I need assistance accessing my account, updating it with my current email, and resetting the password. I am attempting to regain access to my account that I haven't used in over a year. Despite changing my password daily for over two weeks due to unauthorized access from an unknown computer, Facebook wasn't able to prevent it. After a month of inactivity, I couldn't recall my last password. Upon trying to recover my account, I found both linked emails deactivated without a phone number tied to the account. Despite submitting my driver's license for identification, the reset password link sent was deemed invalid each time. Contacting [redacted] resulted in a full mailbox auto-response. I recently received a message on Facebook Messenger from a friend that claims Facebook will start charging for its services and if I don't forward the message to 18 people, my account will become inactive. The message, supposedly from Mark Zuckerberg, warns about upcoming charges and server congestion, asking users to forward the message to maintain their active status. It also talks about a forthcoming update and color changes on the app. I'm unsure if this message is legitimate - can someone confirm if Facebook will really start charging tomorrow, as stated in the message?

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account where I manage my online store. I had planned to use the $4,[redacted] in merchandise from Christmas sales, but now my account is disabled, and I cannot log in. I have already provided my ID to Facebook for verification. I need access to my old account with my customer list and bookkeeping details for tax purposes. Despite reaching out to Facebook, I have not received any response through phone, email, or mail, and it's frustrating. I may contact my Congress Representative and Senator to address this issue.

My business account was unexpectedly unpublished by Facebook last Saturday, but after submitting an appeal, it was fortunately republished within a few hours. However, when I tried to log back into my admin account to access my other account, I was asked to verify my identity by submitting a photo. After sending the photo, I received a message that my account was under review. The following day, I attempted to log in again, only to find out that my admin account had been disabled. I reached out through a contact form and submitted my account name and government ID, yet I am still awaiting a response as it is now Wednesday. Unfortunately, my business page is linked to the disabled admin account, making it inaccessible. Prior to the disabling of my admin account, I had paid for a 3-day ad that was approved, and I am concerned about my business page. I kindly request assistance from the Facebook help center to resolve this issue and regain access to my admin account to manage my business page effectively. Thank you.

A few months back, my Facebook account got hacked, and I was logged out. When I tried to log back in the next day, it prompted for verification, but I never received the code despite requesting it multiple times. After trying to report the issue and going through a week of back-and-forth with no progress, I am still unable to access my account. Numerous emails have been sent without any resolution. The problem began in July [redacted], and now it's almost February [redacted], and I'm still locked out. The process keeps looping me through steps to use a code generator within my account, which I can't access. It's frustrating; I need help solving this issue to regain access to my Facebook.

I am currently dealing with a concerning issue where my accounts have been hacked and disabled. Despite numerous attempts to report the situation, I have had no success in resolving it. I am hopeful that someone can address my problem and offer assistance. On 06/01, while logged into Facebook and Instagram, I was forcibly logged out of both accounts. To my dismay, I discovered that my Facebook profile name had been altered from Linda Dieschbourg to "Nam Hai," rendering me unable to regain access. Additionally, two of my significant Instagram accounts, @linda__pappa and @kinlake, suffered the same fate. These accounts held deep personal value to me as a content creator due to the communities I had cultivated. While adhering to all guidelines set by Facebook and Instagram, my accounts were disabled following the breach by the hacker. Despite following the recommended actions outlined in the help center and submitting multiple photo IDs via Instagram's support platform, I have not received any assistance. This situation is distressing, and I am desperately seeking help to resolve it. I implore someone to investigate my case promptly, as my compromised accounts prevent me from engaging with and expanding my community. I would like to appeal to have my Facebook page reinstated. I'm unsure why I was removed from Facebook but suspect it may be due to the pictures I posted from Papua New Guinea where my wife and I got married. The images showed the Dani people in traditional attire which some may find scantily clad, but I believed they were similar to National Geographic pictures and not pornographic. If I violated any rules, I apologize and assure you it won't happen again. My page showcases our world travels, rugby club activities, family, and charity work organizing fundraisers for underprivileged kids and abused women. My wife is even writing a book about our adventures, including our multiple weddings. Hello, I have a Facebook account, but for some reason, I can't access it anymore because of an incorrect password. I suspect my account may have been stolen. I created the account using a Yahoo email, but I can't remember the password for that email anymore. I tried to reset the Yahoo password using the security phone number linked to it, but it failed because the phone number is now being used by someone else. I own a disc named "The Monkey" and made a harmless comment about it on a disc golf webpage. Unfortunately, someone reported my comment, and now I've been banned from using Messenger for 30 days. My comment referenced a playful scenario where people were choosing discs named after animals like the leopard, rhino, cheetah, and I mentioned the monkey disc that I own. I have no intention of causing any offense, as these are all actual disc brand names. I'm a member of a disc golf club and have respect for others. I would appreciate it if Facebook could remove my penalty. I can provide more information about the monkey disc if needed. Thank you.

As a group administrator, I recently received an email on 1/16 from the Facebook Groups Team regarding the removal of members who have not visited the group page after being added. Despite the email stating action would be taken within a couple of weeks, Facebook promptly removed several hundred members the next day, placing them as "invited." This swift action did not allow me enough time to engage with my senior citizen members who are new to Facebook and needed guidance. I request that Facebook revert today's removal and restore the members to full-fledged status. Our group, Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social, Comite de Salud Birri y Barrio SanJose, plays a vital role in providing health information to the community. A friend alerted me that my Facebook account might have been compromised, so I promptly changed my password, only to forget it right after. Unfortunately, my Facebook is linked to an old email that I can no longer access. Despite attempting to reset my password, I get stuck in an endless loop without making progress. Each time I follow the reset link sent to my current email, I encounter issues with the codes provided and can't move forward. My account was blocked for 7 days, but I believe it was a mistake. I shared a post by Cheryl Kline to seek help in reporting a user named Christina Ann Luckenbaugh due to her inappropriate comments. Before I could report her, my account got blocked, even though I did not engage in any hate speech or foul language. I included the conversation below for reference. My daughter passed away on November 14. I contacted Facebook to have her account removed and provided them with her birth certificate, death certificate, and funeral announcement. However, they memorialized her account by mistake. I clarified that we want it removed, not memorialized. Facebook informed me that someone assigned to her account requested the memorialization, but after speaking with her closest friends, sister, and 16-year-old son, none of them made that request. I am now raising her three children and want the account removed as her death was not under normal circumstances. There is also an old account with a disturbing photo of my granddaughter with her biological father in a harmful environment, which Facebook has refused to remove despite my explanation and evidence of the abuse. I have reached out to Facebook, but the accounts are still up, and I hope they can assist. My daughter's name is Catrina Finks, and I am Michelle Marney. Thank you.

I recently had a post removed from my business page. It was for a contest that I also paid to boost. The post requested participants to like, comment, or share to enter. This practice is common on Facebook. I have reviewed the guidelines and believe this contest is legitimate. I did not ask people to like the page, tag friends, or anything else. I am now hesitant to post anything, fearing my account may be flagged. I aim to do what's right and continue using Facebook. I would appreciate speaking with someone to gain clarity, as Facebook's information and guidelines are currently confusing to me.

Since this was a dormant account created by mistake, I never set up trusted contacts. I purchased a quilt for my wife advertised on Facebook in November, with the expectation of receiving it by Christmas. It only arrived today, 1/18, and it was extremely disappointing. The Virginia Tech quilt I ordered was nothing like the product they showed in the ads. As a Virginia Tech graduate, I am not happy about this. The quality was very poor, just two pieces of cheap fabric sewn together. It seems like others on Facebook have experienced similar issues with orders not being fulfilled after payment. I believe the company involved is Cotton Color, with the payment going through Omega Holding. I am located near Washington D.C., and it's frustrating to see misleading ads on a platform like Facebook. My wife faced a similar situation with a fake Michael Kors product sent from a Chinese company. As educators, losing this money is significant to us. I urge Facebook to address these issues and not allow deceptive advertising practices to continue unchecked. This is unacceptable and goes against American values. I hope for a meaningful response to resolve this issue promptly.
