I have been experiencing harassment, stalking, and cyber attacks by individuals who have been hacking my account for months. I have noticed sessions timing out, Facebook running slowly, and receiving friend requests from fake profiles. These perpetrators are also sending messages to my friends and others, spreading false information about me. I suspect I know who is behind this but lack concrete evidence. I have attempted to delete my account due to these issues, but I am unable to recall my password. Although I can access Facebook through my iPad by simply clicking on my profile picture, I encountered a discrepancy while trying to disable the login method using the profile picture. Despite the setting showing it is on, when I tried to turn it off, it indicated that there was no profile picture. This confusion has hindered my attempts to deactivate my account. I am considering reporting this to the police and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

We enlisted a manager for our business pages (Basel Cellars) who organized them into "Locations" with one parent page (page A) and three child pages (pages B, C, and D). After parting ways with that manager, I was made an admin on pages A, B, and C but lost access to page D as it was linked as a child of page A under "Locations". I have removed all the pages from "Locations" and plan to delete the former parent page A. How can I regain admin access to page D or delete it altogether, as it had fewer than [redacted] followers?

I am Jane O. I have been a victim of online harassment and bullying on Facebook for months. I believe I am being targeted by a group of people who have been stalking me. They have been creating fake accounts and spreading lies about me. The individuals involved are Brianmeaghan M., Kevin B., Elizabeth B. G., Stephanie S., Kimberly B., Mary N., Tonya C., and Scott L. I am seeking assistance to deactivate my account, but I am having trouble remembering my password. Although I can log in using my profile picture on my iPad, I am unable to deactivate my account successfully. I suspect that my profile picture may have been compromised by the hackers as well. I would greatly appreciate help in resolving this issue and getting rid of these cyberbullies from my account.

I recently set up a Business Manager Account to manage Fan Pages and Ad Accounts for my marketing clients. One particular client already had these set up, along with a pixel. Despite being the ad account admin, I am unable to create a custom audience using their email list. An error message states, "Connect to Business Manager to Create This Audience." The client believes they have a Business Account, and provided their ID as :[redacted]4. I have not received assistance with this issue and am feeling desperate! Thank you for any help.

I am having trouble logging in to my account because I am unable to reset my password. Additionally, I cannot change the phone number associated with my Facebook account, which is necessary to receive the code to reset the password. It's frustrating that I cannot access my own account while worrying about its security. My details are as follows: - Name: Susan Murray - Email on FB account: [redacted] (not in use) - Alternate contact email: [redacted] - Phone number: [redacted] I would appreciate guidance on resolving this issue promptly.

I would like to report an issue regarding bullying and character defamation within The Bad Diecast Traders Mediation Group. A woman named M.B. is misusing her authority in the group to smear the reputations of individuals who did not comply with her demands for free items or did not meet her expectations. She then spreads false rumors and lies to tarnish their character. I have personally observed M.B. engaging in this behavior towards multiple individuals who stood up to her bullying. Despite reporting this to the appropriate channels on Facebook, no action has been taken. I have ample evidence, including messages and screenshots, to prove that she is a bully and manipulator who abuses her power in these online communities. Character assassination is unlawful, yet it is happening openly on Facebook. I urge you to address the harm caused by M.B. and prevent her from damaging more lives and businesses.

Years ago, I created a Facebook account using a pseudonym. I am now trying to delete this account, but I cannot access it because I forgot the login details. I have reached out to Facebook's Customer Service without success, as their helpline was not helpful. The website method I tried is currently unavailable. I have a separate active account under my real name and suspect the old pseudonymous account may have been compromised. Facebook requires three verification codes from contacts to recover the account, but I am unsure how time-sensitive this process is and would like an alternative solution. I would like to delete the pseudonymous account, which is associated with a different email address from my current account. Despite attempting to disable notifications in the past, I still receive notifications for the old account. Should Facebook reach out, my contact email is supplied here.

I recently experienced issues with Messenger, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, hoping it would resolve the problem. However, after switching to a new phone with a different number, I was unable to receive the verification code sent to my old number linked to the account. I don't have the Facebook app and trying to access it on a new installation could create the same issue. I submitted my ID for account recovery about three days ago, but I am uncertain if the verification process is complete or if my ID was insufficient. I am eager to regain access to my account and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am currently awaiting verification, but I read that this typically takes 24 hours or less.

We are experiencing difficulties with a Facebook page called An Unexpected Journal, a page belonging to a non-profit organization. Several individuals, including myself, have administrative access, but the owner appears to be listed as "An Unexpected Journal," which seems to be an automatic business listing by Facebook. This situation is now impacting our ability to run targeted ad campaigns as we wish to set up a separate business manager and pay for ads from the journal's account. Additionally, this is affecting the pixel functionality. I dedicated a significant portion of yesterday trying to resolve these account permission issues and managed to create a pixel. However, when attempting to share it, I am redirected to my own business manager without proper access. Furthermore, it appears that there is an existing ad account/business manager for An Unexpected Journal with ID [redacted][redacted] that no one can access. How can we resolve this to effectively manage the pixel and share campaigns?

Hello, I am writing to seek assistance as I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. After receiving a prompt from Facebook to change my password to a stronger one for security reasons, I did so. However, I recently forgot this new password and am unable to recover it. The email associated with my account, desramos32@yahoo, is inactive, making it impossible for me to reset my password following the usual procedure. I have contacted Yahoo for help but was advised to reach out to Facebook for further assistance. I have deleted my contact number and alternative email from my Facebook account and am now relying solely on remembering details like my friends, games, name, and birthday to recover my account. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Facebook, I am reaching out as my account has been disabled due to a trademark complaint filed by my business partner. The business in question, "Rezerection," is co-owned by both of us, with a registered trademark. I am the owner of the business name being disputed. Despite being 50/50 partners, my partner has wrongly claimed trademark infringement against me. We no longer operate the event business together, and I have not used the event logo in any posts. I have requested Alex to retract the complaint. It is crucial for my business that my pages are reinstated, as I manage not only my business page but also my father's sports page. I have contacted Alex to rectify this misunderstanding. I kindly ask for your assistance in restoring my account. Thank you - Dean White.

In November [redacted], I set up a Facebook page named Voxx for my friend, Fares Hariri, who is the owner of the company with all the necessary ownership documents. Initially, I managed the page's ads before passing the responsibility to another individual. Subsequently, a third party agency (Seif Al Basha & Noha Idea) took over the ads. Suddenly, all of us were removed from the page by a hacker who started posting inappropriate content and demanding money for its return. I possess scanned copies of the documents establishing Fares Hariri's ownership of the company, which shares the same name as the page. Unable to regain access, I created a new page called Voxx Me as a temporary measure until I can reclaim the original page.

There is an individual named "Greg Hannon" from Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, who has multiple Facebook accounts. I have encountered him on one of them as he has blocked me on the others. Over the years, he has been targeting my friend "Michelle Terry" from the same area with harassment. Unfortunately, he has resorted to sharing her mug shots on his profile, leading to others disrespecting and judging her. Recently, he posted another mug shot of Michelle from Yorkcrimewatch with the caption "I don't care what anyone says, I'm not taking this one down," sparking a wave of negative attention and comments. Michelle is a hard-working individual who doesn't deserve this treatment. Despite her efforts to block Greg, he persists in causing her distress. It is clear that Greg's intentions are anything but pure, and I believe action should be taken to remove his posts or pages to prevent any further harm.

Hello, I need assistance in contacting Facebook to request the removal of a video spreading fake news and harassment on the page "THIS IS LEBANON." Despite numerous efforts, the video remains online, impacting our jobs, coworkers, and social circles. The lack of direct contact information for Facebook is prolonging the issue and causing distress. The page has a history of legal issues, but the urgency lies in the harm it is causing to my family. It's crucial to know when Facebook will respond and take action. The current inability to communicate with them is unsettling. Immediate help is needed in this situation.

Hello, I'm Sphiwesihle. I took a break from Facebook early last year by leaving my account. I've been using this account since around [redacted]. I lost the Cell C SIM card I was using, but I had the password and knew the number, so I logged in on my new phone. I tried to do a SIM swap, but it failed because it had been lost for too long. In [redacted], I changed my number but continued using the same account with the old details. I last logged in using my Hisense, but now when I try with my new phone, it says the password is wrong. When I ask for a password reset, they send the pin to my old Cell C SIM. I no longer have access to that SIM. Can you please assist me in logging into my account? My account name is Sphiwesihle Mkhabela, and the pin is [redacted]. If possible, please send the new password to my new number [redacted].

I responded to Aubrey's email below with the necessary authorization attached but have not received a response. As you are not listed as the financial administrator, we are unable to discuss the organization with you presently. To get more information about the organization or to inquire about being added, please contact James. If reaching the current administrator proves challenging, we can make you a company administrator to access financial details. To become a company administrator, you must submit documentation proving your authority to make decisions for the company. The required document is a company letter indicating your position and specifying the Facebook user profile taking over as the company administrator for Kent, Surrey, and Sussex Air Ambulance Trust. This letter should be dated and signed by company officials.

After uploading two pictures and confirming my identity, I found my account disabled twice. I provided my information, email, phone number, and picture, but was still locked out. This situation is concerning, especially given my history as a victim of domestic violence. I am uncomfortable with my personal information being collected without explanation. I need clarity on where my identity is being used. My email is simpiking20[at]gmail.com, username Simpy kings/Taji J, with phone numbers +27 72 [redacted] and +27 60 [redacted]. I would appreciate assistance in understanding why my account is disabled despite providing the required details.

My name is Katherine Smith, but my Facebook account is under Katie L. Smith. Unfortunately, my account has been hacked, and due to being unable to access my email, cell phones, computer, wifi, and router, I am now reaching out through my partner's cell phone using mobile data. On my account (Katie L. Smith), I am shown as engaged to Tara Rees. For security reasons and to avoid potentially putting Tara Rees at risk of being hacked, I would like my Facebook account (Katie L. Smith) to be deleted. It seems this hacking incident is not random, and I suspect someone I know to be involved. Despite my disappointment in being disconnected from Facebook, it's crucial for my safety and privacy. I have no control over my account and urgently request its deletion. You can contact me via email at [redacted].
