My Facebook has been hacked, resulting in the loss of all my photos and contacts. The recovery phone number has been changed to a random person I do not know. I am unable to receive the code to regain access as it is going to an unknown number. It is claiming there are issues logging me in from my phone, which is the same device I have used for 56 months without any problems. I am concerned about how they gained access to my account and the deletion of my content without any security measures in place.

I recently came across a disturbing comment on my children's photos that needs to be addressed immediately. Despite my efforts to report and remove it, the comment by Tomy Rybak remains visible. The content of the comment is inappropriate as it mentions explicit and derogatory language towards young girls. I urge the platform to take action and thoroughly review Tomy Rybak's account due to the concerning nature of his posts. The comment in question includes disturbing references to sexual activities and inappropriate behavior towards women. I am deeply troubled by the language and the implications of the comment, especially given the young audience it is directed towards. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

Hello, I have been attempting to close an old account for nearly 6 months, but it is still active. I have submitted a close request, but there has been no response at all. Recently, I started a new job where I manage several Facebook pages. However, when I am supposed to be added as an advertiser, the old account I want to close keeps appearing instead. This has caused a lot of confusion with my boss and other stakeholders. I no longer have access to the email or phone number I used 6 years ago to create the old account. At that time, Facebook didn't have the option to close accounts, so I created a new one. I never imagined it would impact my career this way. This situation is creating problems in my current role, and I would greatly appreciate it if we could resolve this issue promptly. I am having trouble accessing my old Facebook account because I forgot both my account password and the password to my email gbemisolaidowu**@yahoo.com. I cannot log in to check for the reset code that Facebook sent me. I have another option, which is my mobile number [redacted]1 to receive the code, but I am not able to view the code that Facebook sent me. This mobile number has been used in the past to receive reset codes when I forgot my password. However, since Monday, I have not been receiving any codes and am unable to log in. I kindly request Facebook to look into this matter as this is the alternative number I provided to receive reset codes. I recently encountered a video on the site that seems to contain malware. The video tagged all my friends on Facebook to watch a private video on YouTube and prompted the download of a Chrome extension that infected my device. Unable to remove the extension manually, I had to uninstall and reinstall Chrome. I have reported the video and would appreciate it if the necessary action could be taken to address this malware spreading on the platform. The extension caused a similar video to be posted on my page as well. I urge you to review the activity log and ensure the removal of this harmful video and malware from the website. I am facing an issue with my Facebook (FB) account that requires assistance from the FB support team. A friend used my mobile number to create an account, causing me to lose access to my own account. As I cannot remember my password, I have tried to reset it, but I am unable to receive the OTP since my number is linked to the other account. I do not have an email or trusted contacts listed in my account for recovery. Despite deleting the friend's account, I still cannot regain access. I can log in from my phone due to one-tap login, but on other devices, it states that my account does not exist. I have filled out various FB forms with no success, leaving contacting FB directly as my only option. I believe FB should require email addresses and phone numbers for sign-in to prevent such issues. I have been attempting to resolve this for two months and seek assistance.

Lately, I have reported several accounts that are using my photos and pretending to be me on Facebook. While sometimes Facebook acknowledges it and takes action, other times they claim it's not a violation of their policies. I am concerned that this behavior is not being addressed consistently. These impostor accounts are utilizing my images to portray me falsely, and as a military member, this can be classified as Stolen Valor and impersonation, which is a serious offense. Given the recurring nature of this issue, I am contemplating reaching out to JAG for assistance. I am uncertain about the best course of action at this point.

I am experiencing issues logging into my Facebook account. Months ago, I received an email from Facebook regarding suspicious activity which led to unsuccessful attempts to reset my password, resulting in being locked out of the account. I am uncertain about what happened but I urgently need access to my account. I can log in to my email without any problems. After attempting to reset the password, the message stated: "If you no longer have access to your email account, you can try to log in again. I am unable to access my Facebook account. Several months ago, Facebook notified me of suspicious activity and despite multiple password change attempts, I was locked out of my account. I am unsure of what caused this issue but urgently need to regain access. I have no trouble accessing my email account. After trying the password recovery option, I received the message, "If you no longer have access to your email account, you can try to log in again. After you've logged in, you can change the email address on your account." Attempting to recover a disabled account (attachment two) was also unsuccessful. To whom it may concern, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account where I keep getting logged out and prompted to create a new password. Despite following all the steps, I have been unable to bypass the last step regarding the Marketplace listings. The system keeps showing an error message when I try to delete them, preventing me from accessing my account. Due to a false news report, social media platforms are inundated with inaccurate information. Individuals are sharing claims of visiting our establishment and making unwarranted, harassing, and false remarks. It is distressing for us and the Waldron, Arkansas community. I kindly request that Facebook investigate this matter and remove these posts as they are misleading and harmful. I appear to have been blocked from Marketplace and all related buy/sell groups, including discussion groups that have a selling feature. This includes fragrance discussion groups, review groups, local mom groups, and school groups for my child. I'm uncertain about the reason for this action as I have not encountered issues in the past. The only possibility I can think of is a picture I posted for selling purposes that included a furry pillow. If that is the reason, I am willing to remove and retake the photos to comply with the rules. I am an admin for multiple groups that play a significant role in our community, and being blocked is hindering our activities. My login is [redacted] Unfortunately, someone has accessed my account and changed the phone number for receiving reset password codes to their own. They also input an email address I can't access. Hello, I have been using Facebook for a long time. Recently, I was prompted to log back in on my phone, but forgot the password. I wasn't able to reset it since my account was linked to an old email address whose password I don't remember. Moreover, I have a new phone number, leading me to create a new Facebook account. Unfortunately, the old account appears to have been hacked, as my friends are receiving event invites from it. Upon discovering an unknown device on my account, I realized I needed to change my password urgently. However, when attempting to reset my password using the "forgot password" option, I encountered an issue with not receiving the verification code via my email. Furthermore, clicking on the "didn't get a passcode" link would unexpectedly kick me out of the password changing process, forcing me to start over. Both my iPhone 6s Plus and the unauthorized device appearing in Jacksonville, FL, are causing concern - possibly linked to my previously stolen iPhone 6s Plus from a year ago. I am deeply worried about the security of my account and personal information. I would greatly appreciate it if the unknown device could be removed from my account, my location corrected, and a new password issued promptly.

My account has been blocked because of your guidelines. I have not used any profanity or posted inappropriate images. The term "pig" was used to refer to someone, and I was unexpectedly blocked. Nowhere in your rules is this specified as a violation. It seems like there is inconsistency in how your guidelines are applied. I have noticed posts containing offensive content directed at the President and graphic comments about the First Lady being made daily without consequences. It also appears that negative remarks about people of color or criticism toward liberals result in blocking. It seems like personal opinions, not actual standards, dictate your actions. Please reconsider blocking me; I am a retired US Marine with 33 years of service and feel there are double standards at play here. I kindly request that my account be unblocked.

Today, I was suspended due to a post that was misinterpreted. I replied to a post from an individual claiming to be an illegal Hispanic who called for harm to the president and his supporters. While pointing out the inappropriateness of the comment, I also made it clear that I do not wish harm on anyone. Despite this, I was suspended for 30 days. I believe there is a double standard in place, as the original harmful post remains up while I face consequences for addressing it. I find it unjust that my account was suspended while the initial offensive post was allowed to stay. I am open to a 3-day suspension for my response, but I kindly request my account be reinstated. I feel Facebook's handling of this situation showcases a clear double standard that needs to be addressed.
