I am Cory Armstrong, the son of the Facebook account holder, Fred Armstrong. He has allowed me to access his account to assist with a game on Messenger, including making authorized charges. Unfortunately, Facebook locked his account due to detecting a different IP address, prompting us to verify the account multiple times. Despite receiving and entering the 6-digit code sent to his email for password reset, we keep encountering a message stating the account is hidden for security reasons, creating a verification loop. Other verification methods, like identifying recently messaged contacts or tagged photos, are not viable as he interacts with game acquaintances he doesn't know personally. The phone number linked to the account is correct, yet he does not receive the verification code. As my father is not tech-savvy, we seek an easy solution, potentially via email verification or SMS if the code can be successfully received on his phone. His email is as follows and matches his Facebook account.

I encountered an issue when trying to log back into my Facebook account after being logged out. Despite trying to reset my password, each attempt to enter the provided codes was met with an error message stating I had entered too many codes. Even using the "cannot access my email" link led to the same error message, with Facebook requesting my photo ID. Upon submitting it, clicking the emailed link resulted in the same error message without even entering any codes. I had relied on Facebook autofill and didn't note my recent password. I simply want to regain access, reset my password, and avoid the repeated "You have tried entering too many codes. Try again later." issue.

My account was disabled recently without explanation. After creating it a week ago, I submitted my ID photo as requested, only to be told I couldn't use Facebook for over 24 hours. Upon checking later, my account was disabled. I contacted the help center a few days back, stating I hadn't violated any of Facebook's policies during the brief time I accessed my account. Today, I filed another report due to lack of progress. I use Facebook for work to connect with colleagues, so I need it back without further hindrance. I found it frustrating because I barely had the chance to use Facebook before running into these issues, leaving me with a negative first impression. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter by reactivating my account.

I recently signed up for a Facebook account and it's been blocked for some reason. They claim they need to review it as they suspect I might not be a real person. I'm frustrated and upset at being targeted like this when there are so many fake accounts out there. I live in Missouri and I assure you I am genuine. I closed my original account a few months ago and made a new one to avoid certain individuals. I submitted a photo of my driver's license yesterday, but I'm still locked out. Once I regain access, I plan to deactivate my account and stick to using Instagram. I just want to remove myself from Facebook completely. I briefly used Messenger to chat with family, and now even that account is inaccessible. It's a frustrating situation, and it took me a day to find a way to express my concerns. I hope Facebook can verify my ID swiftly. Unless this gets resolved promptly, I will be leaving Facebook for good. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue I experienced regarding a sold item on Facebook Marketplace. The buyer, Sarah, purchased the item via PayPal, and there were communication challenges due to my temporary phone service interruption on the scheduled pickup day. After reconnecting, we were able to coordinate the pickup successfully. Sarah, misunderstanding the situation, reached out to PayPal as she couldn't get in touch, suspecting me of fraud. However, once we communicated, it was clear there was no malicious intent. Sarah informed PayPal about the misunderstanding and deleted her comments on Facebook Marketplace. Unfortunately, my account is now under review, and my posts are not visible to the public. I seek the restoration of my account as the issue was a temporary communication problem, not theft. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Dawn VanEmburg.

I need to address an issue with the termination of an Instagram account. The account was under the username @eggtyler and was deactivated for alleged impersonation of a public figure, Tyler Joseph (@tylerrjoseph). I want to clarify that this was a fan account, and I did not intend to impersonate anyone. I do not hold rights to the photos posted unless stated otherwise. I hope to prove my innocence and have my account reinstated. My name is Rebecca H., and there are photos of me on the account, validating my identity. One such photo was posted on October 16, [redacted]. I have documents to confirm my identity. A former adversary falsely reported my account to harm me. This situation has been distressing and frustrating. Although Instagram has not been helpful, I am reaching out to Facebook for assistance. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention.

Recently, I discovered severe phishing and hacking issues on my Facebook and Amazon accounts. Logging in has become impossible, and communication with Facebook to delete my profile has been hindered by Korean language messages. Similarly, my Amazon account has been compromised by Russian language replies. I am unable to change my password directly with Facebook's customer service, making it challenging to address the situation. This language intrusion has caused distress, and I am considering sharing my experience with the public through the news. I am open to alternative communication methods on this matter. Please reach out to me at [redacted] Thank you.

I have already sent an email and am seeking confirmation of its receipt. Since [redacted], I have experienced harassment and bullying on Facebook. Despite blocking the perpetrator, they continue to create new accounts under different names. Despite changing my profile name, the person managed to find it again. Even after blocking them, this individual went on to contact my aunt and uncle with hurtful messages. This harasser even went as far as creating an account using their husband's name, using my photo as the cover image and a cropped image of me and their husband as the profile picture. They posted my pictures with malicious comments and reached out to my friends with derogatory messages. Fortunately, my friends forwarded me evidence of these actions. Law enforcement has been involved, and the situation has temporarily ceased. However, I am certain that the harasser will create a new account in the future. This individual has subjected me to humiliation, harassment, and bullying. I seek advice on preventing further incidents and potentially having their Facebook account deactivated. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Support, I encountered difficulties while trying to create a Facebook account on January 18, [redacted], following an unsuccessful attempt on January 16, [redacted]. I faced issues with entering the confirmation codes your system sent, resulting in being locked out. My experience navigating the help center was frustrating, as there was a lack of clarity on the type of ID required for verification. As a new user, I found the registration process to be unfriendly and unclear. I would appreciate an explanation for being blocked and understanding why my participation is not welcomed. I have shared my profile history for your review. Furthermore, I had to search for this email address online as there were no clear communication channels provided, which is disappointing for a platform focused on connectivity. Thank you, Timothy G. Hello, Our Instagram account, sigfxpro, was unexpectedly deactivated due to policy violation despite being well-managed with over 2k followers and relevant posts. The account was linked to our Facebook account, which is also compliant with all policies. Upon submission of the required documents for verification, we have not received any updates in over 3 weeks. Despite the deactivation, the account remains linked to our Facebook, causing difficulties in connecting a new Instagram account to our business page. We are unable to manage comments through our Facebook account for the new account. We seek clarification on the deactivation, the hindrance in connecting a new account, and the reactivation of our main account. Our business heavily relies on social media, and this issue has significantly impacted our operations. We eagerly await your response and assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you, Kiril

I recently got a new phone and when transferring my SIM card, I got locked out of my Facebook account. Despite entering the correct password and having access to the phone number linked to the account, I am unable to receive text verifications due to a 2-step Verification that I do not recall setting up. I prefer not dealing with these situations and do not have a code generator app since I can't access the Facebook app. It claims to have texted me codes multiple times recently, but I never received any. I have waited, retried, and still not getting any codes. Both my main Facebook account and business page are inaccessible, and I need urgent assistance. Thank you.

I recently received a message from an old friend on Facebook, whom I hadn't been in contact with for many years. After accepting the friend request, he mentioned a person named Stephen Austin, a supposed billionaire offering money to those in need. He provided a phone number for me to contact a woman who seemed quite knowledgeable and genuine. I shared some personal information to check my eligibility for this opportunity. However, after providing my details, including my Facebook password, I realized my account had been compromised. My account was altered, and my friends were contacted impersonating me. Upon investigating, I discovered that the phone number provided belonged to Nigeria. It seems like someone has taken control of my account and is now pretending to be me, contacting my friends.

I have had a Facebook account since it first started many years ago. Unfortunately, my original account, where I posted hundreds of thousands of photos, was shut down by Facebook, resulting in the loss of precious memories of my children. As a photographer, all my kids' photos were uploaded there. Since then, Facebook has disabled 4 or 5 of my other accounts, causing me to lose all the photos again. Discovering that I could still use Messenger without Facebook, I relied on it to communicate for work. Suddenly, my Messenger account was also shut down, leaving me unable to contact people for work and connect with my youngest son who lives with his mother. This has impacted my ability to make a living and maintain communication with loved ones due to not having a working phone.

Subject: Facebook Account Troubles Hello, I've been encountering trouble logging into my Facebook account for almost a year now. I consistently face log-in failures and an error message stating: "ServiceException: ORCA_SERVICE_IPC_FAILURE: BlueService.startOperationWithCompletionHandler failed due to We are in LameDuckMode". Sometimes, I also receive a notification saying "Can't find account". Moreover, I am unable to update my cover photo, profile picture, or share status updates. When attempting to do so, the app prompts me to allow access to my phone's storage, which I typically decline. Interestingly, I managed to change my profile picture using an old phone, but the issue persists even on that device. Additionally, I notice unfamiliar locations listed under "Where you're logged in". To address this, I frequently change my password, sometimes multiple times a week, out of concern that someone else has access to my account, preventing me from making updates. My main account is "lola pangan", with a profile picture of 2 choco cakes. I've created another account due to these problems, but it's experiencing the same issues. Any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Lola Pangan

On January 19, [redacted], two false Facebook accounts were created in my name. The accounts are named Phiriphiri Principal and Vho Zwiakondaa Rathogwa. They alleged that I impregnated a school learner and behaved inappropriately with other students. They mentioned these falsehoods in a boastful manner, also making future threats and swearing at the traditional council. I am distressed by the tarnishing of my reputation as a school principal due to these defamatory accounts. Vulgar language was also used on these accounts under my name. I seek help in identifying and taking action against those responsible for this malicious act.

I am currently facing challenges recovering my Facebook account. Despite following all the steps to verify my identity, I am unable to access my account. Resetting my password is proving to be difficult as well. Every time I receive a code via email and enter it, the system claims it's incorrect. Even after multiple attempts, I cannot progress further. Additionally, I encountered a block when trying to use the access code feature. I attempted logging in through the app on my phone and via the link in my Yahoo email, but to no avail. The temporary code sent by Facebook was also rejected. I urgently need to regain access to my account and would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter, whether through direct assistance or a helpline. Despite my efforts, the issue persists, and I am eager to find a solution.

While tidying my closet, I decided to sell a few personal items on Marketplace, including Coach purses and Nike items belonging to my husband. To my surprise, I received a notification that my items were under review and found to be against policy. I carefully reviewed other listings for similar items, mimicking their photos and descriptions, but I was still flagged for review. Despite my efforts to comply with the policies, Marketplace permanently blocked me from their services. This has been devastating as I frequent Marketplace daily, both as a seller and buyer. As an interior decorator, I heavily rely on the platform for my business needs. Not only was I blocked, but I also lost out on three sales where pickups were pending. The inability to communicate with the buyers led to disappointment and lost opportunities. I have not violated any policies knowingly and feel unjustly treated. I seek clarification on why my account was blocked to rectify the situation promptly. Case #[redacted][redacted].

My name is Tracy Jones, and my Facebook account has been hacked by someone named Timothy. I did not authorize this person to use my old Facebook account, which is at least 3 1/2 years old. Although I no longer use that account, this individual has been posting inappropriate content on it. I have contacted Facebook through the help center, but I can't receive the necessary code since I no longer have access to the phone numbers associated with that account. I have forgotten the password and cannot log in. The name on the account is Tracy Jones, with a birthdate of 6/16/[redacted]. The phone numbers linked to the account are [redacted] and [redacted]. My profile picture features me wearing glasses, and I am a practical nurse. All this information is on my bio. My email address is [redacted]. I have since created a new Facebook account with the name Tracy D JONES. This situation is causing confusion among my friends, and I kindly request that you deactivate or close the hacked account under the name Tracy Jones. I have included as much information as I could to prove my identity. Please contact me via email if you need further details.
