Subject: Facebook Account Block Issue
Hi Facebook Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the recurring problem I am facing with my Facebook account.
My name is Anusha Kannan from India. I use Facebook primarily for my online store business to connect with vendors and customers. I repeatedly encounter issues where my account is blocked, requiring me to verify my identity by uploading a picture. This disruption severely impacts my business operations. I kindly request transparency from Facebook, especially regarding any violations on my part.
I am not involved in any malicious activities on social media; instead, I am a small business owner utilizing Facebook for marketing purposes. Being a paid marketing subscriber, I expect uninterrupted service or a refund/extension of my advertising benefits due to the inconvenience caused.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Anusha K.

I am reaching out regarding ongoing issues I've faced with hacked cellphones I've purchased. Recently, my niece used my Facebook account, and someone called me inappropriate names and threatened to report me to Facebook. Despite explaining the situation, the individual continued to disrespect my family members. My attempts to access Facebook have been challenging due to previous hacking incidents and false reports made against me. I feel frustrated with the way Facebook handles these matters, quick to judge based on allegations without proper investigation. It's a troubling situation, reminiscent of unjust accusations in other scenarios.

I'm having trouble accessing my account after trying to update my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] I've received several code numbers, and communication through [redacted] is working, but I'm unable to progress.
The system claims I'm logging in from an unfamiliar device, which isn't correct since I only use one PC. It's frustrating to be locked out for not logging in from a recognized device. I'm now stuck on identifying pictures of Facebook friends, which is challenging given my diverse friend list, including those from Cambodia due to my NGO involvement there.
I'm reluctant to ask friends for help for security reasons, fearing it may look like a hacking attempt. I tried sending a photo of my ID card, but it didn't work. Please provide a solution to my email [redacted], our current means of communication. Despite receiving new 6-digit numbers, I can't access my account.

I recently encountered an unexpected issue while looking into promoting a post on Facebook. I was notified that a post was already being boosted without my consent, and my credit card was on the verge of being charged around £28. Despite my attempts to reach out to Facebook, I have found it challenging to cancel this unauthorized boosted post. I have already contacted my credit card company and Paypal to prevent any further charges, but it seems the process has already progressed. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this situation as my efforts on the platform have been futile in stopping the boosted ad. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I am reaching out from Uganda regarding my Facebook account under the name Katamba Abraham (screenshot attached) and phone number +[redacted]44, which has been deactivated without explanation. Despite my appeals, my new accounts using my friends' numbers are also deactivated shortly after creation, leaving me unable to connect with my friends and supporters. If there was any wrongdoing on my part, I sincerely apologize and seek to rectify it. Please reconsider reopening my original account or one of the new ones I have created, as I miss the interaction with my friends and the community. The use of VPN due to limited internet access in my country should not prevent me from using Facebook as a platform for communication. I ask for your understanding and compassion in this matter and hope for a positive resolution. Thank you. - KA

I have been trying to update our school's Facebook page name since December. Our school changed from Pasadena High School to Springbank Secondary College. Despite providing official documentation of the name change, my requests have been repeatedly denied or ignored. Following online advice, I tried to change the name gradually, from High School to Secondary College successfully, but changing Pasadena to Springbank has been a struggle.
Each letter change was initially approved but then stopped, resulting in an incorrect name, Paradebank Secondary College. Despite receiving notifications that the changes were approved, the name remained unchanged. Our school is in urgent need of a Facebook page with the correct name to reflect our rebranding. We have already updated our username to SpringbankSC, but the page name remains incorrect. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Earlier this month, I received a message on Messenger from my friend Richard Collis's account, but it was signed as "Nick." This seemed strange to me as Richard wouldn't be messaging late due to work and family commitments. I deleted the message as it felt suspicious. I recently checked with Richard, who confirmed he didn't send it. Unfortunately, I can't show him the message since I deleted it. Is there a way to retrieve this to investigate further? Nick, who is connected to Richard, is reportedly facing mental health issues, so we want to assist. I want to clarify I don't feel threatened, just worried. Any help in recovering this message from around [redacted] would be appreciated as we seek to address this situation. Thank you, Vicky.

I recently updated my account after receiving an email stating my registered number was no longer valid. However, this triggered a security lockout due to system error detecting unusual activity. I have been unable to access my account despite providing the new number for verification. I have contacted support multiple times with promises of resolution within a few days, but no action has been taken. It is crucial that multiple security options are given for access, and the updated information should be utilized for verification purposes promptly. Kindly remove the security block from my account or offer a valid alternative method to verify my identity. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Subject: Facebook Advertising Issues
We, ECCLES ENGLISH, are facing challenges with advertising on Facebook. Our recent ads were not delivered despite being charged for them. Additionally, attempts were made to redirect payments to unauthorized parties, although we were able to prevent this. There are concerns regarding security, which have hindered our plans for longer and more extensive advertising campaigns.
We are requesting for a designated manager account at Facebook headquarters in the US to address these ongoing issues, as the current manager account has been ineffective in preventing fraudulent activities by hackers using Facebook's resources.
Your assistance in resolving these matters is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Francisco Nelson Otálvaro, PHD
Director

To Whom it May Concern:
I have recently faced troubling situations on social media regarding racial intolerance due to my beliefs about Black people and their heritage. I have been unfairly restricted from posting on Facebook from January 27 to February 27, [redacted]. I am requesting assistance from Facebook to help me retrieve my intellectual property and close my account due to ongoing harassment and hacking incidents.
My page, The Black-Hebrew-Israelite's JOB, is a non-profit endeavor, not a business. I have also been a victim of identity theft and overheard individuals plotting sexual assault against me, falsely using my Facebook presence as justification. To protect myself, I have decided to delete my account.
I urge Facebook to cooperate in resolving these matters promptly without reviewing posts that some may find controversial. I have encountered challenges deleting certain data that contradicts my beliefs, likely due to hacking activities. I am committed to removing all personal information and permanently closing my account.
Respectfully,
M. B.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am reaching out to the corporate staff at Facebook to address the issues I have been facing. Despite uncovering information about Black People as the true Jews and sharing this on social media, I have encountered racial intolerance and abuse online. This behavior has infringed upon my First Amendment Rights. Following Facebook's decision to restrict my posting abilities from January 27, [redacted], to February 27, [redacted], I am seeking assistance in retrieving my intellectual property. My online activities are being monitored illegally, likely by hackers, who I suspect are also involved in the sexual assaults I have been a victim of after being drugged. My faith lies in YAHUAH, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. For the sake of resolving potential legal issues related to my rights, I am requesting the retrieval of my intellectual property and the closure of my Facebook account.
There are two important points I need to clarify. Firstly, my Facebook page, The Black-Hebrew-Israelite's JOB, is a non-profit page. Secondly, due to concerns of sexual assault and identity theft, I have decided to close my account. Over the years, I have faced challenges such as profile hijacking and the circulation of inappropriate content. I am determined to delete all data against my beliefs and close my account permanently. I am looking for Facebook Support to assist in this process without revisiting the disputed posts. I urge for cooperation in retrieving my intellectual property and closing my account definitively.
Sincerely,
Miss B.

Hello,
I am facing a significant issue with my Facebook business account. Upon logging in, I noticed that there have been changes made. I have been actively managing my ads under my personal account, Dyneka Collier, which was previously identified as [redacted][redacted]. However, today I discovered that all my campaigns, ad sets, ads, as well as my pixel and payment information, have been transferred to an old business manager page that I had requested for deletion weeks ago. Strangely, my personal ad account [redacted][redacted] has been moved to the old business account GOGOTTS.USA instead of remaining under my current business manager TheGoGotts.
Currently, my ad account and all its data seem to be inaccessible as it is linked to the disabled old account. I am also puzzled by a new ad account number [redacted][redacted] under the name Dyneka Collier, which I did not create.
I kindly request Facebook to restore my ad account [redacted][redacted] to my personal account Dyneka Collier. The new ad account number associated with my page is [redacted][redacted]. I need access to my account in order to settle my bills, adhere to Facebook policies, and continue promoting my business. Additionally, I request the permanent deletion of GOGOTTS.USA and any associated pages.

In our small community, there is a page that serves approximately 18,[redacted] people in the county. The page is named Iowa County Confessions, which can be misleading. Trust offenses on this page involve various entities such as city government, network television, media, and more. Recently, a post was reported by a vindictive individual, even though it was legal in all 50 states and did not violate any community standards as far as our page members can tell. Despite the post being shared multiple times and still active on other platforms, our community's media has been locked for 30 days. It is necessary to fix this system or provide a valid telephone number for direct contact. This page has been beneficial for many, so unlocking it is crucial. Requesting a review by a human to understand the reason for the block is essential. The impact of this block includes denying access to important information like food pantry changes, weather updates, accident instructions, lost pets, and more. While Facebook offers a valuable service, the ability for one person to shut down a page without violating standards seems unfair. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved promptly to avoid further community disruption.

I received a message on Facebook Messenger this morning and reacted quickly. I have been attempting to reach out since, as I believe someone may have hacked my account. I recently changed my account due to a previous hacking incident. It seems like it's someone I know, as they were asking about a friend's cousin's children, which is unsettling to me. I have taken steps to secure my password, but the issue persists. I am frustrated and worried about the situation. I reached out via text and email but have not received a response yet. I am upset and concerned, as this is affecting my personal relationships. I would appreciate a prompt reply to address this matter. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.

I recently received an offer from a local Facebook group with over 11,[redacted] members in our city. The group proposed allowing my business to promote in their group for $[redacted] a week. The message detailed how the 'Coupon of the Week' feature showcases discounts to their members. They highlighted the exposure to over 11,[redacted] people in our city and the potential benefits for businesses.
While the opportunity seems appealing, I have concerns about the group's policies and legality regarding such promotions. I am seeking clarification on whether it is acceptable for a Facebook group to offer this type of advertising service.
Thank you for any guidance you can provide on this matter.

I want to report that my Facebook account has been disabled unfairly. I have not violated any of Facebook's terms or policies. If my account was reported, it was done without justification. I am an active member of developer communities, including the Facebook Developer Circle in Jaipur. Social media is crucial for my professional and personal life. I have other accounts tied to my Facebook for various services. I am willing to provide any necessary identification and discuss the situation further if needed. Please assist me in reactivating my account. Thank you.

Recently, I encountered an issue with my account where a password change occurred without my authorization. While attempting to reset the password, I couldn't access the email linked to my account as the password had also been changed. Despite the system indicating a code would be sent to my phone for verification, I never received it over the course of three months. After submitting my driver's license for verification, there has been no progress in resolving the issue. Today, when I tried to log in, the process skipped the phone verification step and proceeded to claim that my email and phone number were not valid for account recovery. This situation is frustrating and seems unjust as they could easily verify the phone if they called it. It appears that I am stuck in a loop where they keep overlooking vital steps in the process. It's becoming increasingly difficult to access my account, especially when all necessary identification documents have already been provided.

Good morning,
I require urgent assistance unlocking my Facebook account. After changing my name to Valerie Byliefeldt from Maritsa Trompa and attempting to revert it while on sleep medication, I inadvertently caused a lockout. Despite trying recovery options and reaching out to friends, I have had little success. I am experiencing significant distress due to my illness and housebound condition. Facebook is crucial for my communication and business needs. I apologize for any inconvenience caused unintentionally. Your prompt help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
I am currently managing a Facebook page called "Aladdin [redacted]" for an amateur dramatics society I am involved with. We typically put on two productions a year, one musical and one pantomime. We have never had issues in the past changing the page name to match the show we are promoting.
Now, we are planning to produce Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical, Cats, this spring. I have been trying to rename the page to reflect this upcoming show, but it seems I am facing difficulties with Facebook's default settings. Despite our intention to keep the page focused on arts, it appears Facebook may be misunderstanding our intent to solely promote our new project.
We are hesitant to create a new page as we value our current audience, even though it may not be extensive. Retaining our followers is important to us. I hope you can provide guidance on how we can successfully change the page name without losing our existing followers.
Best regards,
Molly K.

Hello, my Facebook and Instagram pages were recently removed due to copyright infringement. I contacted Louis Vuitton as advised and I'm awaiting their response. I never intended to offend anyone with the pictures I posted. I would have gladly removed them if I had been warned. I've invested a lot of money in building my likes and followers through Facebook ads and boosting posts over the last 2 years. I hope to retrieve my business data, customer information, and pictures to continue running my children's clothing boutique. I have apologized to Louis Vuitton and will ensure future compliance with Facebook's rules. I would appreciate guidance on how to merge my paid likes and followers to a new page. Thank you.
