On October 20, [redacted], I reached out to Dustin Baker regarding his firewood listing on Facebook Marketplace. We agreed that he would deliver 6 face cord of wood to Joyce Johnson in Bolivar, NY, for $[redacted].00. As I am in California, I arranged for someone else to provide him with the cash. Mr. Baker acknowledged receiving the payment but has not delivered the wood nor refunded my money. Attempts to reach him by phone or text have been unsuccessful. I have been actively using Facebook Marketplace for some time now. A few months ago, my account was locked, requiring me to confirm my identity. Fortunately, the issue was quickly resolved within a day. However, I am now experiencing a similar problem that has persisted for three days. Despite confirming my identity multiple times using all three options provided, the issue remains unresolved. I have also been asked to delete various items on my account, such as posts, friends, liked pages, commerce posts, and comments. I have managed to delete up to the third item requested, but after that, it continuously loads and prompts me to delete more. It is crucial for me to have access to my account as I rely on it for business purposes. Kindly assist in unlocking my account promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I have encountered multiple account disabilities and I am feeling quite desperate at the moment. The first account, [redacted], then my other account [redacted], and finally my third account [redacted][redacted], have all been disabled consecutively. I did not create them simultaneously; I registered a new email after the previous one was disabled. I am becoming increasingly frustrated as I am unsure of the reason for the disability. I have provided a face photo, my ID, email proof, and even my business card to verify my identity, but the issue persists. I am uncertain if it is related to my name or another reason. The NARI group shared two photos of a tragic accident that occurred on October 27, [redacted], at 1:02 am. The incident involved a fatal motorcycle crash on N1 North after Olifantsfontein. Regrettably, the deceased individual in the photos is my spouse and the father of my children. The post appears to be sensational without considering the sensitivity of the situation. Currently, a culpable homicide case is being investigated by the SAPS. It is unethical to share images of an ongoing police case before its conclusion, especially ones that depict my deceased husband in such a vulnerable state. I urge for the immediate removal of the post along with an apology to our family. I have taken the necessary steps to notify the investigating officer regarding this matter. What was the purpose behind sharing these distressing images?

I received an email from the Reserve Bank of India, Central Office in New Delhi regarding a winning amount. They provided a Transfer Application Form for verification of the Facebook Winning Amount. The email requested to print, complete, and return the form to the email address [redacted] along with an identity proof (Passport, National Identification Card, Driver's License, Aadhar Card, or Voter Identification Card) and a scan copy of a passport-sized photo. We are currently unable to access our Facebook account. It was created several years ago by a former employee for work purposes but was set up as a personal page with limited activity. Hello, I have had ongoing issues with my former email account [redacted], which was compromised by a hacker some time ago. Unfortunately, as Facebook does not allow changes to the primary email linked to the account, I have been unable to update it. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty with my Facebook account. Yesterday, I attempted to access the Facebook iOS app and received a message stating "your session has expired." I closed the app and tried again, only to be informed that I was blocked from logging in and needed to verify my ID to unblock it. I am hesitant to upload my personal information to Facebook. My fiancée's profile, T.A., was mistakenly banned due to a post made over a year and a half ago. The post about white men was meant as a joke, and I, her white fiancé, am speaking up for her. She has family members who are white, including our child and her stepchild. Currently, she is in a high-risk pregnancy and needs to communicate with loved ones, especially in case of emergency. Yet, she is unable to do so and has even been blocked from organizing her own baby shower this weekend. It seems trolls are targeting her, but she is a valuable member of Facebook, offering guidance and positivity in her groups. This ban is not just affecting her, but her entire community. Please reconsider and review the content of her posts in context.

There is a Facebook group based in Scotland called TheBitchbible with approximately 15,[redacted] members. I am trying to pinpoint the specific group as they have recently made it secret, making it difficult for me to gather more information. Unfortunately, this group has engaged in unwarranted defamation against me, leading to my child being exposed to harmful content. This situation stems from my comment on a post where a girl shared a photo of herself using cocaine, which I found disturbing. Despite my efforts to report this to Facebook, I have not received a response. It is disheartening that Facebook claims this group does not violate their community standards despite the harm it is causing by spreading malicious rumors and promoting drug use. I believe urgent action is needed to address this issue and prevent further harm to others.

I have been reporting posts on our business page for over a year, but no one is helping. This individual, Melanie Jean Horrocks, who doesn't even know our company, joined a complaint from another customer. When the customer realized their mistake and removed the post, we politely asked Melanie to do the same. Instead, she accused us of bullying. I have shown the police this situation, and they advised me to report it here again. Melanie's post is impacting our business, and customers are asking about it. Despite several requests, the post remains. Can someone please investigate this matter? It occurred on November 27th last year on the Field View Electrical Ltd Facebook page.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my marketplace account being under review. I am selling and repairing Amazon Fire TV sticks and Amazon Fire TV boxes. However, whenever I post an ad for a Firestick, it consistently gets flagged with a "TAKE ACTION" notice. I genuinely believe I am not violating any rules. My ads include a picture of a Firestick with "FIRESTICK ISSUES" or "FIX ME STICK," and the description prompts users to message for more information or details on Firestick issues. I am confused about why my ads are being flagged while other sellers are promoting Firesticks with logos like Kodi and updates, and urging users to update their Firesticks to watch content like Sky Sports and Sky Movies. I would appreciate a prompt response to clarify this issue.
