Hello, I am an active user of Facebook and Instagram seeking assistance regarding a concerning issue on the Instagram platform. Lately, I have felt unsafe due to security reasons related to the fan page highlighted in my bio. Witnessing a friend's account, @dobrevxsmile, being hacked and sold without consent is troubling. The new owner allegedly spent $20 to acquire it, raising fears about the vulnerability of my own page to hacking. Prior to the sale, communication with the suspected hacker resulted in a threatening message implying I could be the next target, causing me significant distress. Consequently, I have temporarily disabled my account as a precaution. This situation is gravely serious, and many users are at risk. I am hopeful that there are solutions available to prevent such breaches or assist in resolving this urgent matter. Hello, I am Joseph Uwaifo, also known online as Josef Babel. I have recently registered my business, Josef Babel Consult, with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria. Unfortunately, my Facebook account, also under the name Josef Babel, was disabled for breaching Facebook's rules shortly after I started sharing business-related content. Despite contacting the authorities and requesting removal of these accounts, the social media platform has not taken action. I am reaching out from South Africa with a significant concern. An obsessive stalker has been causing immense distress by creating fake accounts using my identity and photos. Despite repeated reports from myself and my family, these accounts have not been removed due to Facebook guidelines. This ongoing situation is deeply troubling as it has impacted my personal life, career, and future. I have tried for two years to address this issue without success. A police case has been filed against the perpetrator, and I believe relevant authorities should have contacted you to have these fake accounts removed. My account has been compromised by hackers. Criminals currently have access to it, and I am in urgent need of a technician to assist me. Facebook is preventing me from resolving the issue and regaining control of my account. Despite recovering it once, Facebook allowed these individuals to regain control. I require a technician, a live person, to communicate with me and help me regain control. Please assist me with this matter. Hello, I used to share a business account with a former partner, who removed me as an administrator without my knowledge back in January. Recently, my partner moved out, and we no longer work together. I have requested multiple times for her to delete the account and remove any pictures related to me, my work, and my workspace. She removed my name but not the pictures, and my business address and services are still displayed on the page. The Facebook page was originally named "Magnolia: Jen Brown and Monika Zbella," but she changed it to just "Jen Brown." I have since created my own page called "Magnolia: Monika Zbella." I'm Kalli S. I was in a controlling relationship where my ex accessed my accounts. I started a new Facebook account after moving out. However, the new account got reported for not being me. I sent my driver's license to prove my identity to Facebook. I'm waiting to hear back after contacting them on February 28th. I hope to regain access to my original account and move on. Thank you.

I have been a long-time user of Facebook. My name is Bennett O. Recently, I was barred from posting for 30 days due to an issue connected to the upcoming Israeli elections on April 9th, [redacted]. I believe I was wrongfully accused of bullying someone regarding the elections. I believe the claims against me are unfounded. Political discussions can be heated, and while I disagree with the individual who reported me, I assure you it was not due to foul language or name-calling. She blocked me, potentially reporting me, resulting in my account being flagged. Losing access to my account would mean losing valuable memories and connections from Taiwan, gathered since high school. Additionally, I no longer have access to my old Taiwan phone number for verification purposes. I kindly request a thorough review of my account to confirm that I am not a scammer. In February, I received a notification from Facebook that someone in Arizona was attempting to access my account. I confirmed it wasn't me and changed my password as prompted. However, when I tried to log in with the new password, it said a code was sent to my old email, which I can't access anymore. I've provided my driver's license to prove my identity but still haven't heard back from Facebook. I attempted to use the trusted contacts and received codes, but the system said I tried too many times even though it was only once or twice. I've had my account for nearly a decade and there's important content I can't access. I'm frustrated and considering escalating this matter if necessary. I really hope to regain access to my account. I have noticed that my posts in RV Facebook pages, where I seek help with issues, keep getting deleted for supposedly violating spam rules. I don't understand why this is happening as my posts are not spam. I have requested a human review but haven't seen any action taken. I am requesting for a human to review my posts and explain why they are flagged as spam so I can prevent this from happening again. It seems there might be an issue with the spam detection logic. Additionally, I kindly ask for my posts to be released from spam quarantine. Thank you in advance for your help.

Recently, my ex and I broke up, and today he maliciously hacked my Facebook account, changing the email and passwords, even hacking into my emails. Despite reaching out to Facebook, calling them, and submitting my identification, my account remains compromised. He has set his email as the recovery email, proving his interference. This is not the first time this has happened. A similar incident occurred a few months ago, which Facebook resolved with my parents' help, but this time, the issue persists. If I can't regain access, I will have to discontinue using Facebook, a platform I use regularly for posting and communication.

My marketplace account was hacked over a week ago, and a car that is not mine was posted on it. I was logged out of Facebook, Marketplace, and Messenger. I managed to regain access to Facebook after changing my email multiple times, but my Marketplace is not functioning properly. Items I list are not visible to others or are flagged as questionable. Items that I sold and deleted months ago reappear as available for sale. I have requested assistance, but have not received a response. I have taken my devices to the Geek Squad, who confirmed it is a Facebook issue. Could someone please review my donnadoolittle account to resolve this? We are selling our house in 2 months and need to clear out our items.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Facebook account. Despite changing my password multiple times, I am unable to access it due to having a new phone number and computer. Consequently, both my Facebook and Venmo accounts are inaccessible, and I have lost all connections. I am frustrated as every time I request a reset code, it is invalid or states it has been used too many times. My genuine account is under the name [redacted] Dj D Civilized and I urgently need this matter resolved. I had to create a new Gmail account to address this issue, but it has not aided in recovering my Facebook account as intended.

I need help accessing my library's Facebook account for the teen department at Rogers Memorial Library. I have been locked out of the account after trying to convert the profile into a page for community interaction. Facebook requires a security check and wants to text a code to one of two outdated phone numbers on the account. One number is a landline unable to receive texts, and the other belongs to a former employee. I cannot provide the necessary code for access. Yesterday, on 3/6/19, I received a concerning message from a friend on Facebook. They informed me that a fake messenger account had been created using my Facebook profile name, incorporating my husband's last name, and even using one of my older profile pictures. Despite reporting the fake account in various ways, when I woke up this morning, I discovered that my real Facebook account and messenger had been deactivated due to confusion with the fake profile. My authentic Facebook account is under the name Crystial Costello, and it has been active for several years. I request that Facebook thoroughly investigate this situation, reactivate my account, and deactivate the fake account named Crystial Costello-Basic that was created on March 6th. Hello, I recently created my Facebook account using [redacted] After a few days, I received an email stating that my Facebook was disconnected from my Shopify account. When I tried to log in, Facebook mentioned suspicious activity and requested a photo verification. I provided the photo but still cannot access my account as I need to wait.
