I decided to create an Instagram account to stay connected with my friends who often share things from the app. I set up a new email specifically for this account to avoid spam. After spending hours brainstorming a creative username, I tried to create the account but encountered issues. The platform informed me that the username was taken, along with the email I had just created. I assumed I may have accidentally made the account before, only to find out it was deactivated due to spam. Following instructions to appeal the spam claim, I reached out to Facebook support. They requested a photo of me holding a computer code for verification. After complying, I did not receive a response after several attempts. Hoping to find assistance, I am here seeking help with this matter.

I recently cleared my browsing history on Safari and now I can't access my Facebook account on my Samsung tablet because the code generator is linked to it. I have tried sending multiple forms of identification, including photos of my driver's license and handwritten codes sent to my email, to verify my ownership of the account. Despite this, I am still unable to regain access. I'm hoping someone from Facebook can assist me by sending a link to my email with security questions or providing me with a code. I want to retrieve my old Facebook account, not create a new one. Please send any necessary verification steps to my email at [redacted] or [redacted]. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I manage the Louisvilleitalians Facebook page and have been the Admin. Due to the recent passing of the group's founder, Bernie C., and the election of new officers, I am supposed to transition to a "Moderator" role. However, for the last four days, I have encountered issues with Facebook being unresponsive. When I attempt to add the new Admin, they remain stuck in "Pending." Moreover, every time I try to change my role, Facebook displays an error message stating "That Page Can't Be Found."

Hello, my Facebook account got disabled. It was my personal account under the name Saroj Mitu, with my phone number +[redacted]42. I provided my government college ID, but my account remains disabled. I created a new account, Saroj Mitu, with phone number +[redacted]75, password sarojisgood, and added original details. However, this account was also disabled. I value my long-distance relationship, love for my girlfriend, and foreign friends on Facebook. Despite creating multiple accounts, they keep getting disabled. It seems like Facebook is targeting my phone and deleting any associated accounts. I seek assistance in restoring my second account, Saroj Mitu.

A while back, I had an account that got hacked and I couldn't get into it. Someone posted nude photos pretending to be me on my Facebook email. I created a new account about four years ago to keep in touch with my daughter and best friend, but I haven't used it in about two years and now can't access it. I want both accounts permanently deleted as they have caused me a lot of problems, especially the first one. I don’t have the emails associated with either account anymore. I only posted photos I had taken as my profile pictures. I can provide my full name, birthdate, state of residence, details of the photos I posted, and names of people I had on both accounts. I might even remember the security question answers if prompted. The first account has caused me distress with the false photos posted, and the second account remains unused since my friend passed away. I need both accounts closed. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you in advance.

Hello Facebook team, I am Ssenyonjo Brian from Namulesa village, Jinja, Uganda, born on September 2nd, [redacted], and work as a teacher at St. Monica S.S in Jinja, Uganda. My Facebook account, 'Ssenyonjo Brian Usher,' was disabled by you on the evening of Friday, January 11, [redacted]. This is the second time my account has been disabled, which I believe is a mistake. I shared a post from the group 'Face2Face Africa' discussing racism in a classroom setting, showing how White and Black kids were separated. I think this post led to the disablement of my account on the grounds of hate speech, even though it was meant to raise awareness about racism. I request the Facebook help team to review and enable my account promptly as it affects my credibility with friends and business partners. Thank you. Ssenyonjo Brian, +[redacted]60.

Dear Facebook Team,
I'm Hien from Vietnam, a user since [redacted], and so is my friend. I am writing regarding my friend's account being disabled due to a false report. Evidence shows someone tried to change her password and falsely reported her for impersonation. This person continues to try to access her account, causing my friend distress. She does not post controversial content and we're puzzled by this situation.
Although her account was reinstated after verification, she received emails about additional password change attempts. We seek clarification on the "disabled by mistake" message and how Facebook handles false reports, as this puts any user at risk. The lack of proper response leaves us concerned as the person continues to target her account.
We urge Facebook to address and prevent such occurrences to safeguard users. We await your prompt response.

Please assist me. The owner of Fiddleheads at Four Corners in Bennington, VT has shared a photo of me, Lodiza LePore, on their website. Despite my numerous polite requests for them to take it down due to personal reasons, they have not complied. I relocated to another state to distance myself from family problems and did not authorize the use of my picture on Facebook. Keeping my appearance from my family is crucial to avoiding any contact. I never permitted Fiddleheads to post my photo on social media, assuming it would only be for in-store purposes. As I am no longer associated with the store and they no longer sell my artwork, there is no reason for them to keep the image up claiming it's for advertising. Despite informing them after a relative spotted the photo, they have refused to remove it, which seems malicious and unrelated to promotion. Kindly help me get this resolved urgently. I urge Facebook to either delete the image or blur my face.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. After regaining access to my original Gmail account, I found that I was restricted on Facebook for not having a profile picture. Attempting to change my profile picture led to a 24-hour restriction. I tried to update my phone number but couldn't as it required verifying with an old number I no longer have. My new number is [redacted], and I can be reached at [redacted] I am willing to provide identification if needed. Can you please assist in lifting the restrictions so I can update my information and regain access to my account? Thank you for your help, eagerly awaiting your response. Warm regards, Ronald P. On December 25th, [redacted], I suddenly stopped receiving emails from Facebook. All notifications vanished from the app on my phone, and it appeared as though I had disappeared from my friends' lists. When I attempted to log in, it claimed my password was incorrect. Then, during the identity confirmation process, the name displayed was Hannah Agnew instead of Hannah Marie Agnew, with an unknown email. Searching using my phone number led to a different account with a similar name. Now, searching by name, email, or phone number yields no results, despite having an account for over 11 years. I have invested a significant amount of time and memories into this account, including photos of my son that exist nowhere else. Despite sending numerous emails to Facebook, I have received unhelpful responses. I am deeply worried about a potential privacy breach and the lack of support from Facebook. I urgently seek assistance in recovering my account and restoring my data, which has caused me severe distress for the past three weeks.

Hello Facebook support team,
I am reaching out regarding the disabling of my account on Friday, 11/01/[redacted]. I believe this action was a mistake, as there is no significant reason why my account under the name "Ssenyonjo Brian Usher," with the password "extirpate" and phone number "[redacted]," was disabled. I am certain that upon investigation, it will become evident that I have not violated any of Facebook's terms and standards.
I assure you that I am not involved in any fraudulent activities, bot usage, sharing of inappropriate content, or engaging in abusive behavior on the platform. Restoring my account is crucial as I utilize it for various purposes, and my friends are inquiring about my absence. I am hesitant to create a new account knowing it might face the same fate.
I earnestly request the reactivation of my "Ssenyonjo Brian Usher" account (password "extirpate," number "[redacted]") since it has been disabled for four days now. I urge Facebook to notify users of any unusual activities detected on their accounts. I am fully prepared to address any concerns that led to the account's disabling. I look forward to a swift resolution as my profile picture and important work information for At. Monica are pending.
Thank you,
Ssenyonjo Brian

I am Lisa Beth Koufman from Newton, MA, and I need assistance in resolving a sensitive matter regarding my brother, Douglas J. Koufman. He has falsely portrayed himself on Facebook and his account contains defamatory posts by his partner, Boris E. Jola. Despite being in prison in Florida since [redacted], Douglas manipulates his social media to appear caring while having committed serious crimes, including defrauding our family members. I am requesting the removal of the misleading post from November 9, [redacted], and potentially the deactivation of his account due to the harm caused by his deceptive actions. For further evidence, please refer to the documentation available and contact John Cramer, our late mother's guardian, who can corroborate the details. I urge you to take action promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello,
I am extremely concerned about how Facebook handles complaints from third parties without justification, makes decisions without seeking an explanation from the affected party, and suspends accounts for three days without a clear reason. They then advise contacting the other party directly through legal channels without providing any contact information for resolution.
This behavior needs to be addressed promptly as the third party filing complaints may be false and seeking attention. Here is what happened to me: My Facebook account is under Syed Zafar Khan. On December 27, [redacted], I was at the Melbourne Cricket Ground with friends and recorded a video of the game. The video clearly showed I was at the venue with friends.
From a legal perspective, I own the video as I recorded it. There were no indications prohibiting video recording at the venue, and no announcements were made by officials against it despite 70,[redacted] attendees. Facebook removed my video on January 13, [redacted], and suspended my account for three days because of a complaint from someone in India. This person falsely accused me despite the video being legally recorded in Melbourne, Australia, where no laws were violated.
Facebook should investigate such false reports and prevent these individuals from causing trouble on the platform. Please thoroughly look into this matter. Thank you for your attention.

My phone with the number [redacted] was stolen, and the person who took it cancelled the phone service. When I tried to get a new phone at MetroPCS, they couldn't transfer my number or information. So now, I can't access my Google account as my number has changed. I need to update my email and new number on Facebook. It would be great if Facebook could call me and help me with this. My contact information is [redacted] and email is [redacted] I have proof through my small business link and can even provide a photo showing my red beard. It's frustrating when troubleshooting is automated, and there's no human interaction. I just want to speak to a real person and resolve this. It feels like a lack of humanity.

I am confused and frustrated. I signed up for an account a few days ago, added a profile picture, and tried to reach out to friends, but my messages were only "sent" and not "delivered." None of my contacts received my messages, and I found out that others are facing the same issue in the help center. Despite trying all the recommended solutions, my messages are still undelivered. When I created a help topic, I was informed that my account was logged out due to "suspicious activity" and was asked for a picture, which I provided. However, I received no feedback after submitting it. Upon attempting to log in again, I was informed that my account had been disabled.
Yesterday, I made a new Facebook account with similar results. After uploading a picture and trying to message people, I encountered the same issues. It seems that every time I report the problem, my account is disabled for "suspicious activity" despite me only having a simple headshot. I don't understand why this is happening. All I want is to message my friends like everyone else. What is causing this repeated problem?

Open Letter To: Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg:
Dear Facebook Team, I recently encountered issues while engaging in a friendly conversation on the "Senior Singles Over 50 in The USA" group. I found myself unexpectedly blocked from posting replies, which seems to be a common problem. Could there be outside interference causing this disruption? Regardless of the cause, I urge you to investigate this matter promptly.
Additionally, I faced a similar block in another group, despite my inactivity for several hours. Mark Zuckerberg, could you shed some light on what is happening with Facebook? The lack of control over these situations is concerning.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
A Concerned Facebook User

I came across an ad on Facebook from Dcenteral promoting jewelry for purchase. After placing an order using my credit card, I experienced a scam where they charged my account, provided fake tracking details, and never delivered the items. This kind of fraudulent activity is unacceptable, and I urge for their ads to be removed and authorities to intervene. Upon contacting PayPal and initiating a case, I learned that many others have faced similar issues with them. Their lack of response to my requests for a refund is troubling. Despite claiming to have shipped my order from Mexico a day after placing it, the fake tracking information only adds to the deceit. It's frustrating to be a victim of such a scheme where they vanish with my $68.30 without delivering the products. Their dishonest tactics targeting Facebook users must be stopped immediately to prevent more people from falling prey to their scam.
