password, and now I can't log in. The system says my password is incorrect and prompts me to reset it, but I no longer have access to the email associated with my account. The phone number linked to my account redirects me to the wrong profile. I can't recover my Yahoo account because the phone number on file is outdated. Without access to my Yahoo account, I can't regain access to my Facebook. I've tried various solutions without success. I'm desperate for help as I prefer not to create a new account due to the time and effort it takes to rebuild connections. I hope for a resolution to this predicament.

I had my Facebook account set to remember my password, so I didn't need to enter it every time I logged in. My Instagram account was also linked to it. Today, both of my accounts were automatically logged out. Despite trying all my remembered passwords, I couldn't log back in on my mobile. When I got home and tried again, a message said, "You Entered An Old Password, Your password was changed 6 hours ago." I didn't change my password for the past 4-5 months. I don't have access to the recovery email passwords or the old recovery phone number. I need help to recover my account since I have a lot of personal data stored in messages on both accounts.

Hello, my name is Eddie Pullin. I uninstalled and then reinstalled Facebook on my mobile phone. However, when I tried to access my account again, I accidentally created two new accounts instead of getting back into my old one. Despite multiple attempts to recover my old account by resetting the password and using my Gmail, Facebook keeps redirecting me to the new accounts I created. I even tried photo verification but didn't consider that I had removed my phone number and Gmail for privacy reasons on my old account. Now, I can't seem to access my old account even though I can recognize my friends, names, and photos on it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in retrieving access to my original Facebook account. Thank you.

Hello, I am Sonny Marquez BaniƱa, originally from Taberna Bauang, La Union, Philippines, now living in Burnside, Victoria Australia. I need assistance in recovering my original Facebook account, as it has been taken over by my ex-girlfriend without authorization. It has been 3 months since she gained control and changed the password, email, phone number, and emergency contact details. I have been unable to regain access despite trying to reason with her. She has refused to deactivate the account, leading me to create a new one with the same name. I am concerned that she might post inappropriate content using my identity. I am prepared to provide all necessary personal identification and details for assistance. Thank you for your help.

Yesterday, Facebook experienced technical issues after an update. I initially thought the problem was with the app on my phone and uninstalled then reinstalled it. As I usually access Facebook through the app, I couldn't recall my password. Upon requesting a password reset, the codes sent to me via text and email were all invalid. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to regain access, and now my account appears to be unsearchable by name, email, or phone number. The situation is frustrating, and I seek assistance to resolve this promptly.

I am experiencing posting issues between 8 and 9 o'clock since Wednesday the 13th. I have not received any notification about my account being temporarily disabled. I suspect someone close to me physically may have reported my account due to my recent posts. I received a text from someone named RJ Praigde who mentioned having a similar issue but can still post freely. On my timeline, I made a satire post about using Facebook in my car, which is a peaceful activity for me due to my disability under the ADA Law. I believe this could be a form of cyberbullying to control my online activity. I have not had any previous issues with my account in over 10 years. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you, T.W.

Hello everyone,
I am considering recording videos of myself trying things like swallowing detergent or chlorine to see if anything happens. I have tried it and nothing bad occurred. I am curious if there is a possibility of making money from these videos. Since I did not experience any negative effects, I am thinking of how to potentially monetize them. If this is profitable, could you advise me on how much I could earn and what factors would contribute to that? Should I create a regular Facebook account or a public figure page for this purpose? Any guidance you could provide would be appreciated.
Thank you,
A.
I understand that these videos may be age-restricted, but I am unsure if they will be approved by Facebook if they are labelled as such. This includes videos of me ingesting substances like poison, chlorine, detergent, etc.

After mistakenly uninstalling and reinstalling Facebook during a recent outage, I am struggling to regain access to my account. Despite numerous requests for a validation code via SMS, I have not received any. After submitting an online form with my driver's license for ID verification, I was informed it was not acceptable, although it was listed as a valid form of ID. I responded with photos of both my driver's license and passport, but no progress has been made. My follow-up emails have been ignored, and attempts to reach out through Twitter have also been fruitless. It has been almost 24 hours since I have been locked out of my account, which is essential for both personal and business use. I am in urgent need of assistance.

We organized an event called "Battle of the Fittest Philippines" which was reported, resulting in our posts and links being deleted by Facebook for allegedly violating community standards. After reviewing the guidelines, we believe we did not breach any rules as our activity is a low-skill exercise that poses no harm to participants. We suspect the reporter, who shares a similar identity with us, reported the event out of confusion, as the name "Battle of the Fittest" is common in the fitness community and not owned by anyone. We have invested in promoting this event and find the situation unfair. We hope Facebook can review this issue objectively and consider both perspectives. We anticipate a just and compassionate resolution.

About a year ago, I opened a new Facebook account, which I used regularly for over 8 months. However, after not accessing it for more than 10 days, I faced difficulty logging in as it kept saying my password was incorrect. When I tried to recover my account through the "Forgot password" option, Facebook said they had sent a recovery code to the mobile number associated with my account. Unfortunately, I do not remember which mobile number I used to create the Facebook account and the number where the recovery code was sent. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue.

My wife and I both have Facebook accounts under the same email address. She uses an iPad, and I use a laptop, so we can switch between accounts. Yesterday, as I was logging into her account, an error message appeared saying "Oops, something went wrong." Since then, I have been unable to access my account. This morning, when I tried to log in, it didn't recognize my password and used the name Ann. Strangely, I could log into her account with her password. On her iPad, we can use the account switcher to access both accounts, but on my laptop, there's no account switcher available. I'm not very tech-savvy. How can I retrieve access to my account? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Rod G.

Hello, this is Francisco Lopez, Director of Messenger. I want to inform our users that there are only [redacted] available accounts due to server overload. To address this issue, we kindly ask active users to forward this message to everyone in their contact list for confirmation. Failing to do so might result in your account becoming inactive, leading to the loss of all your contacts. An automatic update symbol will appear on your smartphone once you transfer this message. Your phone will receive a new design, chat color, and icon change from green to blue within 24 hours. Users may be charged at 0.37 cents per message starting tomorrow if they are not active. Please forward this to more than 25 contacts for free service for life. Keep an eye out for a blue ball confirmation. Please confirm by sending it to all your contacts for the application to be updated. Thank you.

I believe the issue started with attempting to change my password. However, now I am unable to update it as the system claims it was changed when I did not do so. It seems someone else has accessed my account. I am stuck in a loop where I am not receiving the necessary codes via email to reset the password. Moreover, there is a message indicating I have used a feature too much and need to wait to try again. This predicament is frustrating as I am trying to secure my account, yet it seems someone else is using it. I even tried to open a new account, but it got stuck during the photo verification process. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter as I am unable to access my accounts and may need to delete them to ensure security.

My email address is [redacted] Usually, I log in on my laptop, which stores all the necessary information, enabling me to log in automatically. However, today, the account required a CAPTCHA code. After completing that, it redirected to a security screen asking to send a text to my old Malaysian number, which is no longer in use as I am now in Canada. I urgently need access to my account as it holds a lot of important contacts and information. I have tried changing my password multiple times, and now I cannot recall the current one. I have my ID and can identify the pictures of my contacts if I could only reach that page. Please assist me from your end in resolving this issue. Thank you, Greg Watson.

Subject: Instagram Account Access Issue
Hello support team,
I am reaching out as I am unable to access my Instagram account "willimone" using the standard instructions on your platform. I have not been able to log into my account for several years and suspect it may have been blocked. To reactivate it, I need to follow the instructions sent to the email linked to the account.
Unfortunately, the email registered as [redacted] was terminated by Microsoft due to inactivity exceeding 5 years, preventing me from receiving the necessary details to reset my password and regain access. I contacted Microsoft, but they are unable to restore the email, advising me to contact Instagram directly to resolve the issue.
I am unsure if I linked a phone number to the account; if so, it may have been +[redacted]51. However, I changed countries over 7 years ago, and the number is no longer active. I still have WhatsApp with that number if it could assist in any way.
I am seeking your assistance in helping me access my account, as the standard methods outlined on your platform have not proven effective in my case.
Thank you for your anticipated help.

My name is Blessing Ekpekpan Anorh, although I go by the nickname "Breezy unique" on Facebook. I have been a Facebook user for over eight years, but I am currently facing a challenging situation. Last year, during the [redacted] FIFA World Cup, I created a page on Facebook and Instagram for sports blogging. Unfortunately, my account was disabled on February 6, [redacted], due to a copyright violation.
I unknowingly posted a trending football clip from Twitter to my page, resulting in the ban. Despite my efforts to give credit to the source in my previous posts, they were still taken down. I have appealed numerous times without any response. I even reached out to Facebook workers on Instagram for help, but to no avail. Feeling frustrated after a month of trying, I decided to create a new account on March 13, [redacted], hoping for a fresh start. However, my new account was also disabled shortly after I shared the messages from the disabled account.
I am disheartened by these events and feel neglected by Facebook. After being a loyal user for eight years, it's disheartening not to receive any support. I'm left wondering why I am being treated unfairly and if I will ever have a chance to rectify the situation.

My Facebook account suddenly locked me out, claiming I'm not Barbara O'Shaughnessy. Despite multiple attempts, using various devices and family members' help, Facebook won't recognize my email or phone number. In the confusion, I inadvertently created a new page while trying to access my original one, resulting in duplicate accounts. Facebook indicated my old passwords were outdated, leading me to the unwanted new page with no relevant information. Messenger is now inaccessible too. This is distressing as my late brother's sentimental messages and cherished memories are trapped on the account. I am keen to regain access as I never anticipated this happening to me. Hoping for a compassionate resolution amidst the digital chaos, I plead for assistance to reclaim my rightful account and messages. The password reset options are futile, leaving me helpless without access to my account. Your help in restoring my page and Messenger access is sincerely appreciated. Thank you, Barbara O'Shaughnessy.
