I am reaching out to address a concerning issue regarding a Facebook page that I believe promotes hate speech and cyberbullying. The page in question is targeting one of the announcers from the ABCRA junior National Finals Rodeo, along with his family, girlfriend, and business. This behavior is especially distressing as the event was dedicated to raising awareness for the "Do It For Dolly" foundation, honoring a teenage girl who tragically took her life due to cyberbullying. The Facebook page, under the name "Aspen Faye," has been reported multiple times, yet it remains active, showcasing relentless bullying and stalking behavior. It is alarming that such harmful actions are allowed to persist on social media platforms like Facebook. As a parent and grandparent, I am deeply troubled by the potential impact of such online harassment on younger generations. I urge Facebook to reassess this page promptly and take necessary actions to combat online bullying. I have personal experience with the devastating effects of bullying, having lost friends to suicide as a result. It is crucial to address these issues proactively to prevent further harm. Hello, my name is Arlindo Willis Cruz. I purchased a back brace from an online store, and they immediately charged the correct amount on October 26th. They later realized they overcharged me by $2 and issued a refund on October 29th. The tracking number for my order is LT [redacted] CN, and the transaction number is 6K [redacted] MF [redacted]. My package seems to be stuck in China since the 26th of January, and it has not been delivered yet. I discovered that the merchandise was coming from China only after checking the tracking number, as it was not mentioned in the advertisement on Facebook. It has been three months now, and the item has not left China. I am very dissatisfied with this situation and expect better service from the company. I have repeatedly faced suspensions on Facebook without any wrongdoing on my part. It seems to happen whenever I share certain content. After being penalized for various posts, I recently created a new account. However, the display of images on the new account has been glitchy. I was contacted by someone claiming to be from Facebook, stating my account was hacked and asking me to buy Google Play cards to rectify the situation. They requested multiple cards, which I couldn't afford. They assured me that Facebook would reimburse me, but it all seems suspicious to me. As a retired individual on a limited budget, I feel uncertain about this situation and would appreciate some clarity on whether this is a scam or a legitimate issue.

I recently purchased a 50-inch smart TV from Facebook Marketplace, and unfortunately, upon getting it home, I discovered it has a broken screen and is actually a 43-inch TV. The seller blocked me after I contacted them, and upon researching, I found out it was a fake profile used for the scam. I am disappointed by the lack of accountability on Facebook Marketplace and the prevalence of dishonest individuals on the platform. I work hard for my money and cannot afford to be scammed in this manner. I believe Facebook Marketplace should take responsibility for these fraudulent activities and ensure that buyers are protected. Hello Facebook, I'm Mary Ikokwu from Nigeria. I have my personal page under the name Mary Ikokwu(née Johnson). I recently started an online business on Instagram called Shoptions at the end of last year. When trying to connect my Instagram to Facebook for ads, I faced difficulties. I created a new account named Shoptions for my business and linked it to Instagram for ads. Initially, I didn't have a profile picture on my page as I wasn't planning to use Facebook for the business. When I later tried to update my account for business expansion, I encountered an issue with the profile picture as I first used the business logo and then my own face. Subsequently, I realized my account was disabled and I couldn't log in to run ads. Despite contacting the help center and providing my ID, the issue persists, impacting my business. Hello, For the past few days, my Facebook account (Basenzi Rmeity) has been hacked. I reached out to Facebook and provided them with a photo of my ID as requested. They then advised me to use a new email and sent a confirmation email to ([redacted]) to verify my identity. However, when I tried to reset my password using the link provided, I received an error message stating I had attempted it too many times and to try again later. I suspect this could be due to the hacker changing the email associated with the account and using automated bots to continuously reset the password. I suggested to the agent to remove the unauthorized email address (starting with "f" and ending with "h") to stop the hacker's attempts. I also still have access to the mobile number linked to the account. My account is currently not visible on Facebook, possibly deactivated by the hacker or reported by friends after the hack. I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the name Kimberly M. from Lockport, NY. I haven't been able to log in for over 2 years, and the last time I changed my password was in December [redacted] or January [redacted]. I'm attempting to create a gift for my significant other. Yesterday, I was researching materials and emailing them to myself. As I can't recall the password for my previous account, I had to create a new one. The password is on my other phone, which unfortunately is running out of battery. Despite my efforts to forward the material, none of it was successful. Today, when I tried resending it to my old self to complete the project before my phone dies, I received a message stating I cannot start new conversations. I believe it's due to me spending the entire day sending material to myself. Though I understand the need for rules, I haven't violated any. I'm unable to retrieve items from my old account soon to be inaccessible from my new account, and I'm uncertain why. I don't have my email on hand because I've been in this situation before and tend to forget my passwords and email addresses. It's frustrating to deal with the level of strictness imposed. Losing my account is distressing, and the inability to speak to a human representative to rectify this matter is disheartening. I've been informed that I might not be able to recover it, resulting in losing numerous pictures and memories. Could there be a way to assist users in retrieving their data more seamlessly? My phone number linked to the account is no longer in use, depriving me of any calls and potentially leading to losing access. The restrictions and difficulties faced are bothersome. Having put in the effort yesterday on the project only to have none of it delivered, having to redo everything differently today, and being prohibited from sending items to myself is exasperating. It's discouraging that resolving these issues seems challenging on a platform that was presumably well-designed.

Good evening, I am from Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq. I have had a Facebook account since [redacted] under the username Ebo Show. I have [redacted] followers and my friends on the platform include individuals like Haryad Haryad, Yusuf Khald, Rashad Mamand, Hawre Karim, and Bewar Fatah. Two weeks ago, my account was hacked, and I lost access to it as the password was changed. After the hacker threatened to post a photo of me with my girlfriend, I tried unsuccessfully to recover the account. I am concerned about the cultural implications of the photo being shared. Despite the hacker's demand for an internet card in exchange for returning my account, I chose not to comply out of fear. My friends reported the account, and it has been disabled. Unfortunately, I am also unable to access my linked Instagram account. I recently created a new Facebook account for my brand but ran into an issue. After setting it up as private, I was asked to verify my identity with a photo. Now I'm stuck with a message saying my account is under review and I can't access it. I used a name from a previously disabled account, which worries me. Hello, I am requesting the deletion of my Facebook account linked to the email [redacted] Despite not using the account for years, I am bombarded with emails daily regarding my account's activities. I suspect that it has been compromised as I don't recognize the people on my friends list. Unfortunately, I can't deactivate the account myself because I can't match the contact photo to a supposed friend's name. I was recently muted for 7 days on this platform and feel it was unjust. I use my account for connecting with friends, entertainment, and business purposes. The incident occurred when I shared a post in a group related to a humorous reference to the number of likes/shares approaching 69. I was unaware that the original post contained hateful content. Rather than receiving a warning or having the post removed, I was immediately muted. I tried to appeal but received no response. I rely on this account for business and am seeking assistance on a separate platform to rectify this issue. I hope my account can be reinstated as this was an unintentional mistake on my part.

Hello, my name is Diosa Pacheco and my Facebook name is Diosa Mila. I have an issue with a person named Stephanie Waters Samuelson. She is accusing me of harassing her, which is not true. She has a restraining order against me, and she is trying to get me arrested. This all started when my husband and I separated in [redacted], and 8 months later Stephanie Waters Samuelson and David Pacheco had a relationship. Since then, Stephanie started texting me, posting insults and bullying on her Facebook, including pictures of my kids to hurt me. She even shared personal details between David, me, and my 2 children. Two months ago, she took me to court, but she couldn't prove anything. She requested a restraining order, which was granted for 90 days. I want help from Facebook because this is affecting me greatly. I fear she may create a fake account in my name to further accuse me. I suspect that my hair braiding service posts are being sabotaged and unfairly flagged on Facebook. Despite complying with all policies, my posts are consistently blocked from news feeds and sent for review unjustly. I believe that certain individuals are purposely reporting my posts to hinder my business growth, and that the support team is not thoroughly reviewing these reports. I request a thorough investigation to identify those behind these unjust reports and to ensure fair treatment of my ads. A platform like Facebook should be open to all who adhere to its policies, without being targeted by bullies or disgruntled individuals. Yesterday, on February 1, [redacted], a customer service representative at Facebook asked me to answer four questions that caused my account to be removed. Now, each time I try to log in, I am asked for an SPMS number. This happened on Friday around 2:30 PM, right before Jason, who was very helpful. The woman's name is Wilfrida or Wilmina. I need to know why she guided me to answer questions that led to the deletion of my account. My name is Patricia Duthiers. You can contact me in the early mornings between 9 AM and 11 AM at [redacted]. I am puzzled as to why she removed the Facebook logo and took actions that blocked my access. I did not authorize her to do this. She misled and deceived me. This feels like a deliberate and calculated deception. I never asked her to do any of these actions. Why did she do this to me?
